Always have a blast when I come here. Laser tag is my main thing to do here and I love it. The arena is a good size, the equipment is nice and easy to use and the custom missions they do always keep it interesting. The main room has an arcade with a wide variety of games, a very fun mini bowling room, and awesome axe throwing range. I always have fun when I go to Combat Ops.

This was such a fun place to visit! We went with a group and they customized a package for us that was perfect for us, we had special needs and they were right there to make sure everyone had a good time. I will definitely be going back and taking friends. We didn't have young children with us but we did take 2 adults on the autism spectrum and another with mobility disabilities and they made accommodations as needed to make sure they were comfortable and could enjoy the activities. The food was good, the bathrooms were clean and again I can't stress how much we appreciated that they, like everything else, were completely accessible. Thanks guys!

Awesome place to spend several hours with the fam. We brought our 9 yr old son and two twelve year old girls. We did the arcade, laser tag and nerf war. All of it was a blast! All the staff was very nice and friendly to the kids. Kind of pricey so next time we will be looking for coupons or Groupon. We will be back for sure!

The only thing I really didn't like about it was the arcade area having to reload a card just for the games. I really didn't know how many tokens that took to play a game cuz you had to swipe a card. Besides that it was pretty fun place

Took a group of young teenagers and they all loved it. The laser tag course is almost Fortnite in person. Staff is excellent, very well organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely recommend Combat Ops to any family or group. Great place for a team building exercise or birthday party.

I visited for the first time for a nephew's birthday party. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The schedule of events (Nerf war, laser maze, mini bowling, arcade) was good to keep everyone entertained. I was able to enjoy some axe throwing in there as well over a beer. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. As this was my first visit, I'm looking forward to the work on expansion (outside seating/events), as well as returning to sample the remaining wares (i.e. laser tag and possibly Nerf archery).

Definitely an outstanding laser tag experience that is so much different than what Fort Wayne is used to. However, to me it seems a bit pricey. If you want to keep coming back to experience all of the game modes and build up your points, the expenses can really add up. I attribute the cost to the impressive laser tag system they have set up. Highly recommend.

Went with 2 other people and when we got there were told that we’d be playing with 8 others. They sent us into a room to watch a video and wait. Very quickly were ushered into the equipment room being told that the other people would be joining us in a moment. In the end no one else showed up and all of the games were team games except the last each being about 5 minutes long. In the end there was never anyone else there and it felt like a waste of money.

A good time to be had. We enjoy the laser tag, games selection, and atmosphere. The last trip was my sons second birthday here and we may even do a third. For the older ones, the new hatchet throwing looked quite adventurous. I recommend to my family, friends, and teammates.

Just left halfway through our match. I will never return to this place. Have been here a bunch of times. The last few have not been fun. My son and I were on a team with 2 young girls who had no clue what was going on. The other team was made up of members. We couldn't get out of spawn, even though a rule is no spawn camping. Made it through TDM and the same thing was happening during DOM. So we left. I don't understand why the employee running the game didn't divide the teams more evenly. Win or lose I don't care I just want to have fun, but when I couldn't even get one step out of spawn without getting shot and no rules being enforced. ...Update.... Owner reached out to me and provided a genuine apology and resolution. ...Update... My son and I returned today and had a very fun time. Game play was very evenly matched and our second session we got to do 1 vs 1.

We attended a birthday party here. There was so much included in the party...laser tag, laser maze, bowling, games. We also saw axe throwing. The observation area allows you to watch kids play laser tag. Fun place for mixed aged. 10 months later we had our daughters party here and it was an amazing experience. The party was easy to set up and the party people were so helpful. If you are looking for a party place, I highly recommend Combat Op.

Wow! I am stunned, this place is awesome. From the mission based laser tag to nerf tag and arcade. I came here over Christmas break with my family and had a blast ,the staff is friendly and very helpful. If you play Fortnite, Call of Duty, Rainbow 6 siege and any other first or third person shooter games. This is as close as it’s gonna get to being in real life.

