You have all the feddbacks of people like you who consumed the products of Gravity Trampoline Park (Park) near Indiana.
To this day the business receives a score of 3.8 over 5 and that rating was based on 144 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is positive, and it's based on a very large number of opinions, so we can conclude that the assessment is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to place feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Park is included in the category of Adventure sports center.
Good family fun. Went Saturday morning and it was quiet. Probably shouldnt have that much staff for 4 kids though.
Great place for my grandchildren to be kids. I love the new age days. We love it!
Pretty nice. Kids liked the climbing walls alot
Kids loved it and not too expensive
Super clean and fun new trampoline park in Kokomo. Finally something fun for school age children to do. Great place for parties too!!!
The 4 yr old Birthday Boy had fun. We were suppose to have our little room 4 To 6pm. At 5pm the manager came over and told us to get out our time was up at 5pm. So we left and went to Chucky Cheese and continued our party with the four year old. We won't be back to Gravity Trampoline.
Awesome
Way to much money to go
So.Many.Kids. Clean and all the kids enjoyed it. Pizza was good & kids had fun.

After visiting this place over the weekend I can confidently say I will not be returning. When you first walk in you’re directed to these nice touch screen computers that have all their waiver info you’ll need to fill out. Page 1 is your basic first and last name, dob, phone number, and email address. Page 2 your home address(a little personal but ok). Page 3 your drivers license number(extremely personal and unnecessary for jumping on trampolines). Once coming to this page I backed out of the waiver and asked the young man at the welcome desk. After asking him why they needed that info, he couldn’t give me a straight answer. Another girl next to him then said if I read thru the waiver on the last page, it’ll tell me why they need that information. I was also informed that I HAVE TO fill out their waiver to even go back and watch my family. A little concerning but ok, I read thru the waiver. There was nothing about why my address and driver license number were needed. Being that I didn’t have my drivers license on me to jump on trampolines, I put in a number that I thought could’ve been my drivers license number. The computer accepted the number and I went back to the front desk and informed the young lady(brown hair, blue or green eyes, and freckles) that the waiver didn’t have anything in it about why they needed that info. I was then told again that I HAVE TO fill out the waiver or else I can’t go back. At this point I had done the waiver and informed the young lady that I’ve had my personal information stolen before and it concerns me that they demand all that info just to jump on trampolines. Also since that information is all on a computer that’s connected to their network, it’s more at risk to being stolen from outside sources. Now before someone says it’s not connected to their network just think, if you fill out their waiver on the website it’s connected to their network. Being that this is a independent company, what’s going to happen with my extremely personal info? What will they do if their network gets hacked? Will the owner assume responsibility for all financial or legal matters if your info is stolen from them? Will the company even contact us if their systems get hacked? If you’re not worried about it just think what someone can do with your a fake drivers license in your name. They can get ticketed and get your license suspended. They can purchase firearms in your name. On the 4473 form for purchasing a firearm your state issued ID is all that’s needed. Your social is optional. Anyways, I informed the young lady that I was concerned since I’ve already had my identity stolen once and I’ve possessed(no longer active) security clearances when I was active in the Marine Corps, that can not end up in the wrong hand. She ignored my comments and the girl standing next to her asked if she gave me the military discount before swiping my card. Come to find out I was denied their military discount but even worse, that same young lady had already checked in the rest of my family and was informed that I was a guardian for my nephew and since it was toddler time I was suppose to get in free but did need to purchase their socks. I got a refund for the time I was charged and the young lady was very rude during the whole check in. Morally this company is in the wrong and they know that. So my one real question for the owner is what are you doing to protect your customers personal info? Because with the amount of information you’ve demanded, you are now responsible for that info. Also to back my personal opinion on this matter, I’ve contacted all other trampoline parks in Indiana along with many other recreational(mini golf, bowling ally, laser tag, and shooting ranges) sport facilities and none of them demand a drivers license number and very few even ask for an address. The closest thing to needing a drivers license to participate was at bullseye and the guy I spoke with said he looks at your state issued ID to utilize their range to make sure you are the one who filled out the waiver.
