This Park belongs to the category of Water park.
Not bad. Kind of small but fun. Friendly staff. Go at opening or round 4 n most ppl have left. Better for the younger teen on down will go back again for sure. See u there
Such a great little secret!! Our teens had a blast in the lazy river, our littles had fun on the water playground... all ages enjoyed the slides. It is smallish but it is a great time... a little food court, plus a mini bar. Best part, NO SUNBURNS!! The weather was really hot out, it was nice to get out of the sun, but still have water fun!
Love it. It has huge slides and a lazy river and a little water park for for smaller children. And it has huge pool. Then it has and activity center
This is a great water park for young kids. Unfortunately some of the staff are very rude and made my child cry. Their candor with working at a place where families flock should be more professional especially for the price.
Waste of time and money this place was not worth the money. there is no place for kids to swim or be in the water.the water was very cold.i will never go back again.
Good for the day close by
Fun
Small, very small. No real pool to swim in. Son cut himself twice on the play structure. Water is cold. So expensive. Terrible food. Children must wear life jackets, even if holding them in the lazy river.
Good for very young children 2-6 year olds. Small with little selection. Bar/restaurant is available but wasn't open even though the sign said it was.
Super nice
It's very expensive as well as very small for the price.
Great place to take the kids. Great for a quick getaway.
So fun didn't know it was here! Staff is very nice.
VERY small and expensive, no hot tub or amenities for adults. Consider a swim up bar and an ondoor/outdoor hot tub and maybe I'd go back. Not worth it, don't waste your time.
Fun place definitely coming back this summer!
A lot of fun for the little ones.
This place is small... Very small. Staff is rude and the life guards are comically on a power trip... They really seem to enjoy yelling at people for no reason There is no pool where you can just swim or sit and relax in You must bring your own towel If your child is under 3 ft tall they are free but that is only because they aren't allowed to do anything.
I brought 3 teenage girls, not much for them, mainly for younger kids
This is a very small water park. My niece is less than 48" and she could only go on the kiddie slides which was really disappointing. They have a very limited selection of rides to begin with and this gave her even fewer options. We went because we were staying at the resort next door and thought we would spend multiple days there, but we only stayed for a few hours.
The staff genuinely seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else
Great for toddler age. Our kids had a fun day there. Wish it was bigger and lil babies can do more. Wish price was a lil less too.
It's a fun thing to have for kids and adults. I will return for the slide.
Slip-slide wiggly time
4 big slides 4 little ones for the babies a lazy river and a dunk bucket. Open year round and has a small bar onsite
This place is great for little ones (4 -13 year olds). They have four different water slides, a toddlers area, and a small lazy river. No extra pool for swimming or diving. The ticket price is kind of high for what they offer.
Fun for maybe an hour or so. Pretty small. Under 48" are limited with what they can do, but over 48" may get bored because of the small size and limited stuff to do. Biggest drawback was it was cold, both the air and the water.
Family friendly, fun, comfortable and lots of activities! Accommodations are nice too!!
So much fun!
It was fun. I had a good time with my family.
A couple of the water slides were closed for maintenance but our tickets were discounted $5 each. A little chilly. My 3 year old grandson was shivering and had blue lips.
Hot as ever and not to much to do for the price
We love going to this water park. Just big enough for few hours of fun for my daughter and relaxation for me. I was able to get a great Groupon deal on my last visit too. I'm not a fan of the pizza they sell but the sandwiches are good.
Awesome everyone should go
Just leaving there... no pool to swim in. I had one toddler with me. My husband and I had to pretty much create a human shield around her as unruly children rough-housed throughout the “lazy” river. Parents were clearly not watching their children... surprising since there is WATER involved. Saw one parent sleeping and another couple drinking beer and playing cards. Sadly, when we complained, nothing happened. It probably won’t until something tragic happens here. Oh, and the manager couldn’t care less. Just wanted to go on smoke breaks.
Lots of fun
For kids under 10.
