I was excited for the new go karts. The way they hyped them. But then you see the track...tiny. No where to actually get up to speed and you have to wear a helmet? Why? You cant go fast enough to have that be necessary. Maybe because of people bumping you? Either way dissappointed. Better tracks in the area.

Awful, dirty, and so expensive.. Bowling alley was horriblw the lane was going crazy on us... No refund only game credits. Games over 1 dollar each and do outdated...Go carts and bumper cars broken... So not worth it...

My young son loves the place because of the arcade games and bumper cars (and he would probably give it five stars), but I would probably give it one because of the amount of games that don't work, the "not my problem" attitude of the staff, and the filthy bathrooms. So... average it out to three stars.

If you can't find something fun to do at this place your crazy. They have all kinds of games and roller skating and bowling and I think they have go Carts. And more than I can mention. I went for a birthday roller skating party and everyone had a great time.

There is no doubt that this is a Fun place to go. It can get a little pricey depending upon what activity you choose, but what entertainment isn't pricey. It's a great place, clean, safe environment. The reason for only 3 stars is, not just some but most of the "young adult" employees lack people skills. I know they will learn as time goes on. BUT for this Grandpa today 8/8/18 the rude incompetence of the staff was quite frustrating. Not enough for me to blow a gasket, but darn close. Try it out for yourself, I'm sure you will have a fun time. Respectfully R. Pilz

Lots of various activities for kids. One of the few bowling alleys left in the area. Modern lanes, clean, and well lit. Lots of arcades upstairs. Simple laser tag and indoor mini golf. All in all a nice hang out for youth.

This was a great arcade that I'd never been to before and really enjoyed exploring. I really hope to come back again soon, my nephew and I had a terrific time without even getting to fully delve into all the activities they had to offer.

Great place to be at for arcade, bowling, go karts and laser tag. They have mini golf and batting cages as well. Only issue is that sometimes the game won't respond even after taking your credits but it's rare.

This is a very nice place - friendly staff and fair prices. I used to take my daughter to the skating rink once a week but now we go only once every other month because the music is too loud for people to hear one another talking.

I went to the batting cages. They redid three outdoor part. They expanded the mini golf and added some go carts. They eliminated the driveway on the south side of the building. I didn't know that. So when I left i went the old way out. And the kid collecting tickets by the new go cart track, acted all big and tough and was like,"where you going?" "You can't get out that way!" I said, "I'm sorry I didn't know..And he said,"come on just look" I told him this way used to be a way out. But whatever he was mad because he had to work or whatever. I like Funway and using their batting cages, even gone skating with my nieces and nephews. But this kid had no right talking to me that way. Makes me think twice about driving 40 min. to go use the batting cages to have someone be rude to me.

Plenty of space and games for the younger kids. Games are pricey and random, such as $1.26 but otherwise fine. Bowling and roller skating is also optional.

My daughter worked at this establishment (if you could even call it that) for around 5 months and she hated every day. The other staff would pick favourites and they would get higher wages and more privileges, while my daughter worked every day and didn’t get any recognition. I hate that they made my baby feel so out of place and we will not be returning again.

Such a big loud, bright fun place to take your kids. Laser tag and arcade games. It's a blast and the people are helpful. I like the customer service and the options for kids entertainment. I've never been there and my 1st time was great definitely a place to visit once a month

My family had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a roller rink in my life. I would like to simply say it was the poor staffing, but it went all the way up to the management. I’ve have frequently went to this establishment with my church and I have thrown multiple birthday parties for my children here. But after this last experience I must say I will NEVER return. The food was horrible, the music unbearable, and the manager VERY VERY RUDE. I ordered food that never came. When I complained after seeing this happen to another individual as well, they brought my family food to us cold. It was so cold I told the manager to touch it and feel the lack of warmth. He then said what do you want me to do about it. I thought this was a joke. I responded it would be nice to receive hot food to start. He then tried to blame me for why I hadn’t received our food as if I wouldn’t have kindly given my name so that they could call me to pick up my order. They never asked me for my name. He then continue to be rude after we had to wait another 15 minutes just to receive fresh fries. The kids were willing to eat their sandwiches. They were hungry. Then the manager proceeded to bring a smaller order than what was on my tray initially. At this point, I’m only trying to salvage the night for my children. The manager was even at the point where he did not want to release his name to me. I wanted to know the general manager but he refused to give me any information. This is pathetic and unprofessional for an establishment. If they don’t value their customer base, then I will gladly take my money and inform anyone else I know that this is not the place to go for a family outing

My husband, son, and I drove over an hour to come here because I used to come here as a child. Now, everyone working there had a poor attitude that made my sons experience not worth it and didnt want to come back. Whoever was working at the bowling alley blatantly ignored my husband when asking him to turn the bumpers on. Then a ball got stuck in our lane, which was in front of the counter, they dismissed the alerts, my husband asked them after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come help, the kid shrugged his shoulders and turned away, my husband went on the lane himself and got it. I brought all our shoes up to the counter and told them to cancel the rest of our game because of this and no apology was given and the manager was standing right next to the kid and said nothing. Will never return here due to the poor experience.

