We had a blast! Thought all of the attractions were really fun and different from one another! I marked myself as interactive in the 2 that were offered and I would definitely recommend it! It just allows them to touch you and/or pull you off into separate rooms to hold you back from your group briefly! I thought the midway was really cute with games, fire pits, and food/drinks!

Tyricia Roberts

We had a ball last night.... backwoods was our favorite we will be returning soon with some friends again this year nice relaxing atmosphere and I for some reason they most new I was scared they was on me all night I don't know how many times I got chased.... a must visit guys!!!

Angel Lambert

We were there Saturday, September 28, 2019 it was our first time coming to the park. We had a wonderful time. It was worth every penny of it and definitely worth going back to it. The attractions were AWESOME and the staff working them. The music was good. The food was excellent. The lines wasn't very long and everyone was cool and friendly. We will be back for sure and probably the years to come also. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. We really enjoyed it and had a great time. Keep up the GREAT work guy's.

Alexandra Hayes

Two couples and we had a blast. Early in the season so the lines/wait weren't too bad. Great variety of attractions. Recommend choosing the interactive option, if you can. You will find your group eventually, even if you get split up. Great music. Staff were nice. Well-done attractions.

Avina Beetz

Atmosphere was fine. Could have used more actors. Some actors didn't do much and didn't look scary enough. Also felt very rushed through some attractions where we either caught up to other groups or they caught up to us not allowing the actors enough time to reset. Beer was awfully expensive!

Christa Kritsch

We had a great time! Lines moved quickly and was well organized. The haunted attractions were safe and of course very scary!

David Johnson

Had a good time. My 12 yo daughter loved it. Unfortunately the Backwoods part was closed because of a wind advisory. Expect to wait in lines a loooong time for each attraction. About an hour or more in each line. And that’s before you go into the event. But PLEASE do something about the smoking. This whole park should be smoke free. There are signs in front of each attraction that say no smoking while in queues, but those are ignored. Please make the park non smoking and please enforce that. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Malathi Balasubramaniyam

Simply Amazing...

Carmen Lopez-Shaneyfelt

Very cool attraction! Went the first time with my family and we absolutely enjoyed the interactive parts. My only "issue" is that a chunk of my hair was pulled out by one of the actors who had a drill type machine that was used for the interactive part. I'm sure he did not mean to put it near my hair, but it did get caught. Overall, it was really fun!

Nora Eldin

I had soooo much fun!! There are two outdoor and three indoor attractions. The outdoor ones were the scariest. The lines weren’t too bad, parking was easy, the actors were great and really stayed in character, even outside the attractions. I recommend going interactive on all of them.

Aml Alkhatib

The park is amazing! You will 100% get your money’s worth, I go every year and its just as fun and never gets old. Its amazing for people who’ve never been before as well super scary and a great interactive option!

AZ

For the amount of money the haunts were pretty lame. We didn’t even go on one because people coming out were complaining about how bad it was. With lines over 30 minutes long you would think they would have more actors messing with the people on the line but... just seems overpriced for the quality.

Mags Journey

We had so much fun!!! I havent screamed and laughed like that ever. I have been going to haunted houses for years and I have never had one that actually scared me. This one did. 2 of the 3 indoor haunted houses we awesome, especially the interactive one. I wasnt a huge fan of the Clown one. But the two outdoor ones were the best ever. I want to go back next weekend. Definitely worth the price if you can get the VIP passes too!!

jim nix

Family and I had a great time and are looking forward to going back next year!! We drove 4 hours to get there and will worth the drive!

Lisa M

Totally fun, scary but not over the top. Highly recommend! Fast pass is key to enjoying all the exhibits in one night.

Tokeyna Shelton

Jad a great time. Ot was way more fun then I thought it would be

Devin McBride

AWESOME PLACE!

Danielle Dunn

Lots of fun! Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

nightbuzzard 876

Amazing and fun this year. Actors we're great. Loved the new attractions. Only wished the interaction you can have with the new ones was a bit more interactive. Still love the place. Was my fourth time going. Love going every year.

Joe Eaton

Pretty good show. Great value for the price. Midway is a great place to calm down and get some food and drinks. lots of great laughs and scares. great place to take friends.

TEEAIRES JETT

Super scary and extremely fun. But they have really high food prices and gift shop items. I'd still recommend it

Hannah MacPherson

My boyfriend and I went on the last night. We had so much fun! The actors are very fun and everyone working it was super nice. Great food and drinks just like you’re at the fair. Thank you for making this such a great night!!

Xavier Turpin

We had an awesome time. Only a few things we disliked. Paid for parking online and when we arrived parking was free. No kind of refund was offered eventho it was only $5. They were sending groups of people into the attractions to close together so sum people weren't even getting a scare at all cuz groups were catching up to people upfront of them! AND the biggest bummer of all was the lady at gift shop.. I had cash in hand and was totally ignored.. She apparently had better things to do on her phone! People at the concession stand were awesome. The scarers were absolutely amazing as well.. Other than the couple of bummers it was awesome Hopefully I can talk my husband into bringing our boys next weekend..

