We attended the LOL Surprise Sparty and it was amazing. My daughter and her friends had a ball. The staff was very attentive and friendly and made us feel welcomed. We are looking forward to future trips. The perfect ending to her birthday weekend.

It was not a pleasant experience for my family it was late and very unprofessional and not worth the money or time people from a nother party we had to wait I don't reccomend this place for anyone they don't even have water for you staff needs to be trained and they need to communicate with each other if it had a half of rate I would put that star that's what I would rather give no good

My daughters experience was amazing! She was blessed with Ashlynn as her Diva nail tech. Ashlynn is amazing, she held a great conversation with my daughter and in the end my daughter felt not only pampered like a Diva but also listened to and cared for. The whole staff was so friendly and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend. My daughter left and told everyone from there to home about the experience! She is still feeling like a Diva!

AMAZING! The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and her friends. The place is stunning and worth every penny I spent! More importantly my daughter had a blast! I recommend taking your kids here for any occasion. We drove 3 hours just to come here and I enjoyed every minute!!

Absolute letdown! Mystified at all the 5 star reviews. The staff did NOTHING to create an atmosphere of fun. My wife and I both felt unwelcome and it was painfully obvious that these girls were just "at work." Definitely got more hateful looks than smiles. One fingernail and several toenails were smeared and my daughter ended up with polish on her pants. I would never give repeat or referral business to this establishment. Very let down, my daughter was super excited. I'll be adding pics of fingers and toes while still in the building to show the quality of the work. Erica was our tech and she's the reason for the the one star, she was the only one that attempted to be kind, so that one star belongs to her. In response to the owners reply. First of all, the only extra we received was some glitter and eye shadow. Secondly, we actually paid for 2 children but only brought one, so I think that more than paid for the "extras." Further, there were 2 families present during my visit that felt the same way, the atmosphere and customer service was just poor. If my review is truly valued, focus on addressing the problem instead of making excuses and defending the actions of the staff. I recorded about 12 mins total and if I can post the video we can let the public decide if I'm being unreasonable or if they can see the hateful looks and employees dredging through the process. I'm sorry you feel the need to defend the facts, but I think if you'd be honest, even you would admit a huge lack of "experience" and service when you see the videos. You'll also note that I was never acknowledged, spoken to, addressed with "hello, how are you," the entire duration of my stay. My wife and I simply won't return. P.S. SHAME ON YOU for blaming my daughter for not sitting still and causing the issue, you work with children, if you can't adapt and overcome the challenges presented when working with them, maybe consider a business catering to adults.

This place is a must. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Great for events or just a time to spend with young loved ones. Very clean. Girls really have a great time and they make them feel like real princesses. 2nd time going will go again.

Horrible experience. My niece had a birthday party here, her and two guests. There's a bunch of young teenagers running the place. I went to grab a cupcake as I thought was apart of my niece party, one of the girls grabbed the cupcake and stated "that's actually apart of another party", and sat it back down. They have one cupcake tray for ALL parties. You can see where that could be sanitary right? Also, one of the young girls said to me loud and unprofessionally in front of everyone "how was y'all paying"? I informed her her mom had just left out. She ran out of the establishment yelling to get my sisters attention as she was leaving in a hurry to pick up her daughters birthday cake. Her party was already paid for, but the owner failed to communicate that to her. Which could've possibly avoided the unprofessionalism. She also said "let me get a picture of those girls". I was told the owner would email the picture the young lady took, but that was never done. Proper grammar and professionalism is something they lack, and should be trained on how to be professional while dealing with PAYING customers. Especially when someone is spending their hard earned money for their child's birthday, you want it to be a great experience, but this was far from it. Not to mention the joke of gifts bags, a handful of candy and the mani/pedi and makeup is so underrated for the price. Don't make the same mistake and waste your time, or hard earned money. Owner, I don’t care that you’ve never had an “complaint of this magnitude”. Saying that says a lot about you and the customer service within your company as there’s always a first time for everything, and especially with no real resolution to fix how we were treated within your establishment. We can’t undo her 10th birthday. Defending your place of business doesn’t justify the lack of customer service for a paying customer. The purpose of this review was to educate others on the experience “WE” encountered. I based the review off the experience itself, not the credentials You listed within.
