Really nothing bad to say about this. It's fairly genius when you think about it. I'm not sure how many customers they get but they might do very well. It's fun for everyone as long as everyone likes playing video games.

The kids always have fun. They don't allow drinks or food from outside but they do offer food and beverage for sale there. Arcade games for the kids. And lots of bounce houses. Also an area for kids 3 and under in the front. Lots of party rooms available to rent. Look on their website they have deals sometimes.

Incredible place to bring your kids of all ages. The price is reasonable especially since you can stay as long as you choose to. Concessions and games are great. I even enjoyed playing few of them. Will definitely return.

We have had multiple birthdays here and appreciate the value. The best deal for us has been to rent a table, this allows us to bring in cake and buys an unlimited pitcher, a pizza, and 4 kids. We then pay for additional kids as they arrive. The crowds are generally friendly and well behaved, and we have no expectation of someone else watching our kids’ safety. There are always arcade machines in and out of service, however the main appeal is the multiple inflatables and slides with reasonable admission.

Walking in we were met with a sign instructing is that we would need to fill out a a waiver. Then realizing this meant a computer on a table, we signed. Then we walked into the jump n play only to not find an employee. After waiting a few minutes a gentleman approached. We handed him our prepaid printed coupon from online. He began to be very short with us. He wanted us to bring him the computer. We took a while to download an app and pull it up to show the same thing as the paper. His attitude the entire time was very uninviting. We played and found that some of the inflatables were to week to hold us with our toddler. The large kids just ran unsupervised and the toddler area was a disaster. We played and had some fun, but this was not the kind of place to have family time. It was a place to get a break from your kid.

This is a place to take the kids on a bad weather day so they can run around for a bit. While admission process are fair, of course this place has the trappings of any other amusement / arcade establishment. It's clean enough to be acceptable and hand sanitizer is provided. There are approximately 10 large bounce houses imcluded in the admission price. There is a snack bar but I won't pay 10 dollars for a hot dog combo so I can't speak to it's quality. The kids usually have had enough within 45 minutes.

Good clean place for kids to jump. Cleaner than monkey Joe's. The lady who is usually working is always rude. Really dumb you can't bring water cups. It's a kid's place and they can't even bring water?! Half the arcade games are usually out of order or the grab machines are basically empty. Management doesn't keep up with that stuff.. food is pretty good. They just take forever. I go when they first open and sometimes they open late. Again depends who is working. Lady opened 15mns late and never apologized. You try keeping 7 kids patient in the car waiting for someone to show up. Was the same lady who is usually rude.

We took my kids and some friends for my son to have a small birthday party. I didn't want a party package that included pizza, just a room and cake but they don't offer that so I opted to just to everyone in and pay for all the kids. They have a no outside food policy, which is fine but it also includes water, which seems ridiculous. The facility has no water fountains and they charge you for a cup of tap water. I tried to get a pitcher of water since we had 4 families and they wanted to charge me $8 for one pitcher of water when a cup of water was only $0.50. so I ended up buying individual cups of water due to the price difference. The management should rethink the policy of how they charge for water.

My 2 kids and I went for the first time this past weekend and they had a blast. My son is 2 and my daughter is 4 and they did not want to leave! The price is very good I think, I paid a total of $15 all together for my kids to be able to jump and we could stay as long as we wanted! The only thing I didn't like is I feel maybe they should have some more supervision, or someone who stands at the door like at chucky cheese, because when we were first going in there was a little boy standing outside alone and someone in a car telling him he needed to go back in because he shouldn't be outside alone and they were probably looking for him, then an older boy pushed my 2 year old in the face and poked him in the eye because he wasn't going up the ladder fast enough...so either parents should be made to supervise their children better or they should have more employees watching...because momma bear wanted to come out on that child and I had to take my son and walk FAR FAR away before momma bear did come out. You don't mess with my cubs! Other than that I liked it. We will be coming back

I booked this place for a private party. The staff was helpful and pleasant but there was a party that out stayed there welcome. I booked a 2 hour private party and the other large and very loud party was still leaving 45 minutes after our party began. I think the rules should be followed closer. We left right at the time we were scheduled.

Way overpriced compared to the same type business that was there before (Bounce Planet) and they no longer let adults accompany small kids for free, they have to pay the fee too! And seriously, no water allowed in?? Insane. Concessions are way overpriced too. We just snuck sips from our own water and ate our own snacks in the car afterward. My kids had fun, which is why we went. Just miss the older version!

