Very reasonable prices....you and your family will love this water park and they have a section for adults and a section for toddlers......my family and I love this place i highly recommend for family outtings or even just to chill .....they also have like 2 to 3 lifeguards at every pool and they will make you feel comfortable ......GREAT PLACE

Really a good place for families. They have small pool for children (under 42 inches ) from 1 year to 4 year. My daughter who is 18 months enjoyed so much..my son is 7 yrs he also loved that waterpark...

Lifeguards from the slides suck, my child almost drowned thank God I was paying attention had to jump in to get her while lifeguard was distracted talking to another person. Kiddie pool was decent. Besides the scare at least the water was clean.

Love this place!!! Has water slides and a twister that is fun as well!!! They also have an obstacle where you cross it while holding a rope. A kiddie section, a diving sectiin and a swimming only section!!! Great place!

I'm SO glad they redesigned this water park years ago! We've taken swim lessons there, hosted a birthday party, and kept cool during those hot summer days! I love the different pool options available. Something for everyone! And the snack bar is convenient too!

Today is the first time I come here. Great place however my only issue is that it’s too expensive if you live outside of Lombard. For me and 2 kids $41 vs $24. I planned on staying a while since it was a pretty penny just for one day at the pool. Suddenly when I decided to stay till closing time (8:30) some one the speaker said they’re closing at 5 and will reopen at 6:30,

The policies at this pool suck. Unless you're a pass holder don't bother going. I've been three times and it's been a total inconvenience each time as they kick out everyone at 11:00 and don't let you back in until 12:30. I'm never going back.

This is my favorite place to go to in the summer, and I would recommend this to those kids who always keep their noses in their electronics. It's a great way to cool off on those hot summer days, not to mention a fun way, too!

Very racist and mean spirited staff towards people of color. Our kids were denied access to a section of the park supposedly because of their height but the staff member turned around and allowed someone of their same color to gain access to the area. We reported it to the management on staff who stated from here on out we will keep an eye on this and won’t allow anyone that doesn’t meet the height restriction access. We requested a refund to leave because we hadn’t been there long but was told no refunds were allowed. We left and I emailed the Director Mr Littwin and he never even responded to the email. I’d suggest you spend your money somewhere where it will be valued and you’ll have more to do. There’s also a long wait to get in because they don’t have a separate line for people who have prepaid versus people paying with a credit card.

The lady at the counter was really rude. We walked in for 5 minutes, didn't get the chance to put my foot in the water before they told everyone to get out of the pool. I asked for a refund and the lady made a smart remark. I will never come back to this pool.

I went to Lombards Paradise Bay today with my 1 1/2 and 2 1/2yr old babies and spent a few hours in the zero depth pool. 3 kids ranging from 10-12 came in rough housing, running, jumping, splashing all over. They proceeded to do so for about 10-15 minutes until one of them dove right next to my son throwing water in his face and ( not intentionally BUT) kicked him in the face as well and the employees watching this never said a word. Baby sections are made for just that, BABIES, and this should not be tolerated, and don't get me wrong these kids PARENTS ARE JUST AS MUCH TO BLAME. Step up your game people.

Great place for family pool fun. It's clean and there are water areas for all ages. They have a lap pool, diving well, three slides and more. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE LIFEGUARDS. They do a great job. I've never seen them act unprofessional. They take their job very seriously and it is much appreciated.

Slides are good. Crowded on hot days. On those crowded days, lots of hair in the pool. Water was cloudy which was a little off putting. High dive and low dive, aswell as a slide. 12ft deep water on those amenities. The deepest free swim pool is 5ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest.

The pool is nice, but there isnt a whole lot to do outside of the water slides. Toys are not allowed and even tag is frowned upon. The pools themselves are nice and the there is a decent variety of pools there too.
