Loved Harry Potter World both here and at Universal Studios. I'm not necessarily a huge HP fan but the areas in both parks are incredibly immersive and beautifully executed. Hagrid's ride was amazing. Hulk coaster was also awesome.

There much that needs to be improved. It's far from the magic of Disney. The customer service is a 4/10 at best total throughout the park, where Disney is always at 9-10/10. The eating areas aren't cleaned well. There is only one maybe two real coasters. The rest of the rides are virtual experiences which are nice also but lack luster and thrill. I feel like I should have been charged as much as these tickets cost given the total experience.

This place is amazing, wherever you look there is something different to see and do. The rides are amazing, especially the Harry Potter ones and any of the 3D / 4D rides. Definitely worth a visit. Had some food in the Captain America Diner and the service and quality was very good.

My father is a disable veteran, and out of absolutely any park in this area universal /Islands of adventure is by far the most accommodating place. They turn what could be a disaster of a tripe due to my father's ptsd into nothing but pure enjoyment. Even on top of that they ha e some of the best rides and the experience is a blast.

One of the great classic parks that still holds onto its reputation as totally fun and awe inspiring. The water rides won’t just get you a little wet, you will get soaked!! Fun, just time it right lol! This park seems to have issues more often than other parks with rides going down for long periods of time. The park at night is magical though!

So much fun. The new Hagrid ride is the best ride I have ever been on. Well worth the wait. The dinosaur playground is such a nice touch you can sit under a cool misting fan at the entrance while the kids run around and get their energy out before the next line.

Get to the park early and plan your rides before you get there. Wait times can be long so do your research before you go. I see too many guests trying to decide which rides to go on first and wasting precious time before the lines start getting too long. Plan before you go. Best advice.

Between Universal and Island's, Islands is definitely the better of the two. There are more ride options, and the degree of ride is geared more to the thrill. There is a lot of construction going on, and I was very sad to see that the whole Popeye area was close because that was the one ride I was really looking forward to.

Great park for the kids and adults the doctor Seuss village was perfect for the kids dots have fun and play and the derisive part was a fun adventure you will need more than one day if you plan to enjoy the Whole park. Even if it rain you have inside attractions to see. If you have 1 day I would recommend the Express pass well worth it.

Love this place it's been 3 years since my family's last visit. It's still amazing the rides, the food selection, the music, the rides. My son got to celebrate his 9th birthday and man he's happy. New ride Fast & Furious was nice and a well done job on the setup. The staff is friendly when making entrances onto the rides. The variety of rides, the memorabilia stores, and the real life characters that you can take photos of are amazing. So looking for your next family vacation this is a top contender. Amusement, fun, excitement, and entertainment all in one. It's got so much to offer I couldn't give it anything less. Need to knows parking pass is $26, you can buy tickets in advance and print out at the park as long as you have your confirmation #, if your a late night person you've got open entertainment until 2am, and in October they do a mini parade where you see the coolest kid characters.

Always a great time. My wife and I make the trip multiple times a year. We highly recommend the 3 park yearly pass. Start your vacation with thrills and rides at universal and islands of adventure. Then relax in the water at volcano bay at the end. Your sanity will thank you.

There is such a long wait for rides sometimes but it is well worth it. The rides are amazing. The gift shop has the stuff you could only dream of finding. Update: changed to 4 stars. Universal guest relations did try to help and ended up providing some assistance. The VIP tour was a great experience and Dave was excellent. I don’t approve of Loews hotel management but the other employees were helpful and helped improve the image. Original review: Bad customer service. They have no idea what customer retention is. Universal and Loews will not be receiving my money again. Very unwilling to help and they seem to go out of their way to not assist. Stay at an offsite hotel if possible. Better yet, visit Disney. Universal supervisor Coral is very unaccommodating, unapologetic, and unprofessional. My family will never return.

It’s amazing if you like roller coasters, otherwise you would Just waste your time and money. Sometimes it can be extremely noisy. Kids have tons of fun though and the virtual effects in every attraction are awesome.

The harry potter motorcycle ride is the best ride!!!!! We could've road it ten times. There's also is a roller coaster suitable for toddlers (and the entire family) I'm still shocked my nephew road his first roller coaster. They now have vegan food at many of the restaurants too. Mostly veggie burgers.

