First time to this park.. have to say pretty impressed! Clean, bright, good music, fun times had by all my kids. And the best part.. when i got tired they had massage chairs for my old butt to sit in! Fantastic job guys so much so that the wife pretty much said we have to do birthdays here so she does not have to decorate.. the prices of the birthday packages were really good as well!! I see us coming back more and more.. wore the kids out which is fine by me

Great place. There's a rock wall, a toddler area, and a spinning cushioned wheel you can jump over. Its fairly cheap for an hour and that's really all you need. Cool place and everyone there is so nice to the kids.

What can I say, this place is fun! We took my highly energetic, 8 year old grandson here, and he had a blast. He played for an hour and a half, and when we had to get him off the floor, his face all red and sweaty, looked at us and said, "Can we come back tomorrow?" It's rather spendy, in my opinion, at $12.95 for an hour, $4 per additional half hour, but worth it for an occasional treat. We'll take him back. Oh, and they have a parent's lounge area with 2 massage chairs (for pay, I got a 6 minute massage for 2 bucks, worth it), a sofa, big screen TV that was playing some football game, and free coffee! Nice touch.

Very fun trampoline park! The prices at Altitude are fairly cheap and there's quite alot to do here. Going on a weekday is much quieter than going during the weekend, so if you want more peace and quiet, go on a weekday. The employees are very friendly.

This place is awesome. Tons of trampoline fun, rock climbing wall, some arcade games, and a great place to have a birthday party. You pay by the hour. One hour is usually enough to wear the kiddos out.

If you can get over the high price when with a group than it's great! Also maybe a run down of the rules before being let free would be good. The kids I went with were being spoken to in a "this is the third time I've told you" tone. When doing things that even myself would have thought were okay. Also bring a towel your going to be sweaty and they don't have paper towel in the bathroom.

Super-fun for kids and adult alike. Bond with your kids by jumping together. Remember to take ibuprofen later - your legs will ache to glory. All good stuff. The only caveat due to which I did not give 5 stars - 2 water bubblers in huge play area and both broken. 2 machines dispensing water bottles - 1 broken and 1 functioning. And no outside food or drink allowed in play area. Can the mgmt fix the broken water bubblers and broken machine at the back? And evaluate adding at least 1 more water bubbler near the front of the store?

This place is EXCELLENT! Kids will have a great time. Very clean and lots of staff monitoring everything. Not a 5 star because they don't offer a weekly or monthly plan. I would definitely bring my kids at least 3 times/week, but $15 every trip is too expensive. Overall super place! Kids will love it.

What a fun place for the family. They have a dedicated space for the smaller kids, which is very nice, and a wide variety of activities, more so than some of the other trampoline parks in town. The prices are fair and they have a lot of staff out on the play floors to help keep everyone playing safely, I really enjoyed the visit and will definitely be back again

Looked fun, we just went in and watched to check it out. Is great for exercise, and ok on price after and hour your gonna be pretty beat anyway. Definitely go try it and get exercise then decide if it's worth it for yourself.

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever, my youngest child decided to not jump and I had to go out to work leaving my 19 year old son, 14 year old son and my 9 year old who decided not to jump, they asked if he wasn’t jumping to leave, he told staff that he needed to wait for his older brother to drive him home but decided to kick him out anyways, what is wrong with you people? Leaving a 9 year old outside alone with no cell phone and no other way in because he was kicked out because he wasn’t jumping waiting for his older brothers! What if he was taken? This place needs to be shut down and deserves to have their awards taken away for “being the best” according to the awards on the front doors! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention that this same thing happened to my friends 8 year old son for just sitting! This place charges for overpriced food and when going to the nearby pizza place or McDonald’s THEY CUT YOUR WRISTBAND OFF! So if you get hungry in the middle of jump time you need to eat their $4 per slice of pizza from the same pizza parlor 2 BUILDINGS AWAY! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Terrible!!! Never again!!! I went there, and there were springs falling out of a trampoline. I went to go tell the staff members but they didn’t seem to care. They said the would be right over and an hour passed and they still weren’t there so my friends and I decided to leave. I drove a pretty far distance for a horrible experience. Next time, I’ll go to with sky zone or launch.

