Main Event is a good time, Craig & Stephanie are awesome bartenders! They’re super attentive and make great drinks. Craig’s drinks are guaranteed to be delivered with 20 shakes and a smile. Bowing facilities are great and the arcade games are fun, Connect 4 basketball is the best. Win win all around!

It was really fun! I just wish the restaurant stayed open as long as the place or until at least 12am. Laser tag arena was a cool 2 levels. The bowling lanes are really nice and the strawberry margaritas on the rocks were not bad at all. Will go again..

Excellent place to have fun with family. Only On this trip from TN. to visit half the machines didn't work. Worn out I suppose. Food and Drinks are Outrageously priced $3.00 for a generic bottle of water. $12.9? For a chicken tender meal. Gong to check out the other 2 similar places close by this one next time.

Clean , fairly priced and fun for all ages! Good food with even better drinks. We've come several times with 10+ group of people and it was simply accommodated. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a place I take my little nieces and nephews and also a place I'd go on a date too.

We had an "unofficial"birthday party here for our 8 year old son on a Monday night. We were told we could use any tables that were not marked reserved. There is something for any age group to do here. We had around 45 people show up and there was plenty of room. You CAN NOT beat the $10.95 deal on Mondays.

Took my 15 year old son here to play laser tag for his birthday. For a Sunday it wasn’t overcrowded so that was a plus but the video games cost between $1.25-$2.50 and that’s too high for these type of games. The laser tag arena was nothing special, UV lights/paint and black walls. We expected more and have been to better.

A great place for the family to hang out. Lots of games for everyone. Took grandchildren and their dad and mom and they enjoyed it very much. Hungry no problem. There have a pizzeria and a place for burgers and fries that are the bomb. Also have other sandwiches you can order.

I went to go bowling with my boyfriend for my birthday since I've wanted to do it for months and got there to see $36 a person to go bowling then you have to pay for shoes. That's way too much! Sad that I didn't get to go bowling for my birthday.

No complaints here. Company outing for an employee appreciation event. Food and service were satisfactory although I will say it was an extremely slow time of day Clean and well lit with plenty of activities to entertain and keep everyone busy.

They have such awesome games here! I have only recieved bad experiences in the restaurant section. I still suggest going tho. When they do it right, it's all very tastey. And the games will be worth the trip!

Main Event is always a great place to spend an hour or two with the kids. It is mostly just arcade games, but the bowling is fun too. Bowling here is a bit more expensive than other bowling alleys, but Main Event is always tidy and is somehow less gross to me than the alternatives.

So we decided to give Main Event in Louisville, Ky a try. Worst mistake ever. If your hungry don't bother going. We ordered and sat and waited and waited and watched other people come in and waited some more and saw the other people get their food and we still had not gotten anything. After the third table got their order I asked to see a manager and when he came out he said he would go see where our food was. He never came back and still no food came. If he would have even come out to explain that there was a mistake, something, anything I would have at least have been satisfied that he actually was trying to fix the problem. Nothing! I never saw him again. It had been over an hour of waiting and the waitress didn't even think to bring my child something to hold him over. I was done. I found another manager and let him know what happened and he could only say uh ok. No one ever said they were sorry or tried to make it right or did anything to make me feel like they cared about my business. I just want Main Event to know that y'all made my little cry because he was hungry and because he wanted to play games and we were so upset there was no way were giving this company another cent of our hard earned money. I will probably never return when there are plenty of other place like Dave & Busters that want my business.

If you're looking for a place to hang out , you'll find games mainly for older kids and adults here. There's really not much at all for toddlers or small children. So, it's a fun place if you're not planning on entertaining small children.

Main event is a great indoor fun park. The problem I have that everything is way to high in prices and on busy days the bowling can take up to 4 hours just one game. I know when it busy it’s hard to control. The games are fine and attractions are great. Just little to experience to for a fun park when there are others in the area that is cheaper.

I love this place! It is so much fun between bowling and arcade! The food is great and the bar has a wide variety of drinks available as well. My only complaint is I wish we had a Main Event closer to my hometown out in Western KY!

We came here as a group when they opened and left just before they closed. We played all the games, played laser tag, bowling and gravity ropes. The food was pretty good and the service was quick. The staff was helpful and nice. I would recommend this to anyone who wants have some fun.

Such a fun place. I went for a work event so there was a banquet set up for us. The food!!!! Everything was incredible and our banquet hostess-Selena?-was the best. We only had a handful of people show up so they brought us to-go boxes and let us load up to take all the leftovers home with us.

Tons of fun and a great deal. My daughter played for 6 hours on their unlimited pass. Video games, Lazer tag, bowling, pool, shuffleboard and a ropes course. You can't beat that anywhere. The food is pretty darn good too.

Brought my entire team out here just because it was close to the office, felt bad that a few of them instead of ordering from the menu, opted to leave to Wendy's, and come back, because it was too expensive. Felt bad, but then I looked at the price for just the burger and fries, wow. Now I completely understand.

