Nice place to visit with kids. African safari must visit. You can get cart ride, special places will be shown if you choose this option. Cheeta run is one of the fantastic one you should buy. Wild animal places are nice and kids enjoy.

This place would be heaven if I we're 11, almost sorry to be an adult now. Manager and employees were helpful and attentive. Best place of its type I've ever seen. Impressive rides and party rooms, not just open spaces on the floor. Worth talking about.

It was terrible i took my daughter for her birthday for the first time going there was an employee with a red shirt without a name tag middle aged man called me violent in front of my kids because the shortest employee that works there a female with glasses lied to me and said my child was tall enough to go on all the rides is why i perchased the unlimited pass then she said it was for the boy (my son) who was not tall enough for basically any ride there so the man with the red shirt tells me he did not call me violent then he said he didnt call me violent in which he did call me violent the short lady was marking off on the paper that my son couldnt ride the big rides my daughter could ride my experience there showed me not to bring my children or anybody else there and i will share my experience today with my friends to let them know ahead of time how the employees are but one employee david he came and smooth everything out for me but the rest of the employees was causing more problems.

Safari Land is keeping up with time. Arcade games are quite entertaining, rides are fun, and the place is sanitary. The Tiger Terror was especially exciting, not recommended for scaredy cats. Ticket prizes are quite cool, too. Recommended for 5-9 year olds. 4/5

I love this arcade but I’m at the age where I don’t think I should be going here anymore, there are many kids rides from 10 and below & I would love more teenagers rides. I still fairly think that this arcade is fantastic!

Safariland is a nice place to take the kids... it's like all the others(chuck e cheese, go bananas, etc). It gets pretty crowded on the weekends, so make sure to keep an eye on your kids. Nothing spectacular but it is a place for the kids to run around and play.

Good pricing for hours of fun. But many machines are broken. Bathrooms are unclean. Parking lot is a bit sketchy. I do like the variety of prizes to choose from, even as low as 4 tickets. I don't think I will come back though. The claw machine is one of the cheating kinds, where it will open back up to drop the item you've caught. So no one will ever win lol. A low grade version of gameworks with small rides. I think Chuck cheeses is way better though for hours of cheap gaming fun for younger kids.

But I am nursing and I was in shock to find out that there is no Nursing Room here in Safari Land. I asked the employee and she simply said no and that she's sorry. Not everyone feeds their baby formula.

Great place for kids and their parties. Had my daughter's 7th birthday and she had a blast. Rides vary by size so keep that in mind when planning. Prices are average for those establishments so be prepared to spend some cash, but is shouldn't break the bank.

It was ok at first until my daughter and I got on the Tilt a Whirl. One of the workers told me that my daughter couldn’t get on the ride without me. So I got on the ride with her. Then my daughter wanted to go again right after she got off & another lady told me I couldn’t get on the ride with her. It’s like the staff is making up their own rules at this point. Make up your mind, either I have to attend my child on the rides or I don’t. Other than that we had a good time.

Super fun! I was there with a 3 year old and there are not too many attractions for kids this age but she had a blast anyway. The only thing I did not like was that there were no attendants ready at every attarction so we were going back couple of times. Otherwise great 2 hours.

Pretty great came here with the fam a quite a while ago and had a blast granted it was 4-5ish yrs ago by nevertheless it was an awesome experience especially on the mini tiger coaster and arcades to chill for the day, and would recommend for any avid arcade enthusiast person with the family

It is a mixed bag. While it is great for the kids, it is your standard arcade with cheap carnival rides inside. There is also a bowling ally and a germ infested jungle gym, but it isn't anything special. The prices are great for what you are getting and the staff is friendly. It also seems like the owner, based on their responses, is incredibly condescending and ignorant with their business practices. If this is how the owner really talks, take your business elsewhere. Also, there is no such thing as gourmet coffee at 50 cents, unless you consider expired Folgers as gourmet coffee.

