Nice place to meet up with friends to hang out. Eat before you go because the restaurant has the slowest service and food that taste like it came from Sonic, only saltier. Tables aren't bussed or cleaned promptly, leaving customers waiting. You have to get your own beverage refills also. This place could be so much better with very little effort.

Tonight was my first visit to a Main Event. We ordered food & drinks before our bowling lanes were ready & the service was subpar. I ordered the hamburger, it was not the best. It was well done & charred, I was not a fan but our waitress (Darry) told me they could only cook it one way. I ordered a water & it took so long for it to arrive I went to the bar & got my own. Everyone at the table who ordered drinks after I did recieved their drink while I went thirsty. I had to go & get my own. I substituted the onion rings for an extra $2 & only received 4. Yes, FOUR onion rings! Never again will I order food from them. I will only bowl or play games if I ever return.

It was my first time going. Me a hubby went on a day date away from the kids. Was still actually pretty busy, was very fun I must say. They have a 20 dollar pass which allows unlimited games bowling and laser tag. The laser tag was awesome and such a workout. Customer service was good and food and drink were adequate. Would defined w my go back!

Great place to bond family together. We love Monday madness $ 10.95 gives you choice of Arcade or bowling and Laser tag or Rope. Games are well kept..95% of them are working well. Laser tag area is pretty clean. We choose Arcade for kids and then we go for Bowling.. It is super fun.. Food is great too.. Lots of choices. We tried so far Pizza , Parmesan cheese sticks, Nachos Everything was great. Beer choices are available as well. So all in all Great destination. We hosted our Scout event, It was big hit as well.

$20 and some change gets you unlimited bowling, laser tag and sky course. The price was so good. We will be going back! They have lots of different package options. Be ready to wait if you don't get there early. They are very busy in the evenings, especially during the summer. Nice staff. The bartender was very sweet. He was in the weeds almost the entire time I was there, but yet still friendly and nice.

Very, very fun place to visit with friends and family. Bowling is super fun and has a really neat environment to it. Arcade has a decent amount of games and the adventure course was cool. We thought it would be kid friendly, but only if you're kids are older than 5 and older. There was no structure. We waited so long for bowling. We were moved 3 times because someone took our lanes and when we ordered our food. It came out cold.

The service was amazing and outrageously quick and there was a variety of food in the menu and not to expensive. A lot of coupons and discounts are available throughout the week. I would say to being a large group to get discounts and an endless amount of fun and laughter!!!

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Horrible we came in on St.Patricks Day and it was cool at first. We took advantage of the 19.95 pass for family of 5 the total was 110. The pass included everything except gaming. The gravity instructor was horrible my daughter was terrified once she actually got up there and the instructor just left her on the platform, my husband and I heard my daughter screaming and I had to go get her while this so called “certified” person is just standing there. I finally got my daughter down and my husband took her to play laser tag. My husband stayed that they were waiting in the laser tag area for 15 min prior to even being greeted(their play time was 840). Then when the dude came in laser tag he didn’t give my husband and our children their vest or even give them instructions on what to do. After watching my husband he stated”y’all knows what y’all doing” , and my husband said “no I guess we’ll have to figure it out”. Midway through laser tag my daughters gun stopped working and she was just walking around until she found her dad to switch guns with her. You would think after spending 200+ dollars they would have better customer service.

This place is simply the best. If you are looking for a place, especially in cold weather, where you can take the kids for a fun time and also have a great time yourself as adults, try this place. There is a full-service restaurant and bar, if you like that, with a great selection of food and drinks, bowling, a ropes course, laser tag, pool, and probably the best arcade anywhere in the area. The prices are reasonable, especially if you get the all-day pass for basically $20. There are all kinds of discounts you can get online, and by registering your email and phone number, which takes some of the price off. Your kids will have a lot more fun than they would have at Chuck-E-Cheese. Take that from me, as I have a lot of experience with that place. My kids overwhelmingly prefer Main Event. The whole family can easily spend an entire day at this place. This is really what we have been looking for, and I know a lot of other people would like it, too. Horrible service had us waiting forever for drinks we ordered then was served a glass that looked like it had short hairs in it. The bartender was clearly on some kind of drugs almost passing out during every task she was doing & they had us waiting an hour for bowling never notified us and when I asked for a refund they said oh we have tons of lanes opened not sure why we were waiting. Also I am thankful I received a refund even though the girl at the counter called a manager to come do it but go figure no manager showed up. This place is a mess.

The slowest service....food was cold and I felt kinda like they didnt want to wait on us...hmmmm wonder why that was? Wasn't the first time either..sucks to be treated that way and it's so close to home. Dave and buster's is so much better in my opinion.

