No showers! I have a kid with sensitive skin who has to have a shower after swimming or he gets a rash. I had to wash him at the sink. I feel sorry for any adults who have that condition and can't have a shower. Other than that, it's a fanoplace to take your family! We love Kokomo beach!

We were treated really poorly by all the staff. The young teenage lifeguards act like they're power-hungry. We try to teach our young daughters to keep their body covered so we all have swimwear that covers ourselves but it seems that Kokomo Beach did not approve of it even though it was swim wear. They rather have people showing their naked bodies rather than covering their bodies.

This place is pretty cool. It is really great for young kids, teens, and families. They have two large slides, two small slides, a children's play area, a lazy stream (can't necessarily call it a river), and an open pool area. The only negative I have is that they have soooooo many rules!! Rules about shirts, when you can wear them and what type of shirt they must be. No metal things in your swimming trunks. No street clothes or any variation of street clothes. Just rules for it all.

Been there over tje summer and all was excellent, plus last night, last day of the year, Pooched in the Pool was a lot fun as usual, with all owners keeping track of their dogs on or off leash, can be chaotic fun at times, lol, but all the Furr Kids just loved it and a great time to socialize your pup as well.

It is amazing. But if you have a clingy 3 year old then it isn't so great. Because if he/she wants to be with you always it won't work very well. There is a sertan hight that you have to be to go down some slides. And you have to be like 48 in to go down the tinier slide that goes in to the deep end of the large pool. There is an exciting lazy river that's about 2 or 3 min to go thourgh. In the lazy river it has sprinklers that can get you wet. If you are 4 ft you can go down everything we exempt for the little slide that falls into 2 ft deep pool. It costs money if you want to get in. And it doesn't allow any water toys. It does allow you to buy 'big squirts' for 5$. They give free life jackets to people who can't swim. It's a big place. I love it you should try it out some time.

My kids and I had alot of fun. There is a lazy river to relax on and in the morning b4 the pool is officially open there is water walking and that is super nice specially for older people. My kids enjoy the slides and just swimming. The lifeguards are friendly and the food is good.

This place was very friendly and safe. The lifeguards actually pay attention to the kids' and their safety. The concession stand prices vary on what you get, but the food is good nonetheless. My friends' and I had so much fun that two hours passed by very quickly. I would totally recommend this place for groups or just for having fun.

$5 admission and the water is nice and warm! (I hate freezing cold water) The two water slides are awesome and the lazy river is so relaxing. Lots of food choices at the concession stand and lockers are available for 25¢, and you get your quarter back when you're done! You can even get your hand stamped so you can leave to grab a bite to eat and come back.

The website clearly says closes at 7pm. Drive an hour to learn no they close at 6pm. Then at 5:50pm they say we are closed. The life guards are VERY rude, saying "hurry up and get out!" as I'm forcing my 3yrd old out of the water. The manager on duty was also rude, saying it says 6 online.. I would NEVER suggest this awful mannered place to anyone. Definatley NOT family oriented! I'd not even given1 star, but it makes you to post a review!

Great time for all. Swim lessons are one of the best value you can find around. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of fun things to do for kids and adults. They allow those of conservative values to wear modest body covering swim-wear. Season passes are a must.

I can understand not giving a refund if people had been swimming for a period of time and it started to storm but we had literally been there for 9 mins (sky was clear) and they cleared the pool due to thunder(understandable) but would not refund our money or give us a credit. Not very good customer service.

Try the bbq pulled pork nachos with black bean and corn salsa. They were delightful! Wear a bathing suit without any metal rings or that sort of thing in it so as not to damage the waterslides, otherwise they're able to cut them out for you at the first aid area.

I walked to Kokomo Beach today with my 4 month old in a stroller. We were told we could not come in because they no longer allowed strollers inside actually they only allow the small, cloth strollers more geared towards toddlers. This makes any visit difficult if I'm by myself with baby. Especially hard if with baby and another small child.

Got there at 4:30 and hoping to stay till close paid almost $30. Instead they decided to close at 5:30. If that was the case I would have gone somewhere else. Great place but they should have warned us or had signs posted.

The facility is quite large. There is a splash pad, a large pool from 0 inches to 7 feet. Two large water slides, two smaller slides, and a lazy river. They appear to be adding a new area right now. The facility tends to get overcrowded at times. The staff is fairly nice and the guards are actively watching. The price of $5 a person makes it well worth it.

It’s nice if you don’t want to do much of anything. Their food is very over priced. I got loaded pulled pork nachos that were falling all over the “plate” they gave me. So I lost most of my toppings and there was barely even anything on the chips themselves because it was all piled on top and the chips were cramped in this tiny container. Very dissatisfied.