Would like to have been a bit more spread out for the lazy river, it was a bit cramped, the toddler rules for the kids pirate ship should have had something for shorter kids, and the water pressure on the ship was too strong. Almost knocked over my 4 year old granddaughter.
It's not bad
Beautiful place, water had strong chemical smell and there's barely anything to do and it wasn't all that pricey , if you are a member
My friend and I had a great time.
The grandkids loved it and I did too.
Do NOT take little kids! First off they have to wear life vests EVERYWHERE there was water including where the water just washed up to you not even an inch tall and seriously both life vests reccomended by the life guards I had to actively hold the chin area down or they choked him. I found this ridiculous, because if anything in the area where it washed up to you the life vest would do absolutely nothing and just get in the way. They also wouldn't let him go down the smallest slides they had there even with an adult (adults are not allowed on them) and there was no little kid area so there was nothing he could do there and my son 10 months is a total fish and loves the water. This was on top of being told by one lifeguard I could use the baby float we have for him just to turn around and be lectured by another after I blew it up about how we couldnt use it for him which would have been WAYYYY safer for him than those life vests we were trying. Also side note it is surprisingly small and whoever built the lazy river was clearly lazy themselves, because that is the smallest lazy river I have ever seen. I felt like it was a huge waste of time and money...we made an 1.5hr drive just to go to that water park to try someplace new with the kids which was apparently a huge mistake.
Typical indoor waterpark nothing special.
Clean & fun place. Little pricy
What a surprise. The place was small, easy to keep track of three kids. There are 4 big slides, a lazy river and a great place for the little ones to play. My twins are 9 and still has a blast in the little kids area. The have a great little Subway and pizza place inside as well. We stayed there for about 4 hours, had lunch there too. They also have a great retractable roof. It was open today, so there was a great breeze inside and very very comfortable to be in. Wish we were going to be here longer, it is a great place for the kids to spend a few hours every day.
Very relaxing.. care free... Genuine good time...
Kids had a great time. Wasn't crowded.
Pretty small but very nice for kids 12 and under I'd say. Worth the short drive to give the kids an outlet on winter days with little to do.
Absolutely loved it
I was very shocked that I actually had a good time. Base on the reviews I was very iffy about going but once I was there I had so much fun. This place is very kid friendly. The slides were pretty decent as well. The lady at the ticket booth was very welcoming and friendly.
Had a fun day here and the kids enjoyed themselves. They were understaffed with water slides that were open intermittently. Kids were running all over unsupervised and the lazy river had too many people in it.
Very clean, lots to do. Very fun place
Always a good time.
They advertise “fun for all ages” not true your child must be at least 36” to use kids rides and your only other option is lazy river which is really really cold. Our child got sick the day after. Complete waist of time and money.
I love this place ever not i almost die because the green slide turn me over and i couldn't get up
The water park is great, but you shouldn't have to pay if you are a member already
Place was super clean and the opening roof was great! Staff were super nice and helpful. Only thing missing was one more large slide and one more attraction for the smaller kids. It is definitely only a half day attraction. We were staying at the resort for several days so we just went for a little while and then went and ate and took a break and then came back.
So much fun! Good variety of activities. The fast slides are awesome! Attentive life guards. Great family spring break vacation fun!
Awesome place
Decent facility, clean, safe enough. A little small for the price. Some of the younger workers seem disengaged and bored but the adults are warm and hospitable. Ample seating! I don't like the way they shut down 2 slides at a time when employees need to take meal breaks. Whether they're short-staffed or poor planners, being forced to wait 30 minutes or more is not fair to patrons who have paid for access to the entire facility. Attached food court is really convenient and you get served pretty quickly. Gift shop prices are pretty steep.
We go every year during Christmas break and it never disappoints. Our kids are 3, 8, 10, and 13. They all have a blast.
Not worth the money. We thought we would sneak away for a quick getaway. The waterpark was nice but small. Cost our family a lot for no longer than we were there.