One of my favorite theme parks. Plus it has Harry Potter world which makes it all the more magical. I recommend getting tickets that allow you to visit both parks so that you can utilize the train. Even if you dont like Harry Potter, it will allow you to travel to the other park more quickly and then you wont have to walk all the way out of the park and back in the other.

When we came a hurricane was on the coast so several people cancelled. It went the other way so there no danger or lines at any ride. 10 minute wait was the longest. We used the Universal Dining plan and it was worth it. We did have a few issues with using it in some places but the staff was amazing and got us taken care of with little inconvenience. I would recommend this place, it's amazing and the new Hagrid ride was fantastic.

The 1 star I'm giving is because of the rat I saw by the discovery center (video posted) and if you see one it means that there are more. The closest quick service in the that area is burger digs and after seeing the rat I'm not sure how clean is the area. I expect to see Florida wildlife in the park but not rats near the area where we usually eat and the most upsetting thing is when reported to guest services, the member showed no concern.

OMG.... We love Universal's Islands of Adventure!!! This park is so much fun. Our favorite ride is Men in Black.The ride was awesome, the monsters looked realistic and the guns were fun to shoot. Also I like the fact that you can shoot the other vehicles target and spin them around in circles. Highly recommended!!!

We went to Universal's Island of Adventures as a school trip. My high school DECA students were attending a Sports and Entertainment Marketing Conference and attending the theme parks was an added bonus. We all had such a great time and enjoyed spending time between both parks. We had a 3 day hopper pass and they still didn't get enough of the thrills.

This is our all-time favorite theme park. We love the use of technology in the rides/adventures/experiences. The rides here are amazing! You can get the Universal Express Pass by staying at one of their premium hotels. It is well worth it!!!

I'm not a coaster child, so was nervous about how many rides I'd actually be able to enjoy. Was very pleasantly surprised that I was able to get on almost everything and have a blast. There were all sorts of fun little events throughout the day, while you have to pick what's worth theme park pricing the snack options were delicious, and between the two parks there were more than enough indoor rides to make it worth walking around in the rain. I absolutely can't wait to go back one day.

The Harry Potter themed park is amazing! The wait lines could use another fan or two though. But the whole place really makes you feel like you a part of the movies. As soon as you hit diagon alley you forget your even in Florida.

An amazing place to see some great entertainment. The castle light show is a must! This park didn't have as many 3D rides as universal studios and seemed a bit more crowded, especially in the wizarding world section, making it harder to see some things.

Fun but Hagard ride barely opened and had crazy hours - open late and closed early. The comic book area was very fun but my children didn't understand because it was before their time. The park was clean and easy-to-navigate but look a little worn. We will go back in 5 years

Great theme park with a lot of fun for children and adults. The atmosphere is really great as all rides are styled authentically. It's worth a visit even on a day with bad weather. And if you want to ride the most popular rides, go there after 6 pm, the queues are much shorter then.

If you just coming to ride the new Harry Potter ride? For get it. Universal always open a ride and run into a bunch of trouble shooting the ride it's not open due a technical problems well my suggestion is don't open a ride until you test it full proof. I understand that they can have issues but they need to learn from the masters, Disney. Until now I'm not renewing my annual pass until they learn how to manage their new rides.

We visit Universal quite often, and always stay on property to take advantage of the express pass. This last time we also did the dining plan, which I found to be quite generous. The staff are amazing, the rides are fun, and the family -- there were 14 of us this past time -- enjoyed ourselves.

The staff (including security) are super friendly and helpful. The park is easy to navigate around, can be very packed since it is the most popular park in Orlando. There is something for everyone, the kids, parents and grandparents. They accommodate all special needs, just ask at guest services. You will have an absolute blast here! I always make a point to stop here while in FL to ride dr doin and hulk as many times as I can.