My son loves this place. Best laser tag facility. I will say though, when he comes with his friends or cousins, they always want to separate them out between the teams, and they want to be together! We went today, and they had to play against an adult team (not fair odds when your 13) and the other team kept shutting off their lights and sneaking into my sons side..so some major cheating going on! You cant see them when they shut off lights! Combat ops does go over rules before playing, but they need to be monitoring what's going on in there, and deal with it accordingly.

Went here for a party with my boys, 12, 7 and 6. They loved it. The nerf area was clean and the guns seemed to work. We were allowed to bring our own guns as long as they weren't on a list of specific forbidden guns. The two guys running the nerf area were super helpful and switched out guns when my 6yo was getting frustrated. The laser tag was the best and the equipment seemed well maintained and the area was clean. Everyone had fun and the staff was friendly. Games, mini bowling and laser maze was also available to try.

Several different game modes with several types of weapons including automatic and semi automatic rifles, long range sniper rifles, and short range shotguns. Gameplay required quick situational processing and decision making. It's different from traditional laser tag in three major ways. You must "reload" with the push of a button, you must return to a respawn point instead of wait for your pack to reboot, and there are no vests or anything during gameplay by which to identify friend or foe. You're shooting at shadows moving across the arena.

Had a guys night out and thought we would have some fun here but we were quickly disappointed. We did the nerf gun battles and to be honest it was fun at first. They divided the room in 2 and one team couldn’t go past the middle. The next game was go where you want kind of thing They have barrels with extra nerf rounds on them. We would run out and go to a barrel and grab a handful and of course some would fall on the ground no big deal since we are shooting them on the ground anyways right? The guy “running” the game, and by running I mean looking at his phone, got mad that most of the rounds were on the floor. You could tell he was annoyed. We were blown away. One of are friends even said “ isn’t that the point” to which the employee said “ sure yea that’s what we want” al sarcastic. He then says “ Here’s the new game. Whoever picks up the most rounds and puts them back on the barrels get an extra round in the final battle”. Listen we aren’t stupid kids or something. Your just making us clean up so you don’t have to. We pay to play and leave hopefully with smiles on our faces. We didn’t have any of it and picked up very little of the rounds and decided not to play the last game. We decided to send our calmest friend to address the issue to what we think was the manager but weren’t sure. He was the counter guy who was telling some employees what to do. Our friend told this gentlemen about our experience and told him we shouldn’t have to pick up everything and the guy apologized and said he would discuss this with the employee Now had it ended there it wouldn’t have been that bad but then when our friend turned to head towards us by an arcade machine this guy does a large eye roll and says something to another employee. That was enough for us. We won’t return which is a bummer because I thought the mini bowling thing looked neat

This place is great. I've been here a few times. I've enjoyed the laser tag and the arcade with a large and small group of friends. The first time was great, but the second time was even better. It seems that the place is consistently changing with new additions to increase the customer experience. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

Took the family last night and we decided to try out laser tag, it was fun but it for $120 dollars, it didn't feel like we got a full half hour of playing. Seemed like the meeting before and the ones in between the missions took up some of that time.

I spent Saturday night playing Shadow Ops. $25 for 3 hours of continuous play. Good fun and exercise. I'm proud to say I was the only one to survive the first zombie outbreak! Definitely worth checking out if you're into shooting strangers in the dark.

Brought my two teenage sons in here for the first time and I had a blast. This place is definitely different from the other laser tag places in town, and for the better. It's a completely different experience, from the layout, to the guns, to the type of gameplay. I would consider it more "mature" than the other places which may not suit certain people. There is a learning curve, but it was a great experience for me! I was able to keep up and beat the teenage boys. These guys have something good going and we will definitely be back!

Loved coming here! There are tons of arcade games and the whole system is pretty automated. There are still tickets, but they are tracked on a card and same with the coins. It’s all card based, so you don’t have to worry about losing tickets or coins or carrying them around. Pretty awesome! Oh, but that’s not the best part! There is a room where you have to dodge lasers and make it to the other side and back. You can compete with other top scores or just try to defeat your own score. It even has different levels of difficulty, and it. Is. AWESOME! I can't wait to bring friends here for a party!

