Knights has a special place in my heart as my family and I have been going here every summer since I was little. Living in Oregon, it always felt so exciting to run around the park with my cousins, racing down slides and body surfing in the wave pool. Even now as an adult I find things I love, relaxing in the wave pool and asking for an extra push before going down the Devil Ray. I know that in the scheme of things this water park may not be that big, but to me, it is tradition, and it is everything!!!

It's really nice to have leisure activities so close to home. I particularly like the mini golf, batting cages, and go carts. However, the water park was a bust in my opinion. Perhaps for smaller children this park is a great visit, but for young adults I found this part of the park very boring. Additionally, the staff was not helpful and seemed confused as well on how to obtain a locker for our belongings. We would go back for the activities in the park, but not to the water park.

Absolutely wonderful place. There is so much to do for every age. The staff was nice and friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the bathrooms were not very clean and they did not smell good at all. Other than that, great place to take your family.

Braught the family and the in laws we had an amazing time staff was friendly and helped the kids out. Would still love to see the price of hot dogs go down 375 for a hot dog is a little high. Aside from that we braught our souvenir sipper and did the 1 dollar refill. Will definitely be coming back again for more fun

We enjoyed our day! Was very glad to see that there were lots of water activities and slides for the younger kids that were not tall enough for the adult slides. Printed our tickets online yet there was still a long line at the entrance. Probably because this was the first really nice sunny day. The women's restroom needs attention! They need to hose down the floors and there is no dry area to dress when finished swimming. The two showers had absolutely no door or curtains. The bathroom was really GROSS! Glad the concession food was affordable including the dippin dots but again, there was really long lines. Overall, a fun day!

Not saying it's not a really fun local park, just can't give it more than three stars because it is SO expensive. Way more pricey than the size justifies, and the "membership" plans are nonsense, no family option, etc. I was sad because we had a water park membership in our last location and enjoyed it, but this was just too pricey to justify.

This public amusement park has a wonderful atmosphere for children to have fun in. The body slides are so fun. It is nice that they provide lifejackets for the kids who cant swim. This a great place for a birthday, graduation, and group parties, or just a place to swim and hangout.

The golf range is just about the only one in the area and it is a good place to practice. Putt putt is unique and can be a fun date The batting cages have always been well maintained and we have used them since my kids were young. The go-carts, rides, cages, water park everything is great. The quality at knights is top notch the price have been as well. Perhaps that is what it costs to maintain a great place in a small town. If you are local look at a season pass it is more affordable but for kids parties and other events it has gotten pricey. The staff there is well trained and I think very safety aware. I enjoy the giant Manta Ray is still scares me when you first go up the opposite side of the slide. All in all if you are on vacation. Hit Knights Recreation, it's a nice water park to enjoy. We get season passes every year. If you go four times it usually pays off the pass. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that stinks is it's crowded on super hot days.

The bathhouse is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Used tampons were on most of the bathroom stall floors in the women's room, they're incredibly slippery, and only has two working showers. Plus, the walls are covered with dead bugs and spiderwebs. My husband said there's no place to hang a towel by the showers in the men's room and the bench is on the other side of the room, and it was also covered with dead bugs and spiderwebs. We arrived as soon as the park opened and the bathroom floors were dirty, so clearly they hadn't been cleaned. I've been to small beaches that have better restrooms/bathhouses than this! The pizzeria bathrooms were much cleaner, but unfortunately they don't have showers. Also, it's very expensive, even if you go on a discount day. Also, combining the dads/grandparents day with the military discount day insures that any dad who served doesn't get a military discount because the dad discount is cheaper. The only people who would get the discounts on Thursdays would be men without children or women who served in the military. Would it hurt to do a military discount every day, or on a different day? They deserve it. The Bermuda Triangle (which has three very tall slides) only has a lifeguard at the very top slide. Green buttons light up on the middle slide to tell you when to go and there's nothing on the lowest slide to tell you when to go. They need lifeguards at every slide. The yellow and purple slides have one life guard for both. The blond male life guard was more concerned with how his hair looked than doing his job. He wasn't paying attention, kept playing with his hair, and was on his phone the whole time. Also the park says no coolers or outdoor food, but that's a joke. Numerous people had backpacks or wagons and had food and drinks stashed in them. It's also supposed to be a family friendly park with no thongs, yet several women were wearing them. My children didn't need to be exposed to that. On the upside, the lazy river was fun, and they had lifeguards spread out along the entire path. They also had plenty of tubes, so anyone who wanted to ride the river could. The lifeguards at the wave pool were excellent. They stopped the trouble makers immediately and did their jobs very well. Also, lockers are only $.50 per use, so that's reasonable. There were plenty of lounge chairs for anyone who wanted one, and no one bothered our bags that we left on the chairs.

