Absolutely love this place. Have been coming for years. Great little park for the price. I just recommend bringing a cooler and going outside to eat. The concession stand lines are an hour or so wait. But other than that it's great for the whole family.

Great, friendly place. Especially for little ones. The child play area will keep them entertained for hours. Not only that, the adults will also have as much fun as their kids will. We absolutely loved this place. This was the first time my little ones experienced a water park, and I am so glad they had a blast for their first time experience. Definitely will be revisiting.

Not too far from home. Right off the interstate. Inexpensive, great for larger families or if the kids wanna bring a friend. We try to go at least once a year. Even though it's small, it still keeps the teens occupied all day.

This was our 2nd time coming here. Our 1st time I would have given it a 5 star.. today ( July13th, 2019 ) was a terrible. Extremely crowded but we managed to get a table with some shade.. today was very hot and a must have. However, people are so rude.. 3 different times a group walked up to our space and shoved our personal items aside and just sat down like we were invisible. We tried to be patient as shaded seating was limited and they had purchased food so I guess they needed a place to eat it or too lazy to go back to their own space. It just got to the point we were about ready to go off and at that point decided it was time to leave before it got ugly. The other issue we had for the entire time was the lack of tubes. The wave pool tubes were over in the Lazy River because people just hauled them over there and everywhere else they went so that they always had the tube. Pretty much everyone was walking through the river instead of the leisurely float it should have been. Several people tried to use the blue ones from the slide but the life guards would yell at you that you cannot use those in the wave pool but nobody was stopping anyone from taking them away. from their designated attraction area. Several of the cabanas had the tubes stashed in those as well and nobody using them and the people were not even in the cabanas at that time. We may give it one more try but only if I can get us a cabana so we don't have the issue of being invisible at the tables. Apparently though it seems best to call to reserve at after looking at the website as it is not user friendly to reserve one online like it was suggested at the check in counter this morning. It is a nice well kept little park at a very good price for a day of fun but there are some things that could be done a bit better. We didn't eat there other than the Dipping Dots ( which even Dollywood's are cheaper and larger ) because it was over an hour wait in line just to order food. I also noticed several people having food handed over the fences from the parking lot and then the person who went out for it came through the door so they didn't know up front. Can't say as I blame anyone for that really.. I would have too.

This was my first time going to Kentucky Splash. Me and my husband took our children to do an end of the summer celebration. Upon walking up I was a little concerned of the size and how small the park looks however after going in and realizing that the lines moved rather quickly for the rides and there was plenty of space to lay out and enjoy ourselves I was rather pleased with the experience. The concession was very well priced and really cheap. Definitely worth the money and the drive and we will more than likely be getting season passes for next year

Went yesterday on the 2nd day it was open. It was packed as to be expected. Got in fairly quickly though. Had a good time, just two problems. One, I went to get a Hawaiian ice. There was a family of 5 in front of me. They all got their ices, but when it came my turn, I was told they were closed. Like ok.... thanks for making me wait in this line just to tell me you’re closed I guess. Went to sit down, not even two minutes later a person went up there and got an ice. I was mad at this point. My friend went up there to try to get me one, and they sold her one. Then, around 3, I went to get some food. There was a huge line in the pick up area. I waited over an hour to get my food, as did everyone else. I finally said screw it and just got out of line so I could enjoy the rest of my day. Besides that it was great.

After much planning the family and I went today only to find out they were closed. We came all the way from East bernstadt Kentucky and the sign on the door said they do not give refunds due to poor weather conditions. But in fact, the only time it rained was around 8 a.m. that morning and from there on out it was mostly cloudy but no storms. Needless to say we will not try that again.

The campground and bathouse were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The traffic at the campground was heavy and not a place children could ride bikes or play. The waterpark was nice but extremely busy with long lines. They ran out of tubes for the lazy river on both days we visited. The cost of the waterpark and campground was very reasonable.

