Worst entertainment LLC ever!! Talk about affordable price....yes, their tickets are affordable BUT be aware of the SCHEME THEY ARE PULLING if you did not experience it yet. They would have deals like 2 arm bands for $25 BUT in very small prints it writes: ONLY VALID FROM 1:00PM TO 6:00PM. I, however, did NOT HAVE MY GLASSES on that night so I didn't see the small prints and the young man selling the tickets didn't inform me that it would be good for another 1 hour ONLY (Since I bought 2 arm bands at 8 minutes to 5:00PM. The arm band was for my 4 year old daughter so she could enjoy some kids rides). Well, after the purchase, my 4 yr old turned to me and asked, "Mommy, I'm hungry. Can we go eat please?" Thought the arm band was good for the whole night, so I walked her to the food area and ordered some food for her. By the time the food came and we finished eating, it was 6:00PM. Thinking 6pm was still too early in the day, thus line shouldn't be long so we were excited and my 4 yr old daughter was excited waiting in line with only 2 kids in front of her. Unfortunately, when her turn to go in to do the ride, the gentleman in charge declared, "Sorry, we don't accept arm bands anymore." I was like "What?!?!" He told me to go talk to someone at the office and I did talk to a girl named Madison. She didn't seem to care that my 4 yr old didn't get to ride and she refused to refund for the arm bands. Since I couldn't get my money back for the arm bands, I couldn't buy tickets for the rides. I asked if she could at least give my 4 yr old 2 free rides because I already paid for 2 arm bands. Nope. That night, my heart was broken seeing my 4 yr old wanted to do some kids ride but couldn't because they wouldn't accept the arm band after 6pm.

*UPDATE* Kissel Entertainment responded to this review, stating the review should have been for a company called Kissel BROTHERS, not Kissel Entertainment. Both, according to Google, are the same company. Thus my review was posted as is. If there is indeed a discrepancy, I encourage Kissel Entertainment to take it up with Google as I do not have control over the information they have,or the function of their website. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Get used to seeing this sign. Out of the 5 rides for adults, only 2 were operational. Why did I pay full price for less than half the rides? No refunds people so make sure the rides are actually OPEN TO RIDE before you buy your wristband or tickets. This year was also the least amount of rides to date, which made it even worse.

The workers are very rude and don't need to be working with kids. I didn't see but 1 of them crack a smile. If you're looking for friendly entertainment then these people are not the ones for you.

I do not trust any of Kissel's rides. The Kissel Military Base ride was pulled from the Ohio State Fair do to visible corrosion. Shame one this company.

We took our son to the fair and stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for our last free ride before 7:00 pm when our $20 wristbands would void. There were people jumping off the ride and skipping in line so it took us even longer to get up there. It was 7:02 pm when we were at the gate to get on and got turned away.

The price was very affordable. The rides looked well kept and the employees were well dressed and polite! I was truly impressed. Most of the time the fair that comes to town is ran by some rough looking people and the rides usually are missing bolts and are rusted. This was not the case here. I’ve honestly never been to a fair that was this put together.

The people were disrespectful, rise, and very disgruntel. We were at the town mall in Elizabethtown Kentucky. I will never go back neither will I go to any event related to you all. I wanted to go to the carnival because pine my children never went before, and I haven't been inn a long time. But enough is enough I wnt around the entire carnival and everyone was just dull, and not welcoming what so ever. So no business from me. The worst $60 I have ever spent in my life.
