Escape Room and Ace throwing combo. Great space, did the Wild West room and had blast (Escaped with 10’ to spare!) people working were extremely friendly and helpful too.

Very disappointed in the experience. First, they also have axe throwing which is clearly the main revenue generator for the place. The only escape room they offer was a Wizards room. The escape rooms we have visited previously have been well lit, and had a moderator watching you with camera and accessible via intercom system for a hint. This setup was so dark i could not even see numbers on the locks without using my phone flashlight. In addition, you had to press a call button on a walkie-talkie to get an attendant to physically come into the room if you need help. While they were never rude, the employees always appeared rushed and it was clear they were more concerned with axe throwing. The room itself had a few cool things in it, but was visually unimpressive and you can tell it was a made over store room. Puzzles were not hard but a lot of things in the room were extraneous and able to be opened /moved so takes a lot of time to work through. The owner lady knew this was Bday present for my son and told me she would let him throw a few axes after we were done, but the place was so busy I dont see why she would ever have offered that. Needless to say, it wasnt offered once we had paid up. I would go to another place for an escape room, but if axe throwing is your thing, this place is probably a better fit.

Purchased a Groupon & booked a late room that same night. When we arrived the store was closed. I emailed the company and (while they did reply) there was no apology or even conversation around the issue - just a message saying to request a refund from Groupon. I feel there was a lack of accountability and general customer service skills.

Our family was in town for a few days and were looking for a place to spend time together. We reached out to Escape This Live and they were very helpful and courteous over the phone and even texted communications helping us get our activities scheduled. We arrived on a Wednesday and the staff was super kind, fun, and interactive with our children. Would definitely recommend this place as a place that caters to it's customers. Would look them up again if we get back in the area.

Amazing experience, the escape room was fun and the technology behind the room was awesome. The lady that owned the place let us have 30 mins extra because my family is really bad at escape rooms. We then went to Axe throwing which she also gave us extra time because she had no other customers booked at the time. We also got free popcorn. BEST OUTING EVER

Honestly speaking this establishment deserves a negative star score. My family and I intended to spend a fun filled multi-generational evening starting with the escape room. We arrived early as requested, paid the required fee and were guided to an iPad like screen to sign a waiver. Upon seeing the small print on the screen I asked if there was an elder friendly version of the waiver and was denied. I begin to ask specific questions about the waiver, i.e. what is in the waiver and why are we being asked to sign it? The individual stated because this is an axe throwing establishment. No one in my party was here to throw axes therefore I became concerned about their ability to maintain an appropriate seperation between the escape room and the axe throwing. The individual stormed off and exclaimed "I am tired of this s _ _ _! I immediately exited the establishment. My husband requested a refund since we would not be supporting an establishment that was not only not equipped to engage our multi-generational family but would resort to behavior unbecoming a civilized society. We later discovered the individual is the owner and she refused to provide a refund. She stated it is posted on their website they do not provide refunds. I'm not sure when reading a business's website became a requirement of patronage but we have decided to contact our attorneys and ask them to sort out the details. Would I recommend this establishment to my friends? No. We had an awesome experience at Breakout Games at 8455 Castlewood Drive.

What a fun place! Did this escape room then did an hour of axe throwing (same building/company) and it was such a fantastic time! Great and nice people that were working!
