REVIEWS OF Sesame Place IN Delaware

It was a great experience. There were so many rides and activities to do there. I had a bunch of kids ranging from 3 to 13, and everyone had a blast and didn't want to leave at 8pm.

Sydney Roach

It is so much fun! It's got rides for toddlers all the way up to the elderly! This place is booming with Sesame Street vibes! It showcases all of your favorite characters! They also host a wonderful parade!

Charli Vasso

Great place to take little kids, ages 1 to 8, older kids like it too, but it is geared to the toddlers. I rated it 4 stars because it gets really busy at times and is less enjoyable. Also they used to have the cutest Elmo and cookie monster plates that you could take home but they got rid of them.

Alison Carter

We went two weekends in a row and found the afternoon to be less crowded. It was fun and our 3 yo loved it, especially meeting all the characters. We did wait in some long lines though, especially Saturday morning. There is very little in the way of guidance for shows and character meetings. I would suggest planning your day ahead of time with the online schedules.

Izabel Tamayac

I come here every summer and every summer I love it. It almost seems Sesame Place will never disappoint, oh and Happy Birthday! I loved your firework display

Barbara O'Neill

This was our 3rd trip to Sesame Place, but our prior 2 trips were 7 and 8 years ago. The park has definitely aged badly for all the money they charge for everything. The parking charge is 25 a day, though you can leave and come back as long as you have a receipt. Do not plan to eat in the park. The food is outrageously priced and, I wouldn't really care if it was good, but it was disgusting. 1 kids meal and 3 adult meals with 3 drinks was 65 dollars. The souvenirs are even more expensive than the food. An 8 or 12 inch stuffed character for 30! The same would probably be 8 to 10 on Amazon? The rides were fun and the kids had a blast, but I won't ever go back again. I don't mind paying for quality, but considering how much the park has changed for the worse it's not worth the money anymore.

Leanne Wombough

One of our favorites. Great for the waterpark but we also love visiting during the holidays. The shows are so cute and watching the kids meet characters is priceless. Make sure you catch the parade.

Steve Lim

The food cost was terribly expensive and the place was understaffed when we visited. We ended up waiting for one hour and 30 minutes to wait on the ride that lasted only a few seconds... I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nilda Thompson

Great fun for the whole family. We usually get the speed pass bracelets now so we can maximize rides but my children age 4 and 6 can ride almost anything and Always have fun!! Bring food in a cooler so you can eat in the lot when hungry. Food lines are long and is overpriced for not much quality. Overall great family fun!

Rian Williams

Brought our 10 and 2 year old here. The 2 year old loved it, 10 years old is a little too big for this park. Meeting the characters was really great and the parade they have at the end of the day is great. There is a lot more to do than I thought there would be as we didn't even get a chance to try the water park. What I didn't like about this place was the buffet. It was extremely dirty, looked like nobody cleaned it up, and had stuff everywhere. You are MUCH better off bringing in your own food as the food at the park is a let down.

Lateasia Brown-VanAnglen

Great for all ages! Just need more security to keep people from jumping the lines. One food place only had 1 person on the register and doing the cooking.

Rich Figaro

Yesterday, Wednesday 28th August we did all dry rids.. our children had a blast as they were able ride any ride with practicality no wait time due to the small amount to park attendees.. tomorrow God's willing we will be doing all wet rides..

Tomiya Coleman

My granddaughter had a great time! Lots of water fun (lazy river, several play areas, & water slides) and rides (tea cup, swings, carousel, etc.). I would suggest buying tickets when they go on sale... the regular priced tickets & food are a little pricey.

Jacob Wernicke

Just for little kids, no way, but I wouldn't take teens unless you had little kids in your party. That probably went without saying. They did have great shows, even the costumed dancers were quite the performers! The place is more than half water park , so make sure you bring a swimsuit you feel comfortable walking around in all day.

Brenda Morales

I bring my Kids here my 3 yr old and my 9 month old is the best place for them to have lots of water games and game Fair love it keep coming back every year...and food is delicious especially hamburgers and smoked turkey legs, and funnel cakes.

breanna ebinger

As an employee (rides operator) I’ve come to understand that with all the hard work we do , we are an amazing park. And I’m not just saying this because I work here, I’ve come as a guest many times and I’ve always had fun. Sesame Place makes me feel like I’m a kid again . It’s a great place for all the kids !!

Nicole Cooper

Great theme park for families. The rides are great for young kids- (even my 3 year old could ride on all but 1 of them) and my husband and I also really enjoyed them! We've been here twice and I always recommend it to families with kids. Whether you are a big Sesame Street fan or not (how could you not be? :) you'll enjoy your time at Sesame Place!

