You will see all the opinions of real people like you who buy the services and products of Monkey Joe\'s - Southport (Park) in the area close to Indiana.
Now this business receives a score of 3.8 out of 5 and that score has been calculated on 532 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings that it reaches is really positive, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the valuation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to give their review when they've done well with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Park corresponds to the category of Children\'s amusement center.
My daughter always has fun. The negatives are they don't supervise the bounce houses, and the children's actions. Many adults get on them, not to help their kids but to play as well. Which is against the rules, and more dangerous for the children.
My granddaughter freakin loved this place and the pizza was delicious. Their staff was beyond anything I have experienced in an establishment like teirs.
When a 5 year old child on the child’s birthday has to tell the employee Hi. That shows the customer service at this place. Horrible service and venue. We will never return to this location again. Sad thing is the employee never said Hi back.
I'm a little concerned about all the deteriorating inflatables that just have duct tape holding them together. Visited on 10/22/2018 and there were so many patches of duct tape I thought "this can't possibly be safe". They've really let what was an amazing idea rot into sadness.
Absolutely nothing did adults to do. You literally just sit there and watch kids run like crazy.
kids had a blast
The place is great! Just lower the prices
Daughter loves this place. Went to a birthday party here once and they did a great job!
Nice place, the people are nice too.
Always a good place to take the kids! Plenty of fun activities and different Inflatables to make the kids Happy. It can be pretty busy on weekends or summer days but if your kids like to be Rowdy and have a good time it's not bad at all! Truth be told, it is one of the cheaper places you can take your kids for a good time
I think it's a really nice place my daughter loved it. The staff are very friendly the food is reasonable great place for kids of all ages.
Great inexpensive fun for infants and toddlers. Even though this location is always packed with children, you never feel like you are being overrun. The inflatables are always in great working condition and the staff does a very decent job keeping the place clean. The food on the other hand is, well, something else. I would not recommend visiting here with the intentions of getting food. I would definitely feed the family at another restaurant and strictly visit Monkey Joe's for the bouncing. The party rooms seem well equipped, but once again I would want to cater my own food. I definitely recommend bringing the young-uns here for a great inexpensive activity. They will love it.
Clean facilities, friendly professional staff, kids had blast
Great places for the kids!
Great place to take kids fun all day.
Horrible rude people my kids use to love this place after today they will not be coming back we will be going to urban air or smileys they are great friendly staff and very clean unlike this place !
First time taking my kids to this place after hearing so many great reviews and actually had the worst experience possible. The employees were rude, the kids in there were chaotic no one was around to watch any of them new attendees to help out and it was just unsanitary
We love to take the kids here. They have so much fun!
Food is expensive and icecream flavours were limited.
Staff seems bored but does nothing. Equipment is dirty and not maintained. I arrived at noon and they did not have any fresh food ie pretzel s or pizza What they did have looked old and gross. Staff did not check play area once! I used to take all 3 kids here for years probably will not return.
Demonica was assisting with my nieces bdy celebration and was very helpful, and attentive to our needs. The staff as a whole was nice. The play area could have benefited with a staff person roving to add extra eyes. The play area was relatively clean but could have been touched up with the amount of children.
Facility is a great concept for kids that aren't ready for trampolines. My only concern is the staff pay little to no attention to what's going on in the building and on the equipment, with most standing around the snack bar the whole time. I have an almost 2 year old who wanted to play on the bigger equipment, but there are too many big kids, not monitored and running wild, to let her. So, if you go please pay attention to your child(ren).
The kids love to spend energy bouncing off the walls at this place. We have had 2 birthday parties here and the staff is usually great. Parents have a tendency to let the bully kids out off the leash at this place. They let their kids run off while they hang up front glued to there phones. The staff does help, but they aren't paid babysitters. More parent interaction and this could be a 4 rating. I think the lack of pressure from the management to watch the kids and maintain parental contact is dragging the business down.
Took my toddler here today. After 10 minutes, demanded a refund and left. Their 3 years and under area was a joke. One inflatable was basically inaccessible for an adult sized person, meaning you can't assist your little one inside it at all. The only other inflatable in that area was so worn out it barely held air and couldn't support almost any weight. Parts of it were so flimsy my 23lb son sank to the floor. Very disappointing.