I can't say enough the Harry Potter land was awesome you don't want to wait for the show though we waited 45 minutes for the show to start it lasted about 1520 minutes and you can only see it standing in the street staring at the castle and it was nothing good to look at it was just lights on a building so other than that definitely see Harry Potter land the architecture is amazing the dinosaur on the top of the buildings it's pretty awesome to see and the rides are just unbelievable the funnest rides I've ever been on are here there wasn't one ride that was a waste of time they were all so fun the King Kong ride is a must the Harry Potter ride is a must and so is the motorcycle ride you ride on a motorcycle roller coaster it's awesome!

Worth it for that Hulk coaster. That's a really good one. However, that Hippogriff ride in Harry Potter land is a poor excuse for a ride. They should destroy that one. And ditch that group mentality if you don't like lines because "single rider" is the quickest way to go, without shelling out more money for a fast pass (which is more than the damn ticket to get in). We should have done Islands and Universal studios, but I had limited time. Islands gets you to all the good rides, but there are still a couple more that are pretty good in Studios. Both parks together is a superior experience. But like I said time was a factor. Harry Potter - Forbidden Journey ride is a MUST for all fans. I also did the wand thing. You might want to hold off, as the lines to use the wands around the park are annoying plus those wands aren't cheap (I got Sirius Black's).

I love the king Kong ride. Its definitely worth the wait. This is the best side of the park in my opinion. They have food and drinks for everyone. They prices are a little high but what do you expect from an amusement park. The Harry Potter ride is really cool and fun. The wait inside is really interesting. I would say, without a doubt, that I enjoy this half of the park more than Universal. Islands of Adventure has Spider-Man, Marvel, and Harry Potter. All of which were created with a ridiculous level of attention to detail. 2 pieces of advice: 1. Spend the extra money and get the fast passes. The lines are ridiculously long and it can definitely take away from the experience. 2. Spend the money and get access to both sides of the park. You will really want to see both sides and spend time at attractions that both parts of the park have to offer. It’s worth having the access.

This place is just the best because there are the best attractions and after every meal I felt like I was in heaven because all the food was amazing. I got the meal plan because the prices are really expensive. I think that's because it's a tourist trap. Everything is amazing from rides to scenes and to the walking part. Of course you have to stand in line for half an hour because I got the fast pass and you have to walk the entire day. But overall this place is amazing and I think I'm coming back again.

It was my second time at this theme park having visited six years ago and I enjoyed it much more than at Universal studios. The rides were much more fun, not too many 3D and 4D rides unlike Universal studios. Only downside for me is when we went on a water ride as a family of four, the row had 5 seats and they put a single rider next to us. Doesn't look good on a family photo if we'd wanted to purchase one. Single riders should all be seated together so as not to ruin it for families of three and four in my opinion. Would have rated it five stars but for this reason.

The rides over here were definitely more intense than the ones at Universal Studios. The Hulk was awesome, and I wish I could've gone on Hagrids Adventure but the line was 2hrs long by the time I got there. Good children's area too.

Oh my God, Where do I start? Ok, This was the best place ever. The staff was very nice and funny, And even recognized me and my friend when we went on the ride in Hogwarts twice. It was so fun. The hulk was also a blast too! I will definitely be going back

I can’t say enough good things about Islands of Adventure. It is truly magical. They put so much time and effort into making the park a fantastic experience for Harry Potter lovers, superhero lovers, and more. The water rides are the best I’ve ever been on. You will get soaking wet, which is perfect on the hot Florida days. Incredible Hulk coaster is so so so fun. My favorite part was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. The rides in that section of the park are just a surreal experience for lovers of the franchise. Going to the shops feels like stepping from the pages of the books. Plenty of dining options and many places to stop and get drinks. Can’t wait to come back again in the future.

Universal definitely has their queue system right for these hot summer days. For the most part they are shaded or inside and almost all of them have water fountains throughout the queue. The rides are always fun whether it be your first time riding or your 101st time. The 2-park pass is a must to really enjoy all that Universal Orlando has to offer.

Went here on a Thursday in the off-season and the lines were nice and short - finished all the rides and lunch by 2pm. Just the new Hagrid ride had a long line but it was expected since it's new and was really fun. Sad that Popeye was closed for construction this year though.

