The worst experience ever! Took my grandchildren here to spend the day. The cost was outrageous it was nasty and and very out dated! The employees were awful and the owner was worse! The kids were not allowed to be kids. The owner followed us everywhere getting on to them about any game they touched how we played put put. So forth and so on. They were not accommodating to help or be nice. This was suppose to be a great getaway for my family and it was the worse experience I have ever had with a business and then have the OWNER talk to me the way he did and have my grandkids scared. This was suppose to be a place where a child can be a child. Do not waste your money. Stay away. Also this is the first review I have ever left for a business but I had to do this one.

Went there on a vacation trip, dumbest idea ever, the whole place is a bung hole..... The staff is not nice... Save yourself the money, just go out to eat. The other thing.. We were going to play laser tag and I was there with 5 of my foot guy friends... Now WE ARE CLEARLY GUYS OK. HE ASKED US IF ANY OF US ARE PREGNANT I FELT TOTALY INSULTED

VERRRRY overpriced for mediocre attractions. we were in town for a graduation with 7 kids, no other options, so "when in Albany"... but definitely wouldn't go back. seriously like $300 for them to do some batting cages, a few go cart rides and putt putt...

Had a great time! Very loud inside, so if your child needs hearing protect please bring it. Friendly staff that we encountered that day. If you get on the bumber boats you WILL get wet! Indoor bumper cars were not functional the day we were there. Pricing isn't too bad.

great place for families, church groups, date night and fun in general. you can play mini golf, bowl, play laser tag, ride bumper boats, bumper cars, and race go karts. there's also an arcade with a variety of games for everyone. The virtual reality ride was awesome!

Very nice place, updated games and payment system, it's all on a card now, even the tickets, so you don't have to carry around thousands of tickets, or worry about loosing them! Bowling alley is nice , staff is great, good place to take your kids.

They have laser tag, bumper cars, bumper boats, a race track, miniature golf, bowling and a small arcade, and a mini train ride. They have changed their name, it was previously "putt putt". Everything is purchased on a prepaid card including the previous tokens. You slide your card for each individual activity or game. They have smaller rooms set off to the side for Birthday parties, or a gazebo outside and the honoree Birthday goer stamps their handprint on a piece of Sheetrock. I've loved this place since I was little, wish they'd bring back more of the arcade games though.

The experience at the park was great but the manager... That manager was horrible. People where sitting around on the rides and didn't let others play the games, yet he got onto us for talking to an employee while he was cashing for our prizes. He threatened to kick us out for just cashing our prizes.

Extremely rude employees, they treated me and my 5 other friends like we were a herd of sheep excuse me Im a human!! Wouldnt even take my little daughter or my family here at this all American lame park!! This is not a family friendly park, the mini golf is outdated, everything is from the 70’s and 80’s era!! They shook the finger at my one friend!! Not courteous and helpful!! The place smelled well unmentionable. Save your dollars and go do something somewhere else you will be disappointed in this place!!!

Took our woman child during her spring break. She really wanted to play some mini golf & their course was ok. Nothing to write home about but fun. Staff was generally hospitable but not all. A couple of them seemed like they really did not want to b there. Go carts were probably the highlight but even those were a little slow for my taste.

I have never seen such bad customer service. The manager is so cocky and says what he want to kids!! I honestly will say they lost my business and I'm canceling my son birthday party and will spread the word. The children was sitting inside waiting on there ride, he say the only way you can stay in here is if you pick up a broom or mop and start working!! Ummmm NO!!! Amongst other rude comments he said. Just disappointed...

Our experiences here are always the best. Fun Park is always full on the weekends but we still get the best customer service. This is definitely affordable as well and I love the new concept with the cards versus the tokens! If your looking for fun filled day with your children this is the place to be!
