Used to love taking my son to this place, that was until I placed my hoodie on a table and picked it up, only to realize that it was destroyed by the bleach they use to clean their tables. When I approached the owner/manager about it, he was careless and basically said it was not his problem. He refused to do anything about it. I will never return here for such a careless staff and management team. The manager could have easily replaced my hoodie, as I have the receipt that proves it was brand new and he wouldn't do anything except shrug his shoulders. What a disappointment.

We came here for a school skate event. Never again. Half the arcade games were broken or they ate our tokens. Even though they gave us tokens back that we lost, it was annoying to constantly have to find someone to get them. Then some machines said we won 20 tickets but only gave us 5. So we had to find someone again for those. The ATM doesn't work while someone is running a credit card apparently, so half the time when you swipe your card it gives you no money. And you have to do it all over again. (Then I was told I had to call the ATM provider to complain because that wasn't their problem, because it's not their machine.) The food and drinks are incredibly overpriced, and not very good, the toys are worse than Chuck E Cheese or Haunted Trails, the skate rink isn't really a rink. There's no walls or anything, it's just a big open floor with big awkward circle seats in the middle which don't seem to serve any purpose. My daughter who is just learning how to skate had nothing to stabilize her (like a wall normally would) So we got her a "skate trainer" then got yelled at by some kid because we grabbed one since no one was around to help, and we didn't know they charged for them. ($5.00 to rent a piece of plastic with wheels on it, which didn't help her at all). Also, your shoes will stick to the carpet, and the bathrooms were just shy of disgusting. I have no clue how this place has gotten 4 stars.

Came here for a school sponsored event. The price was great. The staff was helpful in getting the correct size skates. The food was ok, typical of diner style food. The pizza was a big hit. The arcade area was nice for a break from skating. They also have laser tag, though we didn't do that. It was also nice that for the last hour they let the kids dance on the floor.

I have recently had a birthday at Family Fun Zone for my son, and visit here and there. Our girl was very pleasant and did great with our party. The arcade games were not all working. Overall, we will keep continuing to come to Family Fun Zone.

We drove over a 1/2 an hour to come here and we double checked on the website that it was open skate tonight from 6 to 10:00 p.m. but then we got here and it was closed for a private party which was stated nowhere on the website nor that it can be booked for a private party on Friday nights. Was very disappointed.

To start off I came to this roller skating rink thinking it would be better than all of the other roller skating rinks I've been to, but it wasn't I definitely wouldn't bring young kids here because the facility is dirty and raccoons were running inside and spiders biting children. Horrible experience and never will be attending here again. The bosses are very rude and have no manners. Spend your money somewhere else.

Friday night skated with my 6yr old and it wasn't crowded. Unlimited lazer tag tonight too! I Love the family atmosphere. There was a great Birthday party there and we made new friends. The staff is awesome

It's ok for skating every once in a while! Not for speed or jam skaters. Rink is very very rough and needs to be redone and no finish at all! Good for family's to go have fun every so often! Other star is because you only get 3 hours to skate! Got there at 6 and they closed it at 9! Never been to a rink on a Friday night that ends at 9,usually midnight on Fri and sat! Would go again though just to do something!

My kid's enjoy skating here but the games are a waste of money. I love the staff they make sure the kids are safe while skating. Food not so great but the place has the potential to be great. Small minor changes like new games and updated menu can make this place awesome.

Wow not the best place to take younger children. The teenagers were using vulger language and after we asked them to calm down there are small kids here they laughed and said " who care we know people who work here" and the games were disappointing lost tokens and food was mediocre at best. We had high hopes for the Family Fun Zone but went home with our heads down. :(

First time customers here and the place was alright. It was clean and had lots of seating which isn't always the case and the staff was very friendly. The music was good and the rink was a pretty good size but I did notice it had some bumpy and uneven spots and I wasn't a huge fan of the fact that you had to step down onto the rink especially with a 4 year old who was using the skate buddy. The only reason I probably won't be going back is the price. $11 per person for admission and normal skates (plus another $5 for the skate buddy for my 4 year old) is almost double what some of the other places around charge and it's only open for 3 hours. The upside of that was that the place was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon with at most probably a dozen skaters on the floor at any time so there was plenty of space and I didn't have to worry about my 4 year old getting in anyone's way or being knocked over. They also have a decent arcade section with a standard 4 tokens for $1, but most of the games took 4 tokens to play so it was more expensive then places like Chuck E Cheese or Haunted Trails for the same games. We weren't there long enough to need the restrooms so I can't comment on their state and after spending almost 40 to get in, we opted not to eat there either. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and my kid had fun but I felt like I could have gotten way more bang for my buck had we gone elsewhere. The lack of crowd was nice, but it's hard to say if it was really worth how much more it cost.