I love it, great fun and rides. Only thing I didnt like is near closing time when vendors are cleaning up and customer needs napkins because something spilled, they would refuse to give you napkins. It's like I see you cleaning, something spilled in my bag, it would be so great if you can give us something. Other than that little experience, the rides are thrilling, made great memories.

Islands of Adventure is a great theme park, We really enjoy going to this park. There are plenty of good rides. The Hulk is awesome, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is really awesome, but our most favorite ride would have to be Popeye's Bilge Barge Rats. Take a change of clothes and wait til the evening to ride this to cool off. There are several eateries here that have good dining at a reasonable price. Enjoy an entire day here.

The best theme park ever. From ripsaw rapids to the hulk the rides here are fantastic. Rides for everyone in the family lines weren’t as bad as we expected moved quickly enough. I recommend getting the app which lets you know the line times and is a handy map.

The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter is simply amazing. Such incredible attention to detail. It truly gives you the illusion that you have indeed stepped into the world of Harry Potter. Other than the chaos of the lockers where you need to store your belongings before boarding a ride, this is a tremendous overall family experience. We’ve been on 2 separate occasions and are looking forward to a third.

The level of detail they put into their attractions is amazing. Waiting in line for an hour doesnt feel like an hour since most rides have a queue line that sorta puts you in the world. Had a lot of fun and can't wait to come back and see even more.

So much fun! The rides and theme are great. Many of our favorites are there. The food and drinks were great. We never had a bad meal or snack. Hogsmeade was fun along with every other part of the park. Hagrid's was great and the wait was 1hour to 2.5 hours. There are also so oldies but goodies. The staff is helpful and kind. Much better than a coaster park.

The park has a few great rides, but many are lackluster in terms of how much excitement they pack in them for how long you will have to wait in line. As for the park design and immersion: Superb! If you enjoy a good story more then a good thrill then this is definitely the place for you.

The park opens at 9am. Still come early it will be a wait but very massive lines to wait on. Everyone gets on the rides but be prepared for a long day. Bring money or your own stuff it's not cheap. And drink lots of water to stay hydrated if you go during the summer.

This is our favorite of the two theme parks at Universal Florida. It is very family friendly and we love the themed streets! The Universal Studios side was fun but Islands of Adventure is much more kid oriented and themed. The Harry Potter section is a favorite as you feel you are immersed in a real village. It’s worthwhile to get the park to park pass so you can ride the Harry Potter train between parks. Definitely use the Universal FL app to set alerts for your desired rides so you will be alerted when wait times are low. You can set the alert to tell you when wait lines are at your desired length (e.g. 15 minutes). The wait time calculator is accurate and you will minimize your wait time.

We went on all the virtual rides, shopped and won prizes in Carney games, saw Street shows, all things and events wheelchair accessible... Can't go wrong if you like roller coasters and creative thrill rides. Although Hagrid motorbike coaster is new and very innovative, you can't go wrong with the Hulk. Not to mention the Hulk lines are significantly shorter.

Great family time in Universal Studios. This timing in August is perfect for visitors from outside the US as schools started here on the 12th of August. Lines are not very long and wait times are reasonable (average 20-30min). Some rides were 15min... make sure you get the 5 days pass as you need more time with the family

Fantastic rides and amazing characters roaming the park, great opportunity to take pics with them and if your lucky, enjoy a pic with a Transformer! He talks too! Transformers ride and hulk rides were amazing. Could not fault any of the rides! Even race through New York with Jimmy Fallon was fab!

Everything great and magical about this park is ruined by awful 90-200 minute wait times. Visiting in the summer is stupid and dangerous because it's +100F and you can't get water waiting in line. Also, most of the lines are outdoors in direct sunlight. It was my wife's birthday and we only rode two rides. This was my last visit to Universal.

Great as always, just really hot during the summer!!! Everyone please always remember to stay hydrated when visiting during the summer, plan accordingly for your visit and everything will play out smoothly.. unless it rains of course.. but if it does the rides and outdoor attractions will be shut down for safety reasons of course. But I say wait it out until they reopen the rides, was able to ride several times where the staff told us to just stay seated and sent us again. (Oops family secret shared)

Overall, we really enjoyed the rides. The chicken fingers at the Diner in the Marvel park are outstanding. Odd find... the RockIt roller coaster is awesome as well as the Hulk coaster. The lack of 5 stars is due to customer service not meeting our expectations in friendliness, welcoming, and eagerness to assist. They can use some work in those areas.