My family and I love this place! We love to come for Monday madness. HOWEVER, trying to eat here is a nightmare. Sitting at the bar is fine, but the table service is horrendous. For as much as you pay for the food, you'd think they would try and strive for better people handling the tables. Tables all around me just got food and drinks before my husband and I ever got our beers. We finally did get them, they were wrong, and we had to exchange them at the bar.. We STILL haven't even gotten to order dinner, and it's been a solid half hour. Just save the coin and eat before you get here, cause the games and stuff are awesome, but table service is THE WORST. I have no problem paying the price for the food, but PLEASE provide higher quality service if you're going to charge those prices. The food is great. Games, great! Servers... awful.

My granddaughter loves Main Event. We ate while we were there. Our server was so nice and polite. The food was fresh and hot. A fun place for every member of the family. We will be having her September birthday party there. We had her birthday party there last year. Very reasonable for what you get in the birthday party package. I definitely would recommend Main Event to families and well as single people. Loads of fun.

We brought 7 19.95 All day passes plus the Extra $10 play card. And my kids couldn’t even play all the games. What’s the use of all day all play pass if you can’t okay every game with it. Main Event is a rip off and I will not be returning. And I will tell my family and friends as well. Half the game was not working. It took my money but I couldn’t play them. The wait time for the bigger games was understandable due to day and time it they could have had signs on the ones that was broke. I know I was not the first person to let them know they was broke. Don’t waist your money folks.

I took my 5 children along with 4 of their friends and we had a blast. I would definitely recommend going on Monday after 4 p.m. when they have one price for arcade and events. It's $10 for an events bracelet pass and $10 for the arcade card. You can play from 4 until midnight unlimited, the value is awesome. Their food is pretty good and the atmosphere is great. I'll definitely be taking my kids back but it'll be on Monday after 4, great place!

I had the fish and chips and they where to die for! Great place to go out for a night of fun with the crew or even a date. I try to make it to this place at least once a month.

Nice facility and many things to do. However, it was our first time there and did not know that you had to sign up for lazer tag and the ropes course. My children were very disappointed when we tried to do the ropes course at 1:00 and were told it was booked till 5:00! That's absolutely ridiculous. Similar places we've been to in Louisville is first come, first serve. You shouldn't have to worry about signing up for things when you pay that much money to attend. It should be like Renaissance Fun Park. There you can just get in line and wait your turn. They were only allowed to do lazer tag once.

Was a nice and clean place. The all you can play arcade games was a bit deceiving as there weren't many arcade games (a lot of ticket based games). The arcade game variety was lacking (mostly racing , seated shooters, stand up shooters). We had issues with our bowling lane not racking correctly multiple times (lane 7) and I don't think the lanes were oiled very well as the ball gripped the lane way too much. The pizza was extremely underwhelming for the price and you can get a much better / larger pizza from somewhere as simple as Little Caesars for half the price $5 vs $10.95 (10 or 12 inch pizza). The crust was dry and had no flavor. The cheese/bacon fries were okay. I think the burger/wing kitchen performs better than the pizza area. The shuffleboard machines were in good shape but no tools to spread sand on the surface other than cards from your wallet. The scoring buttons didn't all work. A fairly pricey place activity/food/drink wise but overall was okay. You just expect more when paying the higher prices for food. The atmosphere was good and the music.

The staff here is pretty friendly, and all of the games and bowling and even fewer really fun and awesome! However the price point is quite outrageous, we ended up dropping $100 for two lanes and a couple games of bowling that night! And that's not including the prices we paid for food and the arcade. This place you have a lot of fun at if you have the coin and are willing to spend it I'm throwing some heavy balls down a wooden Lane and then getting scoffed at by your friends for getting a gutter shot

June 2nd 2019 bowling lanes broken , front wasnt able to help cause they were slammed, asked for help from manager after 15 mins to help the crew,but when he came over he was a real jerk asking what the problem was, wouldnt fix the lanes and was a jerk to the very busy employee who did nothing wrong. Then they proceeded to put another client on the broken lane we told them about, this place is a mess.

Love coming to this place, but really only if there aren’t a bunch of children running around. It’s usually always clean and the food has been pretty good. They do have a sundae that probably contains a felonious amount of calories that is totally worth it, though.

We went in to check this area out. It's got a bowling alley, along with several other games, so of course it's mildly noisy. There is a food menu, and a bar. The prices are very reasonable We didn't eat, but the food looked very appealing. Free parking with handicap parking. Sooo clean.

This is a great place to have fun with your kids, but the staff is NOT nice at all. They dont explain anything when it comes to the cards. A few games would not give tickets and the only response we got was "yeah that game breaks sometimes." No ticket were given and no out of order sign was placed. The laser tag lady did not tell us about the perks inside nor did she care that my game was broken. If the staff was better I would have rated it a 5 star.

Many people find it amusing to go to an amusement center. I, however, seek amusement in other ways. For example, I was playing in a creek nearby and actually never went indoors to be amused. This place is new, so at least the bathrooms won't smell like a truck stop.

I went as part of an educator's open house. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean and we'll maintained. I was impressed by what I saw and got to do; however, I did not get to do everything that was there. That being said, I do have a desire to return and experience more they offer which I guess means they successfully did their job.