The fun is GROSS AND OVER PRICED!! The "slider" Was 7 bucks! No bigger than a white castle burger for 7 bucks!! No condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, NOTHING! Just a dry ass burger! The big burger was a regular size burger with fries and a drink they want 20bucks!!!!!! Again, another DRY ASS BURGER! SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else!

If you are not going to accept more than one coupon your flyer should state that. This place is empty any your staff is turning down my money. And, 4 times your run-down games had to be reset. Overall, it is outdated with worn out skates. Even the music was outdated.

I would of gave them an extra star if the manager from Saturday night Feb 24 2018 wasn't such an insensitive jerk. I brought my daughter her to do something different than the usual bounce house indoor play. She is autistic so I never know how she's going to react sometimes. I thought the music was fine but it was hurting her ears.everytime I turned my head someone kept taking our walker that they hold onto when they skate. Finally after getting her skates on and eventually getting our thing back. We tried the skating. That wasn't happening she had a tantrum n pulled them off. So I decided this wasn't going good. Ok went to bring the skates and the training thing back for a refund because we were only there for 15 20 minutes at most when the manager came and said. I'm not going to refund you because your kid decides they don't want to skate. What a crumb!!!! So, i gave my receipt and wrist band to some kids coming in and we left. I can't believe they hire such insensitive people to work with kids. The place also needs major updating the bathrooms are old looking as well as the arcade and old carpet on the floors. Other than that, it was over priced as well. We will not be coming back here. I'd rather travel to Fleetwood than give them another dollar of my money.

We came here for a birthday party it was fun for the kids who could run around like animals and burn off all the extra energy. A lot of activities like basketball with trampolines and dodge ball with trampolines. Really cool look to everything. They even had a ramp run and obstacle courses. Great time

Today there was an event for Martin Luther King Jr. Day where everyone gets in for $1 12-8 pm. This did not go as planned. People showed up and were told they are not allowed to come in and we’re forced to stay on the outside of in the little room before entering the building. Police were called because fights broke out. Children were touched, screamed at, and harassed at by police and workers. Family Fun Zone should have done better planning if they knew that they were only charging $1, many people would show up. This is not the place for big events.. never come to any type of events at this location of Family Fun Zone.

I am so sorry! I have been roller skating all my life and never felt a floor like this one. It is uneven with cracks in it and those skate mates. Skate mates are killers, more ppl fall and hurt themselves with those things. While I am at it I dislike the music selection maybe it's because it is predominantly dedicated to caucasians. Don't get me wrong, I listen to everything from country to classical but most of what they play has next to no rhythm to skate to.

The new owners need to WAKE up if they want this place to stay open!!!! The music played is NOT family friendly!!! Outside food is forbidden, so if you have a child that cannot medically keep down pizza & dogs your out of luck!!! We haven't had luck w/kids showing up when we purchased a party pa kage & they won't give refunds!!! I wanted to bring in a peanut free, gluten free cake & purchase drinks, slyshies & cotton candy, but management said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

The rink itself is a good size, there are party rooms for groups, and arcade games and prizes. I went for a birthday party and really enjoyed myself. Also they have both roller skates and roller blades for rent and they're in great condition.

We continue to go to this place because the kids love to skate and its the closest My son even worked there with the original owners for a while. New management now. They said they cleaned and refreshed place but its still old and run down. The dj booth sucks. The music is so distorted because the speakers are awful. The food is expensive and selection is poor. You can only get cheese or pepperpni pizzas. No other toppings. The girl at the front desk was snippy. Not worth the money. We are done with going there

Seems like an awesome place, skating was good, laser tag was cool, pizza was good. The arcade was kind of a joke though, quite a few games out of order, like at least 5 or 6. The games in the arcade that were working had a bunch of problems, not giving out tickets, stuck balls, etc. Any problems we had with the machines the workers were coming over and fixing, seeming happy to help, no attitude. Also, not much to pick from for prizes. Overall, would take the kiddos back there, would not spend any money on the arcade, but not a bad place at all.