Zaira Franco

Fun for kids, but few things to point out. Rides: Unsure about how clean the water is on the water rides. The lazy river smelled like poop. Slow service (took 45 minutes to get 4 iced coffees. Unhelpful staff in the shopping areas. Management please spend more time training your employees.

Ray

Park is very clean. There's changing stalls in the bathroom for the water park which is nice. Probably better off bringing your own food if you can. Even though they have signs for eating healthy in the cafes, the food they offer does not support it.

ronique johnson

It’s really pricey but I expected it to be so it wasn’t a surprise. My son enjoyed himself, so once the kiddo is happy we are happy too! Thanks Dasani for the extra special treat at the end of our day (the fireworks)

Bryan Kowalski

The kids had a good time but if it was too cold for water play it would have been a short day as half the park is water rides. $25 for parking and $30 per medium sized stuffed animal is outrageous. Lots of characters which they enjoyed.

Suzanne Mendoza

Love the Sesame street characters, but there isn't much to do, it can use a little more entertainment or rides n a nice big pool cause the children aren't the only ones who want to have a good time, adults love to swim n have fun as well. But all n all it was fun. Thank you.

Juanita Raus

Today was my first family vacation with my fiance and daughter at Sesame Place, and though we're not done (going back tomorrow to do a little more), we LOVED it!!! She's still under 1 year old but there was so much to do for all ages, and she had a blast! Definitely recommend Sesame Place for all ages! Love it!

Ashley Nava

First time being here and my kids (4 & 6 yrs) enjoyed it. The shows and the parade were entertaining. They enjoy the waterpark and the rides. Thumbs up like my kids say

Hannah Donovan

We enjoyed our visit, we found the park to be clean and organized! The rides were good and kids loved it. Park employees were friendly and helpfull also.

Daz

Great place for young children. Lots of rides and water play areas. However, if you're not in the water and it's high temps out, it gets unbearable. There used to be indoor play areas decades ago, but they don't exist anymore. They would have been great for extreme heat relief.

Carl Pettinato

We have twin 4 yr old grandsons. The 4 of us have season passes. The staff and characters go out of their way to make it a great day. Water rides,. Rides ,. Shows A great place.!!

Melanie Speece

Wonderful way to spend a day. Grandchildren ages 2 &6 both had water attractions. Parade was the highlight of the day followed by ice cream in a waffle cone. Get there early so you can claim a spot in the shade to retreat to and use as home base. Wish there were more shades area along the parade route.

Nirmol Chandhoke

Great time. 4 kids under 3 and one 9 year old. They had a blast!!

giustino valenti

What a wonderful time we had! My 5 year old autistic grandson loved every minute, from the rides to the characters and the parade! Non-stop entertainment. Biggest down is the prices of things, otherwise 5 stars.

Julia Naumowicz

Sesame Place is one of the first places I've ever visited that has low sensory rooms available to guests. While I'm not on the autism spectrum, I do have post traumatic stress disorder and it is very easy to become overstimulated in large crowds, so having a place where i could sit and decompress for a few minutes was very helpful. The rooms are definitely geared towards younger guests, with sensory toys like liquid filled floor pads and a cube seat that releases a soft ambient light in your color of choice. Along with the low sensory rooms there were tons of staff on hand and lifeguards swarming the water park sections, so even with the huge amount of people it didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic because the employees made sure everything went smoothly. I definitely hope to return sometime soon.

Carlos Geru Limardo

Lots of fun for the kids. It's not all about rides either, there are shows, a parade, pools and a bunch of other stuff so you can get your kids to play or sit in place and allow you to sit or take a break.

Tes Giorgio

We had a blast. My son is 2.5 years old. Some rides were to old for him but he enjoyed the breakfast with characters. The water rides are fun. Food was not that good & expensive (bring food). Merchandise also expensive. Definitely will go again.

Dagoberto Marin-Perez

Great place to take the kids. Water park and rides for the kids and adults. Everyone had fun. I love the schedule they have for events happening through out the day. Download their app and see the events and at what time they will happen. The map is very detailed also. Great water park and amusement park for the kids.

Annie McCormick

This is a great place for the 5 and under kids. We loved spending 2 days at the park, we got to go on lots of rides and see shows. The parade was fun and the 4th of July fireworks were beautiful. Highly recommend for young kids!

Smita Roy

Great place. Just go and enjoy you with your family. You would love it.

