He made sure she was having a fun time by any means, including bringing her foam to play with and offering an inclusive safe area for her to jump! Shaya at the concession was also great! She had a super fun personality and was iceing on the cake for a memorable night! We will definitely be back as always!

I will give an extra star since my kids had fun and it's really clean. But WAY too strict and WAY too pricey! If you are a helicopter parent and worried your kid will get a bump or bruise then this is the place for you! In my opinion, I signed a waiver for a reason and they should let the kids be able to have more freedom there. I have been to at least 4 other trampoline places when I lived out west and they all were cheaper and way more fun than this place.

Booked party here and honestly it was worth it! Wish they would let parents into the party room and wait there but otherwise the party person who does everything for you is awesome. When I say they did everything I mean it from serving to setting up cutting cake helping with presents cleaning everything. Money is worth it! Wish there food prices were more reasonably priced but otherwise loved it. My son and his party loved it!

Great place to take the kids. The adult lounge is perfect for keeping an eye the kids. Awesome for birthday parties or just a quick trip. As an adult loved I could get in there and play with the kids. Great for all ages

Pros: my son had a blast. Lockers are only 25cents for the small and 50cents for the bigger ones (re: other review. how can you complain about paying for a locker for a quarter?) Very clean. Staff was nice. Cons: Well I paid $45 for 3 one hour passes and socks since this was our first visit. Me and the other adult couldn't even really jump since they separate it by ages. Which I understand, but I couldn't even jump with my kid (4y.o.) on the trampoline. I got to stand there while he did. LAME. Just go with the adult pass if you plan on taking a kiddo between 0-4 cause you can't do anything. A little expensive, personally I feel Strikes & Spares gives you more bang for your buck.

Was nice people at front counter when was checked in the required socks were small the largest sizes were still small . My children are different ages so we were separated from each other multiple times the guards that watch over everyone were making the experience not to enjoyable.have trampolines at home that my children have been on since they were able to run around the yard . They know how to watch over each other plus I was jumping with them yet the guards definitely got there handshakes down to change there areas one lets you jump the other stops you and starts making more rules then another let’s you jump and cycle continues out of the 4hours i payed for me and my 4 children we were being told what to do and not do for at least a hour of that time the restrooms were not so clean some of the equipment was sticky and seemed to have a black tar or gooey stuff on the pole to get down from the wall climb and the zip cord and ladder the basketballs were not so clean either yet we had a good time when we were able too my suggestions would be if there are parents trying to have fun with there children should let them as a paying customer the areas were for everyone they shouldn’t have to separate from each other my family all had the same letter on our shirt sticker which I had to get a second one because it fell off I thought I was going to be kicked out the guard had a fit so I hope it was just that day cause with so much rule making and uncleanliness I think I will tryout other places for family time hopefully they improve cause I’m sure we will attempt to go back but not to this location it was a super fun experience at the sky zone in Indianapolis

Sky zone was great and a very good entertainment for all people and sky zone even has a part for little kids and even their siblings can go to the little kid part and play with or even help with the little siblings and if you want go ahead and check it out is even fun.

I've been here probably a dozen times, and it's always been fun. They have new staff today and the rule enforcement/ strict jumping guidelines are crazy. Literally watching my 8 year old jumping in a restricted 2 square space with an entire empty jump zone around her. This is enough for me to not come back. Sky Zone, relax your staff of 14 year old security guards.

It is good place to take the 10 year old grandson. It was very crowded and very loud. I think they could use a few more people to help supervise the crowd they had. Only two people checking people in, quite a long line. It is a trampoline attraction.

Really disappointed. We brought our 1 and 3 year old there for our first time. We arrived at 1:03, filled out all the paperwork, paid and entered the jump area at 1:10. No one told us that our 30 minutes that we paid for, started 10 minutes before we even started jumping. Again, this was our first time so we had no idea it started in 30 minute increments. My 3 year old gets her feelings hurt easily, and couldn't even enjoy jumping because every other minute she was getting told to stop doing something, ex "don't jump on the walls" "don't help your baby sister up from her trampoline" "if someone comes into your trampoline, you have to get off". I know they are trying to keep everyone safe, but I signed a waiver for a reason. They even told me I couldn't help my 1 year old up after she fell because I didn't have a jump pass. I feel like if I pay $10 to have my 1yr old jump, I should be able to at least help her up! We paid $40 for 20 minutes of very strict jumping. Way too many rules!

One of the best places to have fun at whether you are a kid, teen, or an adult. I have been going here for the past few years and it is always a great experience. They have added new many new features to the place such as nerf battles and glow jumping late at night on the weekends. The prices are very affordable, and they even offer a great monthly subscription which is great if you have a family and live in the area.

I went here twice in one week. It is a lot of fun but I do wish they had more things to do in the park. Usually, other trampoline parks have more things to do other than jumping in to the foam pit, doge ball, and just normal jumping. I would advise everyone with past injuries to be careful though. I had torn my hamstring a few months before coming here and it was healed but I landed wrong while jumping and re-injured it. Just be careful if you're deciding what to do! It also had a funky smell which i wasn't too fond of.

