Sky Zone is always fun. This location was very clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly. This Sky Zone isn't as large or have as many activities as other locations that we've visited. Even though it's a little smaller, there is still plenty of things to keep the kids busy for the full hour. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great indoor activity.

It's a clean place, well staffed and perfect for indoor fun! We dont have much of that in the city, so SkyZone is often our go to. The staff are friendly for the most part! The facility is clean and tidy. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it for the fun.

1/4 of entire space is for jumping now which is way too small considering 80% of the people are trying to use this one area. The obstacle course is great. The remaining 1/2 of the space is divided into two dodge ball courts and 1 is always roped off not in use as they don’t have that much demand for dodge ball. I asked two workers if they would open the empty court for free jump and both told me they won’t open it for free jumping and if they do open them it will be for dodge ball. Super annoying for a parent with small children. Like I said 80% of the people in the building were all stuck using a small jump space that is 1/4 of the total space in the building. I have been to this location in the past and appreciate the obstacle course as they are trying to improve the place, but not allowing a dodge ball court that’s not being used to be used for overflow for the extra jumpers is crazy. Won’t be back again.

Parking lot is horribly designed, having issues getting the waiver to go through not one staff member would help when I complained about my issue with the application, The staff around the front desk I guess are not able to leave their area. Wish they had an area for small children. You know to prevent smaller children from accidentally getting hurt by older children.

Kids LOVE this. Toddler time is wonderful for my two year old. Not only do we burn off energy but we learn about rules (only one person to a trampoline) and personal space! As an adult...still love this! Getting old though as my back hurts a bit the next day. :)

I think it was pretty fun but after a while you get tired and the most comfortable place to sit it's on one of the trampline squares but one of the people there said you can sit on it for "A FEW SECONDS" if you do a back or front flip and need to collect yourself after doing that. But, what if you can't? I can't. What if you get tired? Nope you can't sit down on the trampline only on the uncomfortable seats that are outside the jumping area.

If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would! Customer service is the worst I have ever endured. Waiver on file, in their computer yet the ruined my daughters party by picking out 1 of 3 guests and insisting they couldn't jump even with the waiver in the system. I will never return again and suggest everyone makes sure they have no other options when taking their kids out.

This is a great place to bring you kid(s). They just added a whole new section. They have gladiator. The warp wall. Obstacle course. And a swing/ trapeze. Don't forget about dodge ball. This is a perfect place to have a birthday party.

the new Nerf mode on the trampolines is really fun but the guns jam a lot also the lines were pretty long and they were not regulating the dodge ball some kids clearly should have been out but they were too busy talking to their friends.

We have gone here now a few times for the toddler jump time. It is definitely worth it if you have younger kids. We are able to go on Saturday mornings and for two kids to jump you get two adults to Jump for free. The whole toddler time is an hour long and it is just the right amount for the little ones. We really like it because there are not a ton of big kids jumping around. Also since it's only little kids everyone is very accommodating. The facilities are well-kept and clean.

Dont do this. Cant do that. Not allowed to. You have to stop. That's all we heard the entire time we were here from the staff. I understand liability and insurance risk, but come on! You guys run a trampoline park let these kids have fun. I dropped around 40 bucks just to have my kid jump on 1 square. By herself. Cant stand next to my kid because apparently one side of the divider people cant stand on but the other is ok. Cant play on the dodgeball side because apparently I didnt get the right kind of sticker. Cant play on the right side of this imaginary line because I didnt get a sticker for that side. Pretty much all you can do for 40 dollars is jump on 1 trampoline in that entire place. But dont stand on the cross sections close to your kid. You must need a sticker for that too? Complete lack of explanation. The staff is young. Teens and younger adults. The girl at the front did a horrible job of explaining where we could and couldn't jump. She was too busy getting back to her friends that were visiting her. The staff running the actual trampoline part are not of any help other than to tell you not to do stuff. Waste of time and money. Lack of proper staffing and management. No explanation as to what sections are for what price. Wont be coming back.

The kids loved it (ages 3 through 13)! The check in is very simple. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with the way the staff handled the different aged kids, making sure everyone stayed safe. Very clean as well! A little pricey, but overall I have no reservations about returning!

My son and his buddies had a blast here for GLOW ZONE!! Good food, great atmosphere, and nice staff. Court Monitor Caleb was extremely helpful with my many questions. The only downside was the price. But they do offer a membership for 20 dollars a month which will definitely save you some cash. 5 Stars!

Was fun. Kids loved the variety of jump stations. I thought place was smaller than it looked on tv, but we had fun and all ages were active in having fun. Felt the snack bar line was too slow, as you get thirsty, and a longer wait reduces actual jump time.

This was a very fun experience for both teens and adults! The only downfall was that some of the staff was rude at times. Example: while playing dodgeball a ball went into the other jumping zone and a kid that was out of the game went to retrieve it (thinking he was doing a favor for the staff) and then he got yelled at by the staff for trying to sneak off into the other jump zone while they had their backs turned watching the other players.

Great atmosphere, just had my sons party there last night. The courts were safe and fun to watch my kids play and the workers on the court were nice when telling my party guests when they’re doing something wrong. Wow! This place is unbelievable. There is even a njnja course set up. Many other different areas to jump or have fun like dogdeball. Seating isnt the best because not a whole lot. They do have a mini snackbar. Also lockers you can use its 2 quarters to put all your valuables away. Best advice go online if first time here to fill waiver out because in the store only 2 computers available. Also first time peopel have to buy the socks which is only $3 a pair but you get to keep the socks!!