Michelle Lodico

Great spot for little kids. Pricey food etc for what you get, but standard for an amusement park. Nursing room for moms, quiet space for kids who need it. The parade is nice and the splash pad area is fun.

Thelma Moreno

Great place to go with the family. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many different rides that make it easy and fun for all ages.

Vasu S

Good place to take your kids. We visited this place recently, it was clean and well maintained. Not over crowded probably because of the long weekend. Kids will definitely enjoy.

Maria Melendez

We visited the Saturday after Labor Day and it was a great experience. We got there early and rode the dry rides and the lines were not more than five minutes. Even lining up before shows wasn't too bad we just did it a half hour before and we were set. I like that the park isn't huge so you don't have to walk too much but a stroller still helped. My two year old really loved it and was able to enjoy much more of the park than I expected.

Noelle Ramos-Vasconcelos

The staff at Sesame Place was great - very professional, courteous and on top of every detail to make your experience memoriable. I wouldn't recommend the food except for beverages and light snacks (popcorn). It's definitely a two day outing in order to experience the whole park.

Amy O

What an amazing park... great for kids of all ages whether you are a sesame street fan or not. There is something to do the whole day whether its shows or rides or the water park. It was a real fun day and the kids had a great time!!!!

Sesame Place is so close to being really good theme park... But there are just some aspects about it that make me put it ranked near the bottom of places to visit in the region. Our kids really like Sesame Street, like most kids, and they loved the parade as well as the show, but that was about it. Both times we have been here it has been way oversold. Thev lines for everything were way too long. They are deceptively shorter than you think because so many people have someone that stands in line for everyone else in their party who rejoin them once they get to the front. So a line you think is only about 30 minutes takes closer to an hour. The food: the kiosks w not well-supplied. We stood in line for a while and, I guess they ran or of food or something. The staff just walked off without saying anything and left everyone just standing there. We ended up leaving at that point to get food outside the park. There is a water park there as well. It looked like some fun things to do, if there weren't so many people. I would think this place might be good to visit during the week, but weekends, only if you don't mind the crowds

JC Mitchell

Will never ever go to this "ghetto" park again. Not even my kids wanted to stay. Nothing like family friendly pictures used for advertising. Parents leave the string bikinis at home.

Karisma Nelson

I have such fond memories from my childhood. Coming back was such a great idea. We had so much fun. The water rides are great, the carnival area with the games was fun though small. The parades and shows entertained us and we are adults. Had a wonderful time!

Jeanette Beaudry

We love Sesame Place for our family (4 kids 7 and under). There are rides aplenty once no longer a handheld infant and love that these are rides that you can go on with your kid. Note, most of them until they get tall enough require an adult. We have never experienced long lines at the regular rides but this past time, did note very long wait times for the water rides largely, I think, because of staffing and their inexperience in moving people through efficiently. Otherwise, it is very well maintained and clean. There is a great balance of rides and other fun things (shows, parades, etc...) which are very well done. We have gone multiple times for A Very Furry Christmas which is cute. The parking ($25/day) and food and lockers ($35/day!!) are expensive. You can bring snacks into the park and we saw a lot of people picnicking in their cars or at picnic benches near the parking area to bring their costs down. Overall, a great experience. Also note, there are frequent deals on tickets and passes so check online to see what is available!

Jenice Camarena

We absolutely love this park. We've done the VIP meet and greet with Elmo and Cookie Monster and my kids have absolutely loved it. There's so much to do and see: free shows, parades, water rides, dry rides, character photo opportunities, character dining. The staff are all so friendly. We drive from NJ and we don't mind the trip.

Steve Moskowitz

Brought our 3 year old to sesame place. She loved it. There was so much for her to do and it was extremely age appropriate. the shows were great and the linrs were not terrible. We definitely did not need to stay for more than one day. We were able to do everything in the one day that we went

Alison Carter

Lynn Donadio

Fantastic place to take my grandchildren. Very clean, safe environment. Everyone so friendly The shows and characters were amazing

Dominic Donato

We love the holiday events at Sesame Place. The kids had a wonderful time and we can't wait to go back.

THERESA Keyes

Sesame Steet Place offers fun for all ages. We caught a live show with Elmo. Played in several water park areas and enjoyed the rides. My daughter said the green roller coaster ride was her all time favorite. If you buy tickets online you can save on the price of admission. Be prepared to spend money for parking.$$

Chan Sohn

Been going to this place since I was a toddler, now I'm bringing my own toddlers here. It's incredible how they continue to thrive, bringing in new rides, innovations, shows... And plus my kids love Sesame Street... Big Bird, Oscar, and of course Elmo! Children have opportunities to interact with their favorite characters and the rides are suitable for a wide range of ages. The water park is really intricate and fun as well Finally, the operators of this park has done an incredible job catering to parents of young children by default and training their staff to grow and protect the imaginations of the visiting children. Friendly service and smiles all day.

