This place is so fun! Really upscale and so much to do. It’s great for a date night, kids, adults ...anyone who wants to laugh and smile. The 7 d experience with a cozy theater is so terrific. I normally am a skeptic, but I love this place. Oh..the food is so tasty and fresh. You can see the detail and emphasis on the customer. Oh the place is immaculate. Where do I start. I dont recommend this place at all. This will be my last time here. This place is very deceiving in prices. I picked the expensive package for my son and his friend. They dont tell you this package that you only try each thing once and that's it. So 60 dollars later they can only try one thing once and that's it.. the kids were to get 15 $ of game money included with the packages as it stated. Because we were not aware of the attraction once only, it you kept using the card, it uses their money for the games for the attractions.. so the kids got disappointed as they got no games and little attraction.. all for 60.. and its supposed to be for 2 hours only that doesnt state or tell you anywhere. I live close by so for two hours only for 60 is not worth it. Plus the staff is rude and unhappy. And none of the staff are available at the attractions... so half the time you are waiting for someone to help you.

Every time I come here with the kids they have an AMAZING time! There's a giant indoor playground, bumper cars, video and arcade games, laser tag, party rooms, a VR experience, and three outdoor trampolines! They also have adult food and beverages so you can unwind while the little ones get wound up!

The kids loved it. It's a small spot for all the things they've added but it didn't take away from the experience for our 2 and 7 year old. The only complaint, checking in takes a while, especially if there is a large party ahead of you. Most if not all the 3D glasses for the rollercoaster simulator ride do not work, you have to close one eye. It was the main complaint of everyone who went in there. The bumper cars are fine for smaller kids, it's in a very small space so older kids might not enjoy it as much. Overall, there are a lot of things done just ok, if they had concentrated on doing a few things great then we'd probably come back, but as it is, it's just not worth the money.

It is so much fun over here! Everyone must go the laser tag!!!! Of the chain!! The food is incredible too. So much to do and the bungee is a must as well. So take your kids out, sip on some Pinot grigio while they run around, or win you done candy and use that sugar rush to be a big kid too. Do the three hours!! Worth it!

Every aspect of this entertainment center is over the top ! I felt like a kid again chasing my daughter through the huge laser tag room. The 7D theater is an engineering marvel - we watched the "Wall of China" animation and have never experienced anything like it before: the chairs move in synchronicity to mimic the bumps on the road, the acceleration of the ride, the vertical ups and downs ... air is blowing from all angles to imitate the feeling of being "in" the animation ... all layered with 3D animation. All kids will be fascinated! And this facility has figured out the full experience. Rather than be limited to pizza slices and chicken fingers, there is an impressive gourmet menu and Panther Coffee. See the picture for the healthy skirt steak bowl.

I took my Boyfriend’s niece and she loved it, surprisingly we did also. There are activities for all ages and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff member at the front desk Jocelyn was really sweet and very helpful. She was very approachable and great over all. Give this 5 stars for the fun we had as well as for the amazing service provided.

If you think "Fun Dimension" is just for kids.....think again. The group I was with were mostly senior citizens and there was much to enjoy: exciting arcade games, movies, bumper cars plus delicious food and wine. Actually, something for everyone, no matter your age.

It was very fun except the power went out mid though the 7D theater and we all had to evacuate because the building next door had caught on fire by a car crash, the employees were very helpful and gave water to all the costumers but no refunds were given and the arcade was a bit boring

My four year old son fell off the bumper cars because the staff forgot to turn them off while seating us. It was very scary and he could have got badly injured, thankfully he wasn’t but doesn’t ever want to ride a bumper car again. Also, We chose the pick three activities + games. The games were over priced and the staff doesn’t scan for the attractions. Place has potential If the people that were working had any care for the place. Very disappointing.

This place was amazing! I cant say much for the size of the arcade. It wasn't my highlight here. I loved the laser tag they have set up! The room is massive. Loading and getting setup for battle was an amazing experience. The game was a rush. I highly recommend dropping in for the laser tag!

I took my mom and children here to celebrate my daughter's birthday, it was our first time at this place and on the night we went, it wasn't many people, we had an amazing time playing laser tag and playing the arcade games, however my mom made a food purchase and during the transaction and taking the beverages to the table she rest her wallet on the counter by the cash register and forgot to retrieve it, she never realized she missed her wallet until we were home and we left fundimension at their closing time. The very next morning we went back to respectfully ask if any staff mentioned finding it because we we're the last to make a food purchase it was a slow night and, we were the last guest in the food area so I was very hopeful that because the wallet was left in clear view of where the camera is positioned over the cash register that the manager would be happy to view the cam to see if they can help us retrieve it, unfortunately the manager on didn't seem to care for our lost, I know it's not their fault that my mom forgot her wallet but the fact that it was left by in plain view of their cams, it's obvious someone there knows what happened to it. I hate the fact that I'm placed in a position to call the staff dishonest but this made my overall experience there awful.

Waste of money. Not worth the high prices at all. Small amount of arcade games. Tiny bumper car spot, with only 5 cars. It was also hard to find any workers when you wanted to do the activities that required them to be there.

Great facility with lots of things to do for the kids. The location is in an "up and coming" neighborhood which in essence sounds fancy and hip but in reality its riddled with homeless people and drug addicts. My friend parked in the lot with valet. When we came out at 8pm on a Friday evening, valet is gone, his car window and another cars window were smashed and the vehicle was robbed.