CHANGING ROOMS WERE THE WORST. Not even changing rooms any more! They used to have curtains over areas to change. There were NO CURTAINS! Just 3 of the tiniest and grossest bathrooms ever. There were people holding up towels to cover their friends while they changed. That is unacceptable. Period. Where are the curtains?! It's not a changing room, just a large area with a few bathrooms. This is what peeved me off the most, honestly. Go to the dollar store and pick up some goddamn curtains. Pretty pricey, but they know they can overcharge being the only water park in that area. I've been going here since I was a little girl and..it hasn't changed much. A few new rides, but not enough for the price in my opinion. Some paint sorely needs redone, and though I love the lazy river, my knees get skinned up because the ground is so rough and my legs are long. I understand they need to be a little grippy, but it hurts my skin jeez.

S.O. and I went to play miniature golf. The course was almost unplayable due to rain the previous day. I would not have minded at all if we had been warned that certain holes were completely underwater before we paid to play.

Took the family on a weekend adventure. Knights action park was a great choice and affordable. From the water park to the go carts everyone had fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. Park was also clean and equipment was in good working order.

Please save yourself the money. I’ve lived in town for years and this place use to be nice and clean and worth it but this place was disgusting. The mini gold course it completely run down and i couldn’t tell who any management was because it seemed to be ran by 17 year olds. The jungle gym is falling apart. No supervision. What happened?! Did it run out of money or something? Please please please don’t waste your time. I’d rather spend the money and drive to saint Louis than this.

Water was way too warm, like a bath, ick. The wave pool was nice but they don't let you go past 2.8 feet without a tube, even when there was no waves so you can't actually swim in it. The stop button worked immediately, and when they restarted the waves we got the full amount of time. The new little kids area was the best! I dragged my 15 year old in to just check it out and I had a great time just having the awesome cold water beating (hard!) on my back (only cold water in the park). There weren't enough tubes for"larger" folks

We took our children here when they were young. They always enjoyed it. Unfortunately it's showing its age. Needs alot of updating. If you go to other parks or even a resort, they are always cleaning and maintaining the grounds. They should be cleaning the tables and chairs every day and hosing down the concrete and tubes. The restrooms are not bad. The concession stands could have some healthy options. Alot of the concrete needs replacing or repairing. Our grandchild is young and like taking her there. Just wished they'd reinvest back into the park. They charge a fair amount and should be able to do that.

Been going for years. My parents, my 3yr and 5yr old, and myself spent 7 hours there today, the kids did not want to leave. A great amusement place close to home. Some stuff dated but still in good working order to have fun. Newer water attractions that are great. Priced fairly, best deal to just get a season pass. I wish they were open later.

This review is for the water park only. Decent facility but not worth $30 each to get in. Severely understaffed. 40 minute wait at the concession stand. I literally had to tell the girl multiple times what our order was. It was as if she was high - couldn't remember anything for more than 10 seconds. There isn't a pool that doesn't require their inflated tubes. So adults who just want to relax in the water have nothing. Went down one waterside and scraped my elbow pretty bad. Finally, if you do go, better bring sandals because the pavement is screaming hot. Burned my feet. Won't be back.

Busy busy place. Ive been here dozens of times over the decades. I'm so glad we've had 3 generations visit and it keeps getting nicer. They keep the place clean. The water clean. Alaob most people that visit are clean and well behaved! I love seeing them build on to this place and keep it going so we have a fun place to hang with our kids for a little fun in the sun.

The mini golf course was what we went to enjoy. The course was fun, though there were a large number of places on the course where the artificial green was torn and worn. Water features were not working, no water, looked like they had been defunct for a few seasons. Overall, though, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a great game. We only played one of the two complete 18 hole courses.

What is with those stairs to the tall water slides? Those are dangerous the way the set up. One spiral staircase to accommodate 3 slides. So everyone is jam packed together. Little kids trying to slip past you almost making you fall bc there is no room to move. Otherwise, I had a great time

My kids are 5 and 19 months. They had a blast. There were big slides theyboth could go down. Newer water slide/ splash area. Not sure it's worth $30 per adult and $25 for kids. I'd rather go to six flags for that price... but I had free tickets so it was well worth it. Bathrooms were disgusting though and no curtain to change, we changed in car.

(Friday June 21, 2019) My fiancé and I haven’t been to knights since we were teenagers and we decided to take my baby cousin. We were having a great time enjoying the park before the storm came. We went to the wave pool before we decided to leave because we saw the storm quickly approaching. Well my baby cousin is nine and was trying to paddle back to shore in the wave pool when the waves were going hard but she had to go to the bathroom. She flipped out accidentally still in the deep and started to scare herself because waves kept going over her head and she couldn’t see. A lifeguard got to her immediately as I was trying to get to her as fast as my hugely pregnant body would let me. She calmed her down and help her until I got to her with her tube. I’ve never been more grateful to someone than that life guard. I didn’t get her name but thank you so much. Only thing I’d recommend is the rocks that are all over the park hurt really badly to step on so maybe remove the rocks and the bathroom needs to be updated it’s kinda gross. Plus there’s a broken window on one of the restaurants by the bridge which is worrying. some of the park needs repainting, repairs, and possible removal all together because it’s so old and run down. I also wish that because of the storms that we could have gotten a readmit pass for when the weather gets better and maybe heat the water a little bit more it was freezing

Its a nice little water park. My reason for the 3 stars was because of how filthy the pizzeria is. And it could easily be updated with very minimal effort. All the tables were filthy and there is mold growing on the walls. The trash was over flowing and they werent busy. Just kids in the back hanging out. Really makes you rethink even eating there at all.