Good water park, but small. Not alot for bigger kids. Clean park. Well maintained.
Came to the water park today and google says you are open but you decided to be open on new years so u closed today. We drove an hour to get here and had to turn around and drive home. There were several other families that did the same thing. There was a man who came down to tell us it was closed and offered nothing to the families who went out of their way to come here. We are so disappointed in the information and in the service. We also purchased the Groupon and they also did not have the info that today was closed. Horrible way to run business. Our children were all crying. Don’t waste your money when they clearly don’t care about their customers or their families.
It was a cool place to go for a quick indoor waterpark. Don't expect much.
Fun place, but needs to be cleaned. The lazy River had moss all over the stairs and handrails. Kids had a blast and overall good time, BRING TOWELS.
a affordable Great place to spend time!
Great place to take the kids
Horrible gives out false info. Life guards argue with each other and there system and communication is all over the place.
This place is awful. I would not recommend it to anyone. They are very disorganized and ride, the pizza guy in particular. expect to wait over 45 minutes to get in and at least an hour for food. There is really nothing good about this place. It got one star bc I couldn't give zero.
A little pricey but the kids had fun
Was fun but they closed down the 2 biggest slides at the busiest time. And they need a place where babies can float in the water.
Amazing pool land area
Impeccably clean and inflexible, wonderful lifeguards, safe all around. Beautiful and well maintained water park, indoor/outdoor (roof opens in the warm months of the year) with nice changing area and showers. It may be a little pricey but your little ones will really enjoy a visit.
Took my 4 kids there. The wife and I just wanted to watch them seeing as we were worn down from a long vacation. Come to find out it is $10 just to sit and watch them. I find that completely ridiculous. It is the smallest "water park" I have ever seen. The place is overpriced as well as the food inside. Taking a trip to the dells is worth it when you find out what is available in the area. In my opinion not worth the money at any time of the year.
Nice get away place. Clean friendly, fun.
Small water world, but great fun for few hours. Definitely kids will enjoy the time there. Felt entry fee is expensive!
Nice small waterpark
I rarely write reviews but I decided that I would start because the reviews of this place were extremely misleading which led me to waste over $50 and two hours of my time. I decided to take my 5 year old son and 3 (almost 4 year old) daughter on a weekend getaway. My sister, her 1 year old daughter, and my disabled mother joined us. My son is below 48” so he wasn’t allowed on the big slides. My daughter has Down syndrome and she is very small (less than 36” tall) so she couldn’t really do anything. The park is extremely small. The only attractions are 4 big slides (the kids couldn’t ride), a tiny lazy river, and a kids pirate play area with a rather large drop bucket. There is no pool! No wave pool, no kiddie pool, no pool for swimming or lounging at all! You’d think a water park would at least have a kiddie pool. The lack of seating was ridiculous! We got to the park 20 minutes after it opened (at 10am on a Saturday) and had to wait in line for 30 minutes before we could purchase tickets. While standing in line, a man, presumably a park employee, came outside and started yelling at everyone to make sure they had all of their party members present or they wouldn’t be allowed to purchase tickets. After we purchased our tickets, we entered the water park. There was absolutely no place to sit! My mother, who needs a cane to walk, only found a seat because of the kindness of another family. The rest of my party ended up sitting on the floor! My kids were initially excited about the play area until the large dump bucket unexpectedly dropped a ton of water on their heads. Both my son and daughter were terrified after that. The amount of water that the bucket drops is huge! The life guards seem rude and ready to yell at anyone for no reason whatsoever. The lack of staff is awful. When we were leaving, I tried to find someone to turn in our rented locker keys. Finally someone who was cleaning told us to return the keys to the ticket counter. There was a long line of people waiting to purchase tickets and I wasn’t going to go to the back of the line just to turn in keys so I sat the keys on the counter and left. The Lockers cost 10$ to rent, if you aren’t staying at the resort, and they are more shallow than small. They barely fit our coats and clothes. We ended up spending two hours there altogether with about 30 minutes of standing in line to buy tickets and 45 minutes of sitting on the ground wondering what else was there to do. Pros: it was clean, the water in the lazy river was warm, the overall park temperature was pleasant. Cons: too small, rude life guards, short staffed or unavailable staff, no seating, not much to do for smaller children, no towels, too expensive for what’s available. Before you come here look on the gallery of their website. There’s only a few pictures. That’s because it’s basically all they have.