We did the summer fun pass for 5 people and that includes unlimited bowling, laser tag, gravity walk, and billiards. The kids wanted to bowl first. We were told that we could only have the lane for one hour due to all of the birthday parties. Once we started to bowl.we needed an assistant for the children with the ramp. No one offered to grab it so we walked to the area to get it and after passing 4 employees the 5th one offered to grab it and bring it to our lane. It did not take that long to get the food that we ordered and it was good. Both of the kids meals came with fruit and the loaded fries are delicious. I feel that the pass should have included game cards with the money that you spend and the amount of time we had to wait for the laser tag and the gravity walk. It was clean, fun, and a good time for a Saturday morning with kids. I do feel like they were understaffed and the amount of birthdays that they had did not help when it came to paying checks or needing assistance in certain places.

This is a fun place! They have good food for an entertainment place. Bowling area is top notch, just be aware of others around you. Kids were constantly in our lane and parents didn't care. Management finally moved us away. We've had other issues with other patrons but again management worked with us.

Main Even takes fun seriously! This was the third time we've been there for parties. My own daughter had her party here. My daughter, son, and myself love air hockey and DDR. At the bar there's a yummy riesling and awesome cheese bites. The pizza is always good. The service is wonderful.

This location is probably the best Main Event I have visited. The food and customer service was great. Also the restrooms were clean; which is always a plus. If you’re in the area and looking for something laid back to do, I’d suggest Main Event. Kid and Adult friendly.

The selection was decent and Monday was unlimited play for $10.95 so I saved a ton on the entertainment and noticed that Tuesdays kid d eat free! I would give it a thumbs up, a gold star and a 4.5 rating in the Family Entertainment category.

The perfect place to host a company event! So much to do for every age and interest! The food for events is served in a well presented buffet with delicious menus! The staff is friendly and attentive. The size of Main Event allows for as few as 10 up to 1400+ if you want the full center! Main Events belong at Main Event - Suwanee!!

Super fun but you blow your money fast here. They have good deal options though. Try checking those out before you go to make the most of your money. While I was there we experienced a hiccup due to someone putting their charges on our tab and leaving and the waiter being especially rude but the manager was super nice and made up for all of this by apologizing and fixing the situation.

The bowling itself was alright, but our screen quit halfway through and the food was extremely overpriced. Even for a children's birthday party, you're better off somewhere else. The staff didn't care at all, and frankly I don't blame them because the management seems like a joke. If you're planning a visit to the Main Event Suwanee, prepare for a pricey disappointment.

A decent entertainment facility for young adults. Includes arcade, lazer tag, bowling, billiard, and small indoor ropes course. Just be aware there is a 4 ft minimum height limit for the lazer tag and ropes course. Also listed bowling prices do not include shoes or socks.

A very cool place for birthday parties, family gatherings ,or just a fun night out with friends. There is something for everyone in your group to do. They offer bowling, tons of arcade games, ski ball, a sky walk, and a restaurant with a diverse selection of food and drinks. It's not too crowded like many of their competitors are and the prices are reasonable. The arcade games dispense tickets at the end of play so the little ones can pick a prize at the end of the visit. Our group consisted of people ranging in age from 4 years old to 70's and everyone had plenty to do and had a great time. Their sky walk is also lots of fun for those whom are not fearful of heights. The facility was clean and the staff was attentive and pleasant. There are many food and drink options on the menu and everything comes out good and fresh. They also allow you to bring your own cake in if you're hosting a celebration. Also as I mentioned before, kept much cleaner than your typical arcade. We will definitely be returning.

I know this place is fairly new to this area but they need to expand immediately! 4 1/2hr wait to get a lane to bowl. A 2 1/2hr wait for laser tag. 2hr wait for zero gravity rope climb. That's just RIDICULOUS! Something has to be done!!!

Took my boys here (9 and 6) to play laser tag and arcade games and they both really enjoyed it. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a lot of different games. We came on a Tuesday and they had a deal going on where you could pay for the price of one activity (bowling, laser tag, ropes course) but then you could do it as many times as you wanted.

They are expensive when you take kids! So go on their website and make sure you look up their deals. Usually on Monday nights after 4 you can get an unlimited arcade game card (you can't earn redeemable points in the prize store and play the virtual game). It's only 9.99 and that's the best deal!

We came to a real state event NAMARs Young Professionals Network and had an awesome time. We have a small buffet of chips, dips, chicken and beef wraps, and donut holes for dessert. We did one round of bowling and had a few drinks from the bar. The food and drinks were very yummy and we had a great time. We will have to come back again and try the video games and pizza place!