Mike Richett

Everyone has fun. Not super scary, but it was enough. Cool themes. The outdoor zombie haunt was really cool.

lindsey wolf

I have been going to the scream park for years. I love it but its always the same so for people going every year it gets old. Its definitely a great place to go. I have seen one character every year he is my favorite she walks around in the food courts he is a mental hospital patient i believe he goes by puddin it doesnt matter how long u talk to him he remains in character ..he definitely deserves a pay raise. Hes a loyal worker!

Thomas Black

Worth the money. My youngest was 10 and made it through. You get 5 different attractions so by then end of night he was expert and didnt close his eyes. Actors did enough to keep you Entertained. Kids ages 13, 12, 11 and 10.

Jay Stidham

Would have been better if I was not concentrating on which way I needed to go some arrows that point in the direction of travel would have made a world of difference I ended up behind fake clowns and all the said was this way note it is pitch black in their and they just continued to say this way okay well I can't see nothing so some lighting for the way you should go would be a great idea

George Leap

Had a great time with the family. The haunted houses were set up nicely and the scared the whole family. I enjoyed that most of the walk paths were light enough to ensure I did not trip but the area was dark enough to be scary. Great time for the whole family. We enjoyed sitting in the dining area and talking to all the people.

Gretchen Smith

It was good and we had fun. We talked afterwords and thought it was going to be more scary. Really cool set-up and like the 5 different attractions. I just thought I was going to be scared out of my mind and that didn't happen. The food prices seemed high $6 for an elephant ear.

Lisa Schaler

Lots of fun and easy to get around. I recommend the fast pass and go when weather is dry to enjoy the outdoor attractions.

Michael Powell

Tonight was my first time going to Indy scream park. I was very pleased with my experience for the price I payed. Lines were not to long while having actors walking around to allow the time to fly by. I would say for the average joe they built in enough jump scares to get your heart rate going. Overall it was a great time and I definitely plan on coming back!

Bryan Doremus

I had a wonderful time at the park good interaction with actors at the midway. Haunts were very fun and exciting.... my biggest issue of the experience was the size of the groups that were sent through the haunts all at once.. i understand there were time constraints, but i believe it takes away the scare factor when you are close enough to see the group in front of you get scared.... Also, i believe because of this a lot of scares are missed because theres not enough time for the actors to get reset in position...other than these things it was a great experience with my family...

Dylan Boyer

Wonderful thrills, adventures, and laughs are to be had at this place. I brought my friends and ended up having a wonderful time. Tickets are quite expensive, but it's the most fun I've had in years so it's definitely worth it. It's also an amazing place to bring a date so bring your friends and have an amazing time!

Kelsey Klinge

Scanned our tickets and didnt tell us until after we only had 20 minutes left in the night. I feel like they should have let us know beforehand so we could have used our tickets for another night.

Eric Calvert

Had a blast there

TaoPanda 69

Great actors and great attractions. Just hate kids(seemed like in middle school) that dont leave the actors alone and basically harass them.

Mark Bowlin

They couldve done a better job,Had a blast with group I was with otherwise it wouldve been atotal flop Lines were too long,No one really trying to do there job. Much better around for less.

Misty Q

The best haunted house I have been to in a long time. The attractions were amazing! I would totally recommend and go back to!

Monica Edgeman

We are a group of older ladies and have gone every year for the past 6 years. Lines were actually pretty long. Attractions were pretty good overall. Some of the workers were pretty young and we didn’t find them scary. The woods is our favorite!

Mr. W

This place was a joke. Overpriced and not amusing at all. Back Woods was you finding your way in the woods in total darkness while holding a glow stick. Boo! Zombieland was not decorated and I don't think I saw a single zombie or anything scary. Pandemic Mutation was really poor in taste, no pageantry. Workers looked like they rolled out of bed, spread some ketchup on their shirts and were there too "supposedly scare you". Kilgore Circus was the highlight of the night. It was decorated nicely but very short. Brickmore was alright, but again very short and missing the props and costume filled menaces that should be needed to haunt. Land of Illusions or Haunted Cave was way better. Go there instead.

Michael Weaver

Great night! Love the "pay one fee for entry" Five different attractions. Did backwoods and Kilgore's Circus 2x. Selfies with some of the actors. They make sure you have fun here. Only downside, the food in the midway is a bit pricey.

Michael Ritter

I thuroughly enjoyed going here. They put so much effort into creating a creepy environment that it feels like you're transported to the places they choose. Definetley try the 3D Circus, even if you have to wait in line. It will be totally worth it!

Derrick

Always amazing every time I go, all of the actors try their very best every year. My only complaint is the beer is expensive.

Nicole Osbun

Had a great time. Very well done and the cast members were awesome

kendell Joplin

Best time worth the money friendly concession staff met the owner and he talked to us like we were old friends who had not seen each other in years. Great place can't wait to go back!

