This place is awesome and a bit weird but that's what you want at a haunted house/park. Asylum features interactive experience's and that makes the feeling of immersion so much more real. I went here with a few friends last month it was great!

This was the worst haunted experience I have ever had in my life. The zombie city is like walking through a play rather than a haunted house, the paintball was horrible and there is one real person to shoot the rest are just dummies like targets. It is run down and there was not one scary attraction.

Zombie City was one of our favorite attractions out of the 30 haunts we attended in 2018! An immersive, theatrical, one-of-a-kind experience with outstanding acting! Darkness Falls was quite good as well!

It was fun, we laughed and laughed all night long. The “zombie laser tag” could have been better (more zombies), but we still had a lot of fun going through it. The scare actors did a great job.

We were greatly disappointed in our experience for the Zombie Hunting. The promo video is misleading and had us thinking we’d be shooting multiple zombies from close up. Especially with the bus driver fighting off a zombie. Firstly, the walk to the bus had a trail of slick mud that wasn’t too pleasing. Secondly, we only saw about 2 questionably real actors and the rest were dummies. This was roughly a 3-5 minute ride. Not only that, but it was $25 a person. The guys walking around dressed as clowns and whatnot was way more thrilling and frightening than the actual paid for attraction...AND THAT WAS FREE!

Place sucks. Lines are huge and VERY slow moving. There's no security, people cutting in line. No heating spots for freezing nights. Very unorganized. I wish we could have just gotten a refund. Paid for 3 attractions, $28 a person, but spent all night from 9pm to 1am in line for just one attraction.

This is the worst Halloween attraction. 2 years ago we did the Darkness Falls and waited in line for 3 hours in the freezing cold only to walk through the woods . Thats it!! The actors had all gone home I guess. So this year part of the Danger Run we decided to do the Zombie City but we never got to see it. We got there at 8:30 pm and were 60th in line. Not really to bad. But by 10:30 we were 36th in line. They only take very small groups every 15 or 20 minutes. After 2 hours we had enough. I felt sorry for the long long line behind us. The girl letting people in was so busy texting on her phone she could have cared less. They also had some acts performing while we waited. Fire dancers or whatever. Very Lame!! But when the show was over they were going through the long waiting lines demanding money for their show. And they were very RUDE!! There are lots of Haunted Attractions out here. Find a better one!!

ASYLUM WAS SO WORTH THE MONEY !!! I can outta town from Georgia. Heard so many good things about it so I had to check it out and they didnt disappoint! I went to 3 of their attractions. They had this one called Xterminate was a lot of fun where you go after shoot some clown . Total mission impossible lol Then we visited the Darkness fall. You can tell the zombies in this area we ready to play ! They really did a good job owning their wood ! But by far my favorite was Zombie City! This attraction was unlike any I have ever seen. You are immersed in the story of retrieving the virus ! They actors did such an amazing job improving any moment they had. Our guide Gwen was on point!! So much fun at this place. All the actors really made my experience what it was . Great job you guys !!! SCUZ FOR LIFE !!!

One of the best haunted attractions I've been to. We did the haunted trail, which took about 20 minutes to get through. The actors were great, made me scream and laugh the whole way through. We went the weekend after Halloween, which turned out to be great as very few people were there. We had the whole trail to ourselves! Looking forward to returning next year!

I attended this place with my daughter. Several areas are set up with different, Halloween based themes. We purchased package tickets on-line which allowed us access to each area. We arrived at 8 pm. The first themed area was a laser tag/zombie area. We waited in line 20 minutes. The attraction was fun, but only lasted a few minutes. Next, we chose zombie paintball. A bus with mounted paintball guns on each window drove around while participants shot zombie mannequins. We waited in line for three hours. We had about 40 people in line in front of us when we cued up. As we approached the front of the line we found the hold up was due to a "fast pass" policy. The bus was filling up with mostly "fast pass" goers and 0-4 people from the cued line. Twice I witnessed fights beginning to start between "fast pass" people and cued line people. The attraction was not worth waiting three hours for. We cued up in the third attraction and waited over an hour without moving very far. By my estimate we would not have made it to the attraction before the place closed. We paid a lot of money for our tickets and we were very disappointed with the Asylum. There was no way we could've attended all the attractions and it seemed to be due to the Asylum's "fast pass". A total waste of $80, and (even worse) a disappointed daughter.