Not much you can say that others probably already have it. Such an amazing theme park, so much detail. Much more mature than its Disney competitor. Ever since the opening of the Harry Potter Worlds, the park has really risen in Prestige and detail. I'm at Universal fan all the way!

My family and I have visited this park 3 times and each time has been a pleasure. The staff is always friendly which I find amazing considering all the people they must be dealing with on a daily basis. My wife and son have a variety of food allergies and the full service restaurants have always been perfect in getting my wife and son's food right. The chef always comes out to speak with my wife and they patiently work with her to figure out the meals.

AWESOME PARK!! Little more expensive than the Disney Parks but lines move way quicker. Definitely worth it. One day pass can get you through whole park if u get there early and go from one ride to the next. Start at the Hulk coaster as this sides lines get longer as the day goes on.

If you have only one day and you are not a toddler I strongly suggest Island's of Adventure. Also Harry Potter word is far more extended than than the Universal one. If have never visited one of the two parks it's unfeasible to visit both parks in the same day. Waiting time drastically reduce your available time. Finally, keep in mind that single ride is a perfect way to halved if not dramatically reduce wait time. Most of the rides have no sense to be shared with your group/family/partner and most of all queues are still done together.

Loved the new Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure!! Definitely worth the wait! Also, must try the butterbeer, my goodness, so good! The Nighttime lights at Hogwarts was pretty cool, and it was nice they had multiple shows so everyone gets a chance to watch. Not a fan on how you have to put all your belongings in lockers prior to many of the rides, but still a great time!

Highly recommend downloading the Universal Studios app before going! Use it to track ride wait times, delays, and closures. Peak times are definitely the morning until 5pm. We went on a Tuesday at the end of August and the crowds were still large at the Harry Potter rides. Would recommend waiting until the of the day to ride the Hagrid roller coaster!

My favorite park. Rides for all types of thrill-seekers. The water rides are the most fun but keep in mind to do them early in the day so the sun can dry you up, otherwise you can use the drying stations placed around Toon Lagoon. The food is a bit pricey as expected but they have discounts for annual members and refillable cups (only last one day tho). I have come to this park so many times and often have a great time. Definitely recommended

I visited Universal Islands of Adventure during summer time and it was so much fun. I bought an unlimited express pass which made my life easier. The roller coasters are amazing, but my favourite is the Harry Potter area. I choose to visit both parks in one day which includes the Hogwarts Express. So much fun.

The new harry potter attraction is worth the wait. Lines are Actually relatively short. Only took us 35 minutes to get on that ride we must have time did right. Other attractions , on hogwarts. After only 10 Minute wait. This is definitely the best time of year to come 1st few weeks of October

We spent 7 days at WDW, and 2 days at Universal. Universal has so much concrete and is so built up, it just feels much stuffier here and the heat is worse on hot days. The air movement in line areas was lacking. They had fans and misters and stuff, but even in mid/late July they weren't running, and the indoor line parts were very stuffy. That being said they do have awesome rides, but I would say kids that aren't teens are probably better off not coming.

This place brings in most of it's traffic with Harry Potter world as its packed considerably more than the rest of the park but for a good reason. I solely went for the Harry Potter world and loved it. It immerses you so well with the employees dressed up in costumes the Harry Potter themed restaurants, food, decor, architecture, souvenirs and the over all re creation was done very well.

They have more motion simulator rides than actual roller coasters, but I was surprised by the realism of them. It took 3 full days to ride everything at the two parks. Definitely recommend the multi-park passes. My family loved it!

I loved US, but I'm not huge on big roller coasters like my husband so he got bored easily. Some of the rides are dated, but at this point that's part of the fun. Highly recommend doing both US and IOA because US wont take you very long, and then you'll have access to both parts of the Harry Potter attractions, which in my opinion are the best parts.

Love it every time we go but this was our first time going in June an was disappointed at the lack of misting fans and the splash pads were not fully running (like 2 water spouts worked) also the large water play area half of it was shut down for some reason. It was very hot that day an could have really used the water brakes to cool down.