This Monkey Joe's is WAY better than the one at Castleton. It's cleaner, the staff is nicer and the food is better
My kids love this place, is very clean and staff is always on tp of everything
The guy that was the manager on duty was a little rude but I can see how it may be little stressful for some.
I could see coming back for a planned kid's birthday party, but not for a family meal/play day. There was no available seating for us to eat. Our son sure enjoyed playing, though, and that's what it's all about.
The kids had a great time
Really clean, not bad price. However Fridays they count as a weekend, so heads up. Kids had a blast.
The only bad thing about it is the price. The system they have for matching kids to parents, or guardians is good. They have from the basic package to what ever you want pay. All you have to do is call ahead tell them what you want, show up bring presents and if you want cake. They have pizza, snacks, drinks there or bring your own. There is a place for the 3 and under crowd that parents can accompany the kids inside. This is a good place to let them handle all of the food and decor and no cleaning up afterwards!
Nice play area for my 5 year old daughter. Customer service could be better and it could be a little cleaner. Other then that it's ok
Nice Helpful people and it’s bigger then other monkey joes locations.
I will never take my grandkids there again. Nice place for kids to be playing at. They had to order the pizza from somewhere else. Only thing I can say is clean up
My very active 2 year old loves this place! We go during the week day when it isn't very crowded and enjoy it so much that usually as I am carrying my child to the car she falls a sleep. #mommywins Thanks for 1/2 off military discounts!!!! Love businesses that support our troops!!!
My two year old loves the bouncy houses. I do too :D
My son actually had alot of fun. Food suck like every other kids place I've been. Overall I'll come back.
Take your kids let them wear themselves out! Also a good spot for a birthday party. No need to worry about clean up
Took my daughter for the first time. She was a little scared at first but she loved it once she started jumping. Food was good that we ordered.
Hours of fun for two 7 year old girls during a cold spring break in Indiana. Very reasonable price for unlimited time of bounce house fun. I would suggest a recycling container as several items sold at concessions has recyclable material: powered bottles; water bottles; cotton candy container; pizza boxes.
Children love to jump, ask any parent who has tried to keep their little rascals from leaping all over beds and couches. This place is a fantastic experience for kids. JUMP JUMP JUMP without getting in trouble, oh yeah!! They have quality little stuffed animals for sale also, not just some garbage they toss a logo on. Both the snake and monkey I bought have held up very well.
Really nice employee friendly to!
We came here on Sunday for a birthday party , and our overall experience was 2 out of 5 . My son and the other children had a lot of fun bouncing around, but it was very unsanitary. The floors were super dirty , the bounce houses need to be replaced They are torn up . And they need to keep them wiped down more than once a day . A lot of teenage workers with snotty attitudes. A little bit of adult management/supervision is needed for the workers . And I suggest to eat before you come . Prices are ridiculous. For an example a quarter bag of chips goes for $1.00 before tax here lol .
This place is way too chaotic
Fun for the kids but some simple cleaning would be nice. All that gray chunky stuff is where dust has piled up on these bounce houses and alot of these spots could be easily reached and cleaned safely with no chemical cleaner! No excuse what so ever for it except for lazyness. Tried to get pics, when and if you see it in person, you'll see how bad it is
inside looks nothing like the website. most inflatables were old and worn, a few weren't inflated completely. food prices were outrageous. most staff wasn't friendly. admission price isn't worth the experience. would not go again.
A lot better than the monkey joes in Castleton! It's pretty clean. The staff was not very welcoming but the facility was decent. I went as soon as they opened on a weekday and the got busy pretty fast.
Its fun for kids but kind of limited for Toddler's and babies.
Horrible customer service. Will never go back. Ever.
We had my grandson's birthday here and it was terrific. All the kids had a lot of fun.
Very crowded, bought pizzas for a party. I didnt know they dont make it in house. Keep and eye on your kids, other kids dont care. My 2 and 3 year boy and girl were just being walked over by older kids.
This location is FILTHY! I’m here right now and we are the ONLY family in the facility and all the employees are upfront leaning on the counters doing nothing. The bathrooms are atrocious. There blood on the wall and toilet . Stuff splattered on the walls and toilet paper everywhere. Bounces houses are very clearly not cleaned very often and definitely not nightly like the signs posted say they are. There is black film over all of them. There is absolutely no reason when the store is this dead why the employees are not taking the opportunity to clean this place. SAD.
Great fun for the kids and not too expensive.
Great place for kids to run and play! We enjoyed our first day today! Definitely going back.
