Good areas but as a gymnast we can’t even do backflips even if we tell it to the staff, and we can’t use the available side of the tumbling track. A long trampoline track is missing for people who want to make flips again.

As far as the environment it was perfect. It wasn't crowded. The obstacle course was closed but a team leader open it around 530 so it was cool. Check in was good they have good customer service. My only problem was my daughters wanted to get on the climbing obstacles (not the warrior one) but you climb and you jump off. The young lady told them that she could not suit them up because there time was almost done. I didn't understand why she would say that. They are kids they are there to have fun. I asked the manager what their policy was because we did have 15 minutes left. I explained to him what the young lady told them and also stated by the time she would have suited them up they would have been done. The manager allowed them to climb and of course the young lady had an attitude but o well thank you. Definitely will not return

The jumping experience was okay for my daughter, but we didn’t have a very positive experience at the Fuel Zone, aka Concession Stand. We ordered a foundation drink, which after I took a huge gulp figured out the carbonation was out and it was NOT good! They eventually fixed it and gave me a new one after 10 minutes. We ordered a corn dog and pretzel with cheese (it specifically said Pretzel w/Cheese on the sign) and after 15-20 minutes of waiting we had to ask where our food was. They brought out our corn dog and pretzel with no cheese. I asked for the cheese, the attendant looked at me with a confused look on his face. He said they didn’t have cheese only on Saturday’s. I guess he had not read the menu.

Really nice clean trampoline park. Not very big compared to some Sky Zones, but really nice and well set up with a good ninja course and other creative features like a rock climbing wall. A fun place to spend an evening!

Our church youth group went here for an activity to do together. I had some trouble getting in contact with them to set up a group event. Some of the trouble may have been my fault not really sure why they wasn’t getting texts or emails. When we got there they where very helpful and kind. Every employee tried to get things set so our group could enjoy the day. They all had amazing customer service skills. I was upset at first but they quickly got things taken care of! Would highly recommend this location, some communication things could be improved, but I was assured that it would be looked at. They staff deserve more than 5 stars, the front check in person, the team lead and the manager where all very skilled in customer service.

My son has autism and sometimes it’s hard to find a place where he can be himself and have enough room. This was absolutely perfect! This place was packed with kids on a Saturday night and it’s so big he still could find a room he wouldn’t fall over on people LOL. Staff is amazing and efficient and the sky zone was impeccably clean!

Ok sky zone is one of a kind In my opinion it is perfect for everybody. As adults we get a little out shape as we get older and this place here will let you know how out shape you are Its a killer work out but fun at the same time.Kids oyeah burn that energy have fun with other kids playing as we did as kids. Trust me if you have not been and think that you should go it well worth ever penny and just go do it

They're pretty strict with all their rules and kinda expensive. It's pretty small as far as trampoline parks go and not super baby or toddler friendly. Overall all though its clean and kids love it. It's better to go with the membership!

Both my kids love going here. They can burn off all the energy they have and meet up with friends. It clean and very well maintained. Especially great in the cold. I housebound times of the year, an hour of bouncing and the kids are ready for resting themselves.

Fun! Fun! Fun! Wasn't expecting to have this much fun as a grown adult! The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we as well as the kids were kept safe. They definitely keep an eye on everyone. My kids had a blast! I had a blast! Beware...you will get a workout! I'll be back. Make sure you get a massage from the chair when you're done. Ha.

Lots of different activities: free-form bouncing, a ninja course (it got crowded after the parties started), dodge ball, climbing, and more. I got a full body workout: strength and endurance. If you're local, a membership is worth it. On weekends, it is best to come in the morning before the rush, but it's still fun when crowded by kids. However then you'll need to wait for some activities like getting your harness on for climbing or the easier sections of the ninja course. Also, the timers on the ninja course have been broken for months, so you'll want to have your own stopwatch. But everything else it in good repair.

Definitely not coming back. My first visit was horrible. I live in Everett so I always go to the one in denver but this time I wanted to try something different. I came here around 2pm with my 3 kids . The person who was at the front register told me that it was no space for my kids to play because they were busy. I said okay . Then I asked. So What time my kids can play. Then she said. I can let one go in at 3pm then I said . I have 3 kids,how would you tell me that only one can go in. Then she said sorry but the next one can go at 3:30pm. I said thank you but that's not right and I left. Definitely not coming back.

We went for the Saturday night special. It was such a great deal. My kids loved it AND got some great exercise. I feel like it was really worth the price. Plus the guy Lonnie working showed them how to play on the basketball and battle areas. Very nice!