Not as expected, lack of communication from the park personnel. Some times three of the major rides close at the same time leaving people wondering what to do. Or every body goes to the same ride that's still open which creates a huge line. Bottom line, if you are visiting this park in a rainy day then expect less than 40% of the fun. Lastly, the reason why I gave three stars because the Rides themselves are reaaaally fun.

Tons of fun! It was an excellent day well spent! We went for our honey moon trip and I walked us right into the wrong park. We waited in line for 30 minutes at guest services and they got us 100% back on the right track without issues. We still got to do everything we wanted to do and ride everything we wanted in the park with shopping time left over. Very well organized and we did the prime parking. It was $14 more but well worth it!

My favorite park so far. What can you say about Universal's Islands of adventures? It's really interesting, the rides are amazing and everything works perfectly. I really liked the hulk, an ultra fast ride, and ended up getiing on it 4 times and waiting in the line for the front row (Totally worth it). This is a place where you'll definitely have a great time, don't miss any of the rides, even the slow ones have their own magic!

We love both of the Universal Parks, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, so much! The only complaint that I have, and the only reason I lowered one star, is that we do the quick-service Dining Plan... And I wish there was some better options for the snack category. We typically end up with so many snacks at the end, because we do the refills of icy drinks by charging up our special cups, at a cost, so it would be really nice if there was some kind of protein snack as well as all the carb-loaded things that are available now. At least there are some fruit options available. Don't hear me wrong with this feedback, we absolutely do enjoy some vacation food... But that's the thing. We do spend money on the vacation food as well, so it would be nice if we had the choice of something slightly healthier in the snack options as well. We basically ended up purchasing a few extra cookies and turnovers to pack in our luggage. Another improvement would be published information regarding where snacks can be found. We end up asking in every store or kiosk that serves some kind of food whether or not anything counts as a snack category

Love this place for the Marvel and Harry Potter attractions, as well as the classic Jurassic Park and King Kong attractions The Universal Orland app is excellent and fully transformed my experience for the better since my last visit several years ago. So many cool things to see and do. We were witha group that had kids ranging from 5 to 13. We planned on 2 days at the park, we are on day 3! Its busy, the lines are long but with a fast pass the waiting is minimal. The park is clean, the staff is friendly. An awesome experience so far.

You can go through the lines a lot faster is you get the express. My family and I got it and were able to do rides multiple times while others had to wait 30 minutes to an hour to juat go once.

We love this place it is great for families. Staff is always great. The park is clean and my children love all the rides especially the coasters. Dont forget to get your coca cola freestyle cup it's a great way to keep hydrated and cool. Also you can use google maps to help navigate the parks.

Really enjoyed this park! Make sure to get both of Universal Islands park and universal studio park..you can do these parks the same day and then you will be able to enjoy the train that attaches both of these parks. If u only have one day..i would highly recommend this.

Absolutely love it here. There is so much to see and do! If you like food and gift shops there are plenty. So far everything we ate was amazing. Bubba Gump's might be my favorite but there are so many options. Fortunately the wait times for rides aren't bad and most of the lines are in doors or shaded.

I strongly recommend the express pass. Even with the pass, our longest wait was about an hour. I couldn't imagine the wait without them. Wear comfortable shoes we rode everything and walked around 15,000 steps. The new Harry Potter ride Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure..... Is worth every minute of waiting!!!

20 years ago this park was awesome, but since then the only attractions worth seeing is the Harry Potter sections and the few but older rides. I would only recommend if there is a massive update to the park with rides and attractions worth while to see or if someone has never gone before. Otherwise it's an okay pricey walk for a day.

Fun to walk around but too much Harry Potter and not enough of all of the other theme characters they're known for over the years. All of the staff are very friendly and the feel of being in a different place way back when is nostalgic even if you didn't live in New York in the 20's. Detailed buildings, signs and all that go along with the era.

