Nowadays this firm receives a score of 3.4 over 5 and this score was based on 292 reviews.
As you can see it reaches an reviews average is discreet, and it is founded on a very high number of reviews, so we may think that the valuation is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to give opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Park is included in the category of Amusement center.
Its been since I was a kid roughly 20 yrs ago my Father and I visited one back home. This place totally brought back memories. This place was clean, bright, and had all my old time favorites to my new time favorites alike.
So much fun.. my son loved this place..
I went with a few of my friends. I really enjoyed my time there.
Came here during Gencon 2019 and had lots of fun here! I love Arcades and this place really brought back that nostalgia of the older years when Arcades were more commonplace. The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. This place gets my recommendation.. They even have Lazer tag!!!!
I consider myself an arcade connoisseur. I love them. At first glance this is great, but when you get in and play you’ll find total neglect. Three different guns didn’t work for games, no air hockey puck, and what seemed like one person working the entire operation. It’s a crime to run a business so carelessly
They sale a 4 hr play pass for $20 + $5 for unlimited video games but the pass does not include the laser tag and that's the whole reason we bought it. Place is lackluster and I doubt we'll go back again!
It's really fun, there is so many games there
Opened an hour late, the staff was very unfriendly, and half the games were broke
This place has nice games but more than half of them are broken. They must make zero effort as things appeared to be broken for a long time.
Stay away! Horrible customer service and half the stuff doesn't work but takes your money anyways. The only employee working there couldn't even give me credits back. And don't try to tell me that you have trained technicians. The worker behind the counter said they hated their job. (2017) FOLLOW UP (2018): I just visited Pigeon Forge, TN and the arcade at the Island there is phenomenal compared with this place. Tilt has no excuse and should be kicked out by Simon properties as they are a stain on their image. FOLLOW UP #2 (2019): The owner's response is BS. This place still blows chunks and has not improved in the the past year.
Please turn this place into a Round 1! Round 1 is my favorite arcade in the world and Tilt Studios clearly does not know how to run an arcade! Please bless Indy with a Round 1 arcade!!!!!!
John wick 3 was off the hook
Overpriced and rigged games. Most of them were broken and no consistency in their pricing
It has a lot of games that are either unplugged, not working, or outdated. Some fun ones but really needs a makeover.
Really fun place forfamily
Cool place nice people workin there
Just a place to have alittle bit of fun.
Fun! Lots of cool games!
My kids enjoyed it. I noticed a lot of the machines would swipe our card, take points off, but not work. Making us swipe again and pay for the game twice. The general experience was okay but we will probably find an alternative next time due to that machine issues.
The games are fun!
Most of the staff is great except for Zoey and Dion (the manager) who are rude and always disappearing when you need them. So many of the games are broken and never seem to get fixed.
It's a fun place to go
Fun times for the family!
If I could give this place a 0 star I would, most of the games don't work, thereis no managers on site to take care of anything, the owner must be a idiot cause his workers kept trying to call him last night and he never answered, they acted like they didn't know what to do when the games took your money and they acted likethey can't issue any refunds because the owner never answers the phone when they call him
I'm not sure if they are in the middle of renovations or what exactly, but the place was dirty, more than half of the machines were not working (not an exaggeration). Several of the games were off to the side, and tools were out in the open where game cabinets were being worked on at some point. Most of the equipment is what you would have expected to see in an arcade 15 years ago. Not a lot of new stuff, at all. The only real value in this place is the air hockey or maybe the timed basketball game, but of course 3/4 of the basketball games weren't working. All in all, this place is a complete joke. It shouldn't even be open until they get all the machines working again. On a side note, when I came in, some guy was arguing with a cashier because of a refund issue I think, but regardless of the topic the cashier was really unprofessional. Later while I was in there, the cops came in and kicked out some people because some of them weren't playing games. No wonder, considering half of them don't even work.
Fun games, employees are all so friendly. Gabino and Brittany are the absolute best!!!
I've been there twice it's nice but there is some up an downs but that's just caused by people in general
I can't even begin to tell you how terrible this place was. We are staying in Indianapolis for just one night and wanted something fun for the kids to do. The games kept taking our money but did not work. I complained half a dozen times to the only person there. Finally I asked for a refund and got 15% of my money back. The worst part is how disappointed my children were. I would have been better off converting the 30 dollars I spent into nickels and let them roll them down the mall hallway. An opportunistic attorney could stand outside this place and gather enough clients for a class action lawsuit within an hour.