This is an awesome trampoline park. My friend was the one who took me to it. Prior to me going to Sky Zone I thought it was exclusively for kids. However, after going to it, I was surprised to see quite a few adults there too. The facility was very nice and well kept. I really liked the design of the jump pads, and the dodgeball area was amazing. On the downside, half of the facility was closed, or under repair when I was there.

It's a nice facility and my family had fun here for the most part. My biggest gripe is they charged the same for my barely 2 year old, who could not even use half of the areas, as they did for adults. $20 for a toddler at a trampoline park? That in itself is enough to go to a different trampoline park, even if it's not quite as good. I would recommend this place for people ages 7 and up. Little kids tend to get trampled at places like this if you are not helicoptor parenting. The staff was attentive and the place was clean. If they had appropriate pricing for children it would be 5 stars.

I went here yesterday.Me and my cousin came for fun for 120 minutesWe jumped in the foam pit 3 times and we played 2 games if Dodgeball and i was running back and the grippers on the socks caught were the soft padded part and floor.My foot bent back and i couldnt walk.So it hurt rlly bad,So i had to hop back.So i got ice and sat there the rest of the 2 hours. About 15 minutes later,A guy came over his name tag said Benji.He was rlly nice and he talked to me and made my dad sign something on a ipad.Thank you Benji for Noticing that i got hurt.Benji was rlly nice.

This place is fun for the kids. I wish the employees would pay more attention to the kids and what’s going on then talking to one another. It’s very expensive, you have to pay per hour per person and it’s around 17 dollars so just for 3 people for one hour it’s close to 60. Other than that it’s fun but a little crowded.

The kids had a great time but the staff are not trained and they aren’t friendly. They were yelling at the kids and when I had my daughters birthday there the host Olivia was so unpleasant. Didn’t give us a heads up to let us know there was a few minutes left and proceeded to bring the next parties things in. They put our coats and shoes in a trash bag but every other party there had a rack with their coats and shoes nicely placed. They shouldn’t have so many birthdays going on at the same time if they are going to rush you the entire time. She also didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. A heads up to let you know that we have to wrap things up would have been better than pretty much kicking our things out and bringing the next one in. They didn’t even help us pack up our things. I paid the same amount if not more for my daughters party like everyone else yet we got treated like trash. I felt discriminated against and I will not be coming back. They need better customer service and kid friendly staff. The manager was not very helpful either.

I like that I didnt have to pay for myself, as a parent. I bought socks & got a free pad pass which means I could go on the mat with my kiddos. We will definitely be back.

Threw my son's 5th birthday party here. We had so much fun we came back the next weekend to jump. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Plenty of room to jump for everyone. I love the "one person per square rule", to ensure no one gets hurt. If too many people are on the main court, they will section it off to make sure the little kids are safe. I love the fact that everyone can jump together, unlike Elevation where if your kids are 8 and 4 they have to be separated and you constantly have to run back and forth to check on them. Great for a fun time with the kids.

I went here for the first time on Sunday evening for a 6 year old's birthday party. I was impressed! The place was big and bright and airy. The party kids really loved jumping around and climbing. Overall the facility was good, and the children had a good time at my son's birthday party. Unfortunately, my check in process was a disaster, and in the end I spoke to a lady said to be the store manager. She was beyond rude, and if I did not have a group of children and parents standing there waiting for our party, I would have left. General jump sessions are great, but I do not recommend Skyzone for parties. Customer service needs work. We will not use them again for a party.

I always bring my kids on the weekends for glow in the dark night. They have a dj and awesome face painters. They only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because several times I've gone and paid for an hour to 2 hours and the cashier got the times wrong on their stickers. I've have to argue with employees who tried to kick my kids out after 15 min of arriving. Once is ok but its happened several times.

I love this location. Came on a Friday afternoon, not too busy which is good. The boys get to have a great time playing while having enough space to not bump into other kids. The only thing I wish is that they would get unlimited time to play instead of paying for an hour hour and a half or two. Overall, it’s good. Also, the staff is pretty attentive to the kids playing- making sure that they are safe.

Not even going to waste time they have a euro/ super tramp but they won't let advanced flippers practice their tricks. We live over an hour away and would have been extremely upset if I took my kid to practice at a kiddietramp park sad that we have to travel to Greenville and Charolotte for good tramp practices

This place is a blast in a half with a wicked warp wall and rock climbing wall!! Super fun! Also firday night is glow night and everything in black. Light and I believe 9 30 to 11 is teens night so only teenagers are allowed to jump which is super great to meet new people!