Was fun but the staff seem like they hate their jobs. Nobody barely talks, they slouch over the things they're working on, girl up front has an attitude, and the guy that works the spinning thing goes way too fast with small kids on it. My kids got hit in the stomach and face multiple times. How do you expect someone to keep up with how fast your going? He looked like he was falling asleep standing over the buttons. Need better more friendly staff!

One Worst staff member, Today we went to Tampoline park , We took 1adult and 2kids tickets, When I started jumping Less than 5mins only one staff member came and asked did you purchase your ticket, I said yes and shown my tag also and again she asked me name and details to ask in front desk , how they give tag without purchasing ticket ?? How she appointed as a staff member ? And one more when my son started jumping there he hurt his elbow , they are not maintaining some walkway and trampoline places properly .. so please take care about your kids when they jump

My family and I are visiting Boise for a family trip and decided to try this place. My 4 year old and 1 year old absolutely loved this place. It’s huge and very clean. For the money we paid for my 2 kids and my nephew to jump on their trampolines I was very disappointed the restrooms were disgusting I couldn't even change my daughter's diaper in the restroom I had to change her in the public area on top of one of the tables because the changing table was broke even if it wasn't broke it still smelled like urine so badd I would not have changed her in their other parents were walking in the restroom and walking right back out the staff was very young and only somewhat customer service oriented partially concerned with chit chatting with each other as opposed to helping the customers I will probably not be back to this place anymore

They call your party when it's time to sing happy bday and cut cake. So you can round up the gang easier that way it seems. But my child still didnt get the hint maybe yours will.

My 2-year-old and I have so much fun here. We come here for toddler time during the week with friends when there are no crowds and the price is discounted and always have fun. We also booked a weekend birthday party for her recently and it was a fantastic time! Kids of all ages love this place and the party was a hit with grown-ups too. It's a workout so wear clothes you can move in and be prepared to sweat.

Extremely overpriced. Not toddler friendly. Firstly my 3 year old was $10 for one hour. One hour.... It would have been more had I not brought our jump socks from another jump place. They made us surrender our jump socks from the other jump place just so that he wore Altitudes name on his. There is one single parent bench in the tiny section where kids are supposed to be 52inches or less. That inches rule is NOT inforced. Big kids will go into that toddler section because there is no separation between that and the big kid section. There is a paid supervisor in almost every single section EXCEPT the toddler section. There is no daily rates for very young children. Probably a good jump place if your child is older than 6 but then again, rates go up per hour after that age.

While visiting from out of town, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We brought 7 kids, all cousins of various ages, for an hour of fun. The oldest was playing with the younger ones and was yelled at by the manager, a male wearing a backwards baseball cap. He threatened to kick him out. When a few of the younger ones wanted to add another 30 minutes, we were told we would have to pay $9 for a "new transaction" instead of the additional $6 that a 90-minute session would cost. What a poor business model! The owners need to reconsider this because I'm sure more people would add time if they made it easier. You would think they would want to keep the place busy when there is no line. The icing on the cake...no soap in the restroom! I don't think we will be back unless there is a new owner/manager!

Be careful with this place. They will charge you more than you reservation. With any reason jump over time .They let kid play over time then they charged $23.00 for fer kid. I didn't order pizza and cake the price i have to paid almost the same.you can't do anything cause they already took money. No matter you have to deal with them first the last you paid. It is not same amount. They trick you out of your money. Bye bye Altitude. Not again for me

We went on a Saturday night with a group of teenagers and our toddler - everyone had a great time, but they were at 200 jumpers when we got there. The facility is quite large and while there was open jump space, and they do have a toddler only area, I wasn't comfortable with my toddler there. I felt like the staff was more concerned with looking cool to their peers (as most of the staff was quite young) than they were with maintaining a safe environment. Even in the toddler/kid only area he got bumped around and knocked over by older bigger kids. We're going to have to go back during the week when there will be less of a crowd.