Loads to do, we went for the roller disco which was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday! They have good music, requests, and games. The arcade is run by using cards which you top up, it's nice because you can decide how much you want to spend.

They offer so much for kids & families! Bowling, roller skating, mini golf, batting cages, laser tag, arcades. Had my son’s birthday here, did laser tag, bumper cars, roller skating and reserved room. The kids had SO MUCH fun. Great price and an awesome experience. Most impressed with maintenance & attention to detail. Been to other locations that were dirty w/ broken arcades. Not here. Everything works and is well maintained. My only complaint is slow service at one of the concessions. Took a very long time for one pretzel.

Food was alright, fairly priced and portioned. Alcoholic beverages are available but quite pricy (a bottle of angry orchard cost 5 bucks but it could be worse). There's a variety of games, staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience. You get a card just like most arcades to load and collect tickets and such.

It was okay, it has a little bit for everyone, not sure about the prices because I went with a group and I had to be responsible for some people so I couldn't see if they have deals or if it's reasonably priced. Considering the location and how much they offer it's probably worth a trip or two for adults and preteen to older kids alike. Younger kids like 11 and under are probably too young for a majority of the stuff.

Affordable skating and skate rental, great rink. They always have enough safety staff and great mix of music for all ages. Bowling alley is clean with an easy scoring system , great snack booth with friendly staff. Great way to spend the day with friends and family.

My wife bowls on a league on Thursday night along with my mom. I was going there the first few weeks with them because I have know those ladies for a long time. Let's start with the food. I would order stuff for our 2 kids(usually chicken tenders and fries) and my order would get forgotten about or misplaced. The first 2 weeks I was there it took over an hour for food. I went back last week and I only took 25 minutes. Way better. Now the league is having issues with lane break downs. There is no sort of management that knows how to address the problem on staff when they are bowling. The kids that are behind the desk are not properly trained to handle them and frankly don't seem to care. Also there's no mechanic on duty? I have been in the business of bowling for 20 years now and have never seen the I dont care attitude like this.

It looked a little weird on the outside, my opinion, but once I got in, it was amazing. There was everything it promised. The skating floor was huge and so was everything else, along with the amazing gas powered go carts, but the only problem was the food. It tasted...ok...and was cold. We also waited a great amount of time just to get a hamburger, and 2 sides, and there wasn't anyone in line...

Went for a birthday party and my kids had a blast. The staff was great and friendly. My son didn't have enough money on his account to cover the full price of the last game and the gentleman was kind enough to still let him jump on the basketball hoop. Thanks to all of you my children had a blast. Highly recommend!

Not the same as before. Service was bad, a lot of unfriendly young people working there that didn't have good work ethics. What ever was taught at home showed in that place of business. All people should be treated equally. I will not go there again or recommend anyone to go.

I only love this because I grew up here and to see the overwhelming progression is amazing. Still full of scantly clad teenage girls, teenage boys overly doused in cologne, plenty to do for a price, and now newly equipped with drunk parents. See back in my day your parents dropped you off to go get drunk without you.

I'm only giving 3 stars because it's very inconvenient when you booked a party but only have 45mins to sit at the table. Once your 45mins is up you have to find seating elsewhere. Other then that you do get your money worth when booking a party.

Had a party reservation for my kids paid a deposit of 100.00 dollars got told thur email final price was 259.60 so when i got there i got a receipt that said 259 also however towards the end the lady give me a different price i asked for a manager she told me she was the manager and was argueing WITH me and walk off didn't want to deal with my party as a paying customer a manager is not suppose to walk off and the customer is always suppose to be right the party hostess also lied on us all i was trying to do is give my kid's a good party they end up having fun and the other kids to but i enjoy other then the customer service i think it was terrible and the party package should at least include 2 pizza

We go here often as we have three children, and it's always a good time. We sometimes ride bikes down the bike trail to visit Funway, our kids love doing that! We've done the roller skating, bowling, bumper cars, indoor glow golf, outdoor mini golf, go carts, arcades, kid parties with pizza, and our favorite the bumper boats in the summer. Doesn't cost us much to have a great time, would recommend and we will return also.