The manager made us feel uncomfortable as we were in line ordering food. The short fat manager was at the bar serving another man a pitcher of beer and kept on looking at my daughters and laughing not making it obvious. I was going to confront him but didn't want my husband to notice. It was about 3pm who ever the manager was behind the counter Nov 24 2018. Never had I felt so uncomfortable the worse part was having my girls notice.

Went here this past Saturday for a kid's birthday party. and let me tell you the customer service could be alot better!! The operator's of the rides are rude...how are your rude when your dealing with families with kid's...other than that it was good my kid's had fun.

Love this place. The kids enjoy it. Prices are kinda of high for the unlimited play rides and the games especially if your getting both and have more than 1 kid but over all the kids love it. Have not tried the food so can’t rate that.

LOVED IT! This was our first visit and I'm so bummed we waited this long. The place is enormous and there's something for everyone. I found the pricing and games very fairly priced. If you go, just get the ride bracelet for one price and ride til you drop.

Whenever I go here I always enjoy it and there roller coaster and spinner chairs are the best, I can't wait to go here again. Once I went with my cousin here and the machine ran out of tickets but no one told an employee, so when me and my cousin did, they added a new stack of tickets and we got everyone's tickets and the employee had to restock the machine with tickets, we got 1000 tickets, 500 each. It was the best time I went.

We had my son's 6th birthday party here and it was great. The staff was very friendly and they are quite flexible when it comes to changes with the headcount on the day of the party. Unlimited rides on the Tilt-A-Whirl and Bumper Cars for the smaller kids was a big hit. I would recommend buying a card with extra cash for the video games as the kids will burn through the cards that come with the party package pretty fast.

Wonderful place to celebrate birthdays and just a normal day of fun for the kids. My family and I have fell in-love with the place and now everyone wants their birthday there even the adults lol. The food is good and deserts. They definitely have a wide choice of platter which is amazing. Not only do the kids have fun but the babies to even adults on the amazing indoor rollercoaster they have. A good place to visit.

Fun for smaller kids, between 44 and 60 inches. Rides are dated and disapponting. 2 of 10 bumper cars not operational. Only 3 of 8 go-karts running at one time. Rides and location are run down. Luckly its dark enough not to see if its dirty. I didn't try the food.

If I could give this place zero stars I would we had purchased 5 20 dollar wrist bands which give us access to all the rides UNLIMITED my cousin (on of the wristband holders) has a cast on her arm and when we purchased the wristbands we were not told that she has to sign a waiver then we go to the rides you gotta be a certain hight certain weight to get on them 2 adults got wristbands and then again was not told this information. We can’t get our money back and we can’t exchange for tokens this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never come here again I would never recommend this place to anyone don’t waist your time. The workers here are manipulators and they knew what they were doing when they sold us 5 wrists bands that were basically useless.

Great place my 9 year old granddaughter had lots of fun little pricey if you want to spend the whole day wish they had a all day pass for unlimited rides. Good great and staff very nice and helpful. I had the worst experience yesterday for my son’s birthday party!! The person that was in charge of taking care of our party was the worst. She just dropped off our pizza and just stood by the door and did nothing but look at her phone!! Then when I told her that she will have to cut the cake and pass it out to everyone she said ok but moved us 10 minutes earlier than we were supposed to leave the room because she had another party in 20 mins!! She moved us didn’t bring our beverages nor did she come back to cut the cake! I was so embarrassed to my friends and family that I chose a horrible place like that! Trust me everyone will be hearing about this! Also had 3 playing cards that had no money on them!

Excellent ambiance and very good facilities. My toddlers enjoyed a lot. The place is so full of life and plenty of food options too. Staff, though very friendly, but looks not so happy really. A bit laid back and kind of irritated most of them but that didnt affect delivery of their services. Great place, will go again!

I had my sons birthday party here. It was very unorganized. They didnt know what Room they were putting guests in. They had no AC in the party rooms. The host were terrible and unorganized and rude very unhelpful. They sprayed chemicals around children. They threw away food before asking. I recommend not having a party here.

