It's very fun . A lot of fun rides . But employees at the front desk are so disrespectful. But the life guards age there right away to help you ? Once I got hurt and told a woman who worked there should took me RIGHT AWAY to the medical room . The first day the line is long but it's so worth it ! This is a amazing place!!

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!! MUST READ THIS TO BELIEVE IT!!! Went to this water park on July 5th 2015 to have some family fun time and ended up getting escorted out by the Elk Grove Police. Due to the severe overcrowding my family and I were sharing a tube. Many people were waiting more than an hour in line for a tube. After a while the inner tube started to get deflated. As I approached the guard's office to get some air in it I was told by manger that "we will not fill up this tube because it was just filled an hour ago." As anyone with common sense would know that over a period of time any air filled tube with two people sitting on it could get deflated. When I explained to her that my back was about to scrape the bottom of the slide the last time I went down and that I did not feel like it would be safe to go on the slides with it deflated. She immediately took the tube away from me and said that it was unsafe and I could no longer use it. What??? She was punishing me for asking for my tube to be filled up with air. When I asked for my money back after only being there for two hours she refused and when I raised my voice she called the police to escort me out. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. Is all I wanted was some air in my tube and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is VERY overcrowded and poorly managed.

Rainbow falls is a great place to splash water around and have fun. Not so much for swimming some laps though. They have 4 big slides, a low diving board, a drop slide, and a lazy river. Not much else to do but there is plenty fun with that. The food there is so-so but very pricey. Recommended to anyone who isn't looking to swim alot of laps but wants to get wet.

Doesn't handle crowds well. Lockers require your own lock. They'll rent you one but they barely keep any in stock, if they're out you're on your own. Cafe is understaffed and eating area is tiny. Overall the slides are nice but it lacks a large enough pool to handle the large groups it caters to.

We were visiting from out of town and our Son in Law worked here in high school and recommended it to us for our 3 year grandson. We were shocked when we showed up at the high price for out of area residents. The facility is well maintained, the guards were very attentive and offered good support and assistance. The zero entry area and whirlpool were a lot of fun. The play area was a little run down and many of the facets didn't work very well to fill the buckets or water guns. My grandson loved the small pool even though the water temperate was about 10 degrees colder than the big pool. The lazy river was a lot of fun with some unique features. The lounges are comfortable as one of my daughters spend most of her time sunbathing and was comfortable.

This is our first time and it will be our last time!!!. We went there with our other 3 families and we paid over $300 for the admission fees but we did not get a "thank you" from the ladies behind the desk. The way they looked at us and our children made us feel so unwelcome. There are so many great places to go than this one. They charged the 2 years old children the same price as an adult and there were not many fun things to enjoy for the 2 years old kids. We don't think many people will come back for the second time. Without customers, those ladies behind the desk will be out looking for jobs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO RUDE!!!!!. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

So I'm with my camp. I walk in, insanely overcrowded. Lines are huge. I place my towel down, go to the bathroom, and all the toilets were filled with crap. Luckily they got flushed 10 minutes later. Next, I go on the water slides, took an hour to get on the swirly one. It was very fun, all of them were, that's why I'm giving two stars. Now the bad stuff. It was extremely overcrowded. The line to concession stand was terrible. I was in the line with my friend. He didn't like the cotton candy because it tasted weird. He asked for a new one and the workers rolled their eyes. When I was up, I asked for a Pepsi with no ice, and I said it very clearly, because when this company gives ice they fill it up all the way and you will barely have any drink. Cheapskates. So, I asked for no ice, and I got the drink with a ton of ice. The prices were horrible. You can come to this place with your kids, but make sure you bring a TON of money.

Rude and Despicable customer service. I went there last summer with my elderly parents. It was a hot day, and the park was packed. We scoured around looking for some seats, any seats, and after 10 minutes we gave up. After heading to the front to let them know we needed to leave because no seats were available, and requesting a refund they refused us. We had been in the park for 10 minutes!!!! Our clothes were not even wet, and they had refused to honor any sort of good faith arrangement. I understand they have a no refund policy, but when there are extenuating circumstances, like no seats available for senior citizens, something needs to be done. This was absolutely deplorable and I will never EVER return to this park after they robbed us like that.

This place is a rip off. I remember going at $6 a resident. Now its $9 that is complete rip off and especially you have to pay for a kid that is under 48". It's not that clean of a place. Better spend your money on something better then wasting 50 dollars for only 4 people. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING!!!!!!!

