The manager was very rude and unpleasant. We didn't receive the services that were supposed to come with the birthday party package. We serve and hosted the party ourselves and when we asked if we could have some cups the young lady Halle said absolutely she we go get them but later came back and said her manager (Latrice) said no she wasn't giving us anything. One of the parents asked if they could make an announcement to the party the manager replied that's not in my job description. The whole event was unpleasant and uncomfortable for the party guests but the money was already spent so we continued our party. The supposed to be hosted Halle was really nice and did what she was only doing what she was told. She didn't stay and host the party she was told to work the counter

Just took my 4 year old and 1 year old here on a Saturday morning. We had a fantastic time. The 1 year old even got a chance to have fun. The place was great and clean with s friendly staff. The pricing was very reasonable. Had a blast. We’ll be back.

Altitude is very cool. We live on the other side of town, but I have family that live near Altitude and the kids had been seeing it and were dying to go. It was a Friday night and it was a little busy so there was a line, but once you check in it's not crowded because the place is huge. Plenty of room so you don't feel claustrophobic (ahem...like you do at another similar place...

We will be looking into booking our sons 3rd birthday party here very soon. Highly recommend this place. LENGTHY UPDATE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! We booked our son's 3rd birthday party months ago for this past Saturday at 2pm. Included, we got a private room, 10 child jumpers and socks, plates, forks, water, a t-shirt for the birthday boy and also a free pass for him for a future jump. We also got a host but didn't understand how that went until less than a week before the party. No outside food or drinks unless it's pizza, cake and icecream. They told us the week of that it would be $12 for each added jumper. We were paying for 2 extra jumpers. We had 12 child jumpers and 1 adult we were paying for. 30+ adults rsvpd and were all told prior that adults would have to pay for themselves. Then we get there and our host told us any child under 2 were free and their parent could take over their spot so long as socks were paid for. We had at least 3 under 2. And there were only 2 cafeteria, bench style tables. They did their best to accommodate us with folding chairs. Our host was amazing. Incredibly sweet and inattentive. However, at the conclusion of the party, we were told we had an overage of $60. When asked who didn't pay, they couldn't tell us. They said 3 adults failed to pay and when asked, just read off the list of who checked in. Not all of those adults jumped. Then my mom told me upon arrival, she gave them the party name. She was going to pay for herself then and there. Upon doing so, she was told it wasn't nessessary. They basically added her to a "tab". Several came in after my mom and were told the same from my understanding. Now, they told me that we had 3 adults not pay. If it was 12 per jumper, there's no way that's right. Math far from adds up. I told the adults beforehand they had to pay for themselves and when they arrived, were told it wasn't nessessary. We spent a pretty penny on this party and I wish they would've communicated with us or at least kept accurate record of who jumped and who didn't. In spite of that...would we do it again? Now that I know the ropes...yes. We've been back twice since. This place is our son's favorite place on earth. The staff are the best around and the park itself is extremely clean and all around awesome. Our host was amazing. But next time, I will make sure communication is clear as crystal. As you should if you choose to book a party here.

We LOVE LOVE this place. It can be a bit pricey but they have deals, check out the website or on Facebook. They also have free hour on Sunday mornings from 11am-12pm and then we just pay for extra time. I have a special needs child and this is his favorite place to come. And I get to relax some too. They are always understanding that he doesn't like to wear wristband and sometimes the socks(even I wish he would keep them on). The staff is always nice and fun!

Was a lot of fun but got very crowded defiantly recomend taking younger kids earlier then 6pm. The place was worth it. The concession stands where reasonable on prices. Only problem i notice is staff is not good with crowds. I will return here in future cause it is fair priced fun an good exercise. Just make sure you tell them what size socks you need cause mine where to small an hurt.

Very nice environment, very friendly employees. Very Clean ... our first time here was a couple weeks ago and we absolutely loved it . The cashier was very friendly and explained everything in a very nice manner. Our 5 year old had an absolute blast. My husband and I also participated with our 5 year old and it got a little crowded but as big as this place is you don’t much notice .. because time flys .. love love love love love love . The staff make you feel welcome. My granddaughter loves Altitude Trampoline. I am so grateful we have Altitude Trampoline Park in the South End of town. Thank you Altitude! Job well done!

This is jaidens fave place to play. We come EVERY Friday night. $18.00 for 3 hrs jumping. Slice of pizza and a 20oz water! Best price for 3hrs fun in town! He always has a great time. The staff arec friendly and so nice. The place is clean and it's nice to have the big couches to sit on. They have added an arcade and prize shop. This is an awesome way to spend some fun time .

I took my 1 year old and my husband on a Monday Evening. We all had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive to the children. They were Very assertive when they needed to be, which is necessary, or they would get run over by energetic children. Its a good addition to this side of town. Kids ❤️ it and it provides a way for them with a good way to be healthy! If tou find something bad about this place, its because you’re looking for something bad. This is a great place for families!

This was our first visit to the location and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The staff was kind and very understanding especially Sydney; she was extra attentive and efficient. The employees watching over the open play areas were very vocal when one person would not be following the rules and with us having our 2 year old around, that was especially nice to see the rules enforced. We will be back indefinitely for more great fun!