Love this place. It's good for younger tots!
We had a birthday party there. The host did a great job. However the manager forgot to order our pizzas... they were then not party cut so we ran out for our large party. (I spent a LOT of time prior to the party checking to make sure it would all be in order). One entire corner of the facility had a broken, down bounce house. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. As a matter of fact several of us got a terrible stomach bug just following our party. There was a broken bench in the party room that pitched forward when the kids would sit on it and the sign on the door (maybe a $1 to repair at dollar tree was busted) I attempted to call the manager and also the corporate office to discuss further improvements that would help customer experience and did not receive a call back. I waited to write a review because I do not want to be a negative nancy however I would really think twice before booking a party without checking out the facility and talking with the manager face to face. The employees were not super motivated with the exception of our party host. She was truly amazing and saved our party day from being a disaster.
It's cold and flu season and I was very hesitant to let my kids play here, however, they enjoy it immensely. I am sitting here watching my beautiful children have the time of their lives with a feeling of dread. What sort of illness will we take home to our family, friends, and coworkers? I feel this foreboding cloud passing over because THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. We were the first patrons to enter this store. The floors are filthy and CLEARLY have not been swept. There is a not just a film of dust covering the bounce houses, it's down right chunky. Chunky dust over what is said to be cleaned nightly. I can only imagine what is growing on the inside of these things. So as I sit and make my mental grocery list of things they will need when they start vomiting, my kids play joyously, unaware of what is to come.
Great place for small kids
Kids had a blast
Our first time having a birthday party here and loved it! Our host was great, and very helpful! Worth the money, and will recommend/plan more birthdays here.
My grandson has had two birthday parties there. Service was wonderful, they really tried to accommodate the kids who were having a ball in all the bouncies. Great place for 8 and under with an area specifically for much younger children. Highly recommend.
Staff was not friendly. Not a place for autistic children due to the loud air. And all the bounce house material is falling apart.
Not as crowded as expected on a Saturday afternoon. Maddy didba great job with a big party.
It was fun. Staff was friendly. I did walk right out without anyone verifying that my child was indeed mine. A family was checking in and we were leaving and no one checked our wrist bands, so that was a little disappointing. Everything else was good.
The place needs a little bit of an update the kids always loved it but this particular time one of the bloat things was not working Pizza is never there when you want it. And everything is just kind of getting a little bit dirty
Was extremely busy and alot of parents not watching their children too busy playing on their cell phones. I can go on more about how I feel like the employees but I won't cause it was busy and I have to give them that and this is the most I have every seen them busy. I really do enjoy this place but I wish parents would pay more attention to their children.
Nice place
Kids had a blast. The only problem is that they need to do repairs on some of the inflatables and clean them. There is a lot of dust and debris on some of the mats and inflatables. Like they haven't done it in awhile.
Loads of fun, lots of climbing and slides, 2 hours went by quickly
I didn't know what to expect when going for a birthday party for a friend's son but it was insanely busy and very difficult to keep track of my kids. I knew it was bouncy houses but there are some where you cannot see your child at all times once they go in and also at least once with two ways to get in and out at opposite ends. As one parent trying to watch two little boys, I was going bonkers. There were also kids who were older and more rough and kids not supervised well and misbehaving. Each one of my kids was hurt during the time there. My boys would say that they had fun playing at this place. But as a parent I am saying never again. I was stressed and exhausted when we left. I was also extremely thankful that I didn't bring my toddler. It only would have added to the madness as she wouldn't have wanted to stay in the baby section but would have been hurt in the other bounce houses. We will only be back if another good friend hosts a party here and even then I am bringing back up to watch my kids because it was too much to do alone at this place.
Probably the most fun my 2 year old has ever had. He loves playing outside but this is one place that may have stole the sunshine from outside in this little boy's mind. He had so much fun and you can't beat the price. On a Thursday morning, we didn't see many other kids... Less than a handful! They have different sized jump gyms(bouncy castles) each equipped with 2 slides a piece. There isn't a better place we could go to for the price. 5.99 for 2 years and under, and 3 dollars for grippy socks. If your child is 2 or 3 years old the socks may be too big for your little, try to find socks at the store that are for infant and toddlers with grippers on the bottom of them. Thanks so much for an awesome experience, we are gonna go back again and get the $40 for 2 year frequent visitor pass for sure!!!