Been coming here for several years now. Better than Dolly's splash hands down. The reason I say it's better, is because Kentucky Splash is a gem in the rough, and is the perfect get away spot. You never wait more then a few minutes to ride literally everything. You can spend an hour at Dolly's just to get your hands on a float. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Campground is okay. You only have 1 bath house at the beginning of the loop. Water park is okay. It was very crowded when we went and had people using the wrong floats and just standing in the lazy river. Food is reasonably priced and good

Had fun except for a few things. 1 being the bathrooms by the wave pool closing before the park, they didn't tell the customers they were out of hot dog buns and left them waiting on there food for over an hour and being out of most food items. Other than that had a great time.

This place has been open for years and you would think by now that they would lower there admission prices. Not only that...they would lower there food prices. Williamsburg isn't an area that has high income people that live in this here. Make it cheaper for kids and families that can afford to have fun in this town. Alot of families could enjoy this place if they didn't make admission and food prices outrageous. This place needs to drop admission prices or food prices. #shameonyouwilliamsburg

It's a pretty cheap waterpark with decent activities. Not 5 stars because: 1) food is terrible and takes forever to get your order. You will likely spend 30+ minutes waiting for food and when you get it, it will most likely be hard, stale, or tasteless. Would only recommend purchasing drinks/ice cream and leave food to nearby restaurants. And you're not allowed to bring in any food or drinks of your own. 2) If you come on a very crowded day, like on the weekends, you'll be lucky to find any room anywhere to do much of anything besides wait in lines and fight with people.

My 2 n 4 year old kept getting hit or knocked down by older kids coming down the slide at the kiddie pool today. This grown women came down n knocked my 2 year old granddaughter out of her mothers hands. My daughter was trying to help her up at the end of her slide. The life guard did not stop the older kids and some of the adults from sliding down the slides where the bucket dumps water. My 2 year old still has a knot on her forehead from being slid into at the end of the slide by a woman. My 4 year granddaughter was knocked down going up the yellow steps by an older kid trying running up to slide. She has a bruise above left eye. It was NOT safe for them to play. I drove a little over an hour and will not be back. I have been several times n the life guards usually keep this under control but did nothing today but ask of she was ok...really!

The water park itself is great. I am giving it lower stars because of the food stand. This is the worst run and worst organized food stand I have ever seen. The line was a mile long. That is typical at a water park food stand. The problem was after we ordered. We stood in a line to get our food for at least 30 minutes. There was a family who waited almost an hour and was justifiably upset. When we did get our food it wasn't complete. We took what we had while one of us waited. He finally came back and said he wasn't waiting for the remaining order. Worst I've ever seen and the employees look dumbfounded.

I was with wife and 21 month son when a guy in a golf cart kicked us off a picnic table next to a playground that was for “campground use only” when there wasn’t a single other person in the campground or picnic area. Just trying to eat lunch and move on. Not family friendly!

So much fun! Drove 2 hrs to get here - 10.00 a person is a great price for this park. You can’t bring food/drinks in park but you can go out to your car as many times as you need. My family packed a cooler for lunch. Will definitely be back!

For the $10 price you get a wave pool, lazy river, kiddie area, 3 enclosed slides and 2 tube slides. Clean for the most part. Has a 450 person limit. Overall good experience

My family enjoyed it for the most part. The tube situation was very annoying. You can only use certain tubes for the waterslides and then your only allowed to use specific ones for the lazy river. But there aren't enough of the designated lazy river tubes so you have to "wait for one to become available" but while my family of 6 (three of which were children under ten) stood at the entry of the river to wait for available tubes, we were told we can't stand at the entry... So we had to walk the river a couple of times to get tubes. Which is a lot of work for a "lazy river" Same problem with the wave pool. Oddly enough, not only are you not required to use a tube for the water slides, but you don't have to wait in the long lines if your not using a tube. which is why there is a lot of slide tubes and not enough river/wave pool tubes. Obviously not enough to make us not want to go back but still enough to write a ridiculously long review....