Rainbow fall waterpark, is a nice place. We came on a Sunday. My family and I enjoyed the slides, lazy river and the diving board with a pool. If your resident it cost 10.00 person. I'm non resident had to 16.00 dollars person. This place was packed to max capacity. There were people waiting an hour to get in. I recommend you come early like 11am. There is parking up front. Parking lot is small. No more parking on the church side. You can park at their Elk Grove High school, they provide shuttles. Drive little golf carts back and forth till 5:45pm. Lounge chairs go fast. We were in the grass area. We noticed Big families set up pop tents, coolers and chairs. You can bring your own food here(no bbq grills). There is a food stand, if you want a quick bite. Corn dog was good not there pizza. Wish there pool was bigger, no one watches were they swim. They will bump into you....

Today I had bad experience with staff this water park. I payed admission and going to swim, but in couple minutes started little rain and we heard thunder. They closed pool and asked go out. I asked return my money, but they told that this is not refundable. It’s terrible, I first time see that any product or service isn’t refundable. This is terrible staff and terrible place!

Nice place to go with you're family just get there early. They have a really unpleasant rule that if you step out of the park even after you payed. For example to go to youre vehicle for something you have to wait back in line and they allow two more people who haven't payed in. Everywhere else I've gonne does not have such dumb rule.

The best public water park around! It has 3 body slides: 2 normal ones and 1 body-bowl slide. It also has 2 raft slides: one tunnel and one open at the top. There is a lazy river, kiddie area, normal pool, and those lily pad things. The bathrooms are pretty clean. The staff is actually very nice and helpful; I don't know why people people say the staff is rude bc they arent! The food is good, especially for a water park. You can even buy a whole pizza! The only complaint I would have about the food is that they don't have burgers! :( Lots of nice grass area to sit in if there are no chairs left. If you need to leave or go to the car for a little bit, they give you a stamp so u can come back in. It is a really great place and I would definitely recommend! :) PS. Admission depends on where you live.

I paid extra $$ to send my daughter there for a field trip booked here. This field trip was booked early June through her daycamp. I got a email "Today our campers were refused entry in Rainbow Falls despite receiving confirmation from the Elk Grove Village Park District that our group was welcome to attend." I am pissed. Very POOR management and communication. Will never go there or send my daughter there again. Waste of money.

This place is fun & has enough variety to keep you busy having fun for hours. It has a leisure pool with games/ play area, lazy river, tube slides, people slides, and even a giant bucket of water that gets dumped out every couple minutes that you can stand under! There is a place to get simple food & drinks from pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, and more. When crowded it can be hard to get a pool chair but there are small lawn areas to relax in too.

Would not let us out of the park to get our food from our car. They said that if we did we would loose our spot and would have to wait in line. The park was at its full capacity, and would have to enter after everyone paid their ticket (eventhough I already had mine).

I’ve lived in Elk Grove Village for almost 4 years and I just now found out about this place, this week. So I was very eager to check it out this weekend! And I’m so glad that I did! This is actually a real water park! I was skeptical about it at first since a lot of places in the area say that they are waterparks. It has over 5 attractions to keep you busy! There’s something for kids of all ages and even adults! My two year old twins where very entertained. There was actually a lot for them to do, I was very pleased. We spent 4 hours here and we could have spent more! I really recommend it to anyone in the area.

I have yet to experience this place to give it more stars. Heard good things. My fam I went on a Sunday that was over 90°, waited over 30 mins in line. No one was being let in and no one came to let us know what was going on. A girl that looked in charge came out with another employee and didnt acknowledge any of the 30+ people waiting outside in line to let us know what was going on. Sped right past us. I would've waited longer had we been acknowledged and told what was going on, rude

Very expensive $16 for non residents and their concessions are costly too. Very crowded because of many camps and because of the fabulous weather. A great lazy river and a few slides. They also have a zero depth pool, diving board, and a kiddie pool.

I went here a few days ago, and it was very fun! This place is a really good pool for when you want to go and do slides and stuff like that. The lazy river is one of the better lazy rivers put there. The on bad thing was that I waited in the concessions line for an hour for some fries and a soda. They had a second window for a line, but it wasn't open. That's was the only bad thing.

Great pool once you get in! Had to wait an hour to just get in and another 30 minutes for a bottle of water. Has to be a better system for these lines. When your pool is at capacity and you only have 2 people working in concessions it is not smart business. You had one girl excepting payments for over 50 people in line. If you truly want to enjoy yourself and have a good experience avoid weekends!

Expensive and a 4 year old costs the same as an adult even though they can't use the slides. Plus, waited over 15 minutes for a bathroom, then finally just left. Only 4 bathroom stalls for hundreds of people at the park!!!! Lots of unsupervised kids using them to change in with no respect for lines (they just let their friends in after them). No locker room supervision makes that tough with a young kid and pregnant mom who both need to go! Kids were also using the family changing rooms to change as well, also unsupervised. Lifeguards are great with rescues, (6 in the two hours we were there), but a bit rude.

