Overall a cool place in a cute little town! A few things though, this place doesn't have AC so in the middle of summer it was pretty hot even though they were running a bunch of fans (maybe this is just a temporary thing-i don't know). There's a sign in the door stating that the mini golf is closed indefinitely -so that was a little disappointing because that's why we chose the place. Also they don't serve breakfast anymore- apparently they used to. Overall our experience was good, friendly staff with quick service. Loved the retro diner look and they have a small arcade area for kids to play. They also have tables and board games which is cool

This by far is the worst restraunt in Santa Claus, the workers won't replenish their ice cream, I've went in their asking for cookie dough and the declined because they didn't have any in the bin, but I talked to the owners and they had plenty. Workers there suck, especially the Austin kid, because he would sit and play on his phone and I tried to get his attention to ask directions but he flipped me off, by far the worst place to 3at here, i recommend the lodge. Their pizza at frostys is cheaply made, it made my whole family sick and it's up most awful I wouldn't recommend this place

Service was good. Ice cream selection was good. Air conditioning wasn't working all that well and the overall appearance of the place was showing some age. No reason to go there for put put golf, the course was dilapidated and grown over with large weeds. Overall the kids enjoyed the ice cream and dad enjoyed the beer. Yes they do serve beer!

Not sure what’s going on here but I ordered a pizza for pickup and had to wait in the 30 min ice cream line while the unfriendly gentleman served ice cream to 10 people. If there was another place close by I would have walked out.

Frostys had very good food and a nice sized arcade. Their specialty is pizza and is definitely recommendable. We were dissapointed however that their putt putt course was closed and we hopr to see it running again soon but for now is shut down. They also have a nice ice cream station between the restaurant and the arcade just in case you want something quicker and more casual than a full on meal. The service could have been better it was very clear they were understaffed. Despite that however it was still fair service. Overall a very nice place i would definitely recommend.

Prices on menu are inaccurate. This was not communicated until I pointed out my bill was wrong. The waitress said" the menu prices are wrong", they would not honor the posted price. I WILL NOT BE BACK even though the food was good.

Waited an hour for food that wasn't good. Had a chicken bacon ranch pizza that had no ranch and too much seasoning. Then had a red creme soda float that was EXTREMELY watered down and the ice cream was bland. It's pretty obvious the owner doesn't care anymore.

Gaming area was smaller than anticipated but nice. Board games to borrow was a great touch. Staff was so horrible. Barked at by both people we encountered, food literally thrown on the table after we had to search out someone to take our order. We were not welcome! Otherwise a cute idea on a rainy day.

Great thick burgers, crispy crinkle cut fries, pitchers of beer (only Bud Light and one other type but I was surprised they had beer so I was happy). We had a party of 8 and the food came out quickly. Greek pizza was delicious and the pork chop sandwhich was huge. I would definitely go back!!

Very clean, very nice locally owned restaurant. We were seated promptly. We got there early so wasn't very busy. Our server was polite but not overly friendly. Ordered burger and it was pretty good...came with fried chips and they were good as well. Prices reasonable. I would eat there again when in towm, but wouldn't make a special trip to eat there. Overall a nice place.

Stopped on a whim while running errands in town. I have lived in the area almost 5 years but never went to Frosty's and was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were made to order and delicious, no grease like I normally expect from a mom and pop place. Soda syrup to carbonated water ratio was perfect. I was too full for dessert but they have dipped ice cream and floats that I will have to try another day. Definitely glad we stopped.

Would've given it to three because we have ate there before. Deserved a ONE this time. We like the pizza there best of any place in Santa Claus Indiana. This time, the building had a smokiness in the air that STUNG our eyes so bad to the point we had to leave. The video games they have are fun but are impossible to win... it's obvious someone is making a killing on them… It wouldn't hurt for someone to win a prize every once in a while! The bookshelf of games, toys, and such is nice but they are missing many pieces and quite DIRTY. Notably, the miniature golf is "under construction". I much rather preferred to get good reviews then bad reviews, but when the shoe fits you have to wear it.