It was a good place for my kids to hang out. The drinks were not all that good but the price was decent. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The waitress was attentive to my kids. (I sat them at a table close to the bar area so I could keep an eye on them while the adults hung out.) The bartenders were not very friendly though. But overall, my kids had fun so it wasn't a bad experience- it just wasn't great!

Place is great!! Plenty of things to do for older kids I think ages 7 and up is appropriate. Not much to do for smaller kids. Laser tag and the gravity ropes kids have to be 4ft to be able to do those activities. Staff was helpful, they saved me some money doing a special that they had going on!

Josiah - an employee who works the ropes course at the Norcross, GA location went above & beyond today helping my great-niece (who has some disability challenges) and has never been on a ropes course before - and was scared to death. He not only held her hand when she was scared, but stayed with her to help her make it across the last obstacle (zipline) and to the finish of the course. I can not thank him enough - kudos to the management that hired him. She was so proud of herself and she couldn’t (wouldn’t) have done it without him. He is an absolute positive addition to the team at this location. Thank you Josiah!!! 5 stars all the way!

Overpriced, and terrible food. Ordered 3 of there platters that came with wings, and they weren't even cook all the way thru. So cut before you bite. On the good side I asked for the manager who promptly. I informed him of the issue and he fixed the problem immediately. Still left hungry and robbed, but the kids enjoyed it.

Had a great time with family. We took them during the daytime midweek so there wasn't really a crowd. Food arrived quickly after ordering, kids had lots of fun. The midweek deal is pretty good, basically $20 for everything except arcade play which is 10 extra bucks for an unlimited hour.

Took my kids and little cousin for their birthday. They had fun with the laser tag and arcade games. My 2 year old son really enjoyed the interactive game system on the floor. We ordered the food and game combo. The price was ok. The food was good. What I didnt like is that it took forever to get a server, I had to ask at least 3 employees before someone came to our table. When a server did come, she told us that our server was "busy" and would be out soon. You shouldn't tell customers that the server is too busy to even take their order. It took another 5 minutes to place our order after that. I would go again but I dont think I would eat there.

Main Event has it all. Arcades, Billards and an indoor Zipline! We bowled too! The only downside was the food took a long time to come out, the server explained the kitchen was backed up. I have a feeling the kitchen is always backed up. The food was not great when it did finally come but that was not my main reason for coming here. The kids had a good time and I would definitely come back.

Amazing party! Such a good idea to have not one, but two party coordinators helping out. I feel I barely did anything but socialize, bowl, and play games. The party went very smoothly, there were plenty of pizza, cake, and drinks for all. The staff is so kind and polite and eager to make sure the party runs smoothly. The games are fun and plentiful (we love bowling and air hockey), and even though the place was crowded, we never had to wait to play anything and it never seemed TOO crowded. I enjoy a place that's full of people having fun - I didn't want to leave! I have recommended this place to a friend who wants to have her daughter's birthday there. Thank you Main Event for a truly wonderful party!

Very fun place lots to do. HOWEVER!! Do not get the timed arcade package I was not advised that any tickets won during that timed play are not counted and cannot be used. Also the food area there is horribly slow it was a 1 hr wait for bowling so we decided to eat but the time the food got to us we were only able to eat a couple bites before it was time to go. Then when we got up there I asked if they had my phone number correct for the reservation and apparently I was never put on it which had us waiting ANOTHER 45min. Very disorganized and kinda of chaotic. This place needs help and I believe better management.

Waited 2 hours for food after we ordered. When our food finally came it was cold. Waited another 30 for ranch and mayo. Signed up for bowling and laser tag but if someone else signs up online you get bumped so 30 mins turned into a 4 hr wait. Worst experience ever spent 300$ to wait for hours its a plot to get you to spend money in the stupid arcade.

Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at main event. Their 14.95 unlimited summer special which included unlimited bowling, billiards, gravity ropes, and laser tag was a steal of a deal. We had a great time. The only bad part was during our time of refueling to take a brake and eat, our basket of fries had hair in them. It was very disappointing because I had eaten bout a 3rd of the fries. We let the cashier know but she brushed it off...which is kinda odd. But other than that unfortunate event, it was a good time.....I really wanted those fries....it almost ruined an otherwise great experience luckily it didn't........but it almost did.

A lot of the games steal your money. Management has to neglect the machines at a high level because more than half of the games took the money, but displayed an error afterwards. No refund was offered.