My son loved it! The only complaint i have is the staff is all teenagers or young adults who are not friendly at all.
Grandson's birthday party there today! It was awesome and everyone was very helpful! Thank you!
I just went there and the employees were rude and disrespectful.
Nice and clean. Kids had a good time. Wish you had drinking fountains. $2.14 for a bottle of water is a bit much. Or lower your hourly rates .
We always love coming here
Worst experience I have ever had. Staff was rude and unprofessional. The staff where to busy talking to other employees instead of watching the kids to make sure they were okay. Would never recommend to anyone.
Fun experience for the kids but only one staff member was friendly and that was Eric. One girl at the check-in counter bordered on rude. She acted like we were putting her out if we had a question. Smiles and friendliness are a must when you work with the public. WTG Eric for making our experience fun.
The employees definitely single kids out. There were 3 children trying to climb using the pads, my kid gets told she can't but none of the other kids had to stop doing the same thing she learned from them. So later I let her do it again because there were even more kids that were lined up doing it and my kid wanted to do it too. None gets talked to again but ME the employee informed me she cant do that I asked the employee if he was going to tell the other kids the same. He rolled his eyes and walked to the other side of that section.
My wife stopped there while traveling through the area with our 5 year old. She pre-purchased a ticket online for 11:00am. When she got there, it was closed. She killed sometime locally and came back at noon but they were still not open. When we called to be reimbursed for the tickets purchased, we were told that they use a third-party for online payments and we're unable to reimburse us. They instead offered free tickets for our next visit. We live in a different state! Free tickets for the rest of our lives would do no good because we live hours and hours away. Now I have to go through the BBB to try to get our money back.
Honestly i like gravity its fun never had a problem i dont know why some people on these reviews complain about few employees not being there when i go theres always plenty of employees watching the people there but if parents are scared of there kid getting hurt then why dont u look after them the employees already have to look out for everyone else there
This place is amazing! I love that the kids have a place to go and play that is clean and looks great! I never have an issue here and the kids look forward to coming back!
Kids enjoyed themselves. Easy to spot your children from the upper level if you're not jumping.
Grandkids always have a great time here
*femur breaker noise"
Kids love it.
Great place to have birthday parties.
Not what I was expecting. They make it look cool but there is not a lot of trampolines. They ran out of the sizes of socks that the kids needed. I asked what the plan was since these socks dont fit and they said deal with it, they will fit fine. I'm not impressed at all. Skyzone is WAY BETTER and worth a 45min drive. #thumbsdown
Great place to go and have fun. Take your kids and let them burn off some energy, you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend!
Good experience for my teenage daughter and friends. Had issues with one little 6 year old girl being rude, but overall good time. Will go back
The registration process could be shorter.
Great time!! Kids loved both young & old! Great place for a birthday party
Fun for the kids
My 3 year old loves it. However, they keep tiny NERF balls where toddlers can get them. These are grape size balls and a huge choking risk. One day I went and there and witnessed a 2 year old girl who put one in her mouth and was running with it. I had to help her grandpa get it out of a kids mouth ...a child who I didn't even know. My friend and I complained to the store owner who did nothing about it. As a nurse I understand just how dangerous this can be for toddlers and the huge liability that puts on the store. But the store managers are young, and have no idea how dangerous it truly is. Other than that, it's a very fun time. I suggest if you bring your toddler to do it earlier in the day when it's less crowded.
First time here, front desk wasn't the greatest. Bracelets weren't given to us, we were told we had to use them until 30 minutes into playing with our toddler. Same thing with the socks, we weren't notified about them until 10 minutes before we left. Didn't even stay the full hour. This happened when "trainee/management" was training an employee. Unprofessional, asked about the toddler play and day Time, didn't even bother looking it up, just told us to go on their Facebook. More like I don't have time to be looking all that stuff up for you. That's why we didn't know anything about the socks or bracelets. Didn't even tell us the packages of what was included and what was not. Way to go on customer service "at it's best." Won't be going back, not worth the price.