The kids thought it was fun. Not a ton of supervision (though the staff was prompt about cleaning up messes), with the bigger kids getting a little rough at times. They have a small area for kids up to 3. Would be cool to have one for kids 4-7 too, but I realize space is a concern. The bounce houses are a little worn, but that doesn't really matter to kids and hey - building that immune system, I'm here for it.
It a wonderful place to take your kids to burn off energy. But the bathroom's need more attention... They were over flowing with toliet paper and people waste...
They have better bounce houses here compared to the Castleton location and better staff way more helpful & not so rude .
Took 3 boys; ages 4,7, & 9. They all had a lot of fun! The security was very good. I understand the concerns about needing two adults. I would not take the boys without another adult. There are multiple exits in some of the inflatables that do not have a line of sight. I also understand the complaints about the well used inflatables, however, never felt my kids were in any danger
Great place to wear your kids out so they will sleep good!
I’m a little torn about Monkey Joe’s. The inflatables are in bad shape and held together with duct tape. They are covered in thick dust, which makes me wonder how accurate the sanitizer signs are. It seems to me the whole place is run by teenaged girls, which is okay, except that none of them are paying attention to what’s going on on the jumps. For example, today I was there with my almost-four year old. He loves the place, so I just drop him in the tub when we get home to wash off all the ick. There was another boy there who was probably 12 - also fine. Let’s not ask them to grow up too fast, except that this kid was a bully. Inside one of the jumps he grabbed my child by the neck and threw him down the slide. My kid was not hurt, thankfully, but he was really upset. We calmed him down, I told the other kid not to put his hands on my child again, and a couple minutes later he comes out even more upset telling me that the kid was mean and pulling on his pants. I went and got a referee, who didn’t want to know what actually happened, but told the kid to keep his hands to himself. For the next 20 minutes he followed my kid to every jump, didn’t touch him, but bounced right next to him to make him fall. We just left and got ice cream to cheer up an upset kid after the first time he got bullied. The way it was handled was incredibly disappointing. Add to that, I’m not sure why they even bother with the wristbands. They don’t actually check to make sure they match.
Could have been cleaner, could use some adult management to assist the ten teenaged workers standing around ignoring the long line of guests needing assistance. Could use some customer service training as well so when you actually make it to the counter, the cashiers are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend, and I do not plan on going back.
Not expensive admission, the kids had a blast. They dont have great snack options and a bottle of water was $3. Also my nephew started running a fever and was taken to the hospital the next morning and diagnosed with croup. That many kids are bound to share something, but...
Took my grandkids on a rainy day. They had so much fun.very clean, seemed to be monitored to keep everyone safe . Adults seem to forget to look out for the kids.
Not convenient to get to and not worth to the time
Totally unsafe for kids. One of the kids turned off the compressor that keeps the the inflatable up and kids were trapped inside !!! No one of the staff was supervising the facility at the time and glad that I was able to find that compressor and turned back on. At least 6 kids could have died in this accident. Go somewhere else or watch your kids closely and don't rely on their staff.
My 2 yr old and I love it here food is great and the environment and staff are clean and friendly.
Great place admission is cheap. But food and drinks will get you haha.
great indoor place for kids to really have fun and get exercise
A lot of the areas have patches. Most of the the slides have too much friction and can easily give you a rugburn....lol. It had a juice spill left in one area from the night before. I mean the kids still like it, bit I wouldnt recommend it. It's just not been maintained well.
Great place, should lower the price on stuff.
I used to love to bring my children here but it's really been run down. I came to this location today and every single bounce house had tons of tape and patches over it. I felt it was very unsafe for my children to even be inside of them. Also very dirty and no one checked our wrist bands before we left they were too busy on the phone. Please consider new floats especially in the 3 and younger area because it was so flimsy my 3 year old couldnt even play inside. With winter months here I was planning on making this our "go to" spot for burning energy but I think we will just visit SkyZone instead.
We love this place. Pretty reasonable price considering you can stay as long as you want. Could have been a little cooler in there, it was a bit stuffy, but we still had a great time.