I definitely enjoyed my visit to Rainbow Falls Waterpark. My son and I annually take a vacation up to Wisconsin Dells but due to the business of life this year we were unable to go. I took him here hoping we would have a good time and he talked about it for several days I did notice one of the lifeguards at the top of 1 of the slides no matter what any kid said to him all he said was "you can go" and pretty much ignored him he, definitely didn't have the personality to be there I can't remember his name but he had a light shaven beard aside and had brown hair. We rent a few recent ago so I'm not sure if he is still employs other that though we both had a great time we only wish there was someone to help control the flow of rafts outside of the lazy river we stood around for quite a while for a double tube but aside from that I would highly recommend this place.

This place is very fun. You can do lots of things and there is even a cafe. There is so much things to do that you will be occupied the whole time there are extra things that anyone above 48" can use I love this place ( Note to reader: In my opinion the blue tubeslide and the purple bodyslide are the best slides)

Not worth the money for non residents. They charged my daughter full price even thou she couldn't get on any of the slides. The rides that she could get on I thought I was gonna go deaf from all the whistle's from the rule team aka life gaurds. I was looking for a change but would have had more fun at my neighborhood pool and been 32 dollars richer. Oh well you live and you learn, but would certainly not recommend. Hope this saves the next person from making the same mistake I did. Also if your child is under 48" and you are not a resident dont waste your time/money...

This is a really fun place to go to yet the restrooms and changing rooms are verry dirty the floors are literally slimey and gross the park is very fun and I always have a lot of fun but the lines are very long most of the tubes are deflated and I personally dont think that is safe some of the hight recomendations are too short once i went on a ride and i was an inch above the line so i was tecnacly tall enough i followed the rules on how to go down and i hit my head on the back of the toilet bown i beleive it was called it was painful but i didnt need assistance i was perfectly fine but the hight recomendations are too short for that water slide

Rainbow Falls is a hidden gem in Elk Grove Village!! It's not just for kids. I'm a 60+ man and I love swimming in the pool, floating down the lazy river, and laying out in the sun. I highly recommend Rainbow Falls! This year I bought a season pass.

For 16 bucks a person you would think they would have more than four women's toilets and two sinks!!!!!!!! Lines to get are horribly long (20 to 30 mins every time!!!!) lines to go to the bathroom are ridiculous!!!! Not enough lounge chairs and yes everybody uses lounges to hold towels and nobody sits in them and forget about anyone allowing you to use them. Not very good at all for the cost!! I would rather drive out to Saint Charles's water Park where it is huge , clean , no lines and a lot of space for chairs and bathrooms!

There is a gaping hole in who can enjoy this park. It is great for babies and big kids. But the 4 and 5 year old's have no slides. Every other water park that I have been to has a slide with a 42" or 43" min. Ranbow Falls does not. My preschooler was very diapointed.

Worst place ever if you have little ones...They clearly need to cut off occupancy at a certain number as way too many people. The crowds are extreme and took 30+ minutes to get on the tubing in line you literally could go about 2 times your entire visit. The staff at the front was not helpful at all and very rude. The kids working here have more care and concern than the front office staff. They truly suck and hopefully management will switch the head office staff so people will feel more at ease. Staff sucks Bad at this location will never in a million years go back to this lcation ever.....

Not a good place if you are visiting with kids and family. Area marked as "toddler and babies area" if filled with adults who take all spots in that area and when asked why is there a sign for kids area they would respond "sorry, first come first served". So unless you are NOT a KID or unless you are NOT PERSON with DISABILITY this place should be OK, otherwise you will feel (and be) discriminated. Guards are horrible, jumping in all the time with no reason but when women with toddler slipped and went under the water they did not do anything. Do something to make this place good again. Also non residents should be charged more, maybe double from residents.

This place is the best waterpark in the area! The prices were cheaper than I expected, and the facility was in top notch condition! It is well run, and it would be a perfect place to have a birthday party! The customers were all polite and calm, even when lines to get in got fairly long. There are plenty of chairs to sit at but if you're still concerned about not getting a spot you can bring your own lawn chairs with you. The concession stand had decent prices and that area was very clean. The entire staff was awesome! They knew exactly how to handle any situation that came upon them. A fun and relaxing experience for the whole family!

Very rude employees who do not care to resolve simple problems like filling up innertubes, but instead will call security even when you complain about the least little thing in a calm manner and they actually lie and make up things about you. With so many other better options nearby , Do not waste your time at this hellhole. They do not properly inflated the inner tubes and their lines are 45 minutes just to use a slide!!