Shawn Harbert

Waited almost an hour for hot chocolate, and when we finally got it....it was still cold !.....The outside attractions were the best that they had to offer...

Elric Wright

Worth the money. Very fun. Staff was great.

margoret williams

Went with my boyfriend and 2 friends of mine. We had an absolute blast, the actors are incredible. We saw one laying dead on a table in zombie land and he didn’t flinch once... insane talent. 10/10 would reccomend, taking my family later this month!! (if you’re hungry, definitely check out their concessions. the elephant ears are TO DIE for!!)

James Kinnaman

Had a good time. Lines moved farly quick, but allow 4 hours for all 5 attractions. Save the outdoor attractions for last!

Chris Storey

Lots to do at the Screampark! If you want to hang out and grab a snack by the fire pit, go right ahead! Some of the attractions felt like we were being rushed through, and the actors were few and far between. It may have just been the day of our visit. The price was decent for the amount of activities going on. Worth checking out!

Nolan Satterfield

Loved it so much, enough jump scares to keep it entertaining but not too overwhelming which made it very enjoyable and fun

Arizona Murphy

Yesterday was my first time ever going to Indy scream park & I literally had a blast . I had a dance competition & I was danced out . I went threw all the haunts more then once !! It’s definitely worth your money and time !! The people were all nice & made my time enjoyable . I will definitely be going back :)) !! Thank you for making it fun for me !!

Con. Nichols

wasn’t that impressed i’d be jumped at then i’d be jumped at like 2 mins later no consistency on being scared

Manuel Martinez

First time going. Recommend going with a group to make it more fun. I got my moneys worth for sure. I recommend Fast passes due to the length in lines and cold nights. I will be back next year!

Lauren Ayers

I was a little nervous taking my 11 year old and his friends to this. I wasn’t sure if it would be safe or what the crowd would be like. This is so well done! The midway is nice for anyone who needs a break and the haunted houses are really fun and well done! I felt comfortable letting the boys have run of the place. We will definitely do this again. It is truly scary for some kids so keep that in mind.

Daniel Duke

Have not even beed and already dont like it...i applied to a part time job to make a little extra, knowing they hire even highschool kids all the time. Also messaged them on facebook and got the well get to you soon message and a month later still never heard back!

Rebecca Ladd

The last guy that parked us was very rude and wasn't very friendly

Anne Roscoe

The attractions and staff were fanrastic! The fast pass is worth the extra money. We wouldn't have seen all the haunted houses if not for the fast pass.

Amanda Elzey

So much fun! The characters walking around the midway were just as awesome as the ones in the attractions!

Olivia Robinson

Drove 2 hours staff was friendly black out was the best everything else was just ok nothing scary. Maybe a few more actors will help but the lines did move fast.

Seth DeSplinter

A lot of detail went into designing these haunts, especially the new 3D circus. Invest in the VIP Fast Pass. It ends up costing about $5 more per attraction, but it is well worth it.

Mikaleous

Enjoyed the fire pits outside, had a real relaxed atmosphere until you went to the attractions. I was marked on both interactive ones and i had a blast the actors really enjoy their job. Only thing i didn't like was the fact other people where put into our group by the staff, had one woman walk so slow other groups caught up to us and a man acting tough to the point where all the actors would try and scare him but it ruined it for my group.

Tanya Sunday

We had a blast!! I took my teenage kids and we all had different favorite ones but my personal favorite was Backwoods. Everything was very realistic and amazing and freaky. I was followed by one of them through the whole thing which my kids got an awesome kick out of and it was very funny now but not then lol. I would recommend everyone try to go at least once you won’t regret it!!!!!! Thank you Indy Scream Park for the awesome memories!!!!!

Maddie Cracchiolo

Honestly was terrible. There was not eneough actors, wasn’t through several rooms // long way through the woods without any type of scare. Just because there was no one. A lot of the actors made real rude comments. Would not recommend this place. I am usually the type to be super scared and anxious about things like this but I didn’t even get the chance To be scared. And the groups were getting passed so fast where you run into other ones and already know what’s gonna happen before you get to experience it.

Krissa Hatfield

My daughter and friends went and had a great time!

Melanie Cerro

Had a really great time there it was our first time. The food was good and we had Fastpass so we didn't have to wait long.

Jennifer Lopez-Martinez

Not worth the money, and not too scary. I think I enjoyed sitting by the fire and listing to the music. I won’t be going back.

bossduff

It was done really well. All the actors and staff made it a great Halloween stop. The sets where awesome, I really like the clowns. I paid extra for the quick passes and found it was well worth the cost. There could have been more to do in the fire area. We shoot the zombie, but there could have been other stuff to do there. All in all my family and I will be going back every year that it’s running. Great job Dave Duffy

Tammy Secrest

A really fun evening. Well worth the admission price.

karly mckay

I was overall very pleased and had a very great time, all of the scary people did their job well. Although at one point while I was in line for the outdoor woods attraction (the one where it takes your through different little shacks) one of the employees was extremely rude to the people in line. She was screaming at the little kids telling them to get off the rope. When a concerned parent wanted to make sure she wasn’t talking to his kid like that she kept yelling at him and then had one of the male workers “take care of it” threatening to kick him out if he didn’t shut up. I was not very happy with how the employees handled the situation. Especially around little kids who just want to have fun.