First of all I started to pay with a card and changed my mind and they refused (said it wasn't an option) to cancel the transaction so that I could just pay with cash. There was a huge puddle on a kids toy that my grand daughter stepped in. Considering this is indoors I can only imagine what it was. Also my grand daughter needed diaper changed it took two of us one to hold the changing table and one to change her due to the fact that the changing table was broken and then my grand daughter cut her finger in the changing table. They were less than helpful when asked for first aid and were unable to give me contact info if owner. The "manager" appeared to be about 16 and was rude and not helpful!!! Have come here often and will not be returning and will tell everyone I know of the poor conditions and poor customer service

Half of the games didn't work. Some of the ones that did work wouldn't spit out tickets. The ticket redemption machine counts the tickets inaccurately. The food and drinks are expensive. We didnt try the food so can't comment on the quality. All in all, the kids had a good time. The staff were nice and friendly. The bathrooms were clean.

Could use a little bit of playroom supervision as we witnessed older kids (10+ years old) doing karate moves on younger kids inside the bounce houses, almost kicking several much smaller younger children while doing so.

My 2yr old had a great time. He was running, jumping, bouncing, laughing and out of control at times. When it was time to leave, he wasn't ready. I'll take him back, it's great exercise for him and challenges him physically and make him push himself. The arcade is cool too. Decent prices.

This place is broken down and dirty and a total waste of money. Half of the inflatables were down and there were MANY questionable or unsafe items. Ripped up table and chairs, leaking bouncy house in toddler area, the right side of main play area was up amd running (3 bounce houses) but less arcades than a year ago. The left side only had 1 working bouncy house the other 3 were down. There was a work bench next to one sitting there openly. I know we are to supervise our kids but this was in a place where you couldnt even let your children run without holding their hand in the place because they could quickly run right to this peice of machinery and sowing machine with scissors sitting on the edge of the table. It was right outside where kids come down the big slide. Only here for an hour because my kids got bored with so little to do. Disappointing.

We really enjoy this place. It's small, but a fun and clean place to jump around and play some games. I love that they allow adults to play on the inflatables with their kids. The customer service could be improved overall. For example being a bit more friendly/warm and welcoming (giving a smile would be nice) when a customer has a question, request, or problem with one of the machines.

Love coming here with my toddler. She gets to jump and run around and have fun..it's great for toddler play dates. They have a few that toddler's can go up themselves and there's a few that are too big for toddlers but perfect for older children.

My daughter had a blast here and really really loved the toddler area. While she's only 2 and 1/2 she loved the big kids bouncy toys as well. I would highly recommend parents wear long pants and sleeved shirts because you will get a bit of plastic burn from all the sliding LOL. But a lot of fun

The kids had fun but supervision by parents is important. There is no security and anyone can walk in or out. With no security you really need 1 adult for every kid. The equipment shows wear and my daughter had to get pulled out of one that collapsed with whole. There are a lot of patch jobs on all equipment.

Terrible. Not only did I walk in and they rudely informed me I cannot drink my coffee, but their no food or drink policy includes kids water bottles also! This is a children’s play place and they can’t bring in WATER?!? Other bounce places in the area welcome snacks and water and encourage moms to sit back and enjoy a coffee. Save your money and go somewhere where they understand kids need snacks and water while playing. Insane. Additionally, about half of the arcade games were out of order.

Was very disappointed. The girl that is there all the time uses profanity in front of the children. The party rooms were dirty. Our pizzas showed up 40 minutes early and was not how i told them i wanted it. Our party was 30 minutes in when she came in with waivers for everyone to sign and parents had already left. She called all the children in the room and made them stand in line, when 1 of the children told her that was not how she spelled her name she was very rude to her. Also she brings her very young child to work with her. The little girl came in our room and the lady came in jerked her by the arm and started yelling at her in front of our guests. I was so embarrassed. Overpriced for what you get.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A VIRUS!! This place is absolutely filthy and my family has been passing around a bad stomach bug since we visited almost a week ago. The bounce houses are visibly dirty, patched up and half the toys and arcade games are broken. The woman working had her son there (he was at least 5 or 6) and not only was he being aggressive towards my 3 and 1 year old, when I tried to get my kids away from him, he followed us to the 3 and under area where he was breaking toys and throwing them on the ground. Where was his mom/ woman supposed to be working? BEHIND THE COUNTER LOOKING AT HER PHONE. When we first got there, she was extremely rude and couldn't even be bothered to look up from her phone to see where son was the entire 2 hours we visited. Not sure if this neglected little boy got us sick or the disgusting facility. We will never come here again and I recommend you don't either.

I actually really enjoyed this place. Better than BounceU in Fishers for sure. I love how open it is and that there is a lot of room for guests. The have a small area for younger kids which is great since I can take my 2 year old. The food selections are good and the bounce houses for the kids are great. Every time they have fun, and more importantly they're not sick after....many times I've been to Monkey Joes or Chuckie Cheese and one of the kids gets sick. So it's definitely more clean than other places. Will for sure be back and will for sure recommend

My family had a blast here. We got there early and had the place to ourselves. Lots of places for the kids to bounce and even some arcade games. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, they also had rooms that you could use for parties.