ATP is well equipped for my 3 year old. We had fun together. I was happy to be there on this rainy morning. 2 massage chairs and plenty of seating and picnic style tables. We will be there often. Needless to say she napped well after jumping for 90 minutes.

We love Altitude and are regular customers. Easy to keep track of kids in different age groups because of open sight lines. It’s clean and bright and doesn’t even smell like stinky teenagers. Finally, some of the staff are stellar. In particular there is one guy named Thomas that always pays attention to my little guys and is super kind to them and makes their day whenever we show up and he’s working.

Horrible experience. My 13 year nephew was in the dodge ball pit with older boys they kept hitting him in the face with the ball. There was never a member of the staff in the pit. It then turned into him being assaulted (sucker punched) by a 17 year old. My family was then made to leave after spending 100$ in that god awful place. They are not supervised... Then when I try to call and get a number to someone above who was there. I get told there's no one above him. It's a joke. They steal your money

It is quite expensive for what you get. My 5yo and 18mo was $27 for 90 minutes and we already had socks. I would have to pay full price if I wanted to help them on the the trampolines and pits. We went to another park in Meridian with several other attractions for the littles at half price for all three of us. And that was unlimited. Unfortunately their hours are not as good as altitude. The staff at this facility on a Friday afternoon seem like they hate their lives! This is probably the last time we come here.

My 3 year old and I came for toddler time and had a blast! The staff we met were great, and the gym itself was fantastic. New, clean, and lots to do. In addition to the main trampoline area there was a kiddie jump section, a climbing wall, a couple of foam pits with a trapeze and a diving board, a gladiator balance beam, a whack-a-mole type two player game on trampolines, two basketball hoops, a dodgeball arena, and other activities. We spent an hour and a half here and could have stayed longer if not for naptime. I’m so glad this place opened in Boise! If I had one suggestion for management, it would be to please have toddler time on the weekends, and maybe open for it an hour before the place opens to other patrons. The last city we lived did their toddler time like this and it was great for the kids to be able to play without fear of getting trampled, plus most kids this age nap around noon and wake early, so being able to play earlier would be great.

The facility is clean and open and their prices are fair. It’s a great place to bring older kids. It’s difficult with younger ones (my son is 10 months old) because there really isn’t a safe area for them to play since there are so many children running around.

This was our third time at Altitude. The first two times we were there for birthday parties. They have two party rooms, which are given exclusivity for your party, and they also have the option of tables that can be set up for your party, overlooking the park. As much as kids love bouncing/jumping, this time mine fell in love with the the Beam Battle and the Rock Wall. They also played Dogde ball for a while and didn’t even bother going to the basketball area, going right back to the Rock wall. It’s an hour of intense fun and this place have plenty of options of areas to play. They charged by half hour, hourly and the biggest advantage for our family was to get the $60 pass, which allows us 6hrs of fun. They also have a $90 pass, but I didn’t pay attention for how many hours that’s good for. First timers need to fill out a waiver, so prepare to go 15-20mins in advance. Also important: kids have to wear their specially made anti-slip socks ($2/pair). You can bring those back any time you revisit, so keep that in mind so you don’t have to keep buying them. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located in a plaza where there’s also a supermarket. This quickly became a favorite place for our kids and we’ll be returning. So far all we had was good experiences!

This place could be great. The trampolines super fun and easily handled a bigger guy like myself. Place was clean and in good shape. Staff was not excited to be there and it was obvious; they were not rude, but not very enthusiastic either. They also seemed under staffed. Also you need to sign a waiver to use the equipment, which is understandable, however at opening 1 working computer for 7 seven families, the other 2 we're down. As I said some really good potential. I have heard by word of mouth that other locations operate better.

Awesome trampoline park! They have a toddler area for kids 60 lbs and under. There's many different jump areas for 60+ lb kids. Basketball hoops, dodge ball area, foam block pits with and without trapeze. My grandson jumped for 2 hours and was very happy here!