Isabel Lozano

The price was good and the 5 attractions we're pretty great. Not all of them were scary but there were so many it was super fun anyway. The effects were really cool. You had to wear 3D glasses for one of the haunted houses, and in a couple of them you could put on a glow stick neckless which meant they could grab us and separate us from our group which was really fun.

Christine Barger

Indy ScreamPark boasts big scares, but is it true? I was pleasantly surprised to find such a large Halloween event while traveling through Indiana so early in the haunt season. I had seen billboards promoting the haunted attraction and everyone I asked locally seemed to have heard of them. I decided to make the drive to Anderson to find out for myself. I could tell it was a large event as I pulled up into the large parking area. I didn’t have a lot of time due to my busy schedule and had gotten there very late in the evening. The box office was kind enough to send me through VIP so I would have the opportunity to see all of the haunts. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this seemingly pop-up Halloween fair. There were 5 different mazes and a nice midway area. Most of the haunts were enclosed and at times even quite claustrophobic depending on whether or not you allowed the actors to make the experience interactive. The Backwoods haunt was much more open and a very different type of walk through than the others. It honestly was my least favorite style of haunt, but allows for the guests to have that dark alone time to get themselves in the mindset to be scared. It’s just not really the type of scare that works on me personally, I imagine many others find it terrifying. I enjoyed the interactive moments in the other attractions. I liked being pulled from the group and inserted into the storytelling and scenes. I loved the personalized moments the most. The actors did a wonderful job throughout the event. I found many of the scenes in the attractions to have impressive set design and props. I especially liked the use of electricity in one of the scenes that stood out the most to me. Overall I found this to be a very well done event with great actors. Was I scared? A few times they really got me with the jump scares. Do I think the average person (that doesn’t travel the country going to haunted houses) would be scared? Yes. I recommend Indy Scream Park. I think you’ll have a great time.

Bridgette VanDame

Awesome place to go! Didn't care for the new attraction "black out", but overall was an awesome experience.

leo sanchez

Lack of actors, too much of a gap between actors its like just walking in the park. The price its ridiculous for how bad it is

D Nesbit

Great event!!!! All the attractions were amazing. The only complaint I had, was the group was too big that they sent threw the woods. The people in the front got all the scares and everyone in back knew what was coming. The people that had the glowstick ran off at oon point and left 6 of us to wander in the dark. Still love going to Indy scream. The interactive part is very scarey and so fun!!!!

Trevor Whited

It's always a good time at Indy Scream Park! We've gone in small groups and large groups of people. Nobody ever leaves disappointed. And a big thank you to whomever found my friends cell phone! The staff is great.and yhe actors really do a great job.

Tiger Hsu

Not a bad place to spend a few hours. We spent about $60 bucks for two people plus the parking on a Thursday. There was about 5 haunted houses that you can go to. Not too shabby, at two of the haunted houses they have green glow sticks you are allowed to wear around your neck and some of the actors can grab you, its nice that they've included it in the price.

Carrie Keiser

I had fun, but not as much fun as past years. We were a group of 6 and they kept making us split up.. I came with my group I want to experience the frights with my group. That's the fun and unfortunately missed out on alot this year. When I asked a line worker why they keep splitting us up he said "I dont know sometimes we let bigger groups go" but split us down to 2 people each. Not sure if I will make the 2 hour drive again.

Janessa Smith

Great place, so much fun! The costumes and make up are on point! The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is because last year was better. I think it was because they seemed short staffed this year, and people were being sent into the haunted houses too close to each other so it just formed a long line of people.

M Peterson

Not that scary but it's a good time. I went on a Saturday (10:30) and the energy of the staff was pretty low, you could tell they had been going at this for hours and were running down. Price was a bit high, $60+ for one time through fast pass is a bit much but it saved me hours of standing in line so I guess it could have been worse. I recommend going interactive where you can, you'll have a much better time - party members that get separated will eventually find their way out. All that being said I would still recommend it if you're in the Indy area, it's one of the better attractions I've been to.

Krystany Andrews

I come every year to see what is different and always a great experience. I did not care for blackout I could do that in the forest, my family and I found it boring. The backwoods was not much different. We really enjoyed Killgores 3D circus and the midway with the actors walking around. Pudding is our favorite.

Chad Spencer

Really good scares. The new blackout is AMAZING The real heroes are the people selling the food. Cool group of guys and great food!

Chris West

WAY overpriced. They make you pay $5 to park on top of service fees on the tickets. A bottle of soda is $4. Not trying to sound cheap but you shouldn't have to pay to park if you're being charged an additional $2.45 per ticket in fees. And they add on $5 if you buy at the window and not online. The houses only lasted about 8 mins each. We definitely won't be returning.

