Very clean. Prices aren't bad. Wasn't crowded at all when we went. Plenty of life guards on duty. Relatively small for a water park but the kids loved it and are asking to go back already.

The place seems clean and the employees are friendly. However, I paid a lot of money for my daughters to get swimming lessons and for one, we kept getting told different times on when the lessons were supposed to start, secondly, teenagers were the ones teaching the kids how to swim and they didn't really do anything special. I could've taught them just as good as they were trying to teach them but for free. I won't be telling friends and family to take kids there for lessons but the park itself is ok to go swim at. There's nothing really special about it but you can swim and there's a jungle gym type set for the kids.

We took our 6 year old grandson for the afternoon and loved it. All the pools were very clean and the staff was excellent. We had a great day and are planning on getting a season pass for next year. Keep up the good work. Chlorine levels were not overwhelming , which is easier on the skin and eyes.

Great little water park. Been in this area many times and we didnt know this park was there. Son had a blast. Things for olderr kids to do as well. Bring swimming shoes or flip flops because concrete can become very hot during the afternoon. Staff is friendly. Park is clean and concession stand is good. Great place for kids if you have some free time.

I was there yesterday! Never once did I see anyone fondling anyone. The park was packed and for what I witnessed all ages were having fun, the touching and looking down someone's chest I find that far fetched, the life guards are there to watch the safety of the kids and not deal with petty BS. As a matter of fact the guards had to resuscitate a kid. The guards watch and are trained to help when needed in a emergency, it was handled very professionally. It may have been something like bumped a child and NOT touching a child, there is a big difference in accusations. Depending on the person's motive.

My 7 y.o.son is legally blind and has to wear prescription goggles to swim. At EVERY other water park we've been to, as long as the goggles have straps there is no problem with them being worn. Here, it was a problem, they insisted he take his goggles off and hold them in order to ride the water slides. He CANNOT see without them, therefore, he wasn't able to ride them. Had I known this prior I would of saved the $61.00 entry fee (as we are not Collinsville residents, we are here from Texas visiting family) and just went to a regular public pool. My son was looking forward to the slides and to deny him that was nonesense. Especially when I saw adults going down with sunglasses, no straps! Therefore, if your child has any visual impairments do not go. They'll break you kids heart.

Great place to go with the kids!! We were there for hours when we went this past summer and had a great time. I can't believe I'd never heard of it before. The little (3) didn't want water in his face, but had fun in the kiddie pool and lazy river until he warmed up to it. The older (5) had a great time and was excited that he was tall enough to go dow some (not all) of the bigger slides. It did get pretty crowded as the day went on, but there was enough to keep the kids entertained for hours. Unlike larger water parks where I remember waiting on line half the time. You have to expect some crowds on a hot day. If I'd wanted to sit and relax, that would have been a problem. You need to get there early to claim a seat if your goal is to sit while older kids play. I needed to supervise, so it wasn't an issue for me. We rented a locker for the day.

Came a few days ago with my kids (9,8,5) and had a great time. It wasn’t that crowded. Perfect size for my family. Any smaller and it might get boring, but any larger and it might get overwhelming for me to keep track of my kids. The kids had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend it! Great bang for your buck. Also, we got the pizza while we’re there. Not my favorite pizza, but the kids LOVED it!

Splash city is a fun place they have different areas to go to ,food is high but I would expect that ,they have shower's locker room, and they staff are nice. I love this place and want to go back soon.

Great place to go for family fun on a hot day. Friendly staff. A good place to take your munchkins for swimming lessons. And if your a regular I would definitely recommend getting a summer pass. Saves a decent amount of $$. I'm from Arizona so my only wish is that they would buy up more land and make a decent sized wave pool. That would be a huge plus. ;)