Don't pay attention to anyone rating more than 2 stars, it's a joke and whoever wrote them were probably paid. I came into town for the holiday and decided to hang out here with family. There isn't a good sleection of games. The games that are here are outdated... which would be fine if they actually worked right, weren't over priced and didn't scam you out of credits. Forget about trying the ticket games. The amount you get isn't worth the amount of credits. The deck of cards we got from the prize wall had damaged cards that looked like they were cut with scissors. We expected them to be cheap quality but really??? I'll stick to Round 1 near Chicago. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Love the arcade, great staff with great prices, I would have given it a five but they dont get new games in enouph. I would recommend this arcade to anyone with awesome deals like ten buck Tuesdays were you can play games all day for only ten dollars (with a 2 dollar charge for the card). They also have pretty good lazer tag.
this place is awesome I love when my mom takes me here and Cassandra an employee there is always nice to me and very helpful
Fun place for arcade gaming with friends and colleagues. Lazer tag was a lot of fun too!
Fun time specialy for kidos....
Go here a lot with my kids, one of few arcades around town. Some games do have issues but overall I've always enjoyed our visit.
Very dissatisfied. Some of the games didn't work properly and had no sign as being out of order
Same old games at super high prices.
I loved the snow skiing, and sky diving simulators! It was a bit pricey though?!
Had a good time not bad prices but slot of the games were out of order
Loved this place as a kid, always fun.
Great service
My teenage son and his friends love this place!!!
Great !
Great customer service! Few games were acting up but they took care of us.
Very rude employees. Congrats we will never be back.
Good but some like six games didn't work. Cool workers !
Would not recommend this place. We came to Indy on vacation and while at the mall, we found this place. Looked great from the outside, we even bought our cards (from a machine because we couldn’t find anyone around) and then we realized half of the games were broken/not turned on/unusable. We spent $40 to play an hour of ski ball and waste it on games we didn’t even get to play. My boyfriend even sat down, swiped his card for the Mario cart game, just to find the steering wheel was completely broken. The employee working was nice, but all he did was reboot the game and gave us credits for a different game. The air hockey table took our credits and did not power on. Some of the games even told us our cards would not work for them!! In the end we had no tickets (a glitch in their system or something) and he gave us 700 tickets. We ended up with a ball and a ring pop. I would have much rather spent my money at gatti town or Dave and Buster’s. It’s a real shame that this place looks so cool and turned out so lame.
Like pulling teeth to get even very UNenthusiastic sevice. Many games take points off card without working. No telling how many kids have been ripped off. Staff doesn’t care.
Very cool place! Highly recommended ☆
Many of the games were not working and many games were not working very well but still took your money.
People are giving bad reviews and the website looks cool!
Had an awesome time with my friends definitely recommend
Many games work fine at taking your tokens but will not play. Attitude of staff is poor.
Got there most of the machines would 5ake your cash then not play wouldn't give the card points back either then half of the games just didn't work
Great place to bring your kids.
This place was awesome 20 years ago, now it's an absolute dump. What a shame
Horrible! Half the games here are broken with no out of order signs so you lose your points!
Must go there
This Saturday past I rented a party room for my twins 10th birthday. We've come on occasion to game and spend time together. So when I asked them where they wanted to have their Big 10 they said Tilt! We had the best time ever! The room was set up so fun and festive. The happy birthday T-shirts that they had the chance to decorate with their friends was a great way for them to get the party started. The hostess, Priscilla, was awesome. She was great with the kids. Friendly, warm and inviting. The kids loved her. I was very pleased with the entire package. I will most definitely be recommending Tilt Studio to everyone! Thank you for a great time!!!
Depressing
The games are fairly cheap although the prizes are terrible. The big claw machine is a HUGE rip off, played three times and the claw wouldn't close. Also, some of the guns wouldn't work (and you wouldn't know until after you've spent your points).
“Stephan Kings Tilt” explains the atmosphere of the place. Dingy, creepy and dark. This place is a horror movie. The tickets to prize ratio is so absurd to the point where I’d have to sell myself to even get enough tickets for a styrofoam football. EVERY fighting game has an issue with it (not on, stick is dead in one spot, kick button doesn’t work, credits don’t register when you swipe, stuck buttons). I got 400 tickets from a game, went up to redeem them for a pack of cards, brought cards home and opened them to find the cards were damaged. What a meme.