This is the second time I have been there with my kids. I have 2 children that are autistic, my youngest is non verbal. The first time I went they had 2 jump areas, one for little ones and one for older kids, adults. It used to be separated by a dense net. This was nice because the little kids area was separated. This time, I was let down to see that they one jump are that is much smaller and the only thing separating the areas is a different color pad between the trampolines. As a father with a nonverbal autistic child this can be problematic. My son almost got nailed twice by older kids doing flips. And the people watching didn't even seem to care. I would have liked to see them reprimand my child. As it was, I ended up cutting it short because my son just wouldn't stop putting himself in harm's way. When my son is reprimanded by someone who works somewhere it seems to stick better than if his mother or I do it. They are getting 2 stars because my kids have fun here. But, I am not impressed. The whole place seems to be completely geared toward nueral typical teenagers.

They lied about me being able to jump with my son and then I was stuck in bathroom with no toilet paper for twenty minutes until another patron found me and my terrified son (the automatic lights had turned off and I couldn't trigger them). The staff didnt apologize or anything.

If there was a way to give one star and five stars at the same time i would. Five stars for the fact my kids love it and have a lot of fun. Id give one star for the fact that i cant play with my children, the age group system prevents me from being in the trampolines, play dodge ball with my kids, jump off the swing pretty much everything but was charged as if i could do everything. Maybe offer a reduced adult price due to the fact adult fun is reduced.

We went to take our kids here. Place was extremely packed, no parking spots, expensive for little amount of jump time. We have two 10 yr olds and a 7 yr and they told us they weren't allowed to jump together. Just the "special socks" were 3$ plus tax for each pair. Wasn't pleased with the placed very much.

I was in town with family at the hospital and needed to get the little ones out of the room for a bit. They have a toddler option on the website and in the prices so I thought it would be fun. It was fun for 5 minutes until they packed as many people as possible in there. I quickly realized there is no small child area and no safe place for a toddler. Soon my kid was getting yelled at by teenagers for being in the way.

I've never had the chance to go to a trampoline park before, and while I was skeptical about the whole concept, it's safe to say that during my visit my opinion was definitely changed! They offer an open plan, so you can walk to whatever activity you want to. And they carry enough to keep you entertained for a few hours!y only complaints are that storage space is very low. So pack light. And that their prices could stand to take a little cut for what you get. Definitely would go again!

Super long line and long wait to pay. Very disappointing only one employee at the front desk waiting on customers. ESPECIALLY since most customers have children with them eager to jump and have fun, but have to wait at least 20 minutes to pay and get started. Other than this the place is fine but a little over priced.

They have a bunch of dumb rules here. You cant jump with your own kids on a trampoline. The kid has to jump on one and you have to stand on one side and watch. Building is to small .

I am usually pretty cool about any place and enjoy most places that I go. Skyzone was a new place for me, and let me say, it is pretty expensive for only an hour of jumping. Half the time you cannot even really jump because there are many kids jumping there, I took my boyfriend's sister and her friend and it was around the middle of the day and thought it would be less busy and it still just sucked. I personally thought they would have more area open for jumping and they did not, instead they had their employees just sitting around and talking. Why would you need that Manu workers there for them to stand around and just talk. Not very impressed with that place at all and for the prices rather go spend my money else where

Always fun!!! Great friendly workers who really look out for their customers!! Gave me a stellar deal one day!! My son loves it here and it's good exercise for him! I visit skyzone at least once a week. And now they have a jump club!! For one monthly low payment, your children can come jump every day! It's a monthly membership that you have to sign up for with a credit card. You do have to commit to 3 months, at least! I did the $19.99 package. So he can jump every day if he wanted, for 1.5 hours (I think!!!). Great company great employees great service great fun!! My son wants me to tell him the glow jump is the best!!

Almost the same experience as another review below. When a female staff member took over the dodgeball area,she broke their own rules and let big teenage boys who she seemed to know play at the same time as much younger and smaller kids,which resulted in our son who was there for his birthday getting injured. The rest of their staff was uncaring and we were not even refunded for all the jump time not used after that. We were given some coupons for free jump time on our next visit instead,which we won't be using.

My 13yr son went there with his friend. He said he had fun in dodge ball until a black haired young female staff member took over. That's when the older kids began to intentionally hurt the young kids. Apparently the gentleman before her made everyone follow the rules but when he left and she took over rules went out the window. No hot food can be purchased until 5pm. He wanted to order chicken strips and was told that they are making pizza for a birthday party and they didn't have time. He said over all he had fun but he had to go hungry on the drive back to Lima Ohio. My son said give it a 3 but because of the older teens, lack of supervision from the female staff, and not allowed to order food because some customers are more important than others, he wouldn't recommend going back. P. S. Thanks for sucking, my son came back with $40 that he couldn't spend there. The owners loss. I see a lot of paid for reviews. "local guides" giving 5 stars to every business from IN to Florida in the same day. Very weak sauce.

Fantastic idea for a business. Trampoline park includes basketball hoops, dodgeball court, foam pit. They recently added two different sized warped walls from American Ninja Warrior. A full obstacle course, as well as a trapeze over a foam pit. Will be purchasing a membership.

I have always enjoyed the experience at here in the past, but today was a waste of my children's time and my money. Instead of watching out for size and strength of children on the dodge ball court, they go by age only. My son spent half of his time not being allowed to play and made to stand and wait if he wanted a chance. Much larger and stronger boys were allowed to play with the smaller ones. If this is a safety feature, it is poorly executed. My son's friend was younger and wanted to be with him. So he wouldn't play either. Sky Zone has made me very sad.