on saturday the wave pool was closed due to chlorine levels being so high it could burn you. that's what an employee had told a customer. they said it was for safety reasons, so i went to the lazy river instead. about an hour later the wave pool was opened back up. i mentioned to my mom that i didn't know if it could be cleared up that fast. i went anyways. i mean it's a big industry, if something bad were to happen they could lose a lot so i decided that it was probably okay. well i went in and out of the wave pool for about 5 hours. our entire church went so some kids wanted to stay longer so we did. i was the only one of the group to keep returning to the wave pool. well that plus not wearing any sunscreen was a huge mistake. i am now suffering from chemical burns from the chlorine being too high, and a 2nd degree sunburn. my face is swollen and my doctor said i lost the first layer of skin. so thanks for saying that the chlorine levels were fine when they obviously weren't. don't recommend.

This last Saturday the park was so full there was no tubes for the lazy river no chairs even no room in the wave pool!! Poop in the men’s bathroom shower stalls and getting tracked through out the bathroom very long lines for the food orders no tables or seats the state needs to look in to over selling tickets!! The poor life guards was way over worked. There was no way they could see some one drowning in the wave pool!!

Several good options, cheap menu prices, however there aren’t many items for vegetarians/vegans. Will come here again, but will have to figure out something to accommodate our dietary restrictions.

This place is SO FUN, and so affordable! It's just enough to do without being overwhelming, especially with kids. The food was good and very reasonably priced. The most expensive single item on the menu was about $3.75, and combos $6.75. The use of a locker helped us feel better about bringing our valuables into the park with us that we needed (phones, wallets, etc). The "arcade" was a very minimal, so we didn't partake in that, and the mini golf course looked tired. Our family arrived about 10 minutes before they opened, and left just before 6, so, we spent all our time enjoying the water features. The one complaint I have and the reason I am not rating this place is due to their facilities. On the website it claims they have bathroom and changing areas inside the park. While this is true, the women's facilities are dismal. The bathroom stalls are very cramped and hard to get into with a child who still needs assistance using the toilet. I never found a true changing stall, as both places also had a shower. The larger area had a broken shower curtain that did not provide much privacy. My husband said the men's was even more pathetic, as the shower was RIGHT NEXT TO a urinal with no curtain provided and ONE changing stalls. Maybe you guys should change some of the empty cabanas into changing Cabanas like the Knoxville Zok provides by their Splash Pad. The floors were also soaking wet everywhere in both facilities and looked absolutely disgusting. I walked into a stall with wet toilet paper there. We all went to the bathroom several times and never saw a single employee servicing the bathrooms (as well as wet toilet seats every time!)! You guys could do with some employees occasionally squegeeing the floors and checking on the stalls. Our family will definitely be back, though!

So fun! The lines were no more than a minute on any slide. The staff was super friendly. There are no refunds for inclement weather so check the weather report. We got in a solid 3 hours before the lightning struck which was well worth the $10.

My friend and I stopped here on the way home from a road trip and we had a blast! Pro tip: if you don’t need to stay all day, get there after 3PM. They’ll give you a discount and it’s not crowded. The camping onsite is nice. Remodeled bathhouse is the best I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend!

Per response below the by owner, I am editing and making this more clear. The package that included a balloon boquet that the child did not get, when booking, staff said $10 of the $65 was for the balloon boquet. So $65 was paid for the booking. Adding the $25 for mini golf and extra pizza, plus pitcher of drink, along with adding more pizza and drinks (bringing total to $189.50). So if $10 is not for the balloon boquet then you need to tell your staff not to say so. It rained of course so the kids didn't get to play mini golf but that was no one's fault. We took the chance it might not rain. Three year olds are suppose to be free. But were not. We had to pay. So total payment just for the entry for guests was $381.50. So total paid for a birthday party at your establishment was $571. The pizzas were cold and was added to the order 2 hours prior to the party. So yes. I feel the pizza was ordered in a timely fashion to have ready and hot by 3. I did say they managed to serve 3 of the 11 pizza's hot and were delivered about 45 min into the party. And though the staff was rude. And acted as if they were being inconvenienced, we treated your staff kindly and with respect. And with a smile. Which is more than what we got. Something about paying that kind of money to be treated poorly doesn't sit well with me. And do not insult my intelligence with "sorry the staff was rude." You're not sorry. I see where they get it. As business owner you lead by example.