We still talk about how fun the laser tag was, some of our people threw axes, and we hung out in the mini bowling area and had a few beers. Cool place with a cool vide. Staff is very accommodating. This was our first time going and we had a blast. Some of the staff were quite while others were very helpful and willing to help. It is great for kids and adults. I took a 4 year old and he throughly enjoyed laser tag. There is axe throwing, laser tag, lots of games (at a decent price), laser maze, bowling & nerf wars (yes I said nerf...how cool, right) and a bar with good. Super kid friendly and we will attend again & again. Try this place out for your busy kids on a cold and/or rainy day.

Here Ladies and Gentlemen, is the best laser tag venue in town. They have the best taggers(laser guns), a great layout, and an awesome amount of different games. Plus you don't pay per game you pay for chunks of play time by the half hour where depending on the size of the crowd you can play 2-4 games in. It's good for any age group and its just a blast. I really don't want to play anywhere else.

Had a lot of fun here, I really was pleasantly surprised! Had next generation laser tag, a mini-bowling alley, a cafe, and even a bunch of arcade games. I’ve never seen laser tag as awesome as this though, it was very advanced compared to the crude primitive ways of other laser tag places. The atmosphere here was very vibrant and alive as well, there was never a dull moment. Definitely will be coming back to this establishment to check out everything it has to offer, but it really so far was a ton of fun and a great experience!

In October I accidentally stumbled on this escape room thing they were doing. It wasn't what I was expecting but still fun. It's great for all ages as well.

Haha, old Combat Ops. Me and my friends have been going to this place since the first few weeks they were open. It used to be just laser tag and some arcade games. Since then they have added so so much. Laser maze, mini bowling, Nerf Arena, a bar, axe throwing, so much. Not to mention how unique the laser tag here is. It's so much more accurate to what a game of paintball would be like, without the pain or mess. Cant suggest this place enough for a good night out with friends!

This place is fantastic. It's laser tag but without the negative aspects (followed around and spawn killed, people trying to cover sensors, so on and so forth). The lasers and game modes also come with various weapon load outs. Each weapon having a different level of damage, fire rate, reload speed, clip size, and range. The best part is that there's no tracer light and the only sensor is a headgear piece. It's a really great place to go to with friends but I must stress that the nature of the place may not be the best place for kids under 12 but I would definitely give it a shot yourself before deciding that. Overall the staff is awesome and are open to ideas for the arena.

Pretty cool place. I had heard it was expensive, but after going I realized their prices are actually pretty fair. $25 for an action packed hour of laser tag $5 for 9 hole minigolf And like $10 for Axe throwing. This place is really cool, definitely check it out.

Some friends and I wanted to try this out, and it exceeded our expectations! I can't say enough good about the staff. Everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. Our game master, Connor, was engaged and extremely helpful. A series of missions we played through had some younger children and he would help them, so everyone enjoyed the experience. The arena is far superior to LazerX and Ultrazone. With more hidey holes and places to go prone, it allows you to play how you want to play, instead of relying on spray and pray. Add in the different guns loaded into the tagger and no two games are the same, even with the same teams and game mode. The arcade and bar also give you something to keep you busy while waiting for friends to show up. I plan on bringing my kid brother, doing one of the axe throwing contests, and archery tag in the future. While I grew up going to LazerX and Ultrazone, CombatOps is the only place I'll go from now on.