Took kids for 1 hour to jump arrived about 12:10pm on a Saturday. They should have allowed my kids to jump 1230 to 130 since they ask you to arrive 30 min prior to jumping. Instead my kids were shorted their 10 min bc jump time given was 12-1pm. And I paid $13 hour to jump plus $1 for sky socks. Just watch your time and be sure you get your entire time paid.

The trampoline area is nice, clean and well monitored. We were there for a birthday party, and since I'd done the paperwork online in advance, I asked if my child could just get her socks and go while I finished checking her in. The desk rep said yes, but then didn't do it. Later, when it was time for the food and cake portion of the party, the party rep, Timothy, was basically useless in his roll. He hadn't finished setting up when the kids came to the room, he didn't have napkins or forks set out and had to be asked repeatedly for them, he didn't get a pitcher of Water for about 20 minutes (despite several parents asking for this option for children) and stopped a mom from doing it when she tried to go get it, when it was time to sing Happy Birthday he was asked to turn off the lights and he pointed and said "it's over there." Otherwise, nice play place.

Awesome.... This is a great place to bring the kids for a great time. It is very clean facility. There's also a snack place to get your boost when you get tired. They have different areas for the kids to enjoy, regular bouncing and tumbling, basketball dunk area, ball pit area, obstacle course area, dodge ball area. The staff was very helpful and courteous to everyone. Will definitely be going back again and recommending to everyone.

Over priced($15-22/per person) for the little time you get(1-2hrs) especially when MOST of your time is spent waiting in lines. Not to mention there was water or I hope at least it was water dripping down the walls by the benches. Tiny bathrooms (2 stalls.) seriously unrealistic for the capacity of people. You'd think they'd at least offer free water with what they charge per person so no one dehydrates. Super hot in there. Lastly, the lockers are a joke. It's 50cents per time you want to lock your stuff back up. So, if you need to get back on to grab some money for a drink, but plan to jump more.... you'll be paying to lock it again.

We planned a group event here for about 50 kids (and some of the parents). Melanie at Skyzone was great to work with. I had never been to this location but the facilities were clean and laid out well. The staff did a great job at going over safety rules and watching the kids. There were lots of activities besides just jumping - dodgeball, basketball, zip line, Silks, and much more. Most importantly the kids had a BLAST!

This place is such a fun place to go. I went here on a date and had a blast. Its clean and there is quite alot to do like a basketball dunk area, foam pit, ninja warrior course, dogeball area (different areas for different ages so little kids don't get hurt) and a huge trampoline area. Make sure you wear work out/comfy clothing because it really is a workout. We got a two hour pass and that was more than enough to jump around and do everything, by the end we were so tired. The workers are mainly younger kids and a few of them were not the most helpful/nicest but they are in high school so I understand, just don't expect any super nice workers.

My experience would be a 5, but Jeremy’s shift ended before I left and I got stuck with some kid named Noah. Jeremy taught me how to play dodgeball, and even though I don’t have any arms he really made me feel involved. Jeremy also handled my autistic brother Alyssa very well, even after he tried hitting Jeremy in the laranyx with his O-2 tank. Jeremy is a great guy, and the company needs more just like him. First time that I went to this location. The one I usually visit closer to my home has less restrictions on jumping. This one only allows certain age groups to be in the same arena at the same time. We met up with cousins and the kids had to separate for games like dodge ball. It also didn't allow the adults to join in the game. So my brother looked rather foolish jumping alone in the adult section while his nephews were in another area. I probably would g there again because of that reason.

Minimal food options, basic bathroom setup and rentable lockers that are one size fits all. ( Hopefully your family isn't bigger than 4 and without coats).

Check in is painful. Hourly is not too challenging but more complicated signups involve half your day. The staff needs a sound barrier. The noise levels seem crazy and some of their staff are losing their hearing. Also, the kids are so young, nobody feels empowered to ask for help when the line starts getting long. Could be great but where are the adults?

I really loved it! Despite the fact that I got hurt on my own fault, I am not blaming Sky Zone for that. But when I got hurt, the people were really nice, They gave me an ice pack and asked for my name and stuff to file an injury report. The foam pit is really fun, but EXTREMLEY hard to get out of! And there's 3 dodge ball fields, one for little children, one for preteens, and one for teenagers and adults! Definitely going back soon!