Overall it was nice place to watch the kids jump around. The only issue I really have is the restroom setup. Why are the sinks outside of the restroom? You have to open the door to get out of the restroom to wash your hands and what if the person before you, well you know where this can go. Redesign it so you don't have doors or put the sinks in the restrooms. Personal hygiene is key in this review
Lots of fun
Gr8 family workout. If u are a worry-wart style parent, you should avoid this establishment. Everyone else: let's please support this place.
Good time. For a special of only $10 my 5 year old was able to jump for an hour. Efficient staff, fast thru the line and in. He really enjoyed himself.
I normally take my kids to SkyZone in Ft. Wayne and we love SkyZone. When I saw kokomo got a trampoline park I figured we'd check it out. Me & the kids were all pretty disappointed. It was very unorganized and chaotic in there. There was only one employee watching over the entire park so kids were double jumping on trampolines, running all over the place, small children running thru the dodgeball area, etc... very poor supervision by the employees. If that's how they operate on a daily basis it's just a matter of time until a kid gets injured. Plus there's no water fountain in there. They charge $1.60 for a generic bottle of water that looks like it came out of a 24 pack of Walmart water bottles. I did like the little joust area where you can fall into the foam pit, and I like that they have nerf footballs that you can throw around. The place has potential if they ran the establishment correctly but unfortunately it just comes across as a bootleg trampoline park for people who can't make the trip to SkyZone. As for me & my kids, we agree that we're gonna just make the trip to Ft. Wayne for SkyZone from now on.
Fun place to have a youngster's birthday party
It is really fun and it is kind of cheap
Great place for kids to jump around and have fun
Could have water fountains instead of us buying drinks, especially after paying nearly $33 just for 2 people. Also why is the soda cheaper than water? Water should be cheaper to promote good health not vise versa
My kids loved it there thinking about having my daughter birthday party there in December
Awesome place for the kids and family.
Great family fun plenty of room for the kids to run and plenty of room for the adults too sit back and relax
Very nice place. But need extra money to go here.
The staff that supervises the trampoline part does not do a very good job at monitoring the jumpers. The front end staff was very nice and helpful. I would currently not come back.
We had gravity grip socks from Get Air and was told that they wouldn’t work because they don’t say “gravity”. So I paid for my nephews to get socks. My one nephew who is super shy wouldn’t go play unless he could see us. So I went out and got my socks from “Get Air” so I could at least walk on the platform with him, I wasn’t going to jump at all. I was told that I couldn’t even walk on the platform if I didn’t have their specific socks from there. Don’t waste your money here, customer service sucked too. It’s worth the drive to go to Lafayette or Indy area.
After walking around and interacting with my boys and paying for a chair massage I’m told I can’t be on the platform without buying socks. This is ridiculous. To me this takes way down in points for family friendly. The employees are walking around in shoes. My kids love these places and I am now extremely disappointed. I see reviews with same situation and the response is insurance rules. Hmmmm. Doesn’t take a genius to rule that out. Get with it Gravity.
The crew members are exceptionally rude. The worst part is, I was so excited for this place to come to Kokomo. As a mom it’s nice to have somewhere to take the kids, especially when the weather isn’t nice. But honestly, I am so disappointed.
(Translated by Google) My children had a lot of fun (Original) Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho
Total b's bought two hours for the girls then after I pay and young girls start they tell you you have to pay 3 dollars for socks to keep an eye on your kids never again save your money and go to sky zone in fishers or go go park in Lafayette this park in kokomo is small and after you pay 40 dollar's for them to stay make you pay 3 to keep an eye on them hope they enjoy profit on 3 dollars of socks cause we will never be back SAVE YOUR MONEY TOTAL RIP OFF they don't even have a drinking fountain for the kids was so excited to see this but so upset I didn't take them to sky zone or Lafayette live and learn bought 2 hours after 35 min kids wanted to go home so very disappointing ok I can understand the insurance but why no water fountain for the kids also played for 2 hours for two kids they both wanted and did leave early who is you the best very small and kids prefer other parks much als staff should tell parents about sky area to watch kids instead of making me pay 3 bucks for socks get me once shame on you butwont happen twice
Honestly the worst place to take your kids in Kokomo. The staff are completely out to lunch. They are more worried about checking for a wrist band than making sure no one is getting hurt. All the staff have different sets of rules no one is consistent on what you can or can't do in there plus they are very rude and disrespectful. I will not be going back.