Great getaway close to Chicago.
Great staff great slides, also food and game room got to love it
Pretty nice facility. My little ones really enjoyed it, as they have slides for 36" children and a small lazy river. Would give it a 5 star rating, had there been any standing water to splash/swim in.
Had a blast and my daughter really enjoyed herself. It was a nice family friendly space for everyone to enjoy the thrills of a water park but indoors.
There's no large pool, kiddy pool or hot tub. The slides and lazy river are great. The locker rooms aren't attached to the pool area so in winter running from the pool area to the lockers means you have to run through a freezing breeze way. The locker rooms don't have any towel holders which just seems like a missed common sense. There's lots of room for improvement.
Took my baby for her first time to a pool/water park she was super scared of how loud it gets once the play area for kids gets when it drops water. The lazy river was okay just too many kids walking and pushing everyone around so much for a lazy river. The time here was okay. But the place isnt all that bad its clean and decent space, looks smaller from the outside. Might come back some other time.
Had a great family fun day. Great for all ages.
Great place for family fun!
Nice water park
It was okay For a place like this you have to get there extra early to find a seat!.....
It's not very big there wasn't a lot of stuff for little kids to do and I mean two and three year olds they could not go down any of the water slides
Our 1st time. Whent there to Celebrate our son StepDaughter 11yrs birthday felt like lil girl again. Love it had lot of fun.
After a misunderstanding with a Groupon we were left paying the complete amount. After getting changed and finding a table I was planning on going back to ask for a manager and give them an opportunity to to make the situation correct. Before I even had a chance to do so Adam had already been looking for us, was very apologetic, and explained they had received two different instructions on how to handle expired Groupons. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience, which is what customer service is all about.
It maybe small but it was nice. Just because it was indoors doesn't mean it wasn't hot in there. Outside it was 90° but inside it was a few degrees cooler but not by much. The if you want to float in the lazy river be prepared for it to be crowded and overrun by kids some who could care less about pushing, accidentally hitting you as the swim by or throwing the intertube around. As the day progresses, the more crowded that river gets. Lots of traffic jams in some places.
Was surprised to find no jacuzzi or pool (just for swimming) as others have said. My son wanted to jump off the edge into the pool but the only pool-like area they have you cant swim in because it is where the bigger water slides exit. There is a nice small area for kids 36-48" but not sure it's worth the $$$. The area is clean and the showers/locker rooms are nice enough.
Highly overpriced. They don't provide towels, so we had to buy some from them. They were 13$ each. The towels were so cheap that the color came off on my children leaving them looking like smurfs. Serious. I complained but the ladies at the desk acted like they could care less and there was nothing they could do about it. But, my children had hrs of non stop fun. 8 and 10 yr old.
We were there on a cool August day, and the windows were open, and the water was cool. Not a comfortable environment for an indoor water park. Clearly if it's a year round water park, there would be heaters and heated water.
It was ok.... I believe we were there during a very busy time. The weekend of a holiday Monday is not a good time to go if you do not like crowded places. There was no place to sit, they ran out of food. So next time we will try a different weekend.
It was fun for something to do to get away for the weekend and it was very clean BUT probably won't return until at least spring because of how cold it was in the water park. My godchildren were all shivering and had blue lips when not in the water. The lady working the front desk when we got there was very nice and friendly but when we returned after dinner the new lady who was working was incredibly rude. We got there at 8, knew they closed at 9 but wanted the kids to play just a little longer and she was VERY snippy to say "just so you know we close at 9, WELL ACTUALLY we shut down at 8:45." we lasted 20 minutes. The lifeguards, except for one girl who was very kind and spunky, all seemed to be incredibly annoyed with their jobs. So be warned to be chilly and to not see too many smiling helpful people.