My son is autistic. They would not allow me to assist my son on a trampoline that had nobody even around us. They told us he couldn’t jump. Then I would have another employee come over and apologize for the last employees comments to me and tell me it’s OK. I would have another employee come over to me and say no it’s not OK that we have to get off. I finally went and saw a manager and he told me that I’m sorry your son is autistic but if we allow you to assist him the other parents are going to want to assist their children’s and jump with their kids. For one I don’t know of one parent wanting to get on a trampoline and start jumping around with their kids. They take him there so they can sit down and watch them parents are tired enough we don’t want to go and jump around on a trampoline with our kids. But in order for my child to enjoy himself he needs assistance. Where we’re not hurting anybody or bothering anybody because there’s nobody even there. Their communication there is horrible and their discrimination is even worse. The manager had me for passes the come back but would not refund my money. Why would I need more passes if my children aren’t allowed to jump with assistance. If you have an autistic child or know somebodyWho is artistic you know how hard it is on everybody. I would ask everybody please not to go to sky zone to support my son Sean with autism because of there discrimination. Before I even bought my tickets I had asked them if it was OK for me to assist them and they asked me to buy a ticket in order to do so. So it’s not right that I start to help my son enjoy his time there for them to kick me off after I already paid after they said it was OK. And I have five different employees tell me something different each time well they just don’t know what they’re doing and I think their power goes to their head.

We were there this past Sunday for a birthday and when we got there every single toilet in the girls bathroom was overflowing and full of everything from pee to period blood. Im serious. It was disgusting. This is a family place, hygiene is a must. We warned the employees but in the two hours that passed nothing was done to fix the problem or at least apologize about it. I went yesterday for the first time with my husband and 4 kids. The kids really had a lot of fun and will more likely want to go back but for me, many things were frustrating. The place was incredibly packed and the line just to check in was big and for for my luck, I had to stay in line twice because I had no clue that we needed to fill out the waiver first. The check in staff wasn't welcoming and offered no guidance, directions to us. The only staff that seemed to be doing their job well were the foam pit and the open bounce, and the bathroom was clean. I would love to go back and hope my experience will be different now that I know the place but I believe that staff could make everything much more clear and informative for the first visitors.

Very friendly staff....the went above and beyond. Tried to order nachos we was told there was no cheese...later on asked if they ever got any cheese and they said they have cheese but no chips. Kids had fun and it brung joy to us to see them have fun. I personally enjoyed the massage chair. Thanks to the friendly staff....we will be back soon

I don't usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience. I called this morning before they opened to see if they had an area for toddlers (my 2 yo daughter and 16 mo nephew). The person on the phone confirmed they have an area for kiddos between 1-4 yo. I asked if I had to schedule an appointment, they said no you can just come in. When my sister and I showed up with the kiddos they said we should have made an appointment and we would have to wait one hour to jump. After waiting the hour we were let into the toddler area, the kids were having fun at first until a big kid (looked about 6) started jumping into them and knocking them over. I understand it's my choice to take my child here but it became unsafe and I was yelled at multiple times from staff members for trying to keep my child safe. I do think it's a great concept, and the facilities look clean. But with the exception of one person all my interactions with the staff were HORRIBLE!!! Everyone was extremely rude. My biggest pet peeve is poor customer service and I agree with all the previous post that complain about the rude staff. We are big fans of Jump Trax in Sharon. we will be bringing our business back there, friendly staff and they even let you play with your children in the bouncy houses!!! I say stay away from sky zone!!!

Went here for my cousin's birthday party. It was fun, my first time there. It was kind if hot in there, a lot of kids. More kids than Chuckie Cheese and Dave and Busters, so keep an eye out for your little ones. All the kids had a great time! Lots of activities, they even have an American Ninja obstacle course.

Fantastic place for all age kids. Even adults can have an amazing day out here. Price is good. I don't find it expensive and you will see your kids so happy jumping for a couple of hours. And for a few dollars more you can have some food and enjoy the day even more with your kids. Besides your kids will have fun and be tired when going home. I Love love this Sky zone!!! My son just recently had a birthday party and everything went perfect from check in to check out the host of my party was a very nice young lady who was very helpful and very sweet!! Booking my party was a tad bit confusing at first but with the help of Melissa Sanchez my booking went smooth and easy and she was very helpful and so nice and informative about everything that would be taking place for the party and the food and deco I really appreciate her for her help along with the staff there they are all very nice and careful about the kids safety, the kids loved the new attractions they had as well!! I def recommend doing a party here for your kids or just to go and jump it's so fun !! I'm so pleased with this sky zone :) !!!!!!