Unfortunately had to give a 1 Star because it was no option lower than that. NEVER boook here for a party. I booked for my about to be 8 year old and was not told all the information I needed to know. If I would have known I can come earlier than the party time. I was also treated with rude service. I have never been to a party you spend $250 and I was informed thru someone else of cupcakes being just sat outside and no one that worked there informed ME the Adult that paid for the party of cupcakes. For $250 I had to pass out my own cupcakes and stuff. I spent better money at skyzone, and Rock n Jump for less money and better service. This was a first and last time trying here. After mentioning this I was told by their manager that she was sorry and told there was nothing they can do but was never offered anything. If I would have been asked this I would give better ways of improving but I was not given a chance of basing asked anything just told "It's nothing we can do". Even with the hassles my other party guest had even to get in. Despite the issues the kids still had fun. I would just not recommend party services and if you have any issues they won't do anything about them. I wasn't looking for anything free or a hand out. Just someone to understand and try to figure ways of improving. But they failed miserably

Men are disgusting there. I came to the water park to have a good time for my birthday. Did i have a good time? no. One of my friends got touched in places that no girl should be touched without permission. Went up to tell the lifeguard, got the manager and they couldn’t do anything about it. Which i find very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never ever come here ever again. Worst day ever.

Wonderful place! The entire staff, lifeguards, guest services, and concessions were all a joy to be around. They were super helpful! My son fell down and scraped his knee, and the head guards were able to help us so quickly. I would give this place a 10/5 if I could! :-)

I took my kids there . Park was clean and well maintained . Have lots of different things to do . There's a lazy river, pool to swim with a climbing wall, little pool with lily pads to cross and couple slides . This isn't really a spot to go for thrill seekers. The slides are laid back and not that fast all . Ws all still had lots of fun and will go back again

We took our 2 1/2 year old to enjoy the sun on our way into St. Louis. We went on a Saturday when it opened. It wasn’t crowded until we left around 2:30pm, and the staff was kind and understanding of my running toddler who refused to listen to the no jumping rules. The concession stand was a typical concession stand. Nothing to rave about. And the locker rooms could use some updating. Overall we had a great time and would go back again!

Very big and little kid friendly, there's a splash park with lots to do for bigger kids, a kiddie pool for itty bitties. Also just a big pool area! Lots to do. There's vests too for kiddos, down to infants. So fun!

This is a great place to go if you want to swim with water park fun.they have 2 slides, a water park playground for the kids and a pool. There is also a rock wall, which is super fun to climb. I recommend going on a hot day.

I used to come here a lot when I was little. I came here for the first time as an adult and was very disappointed. They hold your license to ensure you return the locker key which I did not like. They ended up losing my license and didn't seem like it was a big deal. The manager said she would check the safe and call me which she didnt. I had to call her after 2 days of waiting. They just said they would send a check for a new one. I was very upset because it seems someone may have my license which could turn into a fraud situation. After talking to the rep for Collinsville she just sent me free passes only good Monday through Friday after I told her I work bank hours. I have told everyone I know not to go here.

June 11th, 2018. 11 am to 1 pm. I come with PTOEC Summer Camp twice every summer. Today we were there with 40 campers & 10 counselors. I have never been so disgusted with a bathroom. It was so slick with slime & dirt at the pool entrance to the women's bathroom that I almost fell down. I walked straight to the sink & washed my feet. Tried to use the shower, but it was broke. I could tell the whole floor hadn't been cleaned. I was told by other adult conselors that the Lazy River had a lot of stuff floating on the water that shouldn't have been there. I went down the white slide by the bucket. There were brown marks inside the slide that I hadn't seen before. I hope I never see it this bad again. It's always been clean. What happened?

The aqua park is a very nice facility. Its in the process of undergoing a change in management, I.e. the old organization "CARD" was voted out and Collinsville parks and rec is In. Hoping this year brings a fresh breath to the community!

So much fun for both my 4 year old and 11 year old! There were multiple pools and areas for both to play and lifeguards in all locations watching and helping where needed the entire time. (Image shown is just one of the many sections we visited but was by far the favorite for both children)

Ended up in ER the day I went. I had an allergic reaction to their pool chemicals. Nothing I did or ate that day was different. No new clothes, no new pets...... I'm just telling my story. My advice is, if you are prone to allergies I would be. Careful

Appreciate the $10 Senior price. A great day with the Grandkids. Wouldn't recommend the cheeseburgers for lunch but we weren't there for a dining experience. Bring poolside footwear as the pavement and dry areas around the pool can get hot. It's a good time!