Nice small little water park let's endure great for colder months affordable and right down the street from a pretty cool go-kart race track that also host "Bus Stop Kitchen" I believe It's one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. It is a must try heaviest once in your life.
Not that big but its fun for small children. Couldn't relax in the lazy river because the life guards let the children walk, while your trying to float in the innertube. U have to constantly watch out and make sure you're not crushing kids heads. Any other water park doesnt let children walk in the lazy river, if u wanna walk and do other things, thats what the pool is for.
The resort itself had soooo many activities. The view was amazing from our Time share. There is a golf course right by the entrance (beautiful) and this nice little pond that has a water fall/shooting water thing that was nice to sleep to at night. The water park was indoor and a little expensive, but the kids loved it. I would go back in a heart beat. Would stay for a week instead of a weekend.
Fun place, nice slides
This is a nice little water park right in the middle of the Fox River resort. This place is not actually a part of the resort so public is welcome. Wait time to get in can be as much as a couple of hours but if you're staying at the resort, there is a large, heated indoor pool available to swim while you wait. Given the amount of people coming through, the water park could have been a little bigger to accommodate the traffic. Other than that, great place to take the family for a couple of hours.
It was an all around great time! The front desk staff were sweet, helpful and friendly. Super good life guard coverage! Plenty to do and kept us busy for hours. The different size life best was super! Thank you for the good times.
Been a couple times. The kids love it. The one time it was snowing which was gorgeous to watch slowly fall on the glass building as we played inside all nice and warm. The kids area has a ship they can explore and play on. I personally love the lazy river. Our more adventurous young people couldn't get enough of the slides.
It's kind of expensive for what you get unless it's a rainy day and you promised the kids a water park. The lazy River isn't very big. Children under 36 inches aren't really allowed to do anything. Would be good for older kids. Has 4 water slides that my oldest loved
The kids had a blast!
It was nice for little kids, but there's not much for older kids to do after going down the slide a few times and going a few rounds in the lazy river, your pretty much done. There was not a great space to change your clothes, the was 1 bench in the locker/ bathroom and the entire floor was drenched.
The kids love it
Clean, nice
This is a good place to come and have the kids play. There are two tube slides, two body slides, a lazy river and a playground with dumping bucket. The price is about right without being a member and if you are a member it is even cheaper, plus they have an add a day option so it is cheaper of you come multiple days. There is a Subway and small pizza place for food, but you can come and go of you wanted to get other food. Would have rated 5 stars but there is no pool to just relax in or any hot tubs for adults to relax in while the kids play.
Place was awesome, had a blast. Clean, well staffed. Went at night, hardly anyone there, and it was perfect.
Small, 2 slides not working 4.00 off.. small lazy river, NO Towels for a water park... Have to bring from room and make sure wet towels get back to your room..."Water park" should have a towel system !!Staff rude
Good remote getaway from the city. Nice clean cabins. Water park for small kids and teens. Nice family outing.
Very peaceful, great place to relax an get away for a quiet weekend!! We loved it!
Went there with my two grandchildren and we had a blast. Everyone was so helpful and surprisingly the food was pretty good and not too expensive. We will be planning another visit soon.
The kids liked it and were good for a couple hours. Not enough room for people to sit and staff are not great.
Fun for a few hours but you can do everything within the first 30 minutes
I would have given it no stars. it's too small for the price of admission. raging waves is more worth it on there discount days. my kids got bored with it after 10 minutes.
Recommend only for little kids... Not a place for teens or grown-ups
We had fabulas time today for 2plus hrs
Great clean place ahhmazing pizza! Staff that wont say no. Thank you for a great day 21 people bday party $337 and had 8 delicious pizzas.