This place is great! We went during toddler time which is 11 to 1pm Tuesday through Friday. Kids jump for $10/hour and adults can add on for jusy $2. Can't beat that! Once you buy the socks you don't have to buy them again and there's a little kid area for those under 60lbs so you don't have to worry about the little. So fun!

Poor Management - took my son and a friend on Saturday March 24th. After jumping for an hour I gave them each some money to spend in the arcade. After one of the machines took my son’s tokens but did not operate, my son requested a refund from the manager. The manager scolded him and returned some, but not all of the tokens. When I spoke to the manager he admitted that he knew the machine was broken. I told him that he could avoid this problem by unplugging the machine and putting a sign on it and that he should return the rest of my son’s money. He ran off to make the sign, put it on the machine but then hid in his office until we left. It was embarrassing. He kept his tokens but lost his dignity. We have always had a better experience at Mullet Hop in D’Iberville. We’ll take our money there next time.

This place is a very nice place to play. Not too busy on mondays. The place is clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and was very attentive when my child had difficulties with another child taking head shots at dodge ball. I wish the place was a bit busier on a Monday but still the quiet was a nice change. The prices were reasonable at 15 for the half hour. But no outside food or drink was a drag when they sell food and drink inside.

I have mixed reviews about this place. My son and step children LOVE coming here, but my concern every single time we walk in is -- Are there any adults working here? The place is ran by teenagers. It generally smells like a foot covered up with disinfectant. On the weekends, there are far too many kids in that place. There should be a limit to how many bodies are allowed in that place at one time.

I am currently a manager at a bigger chain of trampoline parks nation wide however when I travel I typically like to go check out their local parks and see how they differ from ones of my company. This park in particular sticks out as one of the worst. I know how things should be running and this is not it in the least. First off when you walk in rather than being greeted and explained the process, you are forced to walk up to the desk which was a confusing mess of coworkers openly discussing an injury of a jumper and when they decided they were finished my last name was asked for. I Fill out the waiver and my birthday was never asked for on it and no ID was shown so as far as they know I could be a 16 year old kid lying on my waiver, I get the socks yada yada yada I approach the jump floor and.. Oh. My. Gosh. If my park ever looked anything like this I would be on the unemployment line immediately. Kids violating nearly every rule in the book (which is not surprising after all the rules were never explained or enforced) laying down on trampolines, double bouncing, sprinting and racing. These things happen all the time trust me I get it..... but.... the staff needs to be involved and stop this so nobody gets hurt. This whole building is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The 3 employees out there were just busy talking to each other or zoning out to care or realize what was happening. Not stopping people from hogging attractions or blatant rule and safety violations. And one thing that really bugged me was how I know they start times on the half hours at trampoline parks so I get there at 6:13 and I purchased a half hour which got me until 6:30. Now since I work at one I understand how and why i was swindled of jump time but if I were a new customer to trampoline parks, which as far as they know I was, this would have absolutely ruined my experience completely being that it was never explained nor did they just assume to start me at 6:30 to get a full half hour. It’s just a whole lot of little things that most people don’t realize but this place is NOT recommended from me on a safety and customer service stand point. Hopefully they make some well needed changes so the business can thrive though, could be a lot of fun if run better.

While we thought this was a great idea to begin with I won’t be bringing my son back here. The staff, yes, is friendly, but when it comes to being observant, not so much. My ten-year-old son broke his elbow because the kid working the Wipeout didn’t care to stop the machine when it hit him, giving him no time to get up before it barreled over him again. A month of his summer is now gone because the kid was more interested in staring off into space than watching the little kids. Disappointed.

Did our child's birthday party here. The experience was so amazing! Everyone at the party had loads of fun. Victoria (our hostess) was really nice. She made the entire party experience seamless. She helped out with everything and was ever present for us. The place was quite clean, safety announcements were clear over the speakers and not too many to make the experience annoying. If you're planning a child's birthday party, definitely keep this up on your list.