Over priced, they let us pay for 20 mins of skating didn't say it was going to be over shortly,had to wait over 30mons for the bumper cards which is small. Games where over priced and prices where cheaper then the dollar store. Would not recommend it and won't be coming back. Not worth your time or money. Plus most the staff is 15 saw only one adult.

When they say it’s the largest entertainment center it’s definitely that and then some. Arcade games, go karts, bowling, laser tag, roller skating, etc. It’s truly a place that can entertain everyone young and old. It was a drive for me but a drive I’ll definitely take again. We love skating here and have since us adults were teenagers. We went last night for the first time in quite A while cause we kept having problems with a certain young female rink guard, once management was involved she was repremanded (for bringing up a issue to our 12 year old about our younger children when us parents we skating right there as well, and the issue was NOTHING that wasn't allowed) we did not see her and hopefully no longer works there...if she had been there we would have left ...other than her EVERYTHING there is fun and the other staff is kind, fun, and helpful...

A lot annoyed that for bumper cars my father and my son had limited space to play because they left all the unused cars in the way! They had like 1/3 the space to move. ALSO, not all the laser tag some of the vests were not working. Place was clean that was good point.

It's the only place I know in the Aurora area that has so much to offer. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone from old people like me so young people like my daughter

Grew Up skating and playing video games here in the nineties, and the place is still going so they're doing something right. Decent selection in the arcade, in the back the go karts and batting cages are excellent. My kids are not old enough to skate yet, but I know they will enjoy going here for years to come.

The brand new outdoor mini golf course is well done. Fun to play, challenging without being frustrating, and each hole is unique. No fancy moving pieces, but still a well made, basic course with a good bit of ramps and layers. We had coupons for 2 free rounds of golf, but since the course is new and the price went from $4 to $7, we still had to pay the difference in the price change. They are definitely making some positive changes as the place was looking a bit run down in recent years. We also love coming here for family skate night. We bring our own rollerblades and it is very affordable even for our larger family.

Our family enjoys going to Funway. We have had several of our children's Birthday parties here, taking advantage of the roller skating, laser tag, bowling, and arcade. We been happy with the activities, staff support, and price. It's better than Chucky Cheese on both counts. We also come here occassionally for fun afternoons. The open roller skating/blading is fun and affordable.

Everything was fine when we got there, my family and I went bowling which was fun. Then we got hungry, We went to order and they seemed confused after asking for a pretzle and some chicken. After that was over we had to wait over half an hour to get our Nasty food, the chicken was undercooked and there was way to much salt on the pretzle. The BLT I got was just burnt toast with lettuce on it, and they forgot our order twice. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

Place has way too much awesome stuff to do, but does get expensive fast. A maze to navigate. We went bowling and found ourselves crowded in the lanes. Bowling shoes were something out of a horror film and kept coming off. But the game of bowling was nice and they have a ton of food options.

The food here is terrible I was here for a tournament our teams food was given out 30 minutes after every other team got their food. The frys didnt have any salt where soggy and Luke warm. All of our chicken tenders where extremely thin and burnt.

Gotta say a a great place to bring your kids and family. The place look small on the outside but really is HUGE I mean like the fricking tardis anyway the go kart was one hell of a ride and just the good amount of speed to get the adrenaline running does leave your hands a bit sore but no pain no gain the laser tag is upstairs but would say its not the best but what can you do in any case was still fun to play in the arcade the prices arnt bad but can get you sucked in to paying a bit much all around a great place to have fun with your kids

This place is fun and it's got something for everyone. The prices on the arcade games are super fair and reflect how old/new/exciting/etc the game is. I've never seen that before and thought it was Awesome! Some of the games were broken or the card swiper didn't work, but I'm sure that's a hazard of the business. All in all, the bowling was great, the bumper cars were a riot, and the new outdoor part looks great. I wish we lived in Batavia so we could go back soon, but we'll be sure to go back the next time we're close by.

So much fun, Great service! I am a terrible bowler, and I get sweaty palms. I will usually spring for a rosin bag when available, but they did not have them to sell. The bowling counter attendant Raul, went above and beyond for us and lent me his personal rosin ball. I still sucked, (royally) but we had a great time!

Never knew this place existed but apparently its been around for a long time. They do a good job to keep the place looking updated. A lot of things to do. We didn't get a chance to do the outdoor activities and will probably come back to try the water bumper boats, batting cages, etc.

The kids had a blast lots to do we were there for four hours it can get a little bit expensive once you hit the arcade but I would recommend this place