The Kentucky splash park was great. Price of $30 was very affordable and it was a great 4 hour stop. We were traveling to Cincinnati and since it's right off I-75 it was a quick jump from the highway. 5 total huge water slides, great lazy river, one of the best wave pools I've been in and a nice kids/toddler area make this a great little water park. Check the weather, they do NOT offer any refunds or rainchecks.

After Barbourville closed its water park we were saddened. But that forced us to make the drive here. And it was worth it. Even on a crowded Memorial Day the facility was top notch. The wave pool was hopping with big waves and the slides were all in good order. Ample staff ensured all were safe. The concession stand line was long but the food choices and quality were high. Had to wait literally about an hour total to get thru the line to order the food then was a HUGE line of people waiting on their order & when we got the food it tasted horrible. BUT this is a nice place to take your kids. For ten dollars & not have to pay for parking is pretty good. Just DEFINITELY eat before you go or bring a picnic lunch.

Pretty cool spot. Close enough to onoxville/Anderson County to make it a day trip easily. Took about an hour from Oak Ridge to get there. Open at 11, the line to get in was a bit on the ridiculous side, but even that went pretty quick. Couple of good slides and wave pool... Lazy river is too crouded to float most of the time, but overall it was a good time. I'll go back for sure!

My reasoning for not leaving 5 stars is just based on my perspective. If you are a local it is great. We stayed on the campground, we knew going in the campground was very small and close together, and appreciated what seems to be a recent remodel on the bath house, but the draining inside is horrible and the locks on two doors do not even line up. The waterpark itself was nice, and seems very popular, so for that would not recommend driving just for that because it over crowds. There is no regular pool, and not enough floats for everyone, or maybe they should limit how many are allowed in the lazy river. We did get a drink from concession, but would maybe see they hire more people to help the flow and wait in lines. We went within first days of opening, so I understand getting everyone trained and a system down, but maybe do family and friends a few days before to work out bugs next year.

I would normally have given them a 5 star review but today was beyond the worst service I’ve EVER had. After we stood in line at the main snack bar for 20 minutes we decided to take them up on the offer going to the new snack bar by the wave pool advertised with a HUGE sign reading it was now open. We get to the NEW snack bar only to discovered it had closed 10 minutes earlier. The manager couldn’t have cared less when I talked to her. She was probably still in High School. We basically lost about 30 minutes of the day over this. Terrible customer service. The park is a good value for the money but be warned if a problem arises I wouldn’t expect them to go out of their way to fix it.

This was our first time here. It was $10 per person. We thought it was a good deal. The food is inexpensive also. We fed 5 for $30. There is no refund for inclement weather. So check the weather before you go. We got in 2 hours before a storm. Then got another 1.5 hours after I passed. It's not very crowded or doesn't seem to be. You're not elbow to elbow everywhere you go. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Little bit of a drive I say from knoxville it right about an hour. Not to bad to spend a day at a water park. Very friendly staff and very reasonable to get in. $10 for adults and kids 2 and under is free. Its has a lazy river a good size kid area with water slides for toddlers and bigger ones for the older kids. Also has 2 tube slides and 3 body slides and a wave pool. Plenty of room to walk and enjoy the day at. The food and drinks were very cheap and good. It was raining when we went but they only close the water when they hear thunder. So still stay open for the day we went. Staff was very friendly! Also they had were you could rent out a toddler float with spot for the adult and a spot that had a bottom for the toddler all for free! Also does season passes. Great place to go to once in awhile!