Funny little water park for kids 12 and under. Adults won't find much to enjoy but preteens will love this place. I came right before Christmas and the kids got to enjoy everything with no wait. It's good for around 2 hours or so worth of fun. The facility itself was very clean. The actual water park, changing rooms, and dining area were all sparkling. Small kids were aren't strong swimmers should consider using the resort provided life jackets.
We love that it is a bit smaller than many other water parks, but plenty big enough for a good time. It has a small lazy river, 2 bigger water slides with the height restrictions, the other areas with smaller slides and climbing and water buckets always flowing and dumping makes for a lot of fun for younger kids.it is gated off for safety. Bring your own towels. And be prepared to pay per height not by age. Pricey if you have a big family but a great place to go for the little ones. They do have a subway and pizza. Also serve beers. The one thing I really disagree with is the fee for those observing and not using the park. $10 Is way too much. Wishing they had a family rate, would also would be nice.
Love the facility but the way they charge is ridiculous
Loved it. Took my 5 year old grandson and coyldmt get him out of the lazy river he loved it so much. He is too small for the slides so that was a bummer. Will fefinately go again
My niece and my daughter birthday was on 24th of March. They had a ball in Pirate's Cay.
Cute little water park, wished try had a hot tub.
Small, no pool. Fun for the kids for a few hours but it needs more. Slides were also closed off and on throughout the day. Food and drinks took a ridiculous amount of time.
Wonderful indoor water park in Illinois. It was under 2 hours from home. We recently visited with a family of six ranging from 48" tall to over 6'. Everyone had fun from toddler to teenager. For the 36"-48" kids, be sure they are ready to tackle slides independently otherwise they may be left out of the fun. They cannot slide on your lap. We spent some time right before closing while the park was more empty and were able to ride repetitively. So fun! It was a great day. Get there early to make the most of your time and stay on-site for a discount. Better than Utica/Grand Bear. Website pictures are realistic. Only taking away 1 star because of the lap-riding issue.
Lots of fun for the kids. Slides are great and there is ample seating for families. It's never seemed too crowded. Kids do wish there was a regular pool to swim in, but they can still do some swimming in the lazy river. I've seen people bring their own snacks inside which is nice. There is a Subway for food, but there's usually a long wait. The management is great making you feel right at home and catering to your needs.
SUPER fun. A nice spot to shake off the cabin fever if you have a little one. I have a 3year old who is 37” tall and this was perfect for him. He did the lazy river and the parrot kids play area for about 4 hours. It was 22 degrees outside so I was worried it would be chilly - not at all! It’s probaby around 85 degrees indoors and the water is all heated. I drove here from Northwest Indiana and it was worth the trip. It is small so come when it’s not crowded. I came st 10 am on Sunday and it was fine. Ok for bigger kids if you are in the area but not as much for them (4 big kid slides and the lazy river) but perfect for the smaller kids. This place is super clean, water wasn’t over chlorinated, and they did an amazing job with the decorations and equipment. Definitely recommend.
It's small, but nice for the family. Very affordable.
Fun, but very small. Lazy river is ice cold.
Kid friendly
Very nice indoor water park close to Yorkville. Could use a main/wave pool. Great area for small kids. Food prices were reasonable. Nice place to go in February for a splashy good time!
It was so nice and clean and the kids loved it.
It was really fun, lazy River, the slides, the kids zone, absolutely amazing definitely going again
Severe disappointment. I paid 100 bucks for 2 kids, 2 adults. Which was fine, except you expect a better experience for the money. I didn't expect elbow to elbow in a place way too small for the croud. Online they make it sound huge. I went to order food and the d was rude and short. I asked for pasta, he shouted "out!", I asked for pizza and he said "these are the last 2!", I said ok "when would there be more, he said "1 hr at least ". Then I explain my dissatisfaction with the front desk and another lady that looks like a manager. They didn't once apologize, they didn't seem to care, and the further added to my dissatisfaction by explaining that I paid full price when everyone else bought a groupon! They said this was the worst weekend to be here! As I leave I asked for directions to go get food and the lady says, "why? We have food here." Ummm no lady, you don't. I just explained this. After re explaining, she says, "well you can't bring your food here." Omg, honestly what is wrong with these people. I drove 4hrs to enjoy myself. Not to spend $100 bucks on one hours worth of sadness. (P.s. don't let the resort size full you. It's pirates cay you will despise)
Great park for smaller kids. More limited for older kids.