This is by far our favorite trampoline park yet. Very clean, open, and reasonably priced. We didn't feel overly crowded and there were things to so for all ages! Fun place to jump, but buyer beware on the birthday party packages and teen night: We brought my son, his grandparents, and a group of his friends for his birthday this past Friday. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that what had been promoted as “pizza” were slices that looked like they had been cut in thirds if not fourths. For a teen night. We ended up having to leave early because everybody was so hungry. (Pizza shown beside the water bottle for size (everybody's slice looked like this). I know it seems like a small thing. But Our party ended up being really derailed. And when I reached out to management, I got a robo-text message offering me thirty minutes of extra jump time ... thanks?

Update 3/15/19: we’ve been back and noticed the height restriction to Wipe Out and the operator was very attentive the entire time! I’m updating my review to 5 stars. This place is so much fun and my kids always ask to come back here!! I really want to give you 5 stars, I do because my entire family had a blast there! However, I did get very upset when the Wipe Out operator kept turning his back to the ring with the arm going full blast and would take out someone little (5-6yrs old and younger yes this happened to my TWO YEAR OLD). If the wipe out operator is going to spend more of his time watching everything else instead of doing his job, I would highly recommend there be age restrictions on that activity. That’s a HUGE liability.

I went here with my son and his friends, I would rather drive 40 minutes from Nh ,(where we live)then 10 minutes to Skyzone! I will never go to the other place! Altitude was clean, the staff were very kind, and the kids had a blast ! We went at a good time. We stayed for an hour and on the drive home they barely said anything except how Awesome Altitude was and how tired they were ! They also don't make a fuss over socks !!! They do require good skid resistant socks but you are not required to only use theirs unlike the other place!!

Lots of fun! Many trampolines to bounce on. The only drawbacks (for me) is that there is no dedicated place for very little kids to bounce and jump in foam pits. There is a lot of room to spread out. Also, they have automatic opening sliding doors to the entrance that opens directly on to a parking lot. Again, not a problem for older kids, but if you are 2 years old and your mother takes here eyes off of you for a minute.....

I've been to four different types of these trampoline parks and this one is the worst. If the staff were not wearing shirts labeled 'staff' you would think they were customers. The kids basically run the show here and chaos rules. No supervision whatsoever. Sure the kids have a blast. What kid wouldn't have a blast when they are allowed to do whatever. Too chaotic and dangerous for my likes....

Extremely fun, many different activities. Be prepared to be sore and exhausted, but it's no match for how content your inner child will be. It's a bit expensive but well worth the money.

Great way to let the kids exert some energy. The birthday party rates are a little higher than I'd like to pay especially for not allowing outside drinks and only allowing pizza. But the kids love it. I'm sure we'll be back

This is the biggest Trampoline Park we ever visited ! It was very exciting, the kid was outpowered after only 0.5 hour! The prices are fair, good instructions and we felt safe with all the available and very attentive staff around the place everywhere. Thank you for a great Time.

wonderful place to have children's birthday parties. they do all the work of providing decorations, serving ware, and bottled water. the children have a ball jumping in the various trampoline arrangements. they clean up after you finish your party.

Toddler time was a great value. It was a great area to have, and with mostly young kids there it was a wonderful atmosphere for my 2.5 year old to jump and play.

It’s okay. There’s rly are kind of expensive. There is not a variety of things to do besides jump on little trampolines. No drinks or food for parents or table to sit at for parents. But it was okay because we had coupons so at a discount price it was definitely worth it. But I think at the regular price is not all worth it.

For the 5 minutes I was there, it was really fun. On my first jump i ever took there, I fell down hard on one of the purple "safety guards" in between the trampolines. I would suggest making those less hard and protrude out of the floor less because while I was waiting there to be picked up, I saw several people either trip on those or fall on them.

Was ok. Son super enjoyed it however there needs to be more places to sit and tables for non party groups, as well as better food and drink service.