First off it is mislabled as 4 attractions...false its 3 with a half-assed carnival adding more moolah to your ticket cost.

Went here for the slender man attraction and we weren't impressed. The owner talked about how scary it was. The lie detector test determined that was a lie. They send you on this trail to find 8 pieces of paper (clues). They tell you that you can't get within 10 feet of slender man, or his white masked helpers or they'll mark your clue papers...well, that's kind of hard when the white masked people chase you and scream in your ear. While you're searching for the papers they are right on top of you telling you to hurry. We felt rushed, It only took less than 10 mins to get through the trail and my ears were ringing by the end from the actors screaming in them. Felt like a total waste of money. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because this is a unique attraction.

This place is amazing! Every year there are new frights, and it keeps getting better. Get the bundle package and do all three attractions. And be sure to get there early, like right when they open, otherwise you'll be standing in line a long time.

Zombie City was the coolest haunted house attraction I have ever experienced! Great actors!! I would definitely add Asylum Haunted Scream Park to your haunted house must list. Entertainment from the gate until you leave. We spent a total of 3 hours making our way through haunts shooting zombies out of a bus hunting down mutant clowns surviving the apocalypse in zombie city with our fearless leader who stole the show she rocked and even made it out of a escape room. And in between the haunts really enjoyed the sideshow performance. 10 out of 10 stars from me!

My boyfriend and I went expecting to get scared and instead got jokes. Zombie city was stupid. Waited in line for over an hour just to be guided through a 15 minute what seems like a tour. In fact my group was laughing more than anything. Xterminate was even worse. There was 5 clowns to kill with laser tag n they wouldnt even die. And darkness falls was so slow moving that me and my boyfriend dipped. Was really disappointed to spend $50 for nothing!!!!!

If you want to be scared...this is the place...amazing staff...the owners a good people...and the side show is awesome...and so many haunted attractions in one place...also during the day you can play paintball here so thats cool...they are super welcoming...have amazing security including armed off duty police officers...they try to accommodate everyone although its outside so handicap accessable is a limited term for part of the place but its unavoidable because that's just how nature is...and they accept everyone for who they are and judge them purely by their character and are completely anti-hate...just don't touch or feed the monsters and they wont touch you and you may not want to go while intoxicated since you can and very well may be arrested since they have police on staff and it just makes everything easier for everyone...and please respect everyone not just here but its a good rule for life in general and be warned...there are no "chicken doors" once your in...the only way out...is the other side...be respectful, dont touch anyone, enjoy the scares...and have fun...also it is affordable and worth every penny of the small price you pay...and you can pick which attractions you want to go to and they also have coupons and run specials so its super affordable and each experience is different

It's the the best one in Louisville area, you have to go slow and try to get into it. They go way out of the way for you. There is so much to do there. I usually save this one for the last one of season, but my family came up from Illinois and they loved it too. Thanks guys and excellent job again this year.

Very very disappointed with my experience. The video for the zombie hunting experience was extremely misleading. No actors are interacting with you, you’re shooting at only inanimate objects. It was much shorter than expected, and the whole thing was down right bland. Definitely not worth the money.

Waited 2.5 hours in line to shoot out of a moving bus at paper zombie targets for 90 seconds. They said there were real people walking around for targets, I never saw them.

We went this past Saturday night. I will say the performers outside was very nice and entertaining but iIfeel like I 50bucks to watch them instead of being at a haunted house. Once we waited in line for over a hour we are told a before we went in that they was so behind because a lady brokeHer leg on their slide. The darkness falls haunt was not scary at all they had maybe 10actors in the whole haunt most of them just had black paint smeared on their faces and was not a bit scary it was more like a Halloween tour thru the wood with some props and few people to make you laugh. So dissapointed iIwasted 50for 2 people when I could have spent 40 and went to a better haunt! I Iwish iIcould give zero stars!

Absolutely the best. All the staff is awesome, they really emerse you into 'their' world and treat you like 'family'. It's VERY family friendly as we took our oldest for her very first haunted attraction experience. The actors could tell she was a little scared at first and they made her feel safe and even gave her high fives and hugs and the line actors gladly took pictures with her and made her laugh