Kids enjoyed it
Was promised it was haunted. Not haunted. Everything works and people are here. No thank you.
Go Thursday, when games are half price. On a side note, seems they have a lot of games that don't work :/ *edit replying with photos from tonights user errors

Fun. Been going since 2011. My brother and I go when I come to visit. Great place for the whole family.
One of my favorite places to go when in Indianapolis reminds me of my childhood in Indianapolis.
Good games for a more modern arcade, but I do not appreciate the "tiered" card style where you pay more for the more fun games like SkiBall
Good games + laser tag
Upon walking in, everything seems to be functional and working, but the majority of the games have something wrong with them. Either the guns don't work or the machines won't take your credits, leaving not nearly as many options as you first think. The laser tag sounds great in theory, but there aren't enough kids interested to really have any games going. For a Saturday afternoon, you would expect to have several employees, but there's only one in charge of running the register, awarding prizes, and operating laser tag. Being so understaffed made wait times for all of these activities very long, and it's not even particularly crowded at this time. I would hate to see it on a busier night. TLDR: kind of expensive and ghetto, but the kids still had fun. If you're looking for an upscale, more professional arcade, keep looking.
Nice place to do something fun with the family
I wish I read the horrible reviews before coming here and dropping 55$ on junk games. I came here with my family of 3 After the first 2 games were broke i instantly went got someone knowing I haven’t played 1 game I tried to get my money back and leave. That wasn’t an option I tried getting a manager. That wasn’t an option either. after dealing with 7 of the 10 games I played had issues I literally just handed my card the some random kid and his family and left after being told by the employee that every arcade has broken games like this. Which they don’t. Yea occasionally I’ve had a coin stick or something minor but not blatantly take my money and don’t work. ! Game 1 water game broke ! Game 2 shooting game broke wouldn’t aim Game 3 shooting game worked ! Game 4 ski ball didn’t count anything as points ! Game 5 bowling game broke Game 6 rolling bowling game worked ! Game 7 Star Wars worked but no sound Game 8 motorcycle worked !!!!!! Game 9 formula 1 worked but seats wouldn’t adjust I’m 6 foot and too short my 8 year old daughter sat on the floor to play ! Game 10 monster drop broke
Pretty decent, $25 for 4 hours unlimited arcade games. Most of them worked better than I thought they would
The gaming experience tends to alter over time. For better or for worse I am not in the know. Great restaurants only an escalator ride away.
This place needs to be reviewed by Mayors action center. As I noticed on other reviews the games are broke it is true. I lost money and so has others as seen on here. So I did report this place to mayors action center. Hope they come look at this place. Also saw if you go see manger you will get a refund. I noticed that the staff is not nice here and are walking out of tilt studio down halls and hiding in the office. So goodluck on that. They know they are stealing from customers so they don't want to talk. Very bad place.
Took my family there. Place was unstaffed, half games didnt work and took points that no one could put points back on (no manager available).played the lazer tag and equipment didnt work properly. I do not recommend spending time at tilt studio. I will never take my family back to the so called family fun place.
It was the worst it took my money and I got no tickets so I would not could there☹️
Spend your money on the mini golf next door instead! Came here with four friends and after getting my card loaded with credits many of the games just take your credits and you can't play afterwards. I'm left with the general impression that you're only supposed to pay to load your game card and give up trying to find a game to play and walk out the door. I encouraged one of my friends to get his lost credits refunded and he said it wasn't really worth it.
Place is a dump. Half the machines didn't work. Had fake games. Horrible and rude customer service. Especially the homeless looking worker with ripped shirt named Jon that I spoke to and tried to reason with. I am a first time customer here with my family. There's was a mistake with the ticket machine "recharge station". I paid $35 for the card for the value deal. However I did not know there was a hidden fee of 2$ to activate it. My brother and I kindly asks the workers , Jon and Steve, to help us put in the $2 and honor the card value. Jon was very rude to us and yelled at us in front of other customers. I over heard him talking to Steve saying, "Once they put their money in, we have their ass". We just wanted our refund but they also refused. I honestly think this is a hostile environment when this should be a family friendly place.
It's a little pricey but so is anything fun
Liked the game choices but was a tad expensive.