A few years ago we used to love coming to this place even when it was busy. It was a good place to come on cold or rainy days. The more we come to worse it gets. Half or the "arcade" games don't work, the ones you can play don't spit out tickets, and most of them are not suited for young children, as they require them to be much bigger to play. ( 5 year olds can play a racing game meant for a teenager). The inflatables look terrible, the don't look clean and they have at least one not working when we come. I'm glad my kid has fun and in the end that's what matters but as an adult the place just seems gross.

We have been here a handful of times. It's a great concept however I do question how much the jump houses are sanitized. If you go on a weekend prepare for five birthday parties to all be going on at the same time from open to close. Management doesn't really monitor how many guests actually attend so this leads to it being uncomfortably over crowded. Food is really over priced! $3.95 for an order of French fries! Positives would be the 3 & under secluded play section. Half price weekly rate for 2 yr old children.

They didn't help with the birthday party at all. We had to ask for everything. They didn't even help to clean up in between Pizza and cake. The pizza is gross. They had 4 people just standing around talking. Not 1 person was ever on the floor making sure kids are safe. I will never have a birthday party her again. The old management was at least helpful and the employees actually worked.

Walked in, no front desk or entrance system at all. No one helped me. No one watching if kids run right out the front door unattended. No one checks to make sure someone leaving with a kid is really thier parent or not. Parking is abysmal, 6 spaces for whole business. It gets two stars for being clean and in good repair.

While our child did have fun running around, how anyone can say this place is "clean" just baffles me. I understand general wear to the bounce houses, but they just seemed dirty and depressing. The toddler area though..is absolutely not a place you want your toddler to play. All the toddler toys are broken or caked with hours of play. Doors on the play houses are either broken or severely worn. The bounce house in the area is a covered with patches and holes. My child loves to bounce around but refused to get in it. The arcade machines are super depressing and at least half are held together by duct tape or out of order..the plus side is this place is cheap and they definitely do not have a shortage of hand sanitizer which you and your child will definitely need. This place needs a major face-lift. We will not be returning to this business and will find another business of this kind in our area.

I will not bring my children back to this place. The two teenage girls working the counter were on their phones when we walked in. No hello. No how can I help you. Not even a, how many? They just looked up off their phone and stared at us. Whatever we paid. Then they again just stared at us like they couldn’t speak. No wristband, no thank you for visiting, have fun, nothing. Just another stare and “you’re good.” Finally. They speak. Whenever I looked over, these girls were back on their phones throughout the rest of the evening and you could tell they were bothered by any person’s request or complaint about something. But aside from the rude teenagers that clearly do not appreciate a JOB or making a good impression of the business, it was the end of our visit that did it. All the employees finally did get up at quarter til (they close at 6 mind you) and started vacuuming and cleaning machines (if you even want to call it that). But the icing on the cake was when the male employee started yelling at the children to get off (5:56) and even had the audacity to start unplugging the inflatables! A little girl was still one as it started deflating. This is a suffocation hazard and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! This employee was literally out the door before we even were (6:01). Absolutely disgraceful of an establishment.

We had a birthday party here and had a pretty great experience! The staff was really nice and helpful. They were crazy busy but didnt seem overwhelmed. Kids had a blast on all of the inflatables. I just wish the party rooms were a bit bigger bc we were pretty cramped! But I loved that they let us bring in whatever we wanted for decor and stuff. Their pizza was pretty decent too! A few of the kids were bummed some of the arcade games were out of order but it wasn't a huge deal! We would go back!

We had my daughter's birthday party here. It is very affordable. However, the cons outweigh the pros here. The staff could care less. They work in a place surrounded by children! Why work with them if you don't care about them? They put you in one of the party rooms and then leave you to fend for yourselves. The only time you see someone is 25 min before your party is over. They come into tidy the room and start pushing you out. They are popping your balloons before kids can take them home. It's not worth it. Go to Monkey Joe's. At least you get your times worth and help with your party! Yuck.

Worst experience ever. The toddler section was disgusting. There was a puddle in one of the play areas that my daughter stepped in (who knows what it was). The "toys" looked as if they had never been wiped down. The changing table was broken and my mother had to hold it for me to change my daughter. My daughter then cut her finger badly on a broken piece of the changing table. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The "manager" had no contact info to give me for someone higher up. My family normally comes here every year for a birthday party but after this experience we will not return. The staff also didn't have any of the children, which we had 7, sign the waivers. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. If there was less than one star I would be happier.