Very nice and clean!
I would honestly give them a zero if I could. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Staff kept making excuses for their mistakes. Didn’t get to jump because they were closed yet we bought tickets for that time. The website is non informative. Never going again. Please don’t take your kids there.
This place is great to wear your kids out or just to give them exercise. It was great for the adults too because they have massage chairs. However, not everyone watched their child very closely and a young boy decided he wanted to throw balls at me while I was getting a message. Not cool little boy, not cool at all. My kiddos had a blast and that's what counts
It's crazy how much you pay just for a hour of jump time and THEN THE SOCKS ARENT INCLUDED! What a RIP off.... I wouldn't recommend coming to this place and wasting your time and money on them......
Fun 4 Kids!!
I will drive to Lafayette to get air. We paid for a hr and we had a gray band 13 min after 3 we started at 4 pm they said gray bands were done. If I pay for a hour for my kids to jump I expect them to be able to jump for a whole hour. Not very good business. 2 other families were complaining about the same. Please fix this! It's about time we have something in kokomo but it's got to be fair as well!
Total chaos! They are understaffed, unorganized. The floors was dirty along with the bathrooms. Now add in everyone's just wearing jump socks, and going to the bathroom. So the nasty gets drugged thru the play areas. Can you say gross. Also as you enter the play area you have to climb up some stairs. This is a problem due to the fact that they are not marked to warn you as you are exiting the area. With them being understaffed many kids would be running and not pay attention and trip on the stairs. My recommendation would be to visit a competitor in Indianapolis or Fort Wayne. Much safer, cleaner, and better staffed.
Lovely! Clean and well designed. I especially appreciated the nice second story lounge where I could sit comfortably and watch my kids play. Really delightful in every way
The employees were very rude. They didn"t do there job and watch the kids jumping. The just sat around talking to one another. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Everything is so friendly here, it's clean, well ventilated, and so much fun. My kids said they will never go to Skyzone again.
Great place for kids of all ages to burn off energy.
Why do you sell tickets when your closed? The staff was rude and I’m never going there again! They kept making excuses for their website and it was wrong so go on Facebook.
Kids had a lot of fun when we went. Kept them entertained and they wore themselves out!
The worker Mason Cowan was not very enthusiastic about working. He told us that he didn't want to be there himself. Along with the fact he was checking out my girlfriend. Also the stuff is overpriced for all they have. Im sticking to SkyZone.
I’m so sick of seeing negativity from dumb people! We have been here twice now, without any issues! Kokomo finally does something for school age kids and all people do is complain. Well drive an hour out of the way to save $2 on entry because you just wasted $10 on gas idiot! People are mostly rude when they have been rude too, so look in the mirror. Now on to our experiences. We went first when they just opened. It was nice but there was still some construction going on, we understood cause we’re human. When we made our daughters Birthday Party here they were more than accommodating to us. They reserved a VIP room for us, they let us bring in our own pizzas and drinks. So stop complaining about the price of bottled water...You could’ve brought your own in! Can you do that at SkyZone or any of the others? For the party they had a list at the counter for people coming to the party and they made a tab for the people jumping. This let us worry about the party at hand and let us pay the tab half way through the jump time. I think this was a very professional way to handle the party with lots of people and we couldn’t be happier with the way we were treated. Our daughter had the best Birthday Party she has every had thanks to Gravity. We will always come back and give this wonderful place our business! Thank you Gravity and thank you to all the staff who helped us!
Great place to let your kids have fun!
Seems like a fun place but the owner needs to straighten us his/her act!!! If you look back they are being rude to the people who review this place! You need a reality check!!