Tilt Studio Indianapolis was hordible. The guy at the counter when we first walked in and the guy cleaning were the only two employees that weren't horribly rude. You would think when your spending $100 to $200 on they're outrageous prices that the employees could be nicer. My female employee stood off to the side and talked to security all night and ignored anybody who asked for help. My husband went up to see when we could play the laser tag, that we had already paid for. The other employee snoorted "when it's clean" and went back to talking to someone else. The cleaning guy who was very nice said he would open it for us and then the guy at the front desk took anouther group, who had just showed up, back there to play. TLDR: Don't go to Tilt Studio Indianapolis! You'll spend way to much money just to be treated like dirt!
Too expensive for bad quality
We just went to have fun and loved it
Not fun at all
Spent money and then found out all the games were broke or took your credits and did not let you play. Also one of the mario karts racing game was broke would take ur credit only to find out you could not steer. I will be posting reviews on everywhere about this place. It used to be nice but it has went down to a 0 star stay clear hopefully this place will shut down soon or new owners and managements company needs to clean house. Get people in there who give two craps. And are not rude to there customers. ALLL THE GAMES WERE BROKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DEAR Danielle K. Funny how your review says see a manger when theres only one male working he had that look like don't mess with me . I am not going waste my time email you or talking to your about this look at other reviews you know your place needs fixed and updated. Quit making excuses and fix your stuff and quit wasting peoples money and time.
It may be a little expensive but there is a lot to do
Good stuff had funn.
NEVER AGAIN. We took out son here on Sunday and it was a embarrassment two games gave us no tickets when we hit bonus and the skee ball took out points and didn't not load a game. For $22 my son got 2 old school pencils. ALL the claw games are loose and the seat was broken on car 3 while playing the Indy 500 game also the speakers are blown on the transformer game. The only positive thing I can say is it was clean in there.
Was alright. Over priced and half the games didn't work. It's an alright place to kill time is about it. Couldn't get service to cash in our tickets to redeem prizes because no one would help us so we just have them to some random kids who were there. Hopefully they were able to cash in the tickets.
Its soooooooo fun
Lazer tag is super fun!
Overpriced games and unfriendly staff with our visit. My four year old couldn't not have fun at an arcade but it wasn't the most positive experience. I wouldn't go back.
Fun but some machines were broken and prices a bit high for claw machine games that have claws that don't grip anything
Worst arcade ever! The majority of the games didn’t work and staff was unable to issue any refunds. Biggest waste of money ever! Do NOT go!!!!
Much better than most of the other reviews would lead you to believe. The selection was pretty good, and the one time a machine took my credits without letting me play, the staff were surprisingly helpful. There's a HyperBowl setup (I had no idea those still existed!) and I had a blast with it, there was a DDR cabinet and TWO Pump It Up cabinets that I broke a sweat playing, and apparently there's laser tag but that didn't really interest me at the time. (I mean, if you're into laser tag, it's an option, but whether or not it's any good here is beyond me.) Overall, a fairly decent place if you're willing to accept its flaws.
So many games were broken. Probably half. Even the ones that let you play were even broken. I paid to play skee ball and it gave me 1 ball. That's it. The wheel on the Mario cart was messed up. None of the air hockey machines worked. There was one game where it moved while you drove which was super cool but the first time we paid and it didn't work. We waited to it to reboot and it still didn't work so they gave us a free game on that one which was nice. But neither of the seat adjusters worked so short people like me had to try to reach the pedals from afar. It was cheap though. Only $1 for 4 tokens however the fun games cost at least 4 if not 8. I'd rather go to dave and busters to be honest.
Great day of fun
Awful! Spent $50, 8/10 machines didn't work, out of the $50 I think $25 was eaten credits, I won on the stacker game and it didn't give me my prize, the worker ignored me until finally he got the manager, the manager seemed to brush it off, didn't apologize for it not working, and offered me something 1/10th the size because he "didn't have any left" even though it's right inside the machine. Aren't arcade owners supposed to have keys? Most of the machines were broken and or you spent money on them and find out they're broken while no employees care. Cheap arcade, broken machines, terrible service, do not recommend. Dave and Buster's isn't too far away.
We were in town for a gymnastics meet. Both of my daughters competed, but two days apart. So we really enjoyed finding Tilt at the mall. We wound up playing laser tag four times that weekend. So fun!!
