The owner of Action Park sends out a birthday promotion to me every year granting up to 15 people free Tuesday admission, gear rental, and all day air. So, the boys and I buy some paint and we're all set. I enjoy paintballing and I never hesitate to take advantage of the gracious offer. Staff members are attentive to customer needs, they want everyone to have a good time. ***Field refs now refill air and clean masks (as needed) between every match! This is not the Action Park of the past. All representatives are caring and eager to contribute to your good time. The other guests were very friendly as well and the overall ambience is 'common connection'. This is not a clickish place, from the minute you step out of the car you can see the joy in people's eyes (the more the merrier).

Really fun place and the paintball guys were awesome! The receptionist/secretary was HORRIBLE though. She had a s****y attitude and treated us all like we were teenagers. This place is 5 stars except for the horrible lady inside in charge of checking people in/out.

A small but nice paintball store and field a short drive from Mishawaka and Osceola. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Refs do a good job to keep the sides fair and balanced so everyone has fun. Offering a good selection of markers and gear, the prices are fair and they also have a good layaway program. They have multiple rental selections, from the base, to more upgraded speedball set ups. Anyone can come and have a good time.

This places can be either great or terrible depending on who is running what each day. Their Referees get paid with pain balls so some of them take the job lightly. Good place over-all and if the owner is at the shop he will make sure you get what you need, if he is not usually the other tellers hardly care to be there.

Great place, staff was friendly, had multiple fields. I think the refs need more training though. They liked to stand near each other and not really ref. But overall it was a great place to play.

I've been visiting Action Park for a little over a month straight now. I must say that the saving grace of this park, are the patrons and refs. The people who frequent the park are friendly and helpful. The refs do a good job at keeping games moving and assisting visitors. BUT staff needs help tho. When you have to spend $80+ to play, customer service can go a long LONG way with helping people look past marked up prices; that encourage a yearly $50 membership purchase.

The referee was pretty clueless as how to run the field and run a game. For $66 I except better than 1 star paint. The paint was really greasy and had dimples on every ball. For $66 It should be at least 3 star paint. Broke paint like crazy. They didn't have air compressor on so could only fill up to 3000psi which is no big deal. The prices on equipment in the pro shop is ridiculous high. Would only ever come back if the paint and prices were alot better.