Lots of fun for kids. Mostly designed for 6+ year olds. There are some activities where you have to be at least 6. Environment is friendly but sometimes YOU FEEL LIKE IT IS A LOVELY DAY IN SOUTH CENTRAL LA WITH THE TRAP MUSIC PLAYING. It is not an issue when the employees play the Skyzone station like they are supposed to. Management must make it clear to them that they come to work for the benefit of the kids and not for their enjoyment. Parents are not dumb and we notice when the music starts cursing. Get it together and you will get more 5 stars.

They have good trampolines, but this particular place appears more geared towards groups, with at least 3 dodge ball courts. Also, we went on a Saturday evening, and they had one of the sections we wanted to try completely blocked off. And it was more expensive than either Gravitopia or the new Big Air. While what they had was good, a better value can be found elsewhere

I've been to multiple trampoline places across the country and this one was the best! It was great for my little kids, the teens in our group, and the adults had a blast as well. They had an awesome obstacle/challenge course that put everyone to the test, a rock climb wall, and our favorite, a gladiator knocking people off kind of thing. This place is awesome! It's just like Jump Highway in Vacaville, California! I went for a day with a child. We entered the building and saw the computer pre-registration area. After that was filled out it was over to the register to pay. You have to buy the socks so you can safely jump. The jumping was amazing! They had obstacles that you could jump over, a foam pit, dodge ball and basketball hoops! We had an amazing time there and I wouldn't be surprised to see myself going back soon

I gave it three stars because they do a toddler morning I enjoy, however here is my beef with this place. The staff is not inviting, they close off so many sections its like torture telling a child no sorry cant play there, cant play there when gravitopia is always open everywhere. The staff acts like def con one when your child runs into a section blocked. They act fbi style when you are playing and it doesnt make me feel comfortable playing with my little man. Its just not near as inviting or exciting as gravitopia.

I gave it 2 stars because it's the overall rating. The customer service there is great 5 stars for customer service however the facility itself wouldn't get a star. It's very small and the kiddie section is just not even worth going to, just 3 trampolines a small hoop and a few peices of foam, balls and noodles to throw around. The regular side is ok a few unique things compared to other skyzones I've been too. It wasnt too busy so dodgeball was just my 2 kids which wasn't fun for them. I probably won't go back, my kids prefer the other locations.

I've been hearing about this place for a while. My daughter was invited to a birthday party here, so I finally got to go see what this is all about. This place was impressive! Two small courses that test balance and agility (two degrees of difficulty), a basketball hoop, small individual tramps, etc. In addition, they have a snack area with a good variety of food/snack choices, private rooms, and an elevated observation area for those of us that want to watch the kids. My kid came out hot and sweaty, tired and smiling...that tells me this place is well worth going to.

This place is disappointingly small. We took my sons here for a fun family activity, hoping we could jump with them too but it was so ridiculously crowded & the adults did not feel comfortable jumping. One of the only 2 big areas to jump wasn’t even open. This is by far one of the smallest jump places we’ve been to. I’d pay more to just have room to have fun. Oh well, not going back. But hey-If you like jumping with crowds, this is the spot!

It was just awful. My husband and I paid for us and 5 children to jump for 2 full hours and it was litterally so packed my husband and myself had NOT ONE PLACE to jump. My kids were being run over by big kids and adults constantly, the staff got onto my 2 year old for holding onto a net to keep her balance while jumping they made her get off then when her father tried to help her they told him he was not allowed. I asked for a refund for myself only literally 5 minutes after paying because they were so packed there was no room for me (or my husband) they let way to many people in for each session. And i did not get any help at all between 3 employees on trying to get a refund. Or a pass to come back at a less busy time. I paid over $200 and it was the biggest waste of money of my life. Our family LOOOOOVES trampoline parks and this is the worst one we have ever been to. Not to mention the fact that there are 30 employees alone in the already cramped and small area of the trampolines. It was a terrible experience and I was very upset the whole time we were there and not one employee or manager even came out to talk to me after me sitting on the bleachers in the front for over 30 minutes waiting on the last employ I spoke with to get a manager. It was one problem after another the whole time and I don't not recommend this place at all. Very expensive and not at all worth it.

Fantastic customer service! Very smooth operation. Justin was the party coordinator for my son’s 12th and he did a great job keeping the party on track. Staff was very helpful setting up. One child bit his lip and was quite upset about it. The staff was extremely helpful getting the child some ice and making sure he was ok. They also checked back on him several times. I highly recommend this location.