Untrained staff, every arcade game I tried was terrible. You couldn't hardly control what you were doing! Too sensitive. Laser tag was okay at best. Too confusing. Air hockey was probably the best thing there. Just avoid this place at all costs. Because any price other than free is too much.
We walked around this place. No one was there.
Attempted to plan a work event here. The company changed their policies regarding deposits in the middle of our time spent discussing. We did not hold this event and I will never return. That is awful business practice and extremely unfair.
Believe me best arcade to go to I love that arcade
Not enough personnel that willing to help you. Alot of machines are down. Very poor selection in prizes!
Terrible! Half games are broken. They have fake arcade systems with fake emulators on games like street fighter 4, marvel vs capcom 3, and tekken 6. They are poorly made and not capcom arcade machines. Some Chinese knock off. Don't go here. Poor management and terrible staff. I'm surprised they even survived this long. I bought a 35 dollar card that's suppose to be worth 50 when you buy 35 but I only got 35 dollars worth. I talked to the manager John and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!
Do not come here and spend a lot of money and expect to get what you paid for... this place is a rip off and not run well. Me and my group came for the Laser Tag, I did my research, I never saw that they only allow 8 people playing at a time, my group had 11 players in it. The workers had a hard time explaining the card system. So we had some of the group in Laser Tag and some of the group playing the games. The many of the games were broken and out of order. The points per game were all types of crazy. It was HOT!! The cooling was turned off and they had no water or refreshments! Don’t waste your time here.
This really isn't the greatest arcade. Or even a good arcade. It might of been when it first opened way back when. They keep the lights on and flashing on the games that do no work along with the card swipers. The card swipers will flash colors or is staying green when it is accepting payment. You swipe the card and it takes the payment. The game does not work so you are suckered into thinking maybe you didn't swipe it right. So then when you go press the service button you are waiting anywhere from 10-20 minutes waiting for someone. If you are lucky maybe they are already standing there but that doesnt help either because they dont reimburse your points of a game that didn't work. Then they move on and DON'T put an out of order sign up and they DON'T kill the lights on it. Just for another person to come along... beware.
New review- Happy to inform anyone wondering about this place that it is even worse than my last visit a year ago. Even more machines not on and or broken. They never even bothered to fix the machines that I told them were broken last time. Sorry tilt won't be wasting money here next gencon. *old review*Great selection of games and friendly staff. Biggest issue is the maintenance of the machines. I don't think they care to fix something once its broken.
Easily half the games are faulty or broken, severely understaffed, did not get tickets earned, card machines finicky.
Bunch of games are broke. Slow service. Charge too much
A lot of fun games if you've got a bit of spare cash. I had a lot of fun for the most part, but be warned, there are no refunds and some areas require at least two people whether you're alone or not.
Lots of different games to play. Kids enjoyed it.
Not as good as Sega city once was but still ok for the kids
My kids had a magnificent time.
Great arcade they have a wide selection of games, they even had a couple Nintendo machines. Luigi's Mansion and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games. I would avoid playing the games that give tickets unless you plan to go there often as you need thousands of tickets to get one cheap item.
Really good u was there yesterday
Ole Fashioned Fun
This arcade is ok. A lot of the games were out if order and we had to wait for like 10 minutes to cash out our tickets. The lady made up for it though bc she gave us credit for tickets that one of the games didn't load to our card.
Lazer tag was unimpressive and all the games had scammy prices
Not bad the workers are very slow
Not impressed. This place has gone down hill dramatically in the past year. A large majority of the games did not work but there weren't signs to indicate that so we wasted tons of money. It was more frustrating than fun
This place is an amazing place to go and relive your youth. I've been coming to this arcade since I was a kid and I never get tired of coming back. With the addition of Laser Tag it only makes it better. Support your local acarde because they are a treasure to keep.
First walking into the arcade you think "Wow this looks fun", but then the musty, crusty atmosphere hits you. This was my second time visiting, and both experiences were absolutely trash. There was only one employee who showed the worst customer service and was so rude we left. Yuck, never coming back.
Plenty of attractions. Really fun for people of all ages. I just wished the employees cared a little more.
Awesome! So fun to go to for birthday parties and just hanging out with friends and family. Good deal! Only $1 for 4 tokens. Definitley recommended!