Booked my kids bday party there. Did a 2 in 1 since my boys were each having a birthday a month apart. First inquiry i spoke with Jason he was very helpful in explaining everything about each party package. My first thoughts were the prices were kinda high but it pays for 7 kids to attend. It costs extra to add kids on and i knew i was going to be paying extra just because my kids have a big family and lots of friends they wanted to invite. When i came back to book a couple days later i think i spoke with Cindy and she was extremely helpful. She gave us a tour of the place and explained more in detail about the structured party times. Two days later was the actual party it was on a Sunday It was nice not a lot of people it was like we booked the whole arena. Staff was helpful in bringing silverware, plates, drinks, and helping getting the activities started on time. I brought my own food in. The room was kinda chilly. I ended up having 15 kids come but some missed the beginning activities so i was credited. Also some adults had bought playcards for their kids to play the arcade games but i didn't receive the extra 8 before parents bought them so i received a credit for that also. The only thing i didn't like or feel like wasn't explained enough was that the kids could have played laser maze and bowling for free with their cards some did but not all. And also that once the kids played a game their cards had their tickets stored on them. Some kids were throwing their cards away or leaving them because they thought they weren't any good any more. So they never redeemed their tickets. But a staff member did apologize and gave me a few cards that a couple kids turned in that had a little value on them. One other thing the kids were gathered at 545 to play nerf. They watched a video, picked out guns, and started at 6. By 645 they were done and out the room. I asked the guy i said i thought they were suppose to go until 7 he said "oh no their done." I didn't argue even though i was told they play from 6-7. I just felt a little cheated so we were done we packed up and left. Just make sure if you go you get everything that comes with your package and you remember to tell the kids to keep their cards because they have their tickets stored on them and they can play a single game of bowling and laser maze for free with the cards.

It was pretty cool. Not just your room of the mill laser tag where you just walk around and shoot each other over and over (though they have that as well.). You play different types of games. Different mission types. You even get different simulated weapons (though to be honest, other than rate of fire, they are all about the same.) The game master could have been a bit more attentive and helpful. This was our first time in this place. From desk staff was great (it helps the owner was right there.) With only a few people, it's a big arena. You really need a larger number to make it more fun. Even 3 on. 3, the other team just called or in the sniper lofts, and it wasn't very much fun that way. We watched the ax throwing. No one was doing Nerf or mini bowling.

Combat Ops has the best laser tag I've ever played, hands down. The arena is set up in a fair way and has really cool sniper nests and ambush spots. They offer different game types that also affect what kind of weapon the laser gun represents, from pistols to sniper rifles to machine guns. In addition to laser tag, Combat Ops also offers nerf tag, archery tag, mini bowling, a 9 hole minigolf course, axe throwing, and an arcade. My visit was a blast and I look forward to going back

It's awesome! My friends and I play here almost every month. The layout changes for laser tag so we never get bored. They also change the games and weapons up as well. It's like a new experience every time we go. They also just opened up an axe throwing area! Arcade games are also fun, as well as the mini bowling and there is also a laser maze! The staff there has always been very friendly and never had an issue in the laser tag. The prices there are also very fair. $15 for a half hour, which usually includes 3 or 4 games and $25 for an hour. Very well worth the price. Food and drink are also very good. Highly recommend for parties, outings, guys night, or if you just want to hang out with friends and get a little exercise in. Also just learned that they are doing "shadow ops" which just sounds like fun.

Greatest laser tag place ever!! It's costs about $15 a session (30 minutes) or $25 an hour and it's completely worth it if you like laser tag any amount. They have mission based games that last about 8 minutes each (it seems like the games last much longer than they do) and each session you get about 3 games. I would suggest a full hour if you go. And try to go when it's busier, more people make it more fun. But in the arena they have a full sized school bus and dump truck and several little platforms you could snipe from. It's just tons of fun and if you're even reading this far then you need to go.

Most realistic lasertagging I have ever experienced, gives incentive for exercise as well as a fun time for family and friends. Consists of realistic practice for various people looking into military service and law enforcement implementing their own tactics. Also includes nerf, mini bowling, and even a throwing axe area for learning and practice.

Yesterday was the second time I’ve attended the arena and it was even better than the last. Me and my family felt personally taken care of and had a great time. The employee who was working helped my 5 year old nephew during laser tag and even comforted him during a couple meltdowns. Only $100 for me and my family of 5 to have a great time. I have been to several laser tag arenas and this place takes the cake.

Best way to experience being a kid as an adult. Archery tag and Ax throwing are among the games for those that want a little more adventure. Friendly staff, libations for adults and drinks for children. Nice selection of games and a bowling alley. Definitely worth de fun for both kids and adults!