This place is so much fun. My son enjoyed his birthday there. It's great for kids between the ages of 3-12. My son enjoyed the playground very much and the bumper car. The package I paid for he didn't even use all the games because he was so caught up with the playground. I sat for 4 hours waiting on him to play at the playground. And the best part it's very affordable. You get to keep the card and refill it with cash to enjoyed rides. I love this place and I will be back.

I was very disappointed with service . Room poorly decorated. I have to keep asking for napkins and utensils. I have to serve pizza to all kids on my own as well as cut and serve the cake . I asked twice for the free ice cream but never received them. I expected at least a good service for the high price that was paid .

Great for a rainy day but not a destination in and of itself. Laser tag is awesome if you have a good sized group. Half the ‘D’s in the 7D theatre didn’t work - no fog, bubbles, water spray or air bursts. The arcade options are rather limited but my son enjoyed air hockey and the racing game. Didn’t try bumper cars or bungee bounce.

Finally writing about the visit to FunDimension we enjoyed while on vacation about 6 months ago. I have fond memories of our visit because our 2 1/2 year old (at the time) had tons of fun. He really had fun on the large climbing structure they have with a ball pit, slides and a few other things. It was nice that they allow parents to participate with a young child, otherwise it would not have been as much fun for him. Parking was a little tight, leaving us to find parking on the street a few blocks away, but that was only a minor inconvenience. There were a lot of other kids there playing arcade games and laser tag. Everyone was having a good time.

This is smaller than it looks in the web site. Service was supper good. But the arcade has a small selection of games. The bumper cars only run two at a time tiny little track. But the Bungee Jumping and Playground was nice for my two girls 8 and 9. Not sure I would return.

Terrible place ! To start they charge you 10 dollars to park your car at their facility by yourself. The place is small with few games and attractions, we went there because of the music video produced there, at the video the place sounds to be big and spacious, but actually is really small and expensive. Really not worth to try !

Apparently the hours of operation have changed... They now close at 1030 in lieu of 11 and the dishwasher leaves even before that so they might try to take your pizza. Manager came over and was nice but still. A little more structure. We had to hunt down someone for every activity to be activated. This of course takes time and enjoyment away from the experience. I like what they offer otherwise. Hope these things improve when I return.

3 stars because the service was terrible. Laser tag, virtual reality, bungie jump area and bumper cars weren't to be used without the presence of an attendant, but there weren't any attendants anywhere to be found. The evening consisted of me searching for an employee available to use the attractions. The employees are all teenagers and 1 manager sitting off in the food area on his lap top. Shame because the facility has such potential. Small, but the food was really good and the available attractions were really amazing. Just poor experience due to service. In desperate need of customer service improvement.

What a great place! I came here with three kids, ages 13, 9, and 5, and everyone had plenty to do! The Monday half-price promotion was a great deal and allowed us three hours of unlimited enjoyment and plenty of funds at the arcade. Fun Dimension is a great mix of physical activities, games, and entertainment. I was pleasantly surprised by the food selection. There were many choices to satisfy both the health conscious and the junk food lovers. Located in Wynwood, there is an added bonus of amazing graffiti and cool restaurants around Fun Dimension.

I’ve been here several times. They pack a lot into a small place. The food and drinks are reasonable and there’s lots of seating for adults while the kids play. Staff are nice and the I have always found the venue clean. It’s great place for play date meet ups. We will keep coming back.

Just visted Fun Dimension today for the first time. The kids had a blast. The pricing was fair.The restrooms were very clean. The children menu was great. However my husband and I are vegan and we ordered the veggie burger.( beyond meat product) and it was given to us under cooked.My husband asked them to cook it a little bit longer and when they brought it back to us it was still under cooked. The packaging states to cook thoroughly until all pink is gone. We simply asked for a refund. We would come back, however we would only order food for the kids.

Super disorganized, no management presence other than appears to be owners sitting in the "restaurant area on some lab tops". Was with my 2 girls and in the laser tag only young boys attending, makes it uncomfortable being that I need to let them in alone. In the restaurant the food is too expensive and the order was wrong twice making me wait more time. When redeeming for prices no one wanted to help no one at counter. Had to ask at front desk for help but she couldn't get anyone because she was alone. Had to go by restroom to find someone after 15mins felt like again no one cared and no manager presence guiding or giving some expectations on customer service .

First time I visited this place. We went to the inside playground which I pay $12 for kid and you can be there all day for the same price. The place is huge you can dine in there, the kids can have a lot of fun and believe if your kids have a lot of energy this is the place for them. Theres parking there if you are lucky you'll park inside but if its not you have to park outside!

It’s a small place you would think they’d have someone at each station. Had to wait for someone to order. Then had to wait for someone to try and get a prize. All staff looks like you are bothering them, as if you aren’t purchasing something. Also have to pay for parking.

Awesome place - state of the art everything - great staff ! extremely fun - very highly recommended , my son did not want to leave and neither did I - telling everyone i know about it!

Amazing place for the kids and adults. Great scenery for dope pictures. In Wynwood don't get discourage valet parking avail. Decent package price for both. Food was well seasoned and tasty, please try the steak bowl my fav.

We had a great visit. Great stop on the way back to the airport. My kids 8yo and 10yo had a lot of fun. The wonderful service at the restaurant and front desk by Naxlie (hope I spell her name correctly) was the icing on a cake. Highly recommend.