Lots of games were broken but overall it was an ok stop along the way
This place looks amazing from the outside but once you get in and start playing you'll find out that the games are over priced and half of them dont work.
not sure what this place is I might have drove by it no opinion
I enjoyed my time at Tilt Studio, it was so fun! I got some good prizes & I also spent quite a bit of money here, lol. The only complaint I have is that some of the games were broken down & it was pretty upsetting when one of the claw machines ate my money. Other then that I had a really great time!
Rude staff and to pricy and most games r trash even tho they r new they end up malfunction on u in the middle of play or double charging u with point on ur card.
2.5 stars When I went there, some of the machines didn't work and got ripped off
Half the games take your little tokens and don't even work
Arcades are awesome
A nice variety of games, although many were broken. They offer Lazer tag which can be fun. Not the best arcade, but not the worst either.
Maybe 1 in 3 games work, but they will all take your money! No out of order signs despite 1/3 games being out of order. To top it off, manager refused to refund for broken games we paid to play!!
We had alot of fun but I dont know if I like the cards you have to get. The games all have odd balances left so you cant ever really get your money's worth. Second would be the staff we live two hours away i have four kids it was just me and them i talked to 3 different staff. Had told them all we wernt from her asked how to go about doing things and they just looked at me like I was dumb and should know. Again not from there not from a town that even has more then a Walmart so maybe work on that to get 5 stars.
A great and fun way to hang and enjoy yourself.
Kind of pricey but the kids and I had alot of fun.
It's fun for about 15 min. But not that much after. Seems like all the games are especially rigged to fail. And it's quite expensive.
Most games were broken or did not work correctly. Thank goodness we only spent 20.00 on the token card.
This place is not worth the time or money.
So much arcade!! Great place for family, date night whatever you feel.
Cycraft Initial D game here is awesome
Excellent!
Old broken arcade. Games old and worn down some don't even work. Spend your money elsewhere.
Took my kids for my sons birthday and had so much fun! The kids had a blast! Brittany was so helpful in the arcade area and then Eric at the laser maze was so awesome and nice to the kids! They had some trouble getting the maze working so he gave the kids extra tokens to play longer. Great customer service
Fun place, games are expensive but really fun!
DO NOT GO. this place is absolute trash and a rip off. most the games are partially broken, they eat your credits sometimes without letting you play, and even it you can play and get tickets then the counter doesn’t even have the merchandise. staff are rude and useless. no matter how many problems you have, they will not give you any refund- not even of game credits. really difficult to see how this isn’t fraud of some kind? i intend to get my kid’s money back and an apology.
A healthy selection of games/prizes featured here; however, all of these games either have broken controls, or fail to work at all. There are some games that even take away credits and not even fully register. I have probably wasted about 40 credits on these non-functioning games and would hope they get a better maintenance team in the future.
Great games but one game scares me
A great way to have fun with the kids great games and laser tag
Yeah, not good.... It had a lot of old games, and most of them didn't even work. And the service was slow as heck! Save your money and time for Dave and Busters
I didn't even want to give it one star but it made me! The machines-games don't work, they take your money and won't let you play! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE! WORST ARCADE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
So much fun
Went here with the family and spent $35 on credits only to find out 75 percent of the machines were out of order. Left after 10 minutes and now how a card with money on it that I won't be able to use since we visited this ran down place while on vacation. I would suggest going elsewhere
I absolutely love arcades and this one is no exception! Their variety of games as well as ticket games are perfect for me and my daughter. Also the variety of prizes you can win as well as ticket costs per prize is great. I got over 2500 tickets and walked out with a bag full of prizes. Staff is always willing to help with any questions you may have. Love it!
I would have given this review 0-Stars if I could. Save your money and go to Dave and Busters if you plan to visit a place like this. I would not return even if they gave me free games. Stopped in here over the weekend with my kids. We were downtown for Women's NCAA Final Four activities. This place is a joke and a complete rip-off. Most of the games were not functioning properly. One of the Pop-A-Shot games had ONE basketball...ONE!! Many games did not dispense tickets like they should and many of the games were not even powered on. When we decided to finally turn in our tickets, we went to the counter instead of using the ticket counting machine. The young girl (who looked like she could care less about working there) asked "How many tickets is this?" I explained we didn't count them (we could have) and didn't want to use the counting machine since almost everything else in there was broken. Her reply was "Well if it was broken, it would have just told you that you had zero tickets".....no kidding, that's why we chose to deal with a person rather than a crappy machine!