Colleen Giffin

Super fun place! A lot of places just have one haunt to go through, but this one has five. Love that they have a beer garden and dj to keep you entertained in between haunts. I only wish they were open later because if you dont have a fast pass, it’s hard to fit in all the haunts in one visit and have leisure time to eat and drink at the beer garden. You almost have to get the fast pass and it’s pretty pricey to get the best experience. Other than that, it’s my favorite local haunt!

Sherna Turner

In desperate need of more people to haunt, not enough scare. Not 1 person jumped out at us in the mile long Backwoods attraction. Also missing the gore/gross out factor. Both outside attractions ended with the chainsaw chasing you. Need more original ideas. Not worth the $36.95 we paid for the ticket, or the additional $2.95 "fee" on top of that price. Lines moved fast though! Won't return.

Patrick Boyles

A really good friend and I decided to go to Indy Scream Park pretty much on a whim and we had a great time!! Definitely worth the price point! You get 6 “attractions” 1 general sitting/eating area with some cool monsters 3 indoor exhibits and 2 outdoor ones! It was soo fun the monsters were great and the people who went were all good sports! We ended up making some new friends along the way! Definitely worth the time!

Amyakanicole

The entire experience that I had even before I got there was absolutely amazing! The customer service was tremendous, the actors were fantastic, the jump-scares were plentiful and the atmosphere was perfect!

Snap Haul **with my babies***

Well. This haunted place is amaZing. 5 different haunt zones. A must go.

Darriane Day

Cool place. My only complaints would be the wait-time for Zombieland Unchained. My friends and I were in line for over an hour, and it was a little discouraging. The makeup for the "monsters" could also use a more critical eye, I think. It looked slapdash and not very immersive. Other than that, we had a blast. I can't wait to come back!

Jordan Bolen

Overall this was an OK haunted house. I like that there were 5 different attractions/buildings but most were fairly short despite the long lines. They really want you to purchase a fast pass. The majority of the actors were not that convincing but the ones that were were very good. Price was not bad for general admission--a little under $30, but you also have to pay $5 for parking. This seemed unnecessary as the parking lot was quite big. The zombie attraction and the insane asylum were probably two of the best. Most of the rooms just lacked any real creativity or spookiness. had a decent time here but will probably not be back.

Bryce Styles

Great place! I loved the fact that there were indoor attractions as well as outdoor ones. I decided to get the V.I.P. pass, and it's totally worth it. When you need a break from the thrill, the center food court area has plenty of things to eat and drink. As since it's starting to get cold, they have fires going as well for people to stay warm. Great place and will definitely go again!

Ricardo Torres

The best time I've had years!!!!... it's a blast .... so worth the money. The people working there are the best!!!!. I will so be there next year.. the only bad thing is there won't be a BackWoods next year☹. In my own opinion the backwoods was the best. 5 stars should be a 100 stars .. you all are AWESOME

Lincoln Dyer

All 4 of our friends had a great time!! However, there were a few downfalls. We went on a Saturday night and tickets were about 40$ a piece not including 5$ for parking. You would think that would be included. My friend and I were excited that they served Sun King brewing at the haunt as well, however beers were between 8-10$ for a small 12oz. I would recommend it to other people on a cheaper night, such as a weekday. Indy scream park is not worth the 40$ night but I would say it’s worth the 20-25$ night. Thanks.

Corrie Rosas

Best haunted houses I've ever experienced. It's on a huge farm, actors and actresses were AWESOME! I go every year! Go there and you'll have a blast. Plan on being there at least a couple hours

Jessica Salinas

Pretty good scares! I enjoyed every house... although a few staff members were a little rude and snippy on some encounters. Regardless, still a gnarly experience.

Ivy Gallager

Attractions all used the same techniques to scare you. I went the entire time without actually being scared. I was highly disappointed, in the past it has been much scarier. Poor acting skills this time around.

Joe Robbins

Took a van load of kids and they loved it! It's a little out of the way but worth the trip!

shealee davis

Literally was scared once out of 5 attractions. The woods was horrible. It should be the best one in my opinion but it’s just long and pointless. The whole place is pointless. You should just go to smaller haunted houses for less money and a better experience. I wish I could get my money back it was so lame.

Crissy Lagle

Music could have been louder and more characters walking around and being mote interactive would have been nice. Overall we enjoyed our selves!!

Leah Peters

All the attractions were super good except for Asylum. That one was not scary at all and all they did was just stand there they didn’t even jump out at you. It was “blackout” night when I went and it wasn’t good so maybe it would be better without the blackout night

Rikki Woodlock

My kids went to this haunt. My entire family have had the privilege of working for one of their competitors for years. This means it takes quite a bit to impress them. Not only were they impressed but they couldn't stop talking about how well prepared they were and what a great job of execution they did. Great job Indy Scream Park!

