Good food and friendly service! We had cheese pizza and boneless chicken wings/popcorn chicken. The chicken was for the kids but it was delicious! Fun arcade games even for younger kids. Our 3 year old and 5 year old had a blast! My son can't wait to play laser tag when he's a little older. Clean bathrooms which is always a plus! We will be back for sure

Great place. Good family fun. I would have given 5 stars but we went on a day where we could have saved like 30% by getting a special and the employee didnt even mention it. I saw it on a sign after we played for approx 2 hours. Otherwise, the game arra was nice, pizza wa as affordable and good - and I cant wait to visit again next time I'm in town.

Fun experience, clean and knowledgeable arcade staff. Lazer tag was fun. The lazer tag staff was less organized than the arcade or food staff. My wife enjoyed the pub area while the rest of us were off scampering around.

My family and I have had several excellent experiences at Luigi’s. We attend for family pizza nights, holidays with Santa or the Easter bunny, and hosted my son’s first birthday at Luigi’s. The food is good and the price is the best around! It has many fun games to keep the kids entertained. They beg to come back. Our birthday guests said it was better and cleaner than Chuck E. Cheese and that they will have to come back again soon. Perfect family venue. I also love their commitment to the community

They threw my food and drink away when I was in the arcade but I couldn't bring it in there with me. I noticed they raised all the prices since the last time I came here which was less than 6 months ago. Better than Chuck E. Cheese though so 4 stars

Pizza teasted great I got mine to take home. The service was ok. I believe the manager told the cooks to stop making pizzas so they were about to leave my pizza cooking untill the manager told them to finish my pizza and the cooks moaned/ groaned because they wanted to leave. Just a little side note i think you guys should cut the pizzas a little better because when i got home it was hard to break the pieces

Very nice place and the best part is..... no tokens to count for the children they are all logged on a card. Not as big as some arcades but very clean and the staff is cool. Even a bar if you want to hang out there while the kids run around and have fun.

I was kicked out of my sons party because I would not apologise to them for no food, no drinks, no game cards, no service 1 hr after the party started. That I paid $280 for! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wonderful time with my children. The laser tag was great for my children, ages 7-10. Everyone loved the arcade especially the four-person air hockey and Halo game. The kids loved the cheese pizza!

Great place to take your kids, especially if you're on a budget. Games of skeeball/air hockey will cost you over $1 at places like Main Event, but here they're only $0.50 per game. Your dollar gets you so much more here.

Usually a great experience. Food is always great. Family friendly place. Fabulous for kids. Only issue was after I paid for my to go order, the girl got busy with other customers and forgot about me. Someone else eventually asked to help me and brought my pizzas to me which had been sitting for a while so they were not as good as usual.

Great place, great service!! I usually get carry out, and they always get it right. The pizza is delicious, and they have awesome apps. We usually get some curly fries, fried pickles and mini corn dogs too. Awesome place, check them out!

Not gourmet food, but better than Chuck E Cheese. Place is old school and pretty cool, thought it was pretty clean, we’ve had fun the two times we visited. Lazer Tag is awesome! I’ve gotten in and out early, heard you shouldn’t stay too late, apparently the alcoholic parents go there when the sun goes down and the octagon ring replaces the ski ball machines.

This is a place I will have memories at forever! I've been going for years and every time it's an amazing experience! The food here is fantastic! You'd expect the food from their kind of place to be average like me, but I've gotta say, the pizza was one of the best I've ever had! Burgers are also amazing. Food- A+! Game room, it's pretty good. The minibowling is the highlight attraction and my personal favortie in the game room. They also have a connect 4 game, a Batman game, and many other incredible attractions for kids to enjoy. The card system is amazing, and is really convenient. Overall, the game room is better than Chucky cheese but not the best game room I've ever been too. Game room- A-. Laser Tag, best thing by far at Lugis, and one of if not the best laser tag arenas in America or dare I say, The World! The vests are very comfortable, the guns are foamed a little bit so you don't get hurt if you accidentally hit someone. Safest arena ever! The guns are set up you you have to have both hands on it and can't just wave it around. The 3 level area adds another level of thrill! The one thing I loves that I've never seen done before is the grates. There are grates on the multiple levels that you can shoot down or up through. Also has coves which I haven't seen a lot. Laser Tag- A+! One other thing I wanted to add in was Billys bar which is a really nice bar they have for adults. Overall Luigi's is one of the most fun places I've ever been too. Must do if you're in Aurora or even in IL in general. Luigi's of course gets an A+!

I'm a big fan of the pan pizza here, the rest of the family likes thin, luckily enough the price is are so reasonable we just order two. Game selection in the arcade is fine for the kids. Most games are "X" amount of money for a certain number of tickets and the kids can collect some cheap trinkets at the end. No games past guitar hero and big buck hunter for the adults or "big kids". Laser tag seems a bit overpriced for what you actually get but I believe that might be par for the course.

Came here. My two grandchildren were with me. I came here so they could play in the arcade. I checked the times before I came. When I get here I was informed that the arcade doesn't open till 4pm. I had two grandchildren that were upset,plus I came from Yorkville. I also rechecked and there is no time on the site on what time the arcade opens. Really.