We enjoy going to Main Event, though the prices are rather inflated. We've generally had good service experiences with one exception. On our last visit, the bowling balls for our Lane and the one next to us got stuck and didn't return. We tried using the video call feature on the console to get help, but no one answered. When I went to the desk, the 3 staff members were having the back of the desk in a huddle talking and on their phones, with one eating pizza. When I finally got their attention, one came over. I told him what was wrong and he didn't respond but went back to tell the one eating, who kept eating and told him something. I returned to wait at the lane. After another 5 minutes I went back to the counter. The young man who had talked to me earlier was with another customer, and the 2 young ladies were still talking and one still eating. When I again finally got their attention and told them we were still waiting, the you last who was eating told the other "just go stand over by their lane" with no one still saying anything about what was going on. When the other affected family asked her, she said they would add time to our lanes for the delay. The issue was resolved, but it took more than 10 minutes and no time was ever added.

Selena promised to bring us our pretzel but never did. We asked her 4 times she assured us it would be handled. We never received it, and are highly disappointed. Sorry Selena but don't over promise under fulfill.

We went as part of a company event. First time there. We mainly played pool, so I can say they had an adequate number of tables but need more (and more varied weight and length) cues, bridges, and chalk. There weren't lines for the arcade games. The 3D horror game was missing a pair of glasses. We didn't even try to play laser tag, the gravity /ropes course, or bowl. We didn't order from the menu but looked at it and the selection was good. We had a catered meal in a private room and it was fine but not outstanding. The bar was large and staffed well. The employees were professional and pleasant. For so much activity the noise level wasn't bad. The bathroom was clean and had adequate capacity for the venue.

Lots of fun. Food is average but affordable and quick. Bowling lanes are nice, little small so if two sizable parties are sharing an area it's very cramped and difficult to love around but lanes are clean and we'll maintained, big ball selection. Lots of arcade and regular games, claw machines are a huge rip-off, overpriced and the claws are very weak. Staff is about half and half as far as customer service goes. They're either very friendly and great or don't give any craps and don't want to be there, no in-between. Bar prices are okay, reasonable. Fun place to hang out for a few hours with the family or friends.

Nice venue with lots to do. Whether you're into rope climbing, bowling, laser tag, or arcades...this place has a little something for everyone. Good deals depend on the day you go, but for a Monday the crowd was moderate and the prices were somewhat affordable. Staff isn't The most exciting out there. Kinda seems they don't enjoy the job..but the important thing is the kids and I really enjoyed our first time and we will be back.

Main event is an expensive meeting place but a fun one. There's plenty to do there such as bowling, arcade games, pool table, bar, laser tag, and rope corse. It's a great place to take little kids to have a fun time, or a great place to have a corporate party. (They do provide a meal if you set up a party.)

The first thing is that if you guys are staying for more than 3 hrs it is better to take full day pass which costs just 14$ per day which also includes bowling which is a very good deal .You can search online deals and there is one more additional thing you guys need to know : if you register with your new email id then you will be getting 10$ gift card with which you can play video games only !! If you guys are teenagers try laser tag one shot game(make sure your gun is working before you enter) which is very very interesting and the gravity rope also includes in our must try list ,even the mini golf is fun with all the glowing balls and paint.Bowling was awesome the shoes were clean, wide selection of bowling balls, nice lanes, plenty of TVs with sports on. The billiards area was really nice, there is a bar and they serve food to you in the lanes.The more points you earn is equal to the more gifts you win.Best place for all age groups enjoy Main Event Entertainment with your family :) i am also sharing few pics of this place.If my review is helpful do like it !!!! thanks bye bye ..

I really enjoy the activities, games, and overall cleanliness of this store. I often take my 3 year old girl to play the games. During my last visit the attitude from the front counter was very poor, as well as the crew operating the game ticket store. I don't expect a fake smile or even small talk. My expectations are simple: 1. Do not ask me why I didn't use some machine instead of requesting your service. I didn't even know there was a machine where you can turn in chips to tickets. Good job making my wife feel uncomfortable. 2. If you hate your job don't project that onto myself and family. Do us all a favor and just quit so someone more deserving can gain employment. 3. Don't walk past me and my family while purposely staring at the floor to avoid making eye contact.... you weren't even busy at this time, you just didn't want to deal with us. This is a great place to bring my family but management needs to really need to reassess there employee morale and customer service.

We had an excellent time here with the family, very friendly employees highly recommended. The only negative thing we could say is that it is pricey and expensive. They have lots to offer from bowling to laser tag they even have a skywalk along with pool tables and an arcade with a full bar and open kitchen.

This visit was for a 9 year old birthday party. The party assistant argued that the children in our group had already used their play cards. The reality was that they didn't work when the kids swiped them. There was a delay in resolution so the kids ended up having very little time to play. Staff was definitely not the most friendly or helpful. Birthday party hosting needs improvement.

I really do like this place and the atmosphere but the prices for the arcade games are pretty expensive. Most games are $1.75 for a few seconds to maybe a minute of entertainment. The food is good but overpriced. Don't come here unless you want to spend lots of money.
