Sadly outdated and appears to be run down and in need of major upgrades. Not enough space for sufficient TSA screenings, the stale air during those long humid days days without a good breeze make standing in slow moving lines, and I'm sure working under those conditions must be insufferable at best.

I was stuck in this airport for nearly three days and this place was like an oasis in this otherwise mind-numbingly commercialized airport. Without this place to calm my senses I might've lost my mind. Only downside is the endless screeches of jet engines on either side; either go in the wee hours or equip yourself with some noise-cancelling headphones and relaxing music.

My son’s booster seat was not with our luggage. The crew looked for it. When it didn’t turn up, they offered to deliver it to the hotel. They found it within 5 minutes of us leaving the airport. They walked it over to us at the hertz. Really great service.