We was there on Saturday June 29th! Everything was amazing until we lost our little girl, I approached a male lifeguard in the kids area and he threw his arms up and slung his head backwards and said "Are you freaking serious? Another missing kid?" Very loudly and kinda huffed about the situation; he then blew his whistle for another lifeguard to come over and he said "we've got another missing freaking kid. Does it deserve a 3 whistle or just 2" and then she asked me about details of our girl. That was my only issue because he seemed very frustrated that she had been lost

Drove an hour to Kentucky Splash to stay an hour before giving up and coming home. The place was so packed that you couldn’t get a tube for either the lazy river or wave pool. It was ridiculous! Not worth the time or the money!!

Recommended. We had a great time while passing through on vacation. Excellent price and variety for a small waterpark. I can’t speak for the food because we had plenty of snacks in the car, and they were cool with us coming and going with our wristbands on.

I didn't care to much for it. I mean if you live close by its one thing but don't go out of your way to go. I drove from Knoxville. Yes for the money it's not bad, but if your paying for a family of 5, totally not worth it.. Considering you cant take food in and have to wait hours, literly, to get any from them..

$10.00 for cleanest waterpark on planet... This place is AWESOME. Employees at waterpark are also great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. This place deserves 10 Star. I traveled from Ohio to visit park. They should be charging us outsiders more than there local people.

I would give this place a full 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude customer service. Me and my family drove 2 hours to try out this water park and upon arrival we wasnt greeted by friendly staff they was rude . The staff running the concession stand in the back of the park closest to the wave pool was very rude over asking for some condiment packets for our food. Not only that but by confusion of using the wrong kind of tubes in the lazy river the lifeguards was very rude about it. They need better friendly staff. Other than that the park itself was great had a good time. However dont know I will drive 2 hours again to come back .

For 10.00 per person. This place is fantastic. we bring our grandchildren they love it The water slides, the kid zone, the lazy river and wave pool. they have lockers, and snack areas. they also have lunch items. i highly recommend this place to everybody.

Just dont do it...save your money. People packed back to back, not enough chairs or seats so that people spend 30, 40 and 60+ dollars on their "Cabanas" which is only plywood with tarp around them with regular plastic chairs inside. Food ....bring your own unless you want to wait in line for over an hour and starve and the bathrooms are packed as well....we will not be back again!

The price makes it worth it, but the park really leaves alot to be desired. There are never enough lounge chairs or or tables to accommodate the always crowded park. I've had clothing and flip flops stolen. The tubes for the slides are semi deflated and there are barely any tubes for the lazy river. Some of the teenage lifeguards are just flat out rude. But for $10, affordable and we just make the best of it anyway.

A gem tucked away in Williamsburg, KY! We were passing through on our way to TN and saw a sign for the waterpark and decided to stop and play. We ended up staying at the RV park for a week before getting back on the road to TN because this place is clean, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, private, and fun (waterpark). Plenty of nature and places to walk the dog, and the parking lot has been a gathering place for kids to congregate and play without causing any commotion in the actual campground. (Also where my son and I could fly his model plane.) Customer service has been excellent at the waterpark and the RV park and the locals as well as the other RVers have been friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

So affordable ($10 each, $6 for a locker) and a great little water park. There was an impressively sized kiddie area, Two big slide towers with multiple options on each one, a long lazy river, and a huge wave pool. Don’t get the pickle slushy ($2) ...even if you love pickles... it’s not made with pickle juice and it was the first slushy that I’ve ever thrown away uneaten, it was hilarious, even after we passed it around the car and all tried it we just tossed it.

Great overall experience. Kept clean and pretty well maintained. Has a Wave pool, lazy river, 5 slides and a kid area with a water bucket pool playground, Food concessions, Small arcade area, putt putt golf & gift shop with camp site nearby as well. Pool cost $10 for entry or season passes available.

You pay for what you get !!!! This place is the perfect example of that ! Don't drive 3 hours to visit ! If your local then party on. Bring you own food and eat in your car , cause it will take forever . Awesome tattoos everywhere