Turtle Holdcraft

It was fun but the people walking around the sitting area were annoying, they shouldn't really be there, it should be a place to be left alone so you can eat and relax for a bit in peace. Had a couple of the people working there get to close and touch us. Fun but they don't follow the rules.

Sebastian Margison

Honestly it was a great set up but the actors and staff were VERY careless about how things operated. I paid $100 for TWO ADULT tickets and never once got to go in a group by myself with my girlfriend nor did we ever get to go through a attraction without ever catching the two groups in front of us. Their was security messing with a lot of drunks during the attractions that ruined a lot of the fun. Whenever we caught the group in front of us, we were made to keep walking so you end up with random people. Overall it sucked and I will NOT be back, even if it’s free :) IT IS NOT WORTH HALF THE PRICE THEY CHARGE!!

Jeremy Feix

Big letdown, I feel like they should shut down 3 attractions and use the actors in the two remaining ones. Went through sections of the haunts with no people in the rooms at all. I wouldn't waste my time, there are many better places out there.

Jessi Long

The 2 outside attractions (woods and Zombie junk yard) were so good and SO scary! Those 2 alone were worth admission. The other 3 attractions were not so great. It is a MUST GO haunted house, just don't bother waiting in a line for the 3 indoor attractions!

ThisIsPuff :-D

It was my families first time out there & we had a blast. Everyone super friendly. Everyone super respectful & just wanting to have fun & be terrified. I would highly suggest anyone looking to have some fun & have some good scares, definitely go!

Jonny Storm

They have the best haunted attractions in Indiana. I would definitely recommend visiting IndyScream Park .

dead boy

This place is so much fun amazing attractions tons to do ridiculous over-the-top scares it almost feels like you're in a movie the quality of the props the quality of the staging it is just mind-blowing I would recommend this to anyone that is interested in haunted houses and most people that aren't the price is fairly reasonable for the quality I plan on going yearly the parking isn't the best and it's kind of a long walk if you get stuck in the back so go early there's tons of booths to stop at the actors walk around in full costume in the common area it is just the most fun I can imagine having at a haunted attraction just remember don't run

travies varner

It's an awesome place to go. I highly recommend it. Would like to see different haunts next year. Maybe some more interactive ones where the actors can grab you and take you away from your group.

Crystal Wright

To be mine and my husband's first experience it was amazing it was my husband's birthday it was definitely worth the money. I can't wait to come back in the near future.

Tasha Bug

Fun scares and I appreciated that except for the asylum, it was not overly gorey. I also liked that for some, you could wear a necklace and be temporarily kidnapped/trapped. I did think that the strobe lighting in one was too much. It really hurt my head but we really had a great time!

Makailah Miller

It was pretty chill overall but whoever catered this year made me sick, and I couldn’t enjoy myself for the rest of the night. Also If you plan on going you should eat before you go, because the food is not that good to be charging for it the way they do. A bottle of Sprite was $4.

You can improve by not hiring discriminatory actors. Last night, my boyfriend and I were walking through the Back Woods attraction of your park, when an actor noticed we were holding hands (we are a gay couple) and decided it would be best to taunt us for being gay. We accept spooky remarks from the actors, but things like calling us “Queens” is unacceptable. “We got a couple of Queens back here,” he repeatedly shouted, following us closely and acting like he was going to hurt us—The threat seemed very real, even in a setting where it was his job to pretend. To make fun of us for holding hands and being gay in front of the group we were with was hurtful. We were very unsettled by these remarks and it affected our entire night. We came to escape reality and be entertained. We both love horror. However, last night, we were horrified for different reasons; the experience hit too close to home to the horrific, discriminatory experiences we encounter as gay men in the real world. We will be reaching out to your PR department. Horrible.

Nice setup attractions were very nicely detailed. Maybe it was the fact I attended on a Saturday night but too many guests were being sent through the houses at one time and there was also not a big enough time gap in between groups which caused us all to catch up with each other fairly early on once inside. Due to It being a rush to get everyone through there was no thrill we already knew what would happen prior to it happening so there was no surprise. The staff was rushing through the instructions and sending groups of 7 or more in at one time in less than 10 second intervals. There was a few occasions when actors stepped out of character to figure out if I was wearing a glow necklace when in fact it was just a gold choker. I understand it is a high demand season but they need to keep in mind that people paid money to come here. I was disappointed with my experience due to me having high hopes from the reviews. Felt as though $85 was wasted and probably will never return.

Shy Girres

VIP fast pass was well worth the extra money. We were scared the whole night with no lines. The scariest one was for sure the zombie one. Get the glow necklace for everyone you can! It just makes the experience more eventful! My friends and I have been talking about what happened all week! 10/10

Reaghan Harding

It was fantastic. Even though it was muddy (and i know they can’t really help that) the Backwoods were AMAZING! I’m definitely telling everyone about my experience there and letting them know that it’s a great place for a fantastic scare!