Absolutely disgusting! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. The entire facility is filthy and smells like urine. They have signs posted saying they sanitize the bounce equipment but they clearly DO NOT follow this procedure. The check in process is horrible as well. They make you fill out a full sheet with personal information about your child and sign a consent, which I understand for safety reasons but they expect you to do so in 5 seconds. I felt very rushed like we were all herds of cattle moving through. We stayed for all of 15 minutes then immediately washed our hands before bolting out the door. I'm extremely shocked that this place hasn't been shut down. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Ok overall. Cleaner than I expected, but there's nothing to do except the bounce houses, would be nice if there was a game area or something more for kids not interested in bouncing (like mine, ha). Staff was not friendly or helpful when we went though and my husband walked out with our son and wasn't checked for their wrist bands, which makes me slightly nervous as a parent.
I wish it could be 4, but they really miss easy opportunities to be better. My group wanted cheese pizza, but all they could muster was three pieces of dried-up pepperoni. What kids fun place doesn't have cheese pizza, or at least the ability to make one? Apparently they can't bake their own pizzas; they order out and have it delivered. We got there around 12 noon, and some of the bounce houses didn't get inflated until just before we had to leave around 2 p.m. I couldn't tell if it was a lack of effort or what, but I'll probably take my clan elsewhere next time.
Great place for the kids to blow off some steam when its cold outside.
Great place for the kids to play and burn off energy. I recommend as much supervision as you can give your kids in a place like that. People think it's a place to just sit back and let them do whatever, but the owner was there tonight and would not tolerate abuse of his equipment, and encouraged respect among the kids. I was happy to see this, but you can't be afraid to stick up for your own kids. I think my diaper bag was gone through when I walked away from it, but ofcourse I'm not stupid enough to leave anything but essential baby stuff in there so if they were looking for anything good they were disappointed...lol carry a backpack and keep your stuff close. They do have cameras though. Fun and kids went right to sleep after a good bath.
This place has many fun bouncy houses. It kept my kid entertained for hours. They do birthday parties too
Fun place to wear out the children. Switching out the bouncy houses from time to time would be a plus.
Staff is friendly but I think they should have someone in the back to keep an eye on kids and people last time here had grown adults in the bounce house jumping around and bumping in to kids no one monitors anything
It was very child friendly
The cost to get in was kinda crazy. The kids did enjoy it though. It is still not worth the price.
Well don’t come here. The bathroom has literal poop on the floor and walls. The bounce play area are dirty and has so much bacteria and a film of “slim”. Gross. We came here for 15min and left because of how dirty it was
While we were there i noticed a drunk guy walking around and he actually bumped into children who were playing.
Fun place for those who wants to play with their parents or elders!
Great pla e. Not to packed went on a weds. Staff was nice. Lots of fun for the kids. Hoping they sleep early.
I love coming here with my daughter and friends. I don't ever feel overwhelmed like I would other places. The food is good too!
This place has the potential to be a great. The staff was friendly, but the equipment is down right dangerous. There was a gaping hole in the toddler house, my kid stuck their foot through it and got stuck. They really need to replace every single bounce house in here, with the addition of some lighting fixtures as well. There were a total of 6 bounce houses for big kids and 2 were not working.
We went with 3 kids and kids had lot of fun. Great place for small kids..
Kids paradise Kids heaven its always good to come here with kids they love it here and they never wanna stop
My boys love this place! Pretty clean also.
Great place for kids to burn energy. Separate area for 3 and under. Food/drink items limited, eat before you go, lol. Socks required.
Better than I expected after reading the other reviews. We arrived at noon for a Birthday party. The place looked rather clean, the equipment in pretty good shape, very few signs of duct tape repairs. The men's restroom looked cleaned and cared for. This was all early in the day. Things may be a lot different near closing time after the busy part of the day.
The place is very musty smelling, the blow up slides are totally wore out and dirty, carpet is disgusting our kids have to go around in there socks have them wear white socks then look at the socks after a hour.there is know way this place isn't a germ farm.
Have been several times with greatgrandkids. Ages 1 thru 4. Went today and the place had booked a school. Almost more parents than kids! Parents were at tables and kids were running wild! 1 year old was knocked down 4 times in little kids area by kids to big to be in there. 2 year old was stepped on and cried for 10 min. No one was keeping track of these kids or making sure they used good manners. Parents at tables visiting. Place was dirty and sticky for the first time since I have been going. We got there at 10:54A.M. AND LEFT at 11:30 a.m. not worth my $20.97. Will let them cry in car befor we pay and can't play again. Had a terrible time today!!
The kids loved it
Ugh the only reason I went was to pick my kids up from their dad. This place was dirty and gross.