It can be a fun place for kids around age 6 to 10. I took my 5 year old nephew and had to assist him on many of the games. But there are some he can do on his own. The slides were his favorite.

We came on a weekday when it wasn't very busy, but we were extremely impressed with the customer service we received. All of the staff was friendly, and helpful. We received a few free prizes from the counter thanks to kind employees, and even got $3 worth of tokens due to a ride being closed. Overall great experience.

My son was right at 52 inches and they wouldn't let him in the Lions den with his sister. Despite it saying 52 inches OR shorter. I feel their games are WAY over priced in general. The wrist band was a decent deal for the rides they used. But the token and redemption games aren't worth on average a dollar a piece. And I was annoyed that on the site it says parents or guardian can ride with child. But doesn't mention it's not for free depending on their height

Only been there once, but the amount of stuff to do is well worth the price of a wristband ($15). Staff was friendly and the concessions stand was pretty okay. Prices for food and drink are what you'd expect for a place like that. The indoor go karts are a little underwhelming but everything else pleased. Would go back again

was an okay place but the roller coaster in the inside broke while there were people (including me and my cousins) on it. There was also smoke coming out from the back of the ride, and the employee in charge began laughing at us and just standing there. Meanwhile people on the ride were demanding to be let off, and it took them 20 mins to but the thing in reverse, to let us off. This is one of the worst amusement parks I’ve ever been too lmfao this place is terrible

My kids had a blast here. Even on a busy Sunday afternoon, the place did not feel too crowded. It is spacious and there is whole section for Toddlers. I was able to let my 3 year old run wild worry free because you can see them running around and above you through the nets. I love that!

Didn't like the experience, didn't like the organization. Adults supposedly don't pay to get in. Try going in with your 40 something inch tall kid onto a ride. The sign says must be accomplished by an adult. No problem. By the time you get to the first spot to hop in half an hour later, they ask the "adult" for the paying ticket... "But I thought adults don't pay" I asked, "oh, but you have to because you're riding with your kid"... Needless to say, kid left crying because of a ridiculous policy that none of the other similar-themed places have

This place is great for kids they have food and drinks for Adults but it doesnt get 5 stars until something new is made A trampoline room, rock climbing, and a maze room with a safari theme would make the kids love it even more it would also make the name stand out more There could be a private Adult room or another section or floor made access to the roof would be a great idea in the summertime!!!

The visit here was pretty good. I just feel that some of the indoor entertainment could have been bigger. I don't feel as those they used the space correctly. Also waiting for the kids to ride the max flight took entirely too long. They should have had atleast 2 more. There were not enough ticket games in my opinion. Overall, they could have been better to me if they do some updating, and utilize their spacing better.

I had my son's 7th Birthday there on Sunday and let me start off saying, booking the party was nice and easy they walked me through prices and different packages available which was very nice and they were very kind and courteous on the phone. The waitress that was given to us her name was Nie she was great helped us when needed she continued to ask us through the party if we needed anything else and she was also very great in providing us with balloons. The kids had a blast which was my main concern especially since they all ranged in different ages from 2 to 17. It was a perfect place for each of their different age groups. The downside that made me not so happy was the room given to us was way too small I had 14 children present with two adults with them also including a few extra guests with older children it was just way to tight to move which made our waitresses job even harder to the point I just took over and started tending to the party. I was told by the Manager that it was the biggest room they had prior to booking the party and it would house 40+ guests so I was disappointed coming to see it the day of and realizing it would not be the best choice. My advice to you if your planning on hosting your childs party there I would stop in and ask for a tour of the party rooms if your not familiar with how things are size wise. The only other complaint I would add is they should like most places due to safety issues allow parents to ride with children and not charge them an extra fee especially since most who host parties there are spending alot of money to begin with. Besides those two things I was happy my son enjoyed his day with his family and friends and would recommend bringing your children there weather it be for a party or just a day out for some fun they offer so much to do that they are sure to have a great time.