Really disappointed overall. Took my 3yo there today. He is big for his age and fairly advanced. The 15 "hall monitors" watch everyone like hawks. I was corrected on at least 5 occasions for violating one of the 75,000 rules. At one point, I was told I couldn't pick my child up to help him dunk in the shortest basketball hoop. Not jumping mind you, simply lifting him up and setting him down. I appreciate they are trying to keep people safe but the rules here truly are ridiculous. I've been to another similar place on the other side of Michigan, it was much bigger and we had access to the whole facility aside from one or two advanced games. I don't reccomend, especially if you have little ones. You end up spending the whole time telling them what they can't do, which is not fun for a 3 yo boy. I honestly was counting the minutes until our time was up. Maybe if they reevaluate and relax the rules a bit, we'd consider going back. But until then I think we'll just stick to the other place when we're out that way to visit family.

They checked in with us a number of times while we bounced to make sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pizza and the ice cream cake. Thank you Sky Zone!

I came here today with my twin toddlers like I do almost every Tuesday, but today I left in tears and I hope to never come back again. This place is usually dead on tuesdays so the staff lets them jump on the bigger courts but today they were confined to a netted area with only 8 squares where the bigger kids kept coming in so they couldn’t jump around and were confined to 1 square. There were a total of maybe 3 other kids there and for some reason they weren’t allowed to go anywhere but there. This was supposed to be a fun last day with my kids before I left them for a week for a business trip and all it did was upset my kids and left me in tears because I felt like I disappointed them and let them down. I hate this place for leaving that kind of taste in my mouth and I will never be back. Make up your minds, either follow the rules or don’t but really to expect 3 1/2 year olds to try and rationalize that they can go there one visit and not the next is ridiculous, especially when they see other kids their age being able to jump on the rest of the court. If you have younger kids I would steer far away, actually I would just go to Colby bounce in university park mall.

From kids to adults we loved this place. Please check the height of your kids because there are different regulations for where they are allowed to go. We don’t live near it so we hold on to the special socks you have to buy at grandmas house so we can go back and use them at a discounted rate each time. It’s a great indoor activity when needed.

Usually quite crowded, but a lot of fun! The kids love Sky Zone, and it's a great way for them to get some exercise when it's too cold or wet outside. We've had kids' birthday parties here, as have our neighbors. The party package prices may seem a bit expensive, but are actually better IMO once you consider the true costs and time involved in an at home party. No party decorations needed here.

My friend wanted to go here for her 31st birthday so we took a big group of guys and girls to the glow night (yes, all adults and no kids!) and we had a BLAST! There's gladiator sparing, dodgeball, free jump, an obstacle course, bball hoops, 2 warp walls, a floating ladder and more! I would definitely recommend this place for kids and adults :'l

Brought my younger sister and her friend - they had a great time. There's a lot to do, and it's perfect for the weather we've had lately to stop the kids from getting hay fever. Is a tad on the pricey side, especially if you have a lot of people it adds up quick. Great way to kill an hour or two, though!

I had a good time. And my daughter had a blast. The staff was very nice. However they were not helpful at all. I paid an then was told by a different worker something different so then had to turn around and wait in line for 15 mins and that took some of our time away. Then the guy that was supposed to tell us where to go etc. Was not helpful at all. I had to ask him where to change my shoes. Where to go. How to find the entrance. I just dont think he cared much. I made it clear to everyone that I had never been there before so I was very disappointed with that. I hope they work on that.

Very fun for the kids. Wish they'd come up with something better about signing the waiver. We wait in line just to be told to go out of line to complete a waiver. Frustrating! Snack bar needs to have more than 1 person working on a Sunday afternoon! Slow service. And no drinks allowed past the stairs. Why can't a parent hold a water bottle for kids jumping? I was told I could leave a drink for my child on the blue ledge by the stairs where everyone else's are. Yes that's what I wanr, potential group sharing of drinks. SMH

Kids were running wild! No enforcement of rules or supervision by employees. I see adults carrying babies and being constantly run into by children running. I saw boys actually wrestling on the ground and NO ONE STOPPING THEM! i was run into multiple times by these boys wrestling. Someone is going to get seriously hurt! They made me sign a waiver that they would not responsible for injury, yet are doing NOTHING to ensure a safe environment.

Definitely won’t be going back! I took my 2 year old daughter to SkyZone thinking we would have some fun. I heard nothing but great things about this place. We started jumping around and were having a blast. My daughter was all giggles and smiles. Unfortunately, I was informed that I could not jump with my daughter in the same square, or whatever you want to call it, of the trampoline. What started out as fun ended up not so much fun for my daughter. Piss poor rules, staff, and place.

We wasted a ton of money on the larger party package, do not waste your time or money! We recently celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday here and opted for the most expensive package with the private court. This package offered dedicated party hosts, an ice cream cake and we added on party favors. I never received the ice cream cake after asking the hosts multiple times to bring the cake to the room, I worked so hard during this party that I was not able to obtain one picture of the party. I woke up the next morning texting other parents for pictures of my child's party. The hosts were not of any assistance and stated "they don't like children" to one of the parents. One particular host spent the entire time playing basketball in a separate area while my party played in the private area. I had to search for him multiple times! In addition, the check in was terrible, the hosts were unavailable so I decided to get my guests settled since there was no help. The hosts insisted on cutting the cake for us however told us they really do not know how to cut a cake. I ended up leaving the cake I brought because it was cut so terrible. I normally save a slice of the cake but I couldn't do that this time, tradition lost! Lastly, I paid extra for the party favors and the host never went to get them. Finally after asking for them a couple of times he went to obtain the party favors and 16 small children waited with their coats in a hot party room on for him to return. This party was absolutely horrible and with the amount of money I spent for this party to go well, I must say I am very upset. If you have a party here, DO NOT waste your money on the larger package because you will not receive the service as advertised.