No randomly riding rides unless its a lazy river. At check in you see how long you have to wait, maybe 10min...but maybe 2hrs. The wristband alerts you to when your time is up and you are then free to get in line to ride. Yes- get in line....you may have to wait another 15min or so in actual line. Its not a bad process, but its hard to find things to do to occupy your time with when waiting. They have sandy beach areas to sit under the sun, or go in the wave pool, or float in a river. There are no little shows or activities. All restaurants are the same quick bites foods. Some of the slides have weight limits too- like no riders if over 150lb. I only know personally a few people that can apply to. This park is a fun way to keep cool on hot days, but sliding fun is greatly limited by various factors like the wait times.

While visiting yesterday, my only button broke on the back of my romper leaving my entire back exposed! A kind team member went and chatted with a couple other team members at one of the outdoor Kiosk areas in the Jurassic Park area and they got me a ‘Jurassic Park Tank’ top to help me in this situation! I really thought that was amazing for going above and beyond!! Thank you for the great customer support! We had a great time at the park and recommend going again and again!!!!

Very good but over priced. Most of the inside attractions are shops and restaurants that cost more than normal, and that's on top of already 100+ ticket. For the 5min video watching train between two Harry Potter sites, not worth the $60 extra.

It's a theme park that's overpriced. For everything. But, I guess that's what there parks are. What makes this over really memorable is the 8 hour long wait for the new Harry Potter ride....a wait so long that they eventually shut the line down. I wish there was more to see and experience while I'm waiting in line.

Nice rides.. off season not too crowded but the popular rides like Harry Potter are extremely long... I don't know how people have been conditioned to accept standing in long lines in cramped narrow places. Most of the rides are designed for huge crowds literally the rides are designed to make u wait. average wait times 15-30 minutes which was great! I would hate to wait 2-3 hours in the sun for a 3 minute thrill. food was great... My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.

Always fun and exciting. Even though it was REALLY hot yesterday, the park was awesome. The people are always so friendly and the waits weren't that bad, yesterday, except of course for Hagrids motor adventure or whatever. That didn't open on time, and when it opened, was already a 2-hr wait. Except for that one, the times were very reasonable and we enjoyed the visit, as usual.

A very nice theme park for kid and youth! We didn’t purchase any fast pass but manage to get on those famous rides or must-do ride as claimed in YouTube, the keyword is plan ahead. Download the Universal FL app which is very useful to stay connected with the waiting time. We started day with Harry Potter’s then strategically planned the route and stay tune for the night show. We get to enter the park 1 hour earlier than the public as we are staying at their resorts. There is a water taxi service as another option to travel between the resort and Universal.

I really enjoyed it. I recommend if you want to visit and ride, go during the week. We went on a Thursday the last week in August, and the longest we waited to ride was 20 minutes. We made it around the entire park, even got on the Harry Potter rides without have to buy the fast pass.

It was more than I expected. The rides actually last more than 30 seconds and are worth the wait if you need to wait. Enjoyed my day and had lots of stuff to do and see. A lot of interaction themes around the park. Would definitely recommend going and get the two park pass so you can ride the train in Harry Potter. The train has a different story each way.

Though it was hot and humid, our Family vacation was a blast and we had such a great time on all of the rides at Universal. Harry Potter world is done with great detail and the rides were great fun. On the day we were there, the clouds even helped to create the perfect ominous experience like the dementors would be coming down out of them at any time. Go and have some fun!

I had lots of fun but one of the main harry potter rides was down, we were in line for the roller coaster (harry potter land still) and we were in the line for what seemed like forever. We saw the roller coaster was coming but nobody was on it. This summer on for quite a while. Nobody from the park communicated anything to us about what was going on with the ride and we ended up getting out the line. Basically there was only 2 functioning rides when we went to harry potter. For a theme park that's so expensive I was disappointed. I would go again to universal studios but not to that adventure island again. It's something you do once, you enjoy it, take pictures, and move along (my opinion). Overall we enjoyed it. Wear water shorts and water shoes because there are plenty of water rides and you will get soaked.