Poor quality of bounces. Feels like, been ages they haven't cleaned it. But my kids love going here. Ugh
They are careful to check wrist bands and the kids loves it. There's also a 50% military discount so we love going here when the little needs to blow some steam
I had my kids party there it was an ok price but didnt like the fact I couldnt bring in outside food and could only have their overpriced food staff was respectful and nice would recommend a visit just not to book a party
Wonderful place to take the children when it is cold out. Best time for toddlers are school hours, as soon as school let's out it gets busy.
My little one loves it here. When we are in town I bring her here
Good place for fun with young ones
This place is filthy. The food prep area needs was dirty and needs to be shut down for cleaning and proper training of the employees. There was feces on the bathroom floor. Little kids were stepping in it and getting back on the equipment. My complaint to the corporate office has gone unanswered.
The kids had a great time, but staff was young. Apparently there was a rather large birthday party in the snack area and they used every table a chair possible.. no place to sit and feed our kids a snack.
Our two and four year old had a blast. Prices are reasonable and you can stay as long as you'd like. They have 'referees' that make sure the kids aren't being too wild, which is good as it can be hard to keep track of your children. They have a decent system to ensure you leave with your kids and your kids leave with you. Overall a positive experience, plus an outstanding military discount!
This place was ok. It was crowded and not very well organized.
I love it for what it gives the kids to do, but some of the staff aren't very friendly and seem as if they'd rather be anywhere but there.
So I love that my kids enjoy the heck out of these bounce houses! But be careful. I found a used, open baby diaper IN the bounce house STUFFED in the corned. Super gross. Luckily my son didn’t see it but it was pretty visible.
Clean and spacious, but under staffed and overpriced. Bring your earplugs the blowers in this place are loud.
Pro Tip: If you're going to book a birthday party make sure you book at least 72 hours in advance. Any time before then you have to call the store directly. Review: I did not book my party 72 hours in advance. I called, on Friday, 24 hours before I wanted to have the birthday party. Not only was the manager accommodating, but he was super polite and super understanding! He looked to see if a party host was available and made sure we had a party room set up for us. I gave them 24 hours notice and they made sure everything was perfect for our 9 year old girl's birthday party. We had a total of 10 kids and 8 adults. We opted for the Extreme Jungle Package, 8 kids, but we had a total of 10. It was only an additional $15 per kid over the 8. Super reasonable. Drinks for adults are $3.00 a piece with $0.50 per refil. Our party host brought in some extra pitchers to spare us the refil costs. Like I said, SUPER accommodating! The bounce houses are NOT patched with duct tape. I have ZERO idea what all these other reviews are talking about. The equipment was clean. The staff was attentive. The bathrooms were clean and smelled amazing. They use an antimicrobial on all of the equipment and the only dirt on our kids were chocolate ice cream, pizza sauce, and frosting from the cupcakes. Either these other reviews are disingenuous or giving low ratings to be spiteful. All 10 kids have free passes to return and we will absolutely be back. Our party ran $344.00. All the kids had a blast and we're looking at early bed times because they bounced themselves crazy. 5 stars. Will be back again.
We had such a great birthday experience here. It was a very stress-free birthday and a 6 year old birthday and stress-free don't usually go hand and hand. They handle all the details. We brought the cake and they did the rest. Kids have a blast running wild and parents can actually sit and talk. Highly recommend this for birthday parties.
Really good people and a very good facility for kid's
Grandbabies had a wonderful time and got totally worn out...YA!!!
Perfect for the price. Great for rainy days.
Pizza wasn't fresh didn't even off to make any. No popcorn, nothing was ready. There was a pair of scissors in on of the party rooms. So you know to check the rooms before you let your kids in.
Great fun for my two year old. Everytime we go all the kids get along. I'm able to help my child climb the ladders for slides when he needs help. Have already gone during the week and it's not crowded.
My children love it.. We have nothing like it where we live...
The funniest place to watch children and have fun your self
My kids, ages 3-11, always have a good time here. Some of the slides have holes which need repaired, but the kids don't mind that.