Tyler Youngman

Tons of fun! We screamed and laughed a lot.

David Lammers

Wife and i loved seeing our kids scream and try to hide from all the terrors. All the scare areas were really good or great.

Kiley Shaw

Indy Scream Park has a lot of good attractions. Lots of fun things to do. The reason for the 3 stars is because I was hoping for more of a scare. It wasn't very scarey at all most of the time I laughed more than anything. Which I enjoyed it was fun. But I was looking to go home with a nightmare.

Aliyah Wallace

Actors are very nice. A little pricey but is a good time if you’re with fun people.

Alexandria Alvarado

Well worth the price. Very scary and well put together, would definitely go again.

Ashlee Henderson

Fun and scary. Lines are long so prepare to be there for a few hours.

Lauren Schmidt

Second time attending and it didn’t disappoint! The interactive parts of the attractions improved from last year, so that was AMAZING!

Tori W.

Each attraction had unexpected surprises. The park did a great job of scaring people and was very organized. I had a great time!!

Heather B

We had a good time! The actors are great! However, the prices are ridiculous! The regular fast pass costs almost $70 and only gets you one time through each attraction. To charge $130 for unlimited fast pass is ludicrous. So, we waited in long lines and only made it through 3 attractions. The very few promos offered are also worthless as they only give them out to 15 people or so. This site has become very popular and they have decided they don't need to compete cost wise anymore to get business. That's unfortunate. Probably won't go next year. There are many haunts in Indy that look fun and aren't as commercialized.

Smoothy

So much fun! Took my sister and we had a blast. We don’t get scared easily but the costumes and house designs were very, very creepy and got to us.

Murielle Bathory

FANTASTIC time! Definitely recommend the VIP fast pass to get to the front of lines. Fires and hot drinks made for a cozy night

Curtis J. White

Liked a few of the changes to the attractions. The 3D attraction was pretty cool

Berdo Barrera

You can practically see every jump scare coming. They arent worried about scaring you . They are worried about how fast the can get the people out of lines . Not only were we in a group of 8 but we could see the next group in front of us nearly 20 ft away and we could see every jump scare coming. This is more like a circus .

Kenneth White

Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best I’m sorry but we had vip fast passes and in the clown room regular ticket holders kept going before us then asked why and was told they were there first ok well we paid more to skip the line but didn’t even get that also in the backwoods all the groups kept getting together zombie land the last three minutes of walking through there were no actors all in all I won’t come back two hour drive to not get what I paid for

Stacy Campbell

Definitely worth the price. Had a good 5-6 hours of enjoyment. My only suggestion would be either more, or larger fire pits, froze my bum off lol.

Jessica Monize

We make it a point to come every year with our kids.... last year I felt like it was lacking in the scary factor.... this year, I’m very disappointed. You wait in long lines, expecting it to be a thrill and seems like the park overall is lacking in actors. In years past, there were a lot of actors walking around and in the attractions- making the experience a blast.... however this year it was not. Disappointed we bought 5 tickets. I would say, save your money!!

Jessica Anne

I was impressed with Indy Scream Park. We visited from WI while we were staying in Indianapolis for the weekend. We came on a Sunday night and were able to get through all 5 haunts in 1.5 hours. The lines were short, and they let our group of 3 go alone up until they were close to closing down for the night. The detail put into the sets was great. They were very well set up. The only critique I have is the makeup and some of the acting. I feel like there could have been more detail put into the actors makeup and outfits. The makeup was just face paint and fake blood. I think they could also benefit more by having more jump scares as well. Overall a pretty impressive haunt.

Dan Apples

10/100 Pretty good time, very spoopy

Nichole Ingersoll-Scott

Well done a little pricey. Great job on security. The woods are beautiful!

Zachary Snively

Great experience on a Thursday night. Less crowded and maybe slightly fewer workers but it was okay. We got to do all the attractions and the clown scare was the best hands down. Drinks were a bit high parking is five bucks and quick. We will be back and this was our third year going.

January Rebl

I really liked it !!!! It wasn't as Scarry as I would of hoped for but it sure did make you jump !!!! Can't wait to go back good work guys!!!

Mark McGee

Best haunted house I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to a lot all over the country)!! Food drinks and fire pits available. Zombie paintball!!!!

Chad Bond

Very well thought out, we planned, and well executed. All three indoor attractions and both trails were very well done. I will definitely be back again. Great job by all involved

Miranda Tucker

Professional, everything was well placed and organized. The ratio to time spent in line to time in the attraction was perfect. The attractions were you could volunteer to be touched and taken off the normal trail weren't as scary as one would thing. The actors don't actually grab you or pull you; you wear a glow sticks necklace if you choose to participate and can take it off at any point if you change your mind. The actors just guide you into other parts of the attraction and the things you do are simple so you don't get lost and can catch up to your original group. Definitely worth checking out. Also, you are NOT limited to the amount of times you can go through an attraction.