Will never return to this location again. I took my wife and a few of he family members to this location for billards. We were playing shuffleboard while waiting for a table. My wife went to the bar and asked a waitress by the name of Vanessa if they offered party platter of wings. Vanessa shouted and her and asked "Why are you asking me this here? You need to be at a table." My wife then asked about the party platter option or something that is able to feed a larger group of people. Vanessa then told her even though it's on the menu it wasn't avaliable to her. The manager also declined to provide us a menu item and instructed Vanessa to tell them they wouldn't make it for.. My wife is Colombian,which is usually irrelevant but was treated very disrespectfully by the staff only because she was trying to order more food! I confronted Vanessa after the fact and she treated me totally different. I asked her why she yelled at my wife and why she wouldn't treat her the same as me. No valid response. We left after 15 minutes and went to another establishment. I usually have thick skin and skip reviews but I think it's important to highlight this type of behavior.

Great place for the young and young at heart! Lots of fun things to do including bowling! The food and service were quite good although the service was slower as the crowd got larger. Games of all types kept our Grandchildren quite busy. I recommend this place for a fun place to go.

Spent $160 for family of 4 to play one game of bowling, one laser tag game, and 15 minutes on the climbing course. $30 of that was for a pizza and 4 drinks. We were there for 4 hours, lots of waiting, just like disney. Advertised 25 for all day bowling, by the time the pizza came our bowling game was over, told we would have to wait another hour to bowl again. Very busy place, they will do fine without my money.

It's a little expensive for the type of service we got. We came to bowl but it was Saturday night so there was a wait which we sort of expected. We were about to pay then I said hold on how long is the wait. She said about an hour & half.. Again which was cool bc we planned to eat.. But I said so what time do u close?? She answered.. I said so we would only hv 30mins not an hour right.. She said yea.. I said don't u think that's something u should advise people so they won't come back fussing. She just looked at me smh sooo we decided to just grab some food & drinks.. The food was good & our waitress was sweet but we always had to look for & flag her down when we needed something. When we were finished we paid at the kiosk at table & flagged her down to ask for a receipt.. So after we sat there for 10mins waiting we flagged down a guy walking by & asked him to please either get her or our receipt.. So we wait another 5 mins & we see him across the room wiping down a booth & we still don't hv our receipt or see our waitress. we were just about to say forget it then we saw a manager. We tell him we just need our receipt.. He walks over to a kiosk by entrance prints it out & gives to us & apologies.. Moral of story is there's a younger staff.. which is to be expected at a place like this.. So the level of customer service isn't great however it's a cool spot

We came here for a birthday party and wow, I was impressed. They have the system down. Pizza, cake, bowling, laser tag, video games, and you're done 2 hours later. Same host is with you the whole time. The only down side I saw was lack of kids healthy drink choices other than that fantastic place.

Went there for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. At 3:30, the place was packed, and my kid was entranced. She got to bowl a few rounds with her 4th grade friends, and they were all a giggling mess by the time pizza rolled around. Shout out to the staff. Unlike a particular competitor, they were having fun with the kids. I was so impressed with the way they connected with them and were so enthusiastic the whole time. My kid got separated from her group long enough to miss the start of the second session of laser tag. That was unacceptable to the young lady serving our party so my kid got to kick butt and take names for the second round. If you don't care for crowds and an insane amount of noise, this isn't your venue. My kid had a blast and was grinning when we got home an hour after leaving. I'm going back to try the gravity ropes.

Drinks were great at a decent price. Got a 22 oz beer for $7. The food was great and fries were extra crispy. I got the bacon cheddar burger which was a juicy burger with juicy bacon. A few of the games weren't working correctly or at all and they ended up being a waste of money which was kind of annoying. It was great to feel like a kid at the arcade again (minus the drinking). Laser tag was great too! I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The place was really nice. However the games were too pricey. Nothing less than $1.50 per game. On top of paying for food and the other activities that's too much when you have a large family. Some games lasted less than a minute. When you have a group of children this isn't cost efficient. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Overall I loved the atmosphere. The bartender was awesome! He went above and beyond to help the customers in the restaurant area when they were not staffed for that area until later in the day. He was patient and courteous even though you could see he was being overworked.

Laser Tag is my favorite, bowling and then Pool. I can just do it all day. Fun stuff guys, you can buy to eat and also meet people. Fun place to hang out if you're bored. I'm pretty sure you will love it.

Was awful.first of all was My first time.got there and I was told they had one hour wait.we were there for hour and 25 minute went to front Desk and this girl there was really rude.her name is Molly.she told me that I had to wait another hour.then went to a different manager he told me don't worry just wait 10 more minutes.end up waiting another 30 minutes. I was getting frustrating.why I didn't leave I already have payed.so we got tired of waiting got a card to play with the kids some arcade.bit none of the video game were working.Bad experience.bowling were getting stuck all the time.5 hours to just play one round.