If there was a negative star I would put it here it was filthy it smelt like children's urine they way overcharged my niece for her son's birthday party when I requested redsticks she said that we had to order pizza we had ordered pizzas for the party but we had to order a pizza and breadsticks with the party group we could not just order them for my sister in love who is a cancer survivor Couldn't eat a pizza it was going to make her sick the breadsticks would settle her stomach the help there were a bunch of teenage ill responsible kids the did not know how to handle a crowd nor party when I personally ask for a 1/2 Coke half cherry Frozen Coke they told me there machine was down I walk to to the side waiting on someone else that was ordering something she said that's broken to not to call people out but we were the only 2 white people in the crowd a girl 3rd after me walked up got a 1/2 cherry half Coke frozen in an order of breadsticks with no pizza when they presented my niece a bill it was hundreds of dollars above what they said it was going to be I would not recommend this place to anyone they had no oversight when I arrived 3 of us adults who had no children walked in off the street and straight back to the party room without even getting stopped or checked there were people coming and going it is not over responsible business if you are the business owner and you're reading this review I would highly recommend you review your business
Pretty good place to take the children. Sometimes can be hit or miss but that is because a lot of highschoolers work here. Had a fantastic waiter for my daughters party.
Decent place to bring the kids and let them burn some energy. After reading some reviews I was reluctant to come but don't let that scare you. My kids are 3 ans 6 and are having a blast. Place is clean. Family friendly. Lots of kids but there is plenty of room. I'd come again on our next trip to Indy.
Great for kids
The kids had a great time here, but unfortunately it will probably be the last time we go. The whole place was very dirty. The bounce houses looked like they had not been cleaned in a month or more. Also, duck tape/patches are cool to temporarily fix a hole or patch up a hole or two, but layers and layers that are peeling and holding dirt is pretty gross. It wasn't just one, almost every bounce house had more than one patch. As a parent, I wanted to turn around and walk out.
Monkey Joe's is a great place to take your kids on rainy days, boring winter days, any day. It's great for single parents to take their kids to get a little break, but also to let your kids burn off some pent up energy. I like Monkey Joe's because it is some place to take your kids that is really decently priced. I always took my son here to burn off energy, he loves it. I recommend going through the week as there are less kids and your kid can run and play with more room. I highly recommend this place to all parents. Also, check out Monkey Joe's Birthday packages the pricing is really reasonable, you'd spend that much anyway if you paid for everything yourself from the stores if you wanted a nice birthday party for your kid so check out Monkey Joe's and the Birthday Packages! Love this place.
Need hand sanitizer for infection control. Usually a place like this.
Food selection not great pizza takes a long time because they have to order it in from another company that makes it and cooks it. You also cannot get the breadsticks unless you order the pizza therefore having an extensive wait time for something to eat they do however offer nachos with cheese sauce and a small hot dog packs of chips and pretzels that's about the extent of it
First time ever in monkey joe's and my 2 year old enjoyed it a lot. Although not much he would be able to do except slide and little jumping. But, he had fun time!
Has really gone down hill the last year! The manager was a teenage boy with his pants down passed his butt! I made him pull them up! 1 guy checking in a line of people while 5 kids talk about Saturday night. The girl cutting the bracelets wasn't even checking the numbers as she cut them off because I left with my friends daughter!
Hadn't been back in about 2 years... And let me just say what a vast improvement they have made! SUPER clean and great for parents looking for fun and SECURE place for kids. So happy with our visit!
Fell on my bum then cried.
If you are really complaining that the staff isnt watching your kids your dumb thats your job not the employees
This place smells of peas, feet and body odor and it hits you as soon as you walk in. The houses are mostly old, duct taped up because of leaks, globs of hair and dust collect in the crevices and sometimes end up on my child. This place is filthy dirty and dusty. The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because I can’t give zero stars. My child really does enjoy this place but as soon as we get home it’s bath time!
Lots of fun for little ones
Decent amount of bounce house options. facility was clean
Fun place for the kids. A kid in our group cut his foot on one of the bounce houses. Not sure how he did it but it was kind of bad.
Fun
Fun joy ful and kids play together
Not sure what happened or if it's just the teenage staff. But definately need to address the cleanliness of the place, and staff just lingering around not paying attention by front entrance.
We’ve been going to monkey joes for about 6 years now. It’s been a little over a year and half since we visited and I was shock at the conditions. Everything had patches that were worn and falling off. The most shocking was the toddler area. It was taking my 1.5 year old for his first time and on top of all the patches and how worn it was it was so wobbly it wreaked of urine and I had to get a refund since I was not going to allow my child to play in those conditions. Instead of just continuing to patch up the same old jumpers you would think after so many years they would invest in a face lift. Won’t be going back anymore.