If you have not signed a waiver online before you get there you will have to sign one when you arrive. The place was clean. Bathrooms are clean. Staff was friendly. For a Saturday, it wasn't too busy. The kids had room to jump and play. They have a lot of staff on the trampolines to ensure the safety rules are followed. I appreciate how they have different areas for birthday parties. You can either get a private room or have it in the open. Be sure to download the app if its your first time, you'll get a free icee. Kids really enjoyed themselves... and parents/guardians, no one knows your kids like you do....you still need to WATCH YOUR KID(S)!

Went on Friday night the line was to the door but moved very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This place is huge and several things for the kids to do. The kids had a great time and are ready to go again. I think it's great that the owner choose Shively for this park, this side of town needs more things for kids to do. My kids were bored 20 minutes into it. They wished they had gone to house of boom. We were lucky to use a coupon as this would have been a large waste of money for my two kids. Still basically paid a dollar a minute. My kids even went up and ask for some type of refund. They were not allowed to wear there house of boom socks and were charged for new socks that were the same. My kids requested for me to rate this place as they were that upset.

Been here a few times now and had my daughter's birthday party here as well. Always so much fun and very clean. Every time we go, they have added something new, like more seating. They also have great deals that run thoughout the week for discounts on toddlers and such. And the staff is always very nice and helpful. I do wish they made there own pizza and other food items instead of ordering and having it delivered. They food comes fairly fast tho. Would recommend.

Love this place. It is great fun for kids of any age. They have dodgeball tournaments but they are in a sectioned off area. They also have another section where you can have your young or short kids so they don't get trampled on by bigger kids. They have a foam pit you can jump into. They also have basketball goals you dunk on. Fun place.

We visited Altitude on a Saturday for a birthday party and I was very surprised by how good the experience was. I thought it was going to be chaotic, honestly, but the atmosphere was very controlled. They have a separate jumping area for the little ones, so I could jump with my 3 year old while my 5 year old jumped nearby with his friends. The party host was very helpful to our group. The facility was clean and orderly. We each got a free 30 minute jump pass and I look forward to visiting the facility again.

My granddaughter got a job there and after just working a week was let go because she was was caught using her cell phone, however when she was there for her interview I personally saw two black workers on their phones and nothing was said to them.

Having not gone to any place like this before I can say that it was a positive experience. Their prices are reasonable compared to other places alike. The only con is that they don't really serve anything food wise but you're surrounded by restaurants not far from here. My son had fun so that's all that really mattered. Would go back again no doubt.

Place is fun for kids. Price for kids 6 and under is pretty good for the am time period. The regular price however is very high. Did a birthday party here for 6yr old. They allow you to bring in your own pizza and cake instead of forcing you to buy their food. Very nice. So we got Pizza Hut which was good. Did everything myself for party set up at tables and paid for each kid jump pass instead of the party package they offered which would have been several hundred dollars more for the number of kids we had. Overall pretty good.

Used to love this place but seems like always bullying kids and none of them being supervised what's the point in having worker's if all they do is jump play and cuss with little children around we were paying customers also and i was cursed at threatening my life when i leave all bc they didn't wanna let a 5 year old play basketball and they still allowed the teens to stay they lost our business until they are better staffed! If thats ever bc seems to just get worse and worse only management is the cop working and yes working the snack bar can't even patro patrol whats going on bc staffs just getting paid to play smh

Always a blast here. I bring my 3 year old daughter up there for toddler time but today we overslept and didn't make it til 1:45 the girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Apparently on wensdays it's match day where they match what ever bounce time you purchase. So my daughter got to bounce for hours for only $9 bucks which isn't bad honestly. The places is still as clean as the day it opened in my opinion and since it was fairly early it was all younger children so I didn't have to worry about bigger kids running her over or double bouncing her. For parents of little ones I recommend this place for anytime before 3pm when bigger kids start getting out of school and arriving. As always though we had a blast and can't wait to be back! Thanks guys so glad there's another activity on Dixie for kids to do!

Very rude staff! jessica the cashier told me I could get pizza and a drink for each child I paid $18 for some I paid for 5 children. It cost $100+ and when I went to ask about when I got my pizza she tells me that I didn't purchase that. After proving with my receipt that I did they still found a way not to honor what she told me. Bailey the manager came over getting smart, handled it very rude!!! I will not ever take my kids back here!

The staff does not appear to know what's going on. I had to sign the waiver 3 times, each time standing in a long line of people. I tried to buy a t-shirt for my granddaughter but they couldn't find the key, so they could only refund my money, after about 10 minutes of waiting. Otherwise my granddaughter had a great time. The floor staff is vigilant, keeping everyone safe. The staff behind the counter is clueless & not helpful, although quick with an apology.

Had my son's party there TOTALLY worth the price. They give you poppa John's Pizza the parents and child jump free. The birthday child gets a tee shirt a free hour jump pass for another day. If you are looking for a great place for a birthday and a great place to exercise because you will be pouring in sweat after the 2 hour jump pass that you get for the birthday. Definitely will recommend to anyone rather you have children or not.