Daniel Shangle

Very fun. Some attractions we're better then others but definitely will give you a jump or even a scream..

kiara busch

The inside attractions are fun. But the backwoods and zombie land suck

Danielle Harris

Once again this place out did themselves this year! Thr haunts are scary and very intense. I highly recommend this place.

Kati Wallace

I absolutely love this haunted attraction. I really like that there are five different haunts to visit for one general admission. The lines move quickly, so that wait isn't too bad at each one. The wait is well worth it though! All of the attractions are super scary and great for anyone who loves jump scares. The actors do an amazing job and I love coming to this haunted attraction each year.

Jazmin Alexander

Last weekend was my first time going and I had a great time! There was enough attractions to make $30 worth my while. I was definitely scared!

Amelia Bloyd

I loved it! My friends and I had such an amazing night!! Definitely going again!!

Tracy Clampitt

Not as fun because groups were being moved through the haunted houses with not much time in between each group. Everyone was catching up and having to stand around because too many people were waiting to get thru the rooms. Same thing happened on the haunted trail. Yes, I understand it was busy, but I don’t think you get your moneys worth when you are stuck in the middle of the attraction because of the groups are being ushered in so close to the group in front of them.

KIMBERLY COUCH

It was good amount of scary, not to the point where I couldn’t take it but it was enough to excite me and make me scared. It was overall a great experience.

Bri Wells

Me and my husband had a blast! Would definitely recommend. Great price for what you get; five attractions and a “fair-like” area with bonfires and food (food sold separately of course). Out of the five attractions, our favs (in order from best to worst) were: Backwoods, Kilgore’s 3D circus, Zombieland Unchanined (we chose to be marked), Brickmore Asylum, & Pandemic Mutation. The Backwoods has the longest duration and the longest wait time, but worth it. Kilgore’s has a lot of strobe lights, so if you’re sensitive or have a neuro issue it’s not for you. The Asylum and Pandemic were not at all scary. They were more so people just walking around saying creepy things and it’s very predictable & for some reason there were a few of the staff walking around in front of us which ruined it. We went three days before Halloween and it was fine, no roudy teens or irresponsible drunk adults (they sell alcohol). Parking was fine, it’s $5. The food was ok tasting, the funnel cakes are very good though. All in all, we had fun and no complaints really!

Emily Jocham

We were so impressed with Indy Scream Park! The characters, the haunts, and the food were on point! I’ve been to dozens of haunted houses, but these are the best by far. These guys have gone to great lengths and have paid close attention to detail in assembling the attractions. You MUST get “marked”—too much fun! We also recommend the VIP fast pass. The extra expense is well worth it.

J W

I'm sure this place is scary if you're a teenager....but definitely not if you're an adult. But the woods path is the best one.

Tracy Mason

So much fun - everything was extremely clean and the increased security made our family feel extremely safe. Thank you!

Cleta Wilson

I was here several years ago and it seemed way more organized than it was this year. Long lines was a major downfall. The drinks were way too pricy but to be expected. Ticket prices were fair for the time you spend here but it seemed like the midway was less popular with monsters. I say bring back the black out room but keep.the 3D circus it was fantastic. Liked the fact you could pick to be interactive but didnt realize it was only 18 and older. Overall if you want a good haunt its worth it...just could use some changes.

Ally Fleckenstein

We had so much fun at Indy Scream Park! The workers are amazingly nice and so scary!! It is very smart to try and avoiding going on weekends unless you enjoy waiting in the lines! We went on a Tuesday and did not wait longer than 15 minutes! It was so much fun, so much cheaper than normal and great for everyone!

cream lol

Amazing experience, never been to a scarepark before and this was definitely a blast. The Acting director followed me through the “Back Woods” with a black robe on and definitely kept me on edge the entire walk through. Would definitely go again.

Tazhia Parham

Nice outside with food and tables but Park opened up at 730 and closed at 1030 which means i paid full price and only got to go through 3 attractions. They didn’t care if we were already there or not. & nothing was scary but the wooded attraction ... will never waste me money again!

Kristen Perrus

Lots of fun and had a great time with my friends! Interactive is the way to go. Will be going next year! Bought general admission and didn’t show up until 11, due to living an hour away. Still got through all the attractions and was able to play a few games!

Valerie Chew

I went opening night and it was my first time at Indy Scream Park ever. I was only even a little scared on my first go through of Pandemic. (I did Pandemic 3 times because a cute guy lol!) but Zombieland: Unchained and Backwoods we’re severely overhyped and lackluster. Killgore’s just isn’t something that scares me, but it did give me a slight headache with the 3D glasses. I didn’t do Nightmare Factory because my group didn’t want to and I’m INCREDIBLY clumsy and would’ve have likely injured myself haha. But overall the atmosphere is cool as heck. Loved the creepers in the Midway! Especially Killgore and the purple clown! I liked the music. Everyone that wasn’t an actor was super nice! I wish I had been scared more though. (Also I had the glowstick necklace for Pandemic and Zombieland so I gave the best chance to be scared)