This place was hyped up from people around town so we thought we'd give them a shot. The food was not bad, but nothing great and the prices were pretty reasonable. The customer service could use some improvenent as it seemed like we were doing them a disservice for visiting their establishment. There is no miniature golf and from what I saw outside, there is good reason as it looks like it has not been touched since this place opened. The games inside were ok, but for the money the prizes were less than desirable. I would not come back to this place when in town, I would drive on down the road and try something new.

Total joke. More like Frosty's UNfun Center. There are literally 5 sucky arcade games and NO putt putt. The putt putt is under repair but actually just overgrown and unkept so you can't play. This was a total bust. Don't waste your time!

Service was slow, the staff was nice, but they were very under staffed. They were out of glasses so we were given to go cups, and then were told that they were out of lids. When we bnb ordered we were informed that they were also out of many of the menu items. We were really looking forward to eating here and it was a big let down.

Severely understaffed, service wasn't that great. Had to wait a long time just to have our order taken. Manager isn't friendly at all, he went outside to smoke while it was busy inside, leaving the 2 servers struggling to keep up with everyone. Over all place wasn't very clean. Wasn't as Christmas themed as we thought it would've been. The food wasn't too bad though.

Floor was dirtier than my mat that I wiped my feet on to go into the house. Manager makes excuses that they were busy. There were two customer in there at 3:00pm when we walked in. Had lunch and floor was still a mess when we left. I was told that the board of health doesn't mark you off for dirty floors. Oh by the way food was cold and orders were wrong. Would have rated lower than a one star if I could have. Frosty fun center is a failure.

There's not that many places to eat in the general area so options are low. Frostys in a family owned place, small place with a small kitchen but has a very affordable menu with variety. It's fast food but good. Breakfast is good, for our family of four we paid about $20. In comparison to the $35+drinks we would have paid at the hotel buffet. We could choose what we wanted and each person get the variety we wanted. Eggs cracked and cooked fresh. Which is important for us, instead of mixes or milk mixed in. For dinner we had burgers, they are decent. Frozen patties cooked on a small grill but good, nothing special but good to fill the belly. Also had grilled chicken, previously frozen and warmed on the grill as well I believe. It was also decent. After eating you can enjoy free putt-putt. It's run down, hence why it's probably free but if it's ever renovated it will be a top notch spot. All Arcade games are pricey at $1 a play. Probably would make more funds for the business if less for some of them like .25 a play on Galaga, etc It seemed locals call them and order a lot of pizza for pick-up, they seemed busy in the evening with pizza. I did not eat pizza so can't vouch for it. With a few changes they could be a even better places as a solid tourist stop. Putt-putt upgraded, some merchandise, and some updates inside. Walking distance from Santa's Lodge.

Every time I went in the employees were very rude. The food is super expensive and tastes like gross food from high school. When I was getting ice cream we asked for some extra gummy worms and saw the employee just put more whip cream on instead. Overpriced cafeteria food.

My biggest turn off was that a few of the games had girls I'm bikini tops, which is unnecessary and inappropriate for a kid's game center. Very poor taste.

We went for breakfast. We arrived at 10:04am after seeing on the internet that they didn’t open until 10. We had discovered there they stop serving breakfast at 10. With an extreme attitude, the waitress refused to serve us breakfast. We would have understood if there were others in the restaurant but we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. The waitress may have just been having a bad day but she’s a representative of the establishment.

The pizza was fresh and had decent flavor, however it took 45-50 minutes to get our pizzas (granted it does take time to cook a pizza). The 4 out of 5 stars was due to wait time for getting our drinks (had to go to the counter wait a while and forget about refills) and for how long it took to pay (another long wait time).

8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids) came here for dinner after exploring around Santa Claus. I was skeptical about eating at a "fun center" at first, but after seeing the food on the tables as we walked to our seats I knew I was wrong. The menu options were more than enough for our families and the food was absolutely delicious. They even had two different beers on tap, an unexpected bonus! The cost of the food is very reasonable and for the same type of food (with lower quality) at other establishments it would have been 20-30% more in cost. The service was also very good. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant.

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced. Not only did we wait 20 minutes just for someone to come take a drink order once we got our food I had to go to the counter and get us all silverware. To pay our bill I had to stand in the ice cream line while they made special flavors for customers and that took 20 minutes just to pay. On a good note the pizza was good.