Service is slow. Quality of pizza has declined ed over time. Feels like more emphasis has been put into making money from games and food has suffered. Tried them again. Got delivery this time. Pizza was OK but the most dry I've ever had, almost no sauce at all. I heard they were extremely busy. Hoping that was the reason.

Attended a nephews bday party and we were pleasantly surprised.. The pizza and the food.was alot better than expected. The bathrooms, game room and the establishment were very clean..I would recommend this place for children's parties.

Pizza taste and variety is outstanding. Menu has many options in addition to pizza. Gluten free crusts are available for those need it. Game room has Crossy Road! Great place for parties. Full bar. Prices are fair for excellent food. Lions meet here.

May (2018) special is Italian beef & Giardiniera... Probably the best I've had in a long time, definitely in the Aurora area. Old school refill policy which probably OK given we weren't at the table until the food came.

Luigi's has been a local hot spot for Aurorans for years. Long before I can even remember. The food is fantastic. The game room has been updated several times over since I was a child. Now that I have my own kids, it's fun to patronage with the next generation of Pizza Lovers. As with any industry, service makes a difference. 9/10 visits, service has been excellent whether dining in, picking up, having a party, or getting delivery. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

Attended our great granddaughters 6th birthday party here. The pizza was actually better than I expected, each of the young guests was given tokens to use in the game room which left most the of the adults time to converse without interruption. The parents were able to bring in their own cake and favors. It was quite nice!

Great food. Just wish the kids they hired were trained on how to treat a paying customer. Most everytime we come in we are treated like we are putting the person behind the register out. No smile, no hi , no thank you, no enjoy your meal,no please come again, and no eye contact. Not going to keep us from the delicious pizza but may not go as often and not dine in.

Pizzas good but service is just below ok. Onion rings went to the wrong table, after a while our pizzas were also sent the that table. When confronted they looked at my receipt and still wasn't having it. Waited too long for our food.

Love this place, have been coming for years! Owner is a great guy, and this business is an Aurora staple! They often run deals for Spring Break, etc but prices are super reasonable otherwise. Laser tag, mini-bowling, arcade, bar, pizza, etc, all good! Highly recommended!

HOT! Do not come here on a summer day thinking you will beat the heat with an indoor activity. The laser tag is not air conditioned and was hotter than outside plus you had on the laser tag equipment which just made it more miserable. We left really hot and it detracted from the fun. The laser tag was still fun, but we would have done more if it was properly ventilated. Pizza was surprisingly decent for an arcade/fun center. I would come back in cooler weather.

My fiancee and I love playing doubles on guitar hero in the game room. A strap on one guitar is broken and we wrote a request to fix and explained that it's something we really enjoy and an easy fix. 2 months later, no fix. No consideration to our request as loyal customers. Plus, the whole place smells like feet. Great pizza, though.

Luigi's Pizza and Fun Center is perfect place for kids and a great place for birthday parties. It features Lazer tag and a large arcade. Not surprisingly, the pizza is good, but it also has pasta, sandwiches and salad for decent prices. It even has a sports pub for adults.

A nice local family restaurant and pizza fun house. You place your order at counter, then sit with number and they bring your order to the table. The food was good and had fresh ingredients on the pizza and good appetizers. We ordered the "walking taco" pizza where they use cheese instead of pizza sauce. There are also pitchers of pop and bar area for watching sports and drinking beer or alchohol. The building was clean and well maintained. And the manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have laser tag and arcade room with prizes for the kids. We've been here for birthday parties and the kids and adults have had good time. Would definitely recommend for affordable pizza night out with kids or birthday party. Looks like they can seat many people if needed, also has private party rooms for events.

I used to go here when I was very little, and I still think it is a great place to go at 15 years old! Their games and laser tag were definitely my favorites! meal-wise, it's very convenient, the pizza is great. Although other foods, might not be satisfactory. But they have a great beer selection for the adults (at least that's what I know of). Overall, if you're looking to host a birthday party for middle aged kids up to teens, this is surely the right place for you!

I ordered 2 personal pizzas for pick up. When I walked on the place I was amazed. There had to be over 200 people eating there. The place was absolutely bustling. What was even more impressive was my pizza was exactly ready when they said it would be. A young woman named Jenna was very kind and should excellent customer service skills. We have also gone for others birthday celebrations.it gives the kids things to do like the arcade and their most favorite,Lazertag. The staff should pay attention of who is in the bathroom or still eating because me and my girlfriend were still eating and we were about to go to the arcade. But when we got inside, the staff members said that they already started to close because they didn’t see any people. Like obviously your not gonna see anything if your just standing there doing nothing! Go outside or look for your manager and ask! Look around ! But overall the pizza is delicious.

Fun place for families to get together and celebrate a birthday or some other kind of celebration. The arcade keeps the younger ones busy but if you like me you will have fun playing the games as well. Maybe even competing against your young ones in a game of air hockey. The food is good. Service slacks a bit but the environment makes up for it

The pizza is good, you can tell that they haven't renovated this place In years. The arcade is decent. It's a good place if you want throw a children's party. You can bring your own cake and ice cream and they will store it for you in their fridge. The staff is very friendly and the pricing is reasonable.