I've been to Sky Zones in 3 separate states but none of them felt like the Lafayette location.The staff feels like they could be a legitimate family. They joke around and seem happy to come to work every day. They are also so friendly to the customers! They take time to actually get to know the kids and talk to them. It's a very fun and fast paced place but it runs very smoothly. It's also a very enjoyable place to be, no matter how chaotic it seems to be from time to time. I love Sky Zone Lafayette!

I drove 30 minutes to this location because my last experience was excellent!! The place is small but neat, and the front desk excellent customer service BUT some of the team members were awful today! They pretend to follow the rules, but they let their ”friends” do whatever they wanted. 2 people jumping in one square... Backflips... and so many rules broken. The funny thing that frustrated me is that the same team members were telling my kids don't do this... Don't do that! They need to follow the rules for everybody or follow the rules. UPDATE: I Received a called from the owner of the place. He was very professional and listened to my corners. This act is very appreciated and tell me that they care about their customers. I am for sure going back!! Thanks for caring for your customers. I will update this post my next visit!

If you’re looking to lose weight, this is your place, as it seemed like the heat was on and all you do is sweat buckets. Very uncomfortable. If you’re looking to have fun, then I’d recommend the trampoline park in Gastonia. More comfortable temps and a lot more activities to do.

As a 13 year old, this is by far the BEST trampoline park that i've been to. My parents drive 2 hours just to come to this location. Very kind workers, too much to do (get 2 hour pass), the rock climbing wall was amazing and the amount of trampolines was so high in quanty that everyone would get about 4. Great staff! I am editing my review from 4 stars to 2. While the staff is still great the scheduling is not. I (used to) go for the SkyFit classes but after continuous canceling of classes due to no instructor I stopped going. From what I can tell from their website there are no SkyFit classes on the calendar at this location anymore. That's a shame because it was a great workout.

The place is clean and a fun place for the kids which is good. BUT their policies and selective enforcement of the policies need a lot of work. Their policy separates children by age which is good. But it also prevents parents from being near their children over the age of 4. Since my son is 5 I was not allowed to be with him while he jumped, which is the whole point of going in the first place it would have been nice to be told before purchasing tickets that I could not jump with my child. I see no need to return as long as this policy is in place. The big problem is that they do an excellent job of policing their "you can't play with your kids policy" but when it comes to the rule that children must stay on their own trampoline, not run around, and not interfere with others they can't be bothered to enforce that. The whole time my 5 year old was in the open jump area there were three kids running around, jumping on other kids' trampolines, knocking some down, and generally be a nuisance. The attendant did tell them "you can't run in here, stay on your own trampoline" over and over again which the kids just ignored. So it would appear that the rules only apply to those who choose to follow them. I'll be spending my family entertainment dollars elsewhere going forward. If you have kids under 5 it's great, otherwise their new policies prevent you from playing with your child.

The park itself is fun. If you plan on going multiple times, make sure you keep your sky socks so you won't have to pay for them every time you go, you can reuse the ones you already have. Also, if you are a mom with a purse make sure you have a quarter handy for the lockers because the people at the front desk checking you in act like it's the biggest deal to offer a quarter so you don't have to keep your belongings out on a cart. I only carry a debit card normally and felt as if it was like pulling teeth to get a quarter. Also, if you get back into your locker before you are ready to leave it takes another quarter every time you open it back up. Other than that the kids that work there out on the floor were all really great and kind and helpful and interactive with the little kids. They honestly had better people skills than the adults working the desks. Also, sign up to receive the promotions they offer sent to your email and you can snag a great deal on ticket prices that can be saved and used for up to six months after purchase date. I got a bogo deal for 2 passes for 2 hours for my son and me for $25 which would have originally been $50 and saved them as a present for his bday which was months later.

It's a great place to take the family. You can't beat the value with an annual pass. You'll pay for an annual pass without realizing it by your 2nd visit most likely. You think that you wont go back but you will and frequently if you have kids.

Took my daughter for a birthday party. I'd say it's a little pricey but I imagine that's just how much it costs to turn a profit running a place this size. Jump and pay based on 60, 90, 120 minutes etc..

Man this place is so cool. Foam pit is awesome. Dodgeball is cool. Basketball is a slam dunk. Free jump is so cool. I like the concession stands. I am definitely going here more times. Plus, trampolines are nice and sturdy.