It was a lot of fun, and some of the pro's instructed those of us who had no idea what we were doing, and gave tips to those who had a bit of experience golfing. We like that they provide some covered areas, as well as open air greens.

Best place to go for fun in Springfield with your family. There is plenty to do and it's a pretty clean place. They have a driving range for adults and mini golf for kids. Only downside is the price. It is not affordable for lower income families.

We went on Friday, 7/20/18. Had a great time, despite the wave pool wasn't working ; paddle boats weren't open & I could probably walk faster than most go-carts. I think there should have been some up-front notification , discounted price or free concession. Next time, I will ask if everything is operational before I pay the pricey admission.

Kids enjoyed it. This place is getting dated and the maintenance or lack there of is slacking to say the least. Lifeguards they have did a great job!!! But look around if you go there we’re empty lifeguard seats and there were slides that had no life guards and I’m talking slides for the kids to get on. Parents were running the slide and making kids wait their turn. Only one lifeguard at the top of the hill? Not safe!!!! Limited floats as there shared between the wave pool and the lazy river which could use some serious maintenance. Over this place needs a lot of maintenance! So much potential!!!!

We paid too much. The mini golf was run down they had no score cards & very little lightning. We had to use our cell phones to light up some of the holes. None of the special features were turned on. The greens were covered with grass & bugs & had holes in them. 2 of the batting cages were not working & lack of signs left you to guess how fast they were pitching. The kid running the go karts forgot to start my boys cars before he turned the light green, leaving them a lap behind. My husbands car died during the race & mine barely made it back at the end of the race.

Our family loved it 5 out of 5 for the hole family. But me on the other hand 3 out of 5. Thats half. Today is the day after we went. So sore. Being a mom, me trying to keep track of everyone and everybody did a number on me. If anything changed maybe easier ways to get across the park! The park was clean to but the nats at the park was so bad. Ours children had itchy nat bits all over them and pool ne of them are allergic to them.

The Put Put golf area is poorly maintained. The bushes are overgrown, the overall upkeep of everything was poor. Many of the lights need to be replaced; we were trying to put in the dark. We had fun because we chose to enjoy ourselves in spite of the issues.

A lot to do and the water park is fun. On the downside, it is a bit expensive and the food is not good. Signs say "no outside coolers" but most people bring them. Pic below is part of the hotdog we ordered. The Mountain Dew fountain soda came out warm and quickly watered down with the ice they put in.

Very expensive but kids love it. Needs maintenance badly. Took boy to batting cages and the slow pitch was pitching so high even standing as far back as possible. I couldn't hit and I stand 6'1". My poor boy although excited just to try it for first time got a half dozen good pitches from the $10 in tokens. Majority of the time it wouldn't even pitch at all. Instead of adding new attractions. Focus should be moved toward maintaining what you have first.

This place is amazing! My only concern is the size of the park. It's not really big, meaning less rides. But the rides themselves are super fun; they can range from relaxing to intense! For people who don't wanna get wet, there is non-aquatic rides including mini golf, go-karts, archery, and more! It's a great place for any person!

There was plenty for our grandkids to do at the park and they really enjoyed it. I enjoyed it a lot myself. If I had any downside to mention it was that the guards at the wave pool were more interested in being silly with each other and talking with a couple of guys. A different guard at the large white slide had a hoodie around her face and was lying down next to the slide. I get it. It's the end of the season but guards in the other areas seemed much more invested in keeping an eye on things. I also didn't feel the cost was terrible either. It was a full day of fun for 4 of us so it was worth it to me

Knights needs an upgrade on its amusement park. I was a part of a group of eight who all came out to have to do a couple of rides on the go carts a play around in the batting cage. This night they only had 4 cars working with no intel to when they'd fix the others.The batting cages were off in speed and accuracy. Knights needs to take some time and service their attractions.

We decided to play putt-putt at the last minute to celebrate a birthday. We went to Knights. It was $7 for 18 holes which was ok. The course is in really bad shape however. Inside, the bathroom was dirty with debris on the floor. Not Knights fault as much as piggy guests. I was disappointed.

I used to buy season passes every year until 2011. Then I can back to visit for the summer. We got the passes again. We have been 4 times so far. It has been great for my 2 year old. The park has an area for everyage to play. They have 7 slides for bigger kids. Wave pool splash kingdom, paddle boats, seal bay, and lazy river. They have 5 dinning areas. They also have a bar with video gaming. They have golfing and batting area as well. Food and drinks are expensive but good. Bathrooms in the water park are gross!!! Slush mud water all the time. The front lobby bathrooms ear arcade are nice and clean. The kids have fun everytime we go!! Season passes are worth every penny.

This place is fun for all ages. It has many things to keep people occupied. We have visited the waterpark and enjoyed it greatly. It does get very crowded on hot weekend days, but that is what someone would expect.