This was my first time there. The wait time for the rides was doable. Sadly we didn't even try to get on the new ride for Harry Potter. That at 10:30 am was already a 3 hr wait. We had 9 people in our party and it seemed to be just as easy to get on rides as it would have just 2 people. We ate at 3 Broom Sticks food was just OK. We paid for 6 people 3 of which were kid meals and we paid a tad over 103 bucks. Kids got chicken tenders and fries and the adults got fish and chips. Everyone got a ice tea. 4 bucks a glass! Over all the food was not worth the price. The over all day was awesome tho. I live in Florida and can come back any time. I don't feel the parks offer up a low enough discount to the people whom live here. If they did I'm sure more of us would go to the parks if they did.

I remember coming here when I was a kid and was excited to get to come again, but the only thing we did this time around was visit Hogsmead, and not due to limited time or opportunity. The park itself is great but there just isn't much here that interested us besides the two Harry Potter sections. What we experienced was great, I just wish there was more.

There are some good rides if you're like me and have strong light sensitivity and strong/moderate motion sickness. If you're pretty afflicted by those symptoms,like me, the "tour" in the Lost Continent is pretty great. It actually blow our minds at the technical stuff they did and we had a great guide named Taylor whose timing was absolutely perfect with the environment. Like 15/10 for just her acting alone for me and the same goes for the attraction itself. We got lucky and got rained on once. The Three Broomstick has good food, but the meal with the Rotisserie Smoked Chicken Platter that is $12.99 is the most worth item. Me and my group got something different off the menu and agreed the Rotisserie chicken is the way to go and it's piping hot when they hand it to you. Salads are great as well, Shepard's Pie is also good. But again, Rotisserie chicken is well worth your money. And getting a Butterbeer in the slushy form is what I like the best and stays cold the longest. But you won't be able to get in line with it. It's also fun to find actors in costume. Get a photo when you can, they don't stay out too long!

Fun park.. amazing Harry Potter village even for those who aren't huge Harry Potter fans. I originally gave this 5 stars because the experience in Harry Potter is amazing but this was at day 1 at the park. My family was very eager to ride the motorbike adventure. We went to that park 3 days in a row to try and ride it. On day 2 the ride was delayed until after 1 and when it opened up it was a 3 hour wait and my family couldn't do it at that point. On day 3 we waited 2 hours and then the ride shut down and we couldn't get on it. We wanted to go to volcano bay but didn't go early so we could get on the ride. After three hours in the park, not getting on a ride we are now on the bus to volcano bay. It really made for a very hectic vacation and my family is very disappointed that the reason they came to the park they were not able to experience.. I understand that things happen but this is three full days of doing everything we can just get on that ride. For the price of the ticket this is not fair and now I need to find a way to get back to the park so they can try again to get on that ride. The park is beautiful but this really made for a hectic three days in chase of getting on a ride that we still haven't ridden.

Rides are awesome. Hagrids ride has been closed for weather delays or other reasons all 5 days we have tried to ride it. Very disappointed by that. It was also closed early today. Staff is very unfriendly in comparison to other theme parks we visited. Most seem grumpy and treat you like an inconvenience. We waited 40 minutes in line for a 3D ride, glasses broke when putting them on, not allowing me to enjoy the experience. When mentioned after the ride, no apology given, and felt I had to persuade them to let me ride again without waiting another 40 minutes to enjoy the experience. This is even after showing them the 3D glasses with the lenses popped out. Great park with great rides 9/10, but the customer service is very sub par 3/10.

Great park. This is more geared towards older children but still a good time to have. I would recommend getting the fast pass only after u have been in the park. Getting it ahead of time was a waste of money for us however the following day we did purchase it and it did come in handy. The staff is super here from top to bottom

Always the most incredible experience. We have annual passes because this place is amazing. I love taking my kids or just going alone. All the team members are amazing and make you feel so special. The photography people are so happy and willing to go above and beyond to get the perfect shot. One TM even took a picture of my daughter at each of the little animals and instrument that are at the front entrance. The Discovery center is most awesome for my little and she got to name her very own dinosaur (Stripey). Sarah in Jurassic world is incredible and so nice. In Hogsmead we got to go front of line because my daughter was bragging about finally being tall enough to go on. My oldest got front of line on Hulk because she became tall enough to ride finally after about 20 trips. I love how each queue line is a wonderful theme that really puts you in the magical world. This truly is my home away from home!