WAYYYYY too many rules. They wanna me to damage my $120 swimming pants by taking out the small little rubber covered metal thing on my pack pocket (Draining hole of the pocket). So were not able to go down the slides. Not allowed to wear hats or shades in the water. Not allowed to float... I was like am I even allowed to talk in the pool or swim with my eyes open?? I'd rather go to a different place next time Well done to the friendly whom greeted our group so nicely.

Cant give a accurate post on this place as we didn't even get past the front gate. Was approached by a rude worker that informed my wife that no outside flotation devices were allowed. Our children are 1 and 3. They cant swim. You are mandated to use the big bulky life jackets provided by the park (whether you have to pay for them I dont know) I understand the lady was doing her job of informing but was entirely too rude about it.

Kokomo Beach's lifeguards recently hav been very discriminating against young children with Autism: personal experience! Women breastfeeding their infants! Also, a friend injured her leg on a slide, it became seriously infected which lead to an operation. All in the last 3 weeks. I am giving the lifeguards behaviors thumb down!

Upon this time going we were greeted once again before the gate with information about the place. Proceed within, the pricing isnt bad at all and the park is great. Adequate amount of options, and the kids have had a blast. We'd go back.

Kokomo Beach is so fun. I would still recommend wearing lots of sunscreen even though you're swimming. Good is really good and decently priced too! 12 and above are $5 and 11 and lower are $4 to enter

Only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the fact you can’t take a life jacket in that fits your child if theirs don’t.. and if you’re a girl you can’t wear swim shorts even though they are still technically swimwear. My niece had to sit out the whole time because of her swim trunks a bikini top.. the least they could do is have an option to purchase a code regulated swimsuit from a shop there or something.. the standards are absurd. Other than that it’s an overall fun place .. the kids have so much fun and it’s inexpensive so almost anyone can afford it!!

Loved it! I gave it a 4 because they would not let my bring in my toddlers life jacket. The ones they had were huge & the extra small was for kids 30lbs and up my child only weighs 25 and she felt so uncomfortable the whole time.

Well I know I wont probably ever go there never have been probably will never. Here's why they won't let a 5yr old go pee. We just walked back from the park trying to go home on a hot day. We got the bridge and he had to go. So why track back on a hot day when the reach is going toward our home. It's in the title right kokomo beach (family) aquatic. They wanted us to walk back to the park for him to go potty. Thank twice before you go there. I was this weekend but wont ever and neither will my family.

I really like the lazy river. But the foam padding by the lazy river entrance and bridge gets way TOO HOT !! I had blisters on the bottom of my feet. I noticed that several other people and kids were having the same problem. It really needs to be replaced, although it was a good intentions. The water was clear and clean. It was very busy. You do have to wait too long for your food. I waited over 30 minutes for only a pretzel. They workers were trying very hard, it simply needs to be better organized

Loved this water park. Was a bit packed and pricey. Waited about 40 minutes just to order food from the concession stand. I suggest bringing a cooler with food and going out to your car for lunch instead

Nice enough place. Good thing they offer free life vests. The lifeguards are too busy flirting with one another or just spacing out. They are great at catching someone eating outside the designated area. Save a drowning kid? Nope! Use the life vests and never leave your kids unattended.

This was a wonderful place to spend the day. Yesterday was our first time going here, but will not be our last! Its was so clean, and the teens that work there were so nice, always smiling and laughing, they really have fun at their job. We ordered snacks and they were so good, the pulled pork nachos were really good!!! And the food was priced lower than any other water park we have visited. And the price to get in for the whole day.....5.00 for adults 12 and older 4.00 for 11 years and younger, smaller kiddos were free!!!! The water slides were so much fun and my kiddos lived on them....there was a lazy river that was very relaxing and had some surprises with bubbling water lol....the pool although very full with lots of kids and adults staying cool as it was almost 100 degrees yesterday, still left room to actually swim with your kids, the kiddie side of the pool was full of kiddos having a great time with their mommys, daddy's and grandparents!!!! The whole day I never heard one teen ( and there were LOTS ) cussing, being disrespecting, rude, none of this happened that I heard, and we were there ALL DAY!!! there is only 2 things I would like to see more of.....as there were no chairs when we got in.....and we staked our claim to a spot in the grass with a huge blanket, maybe more chair and some more umbrellas as we saw some Senoir Citizens who fought to find shade while their grand kids played for the day.....and although some teenagers offered their shaded spots for these Senior Citizens ( which make me smile to see these teens being concerned and caring ) I was concerned for these folks with as hot as it was and they were not swimming, you could tell they were only there so their grand kids could have fun... But I would say we look forward to spending more time at Kokomo Beach this Summer for sure!!!! Great job keep it up!!!!

We were looking for a fun place to go in Kokomo. Found this place under Google when searching for places to go near Kokomo. Was very affordable, had a great time and it had stuff for everyone to do. Lazy river, big water slides and small water slides, lap pool, regular swimming pool and the shorter wade pool with plenty for the kids to do. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Kokomo area looking for something to do!