A nice small place for the kids. Really fun slides for the kids. Service at the concession stand was not the greatest.
It was good at first but when someone got hurt they did nothing to help out and they were smiling when they were helping
Clean, food was good enough, and kids had fun. Get there early lines are long
Sure a fun place
Clean, fun and safe place to spend hole day with kids.Only comment is lack of food varieties.
Very average at best.
Avoid like the plague, especially if you have young kids. We have been to many water parks over the years and this is the first one my five year old hated. First off, there are no facilities for toddlers or young children so we had nothing to do with our daughter. There is no pool, not even a kiddie pool. The only swimming area is a very small lazy river with frigid water. There are 4 larger slides but all have a minimum height of 4 feet, which is way higher than most other parks with much faster slides so my son couldn't try those. There is one area with smaller slides, but for some ridiculous reason there are buckets that drop large amounts of water on your head all over that play area, such that my son was hysterical at one point and refused to go near that section. So the only thing we could do was freeze in the lazy river, and my 16 month of daughter had to be held by my wife. We left after 90 mins after spending well over $50 to get us all in. So disappointing. The hotel actually has a half decent indoor pool opposite the water park. If you are staying there i'd skip the park and just use that instead, that's what we ended up doing. Pity we wasted money on the park itself first. Also, the water park only opens at 10 am on Saturdays, the rest of the week it's 12 pm. Updated: Notice how all the positive reviews are from 'local guides'? Looks suspiciously like the park is having its employees post positive reviews. I cannot fathom the 4 star rating, all the negative reviews are spot on with our own experience. The Fox river resort itself is great, if you go there you will have a great time but this is by far the worse water park I've been too, stick to the resort and avoid the water park. If your kids are above 4ft tall and don't mind freezing cold water they may have an OK'ish time, if you also don't mind getting ripped off.
Water park is quaint and a whole lot of fun. The children didn't want to leave.
It's a nice clean place. There are lifeguards everywhere. Inside, there is a Subway and pizza. We will go back.
Very cute and fun for kids
On the smaller side, nothing for babies or toddlers. The roof isn't very high so the dumping bucket makes a lot of noise and was overwhelming for my 11MO and 3YO. Within 20 minutes I had to take them back to our villa. I asked for a refund and my husband stayed back with the older kids. No change rooms either, just curtained showers and toilet stalls. It's better for those with older kids
Good place to take the kids and enjoy so fun with them. There are only 4 slides but it has short lines, if any. The price to get in is very reasonable and the lazy river is nice for relaxing. -1 star due to the fact that if you are just going to watch and not swim it is only 1$ cheaper than if you were going to swim.
Kids loved the slides, several of differing configurations, heights, and curves. Lazy river was relaxing. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. Expensive if you don't.
Fun place for a fair price
The staff are very pleasant. Its a clean and safe place. Also the water is warm.
Worst indoor water park I have been to. Lazy river is overfull due to being the only place to actually be in water. Some of the staff was rude. The rules were different depending on who you spoke with. Nothing but a stressful day. Will not return again
Good for kids. Not very big and can get crowded, but again for the kids it's good.
So many people walking and rough housing in the lazy river. The lifeguards did nothing to control those acting up. There is no pool so many use the lazy river as such. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Website makes it appear as much bigger. Lockers have no locks but you can rent a lock...for $10. Don't forget your towels or you're paying for new, cheap towels(over $10). Sadly, we most likely won't return. On a good note, the staff was extremely friendly.