Naomi O'Donnell

This is definitely a one-day park. There's plenty to do but not everything is for children under 42". Some ride attendants allow smaller children on rides that are not suitable for their size, so beware. The employees tend to the bathrooms regularly. Loved that. Otherwise, my family and I really enjoyed our time at the park!

David Ritchie

While not the largest or most modern of parks, Sesame Place has been our children's favorite. The lines aren't bad and 3-year-olds can ride everything save Oscar's Wacky Taxi.

Kathy Niebylski

This place is great, besides having a really long wait time for water slides. It would be a fantastic idea to have water shoes if your kids plan on going on every water slide, it's pretty helpful

ronen allon

Great place for kids, they can easily spend here 2 days. After the 3pm parade alot of people leave the park so the lines are shorter. You can catch the same parade at 7pm as well so the easiest time to come here will probably be around 3pm.

Shara Sincoff

Such a great place. So different from when I was a kid. I wish the kids could be in the parade still, but besides that it was a good day.

sashajanel nieves

Had a great time. My daughter is 3 and had an amazing time.. Just the lines were a little long but great day.

Anthony LaMendola

If you don't pay extra for pretty much everything, you're going to have a bad experience. They have lines that express you through so you don't wait fit extra money, reserved seating for every show, reserved seating for parade, and it honestly took away from the experience this place used to bring to the kids. Seems like it's more about how much you pay if you want the better experience, which wasn't the case not so long ago.

Catherine Casillas

It was the most fun I could have had as a 45 yr old...And that's 50 yrs of Sesame Street..I lived every minute of it.my 7 yr old not as much as I did..my 18 yr went with me to keep her bro company and Husband and niece and sis in law....her 6 yr old DAUGHTER loved it..Photos and fun and parades and water rides wow LOVES IT ALL!!

Deborah White

Wonderful my kid's & i had so much fun. They added a few rides & stuff since I've been 2yrs years ago.

MJ L.

We had a blast! The staff are friendly (except for a couple of ones who showed attitude at the restaurants) and helpful. You definitely need unlimited magic queue on busy days.

Rich Shea

Louis Fountain

It's great for kids they have live shows through out the day they also have a Elmo live show in the box theater . Food is kind of expensive 4$ for water they have a burger place the line is definitely a 30 minute wait . The line for rides isn't that bad at all. They have a place where you can take pictures with the characters free from your phone or they can print them for 40$. Parking is 25$ police are definitely present so there's really no criminal mischief going on I'm going back soon

Brandon Wilson

get here early. bring that wet suit. Also come early for the parking. Signs to exactly where parking is and how you should proceed is at the least "slim to none". Overall Sesame Place is an enjoyable adventure on a minimal scale size wise

JC Mitchell

Will never ever go to this "ghetto" park again. Not even my kids wanted to stay. Nothing like family friendly pictures used for advertising. Parents leave the string bikinis at home.

Cory Sussman

What a fantastic place. Always check online for deals as their day pass is quite expensive especially with a big family. I wish we had more than 1 day here but we made it a quick trip for our first time. Check the schedules to see when characters will be taking pictures as the kids will love it. They do not allow water shoes or and footwear on the water rides. Definitely worth the trip if you have any young ones, but many rides are great for those just able to do rides to the young at heart

Shannon Bryant

I suggest going during the week, the lines are long and with the attention span of a toddler you can imagine how that can go! The parade is really cool..and the character meet and greet is awesome...food is so / so but your able to bring in coolers with snacks and drinks that's definitely a plus!! Well definitely visit again!

Matthew Rose

Best place for families to go! Every employee is attentive to every child’s needs. The shows are amazing! Food is good. Decently priced for an amusement park. Need to get there early! Park gets packed fast! Love this place so much. Like I said very family friendly!

Mike Andrews

Great place for young kids. 4and up will have the best experience. Get the special bracelet to skip the lines or you experience will be horrible. Bring a cooler to cut your cost. You have the ability to leave and re enter.

ruth hadad

Trrible bathrooms Not clean Food extremely expensive Small portions. Water was not clean in one of the rides. One area with water and slides didn't opened due to short stuff. Nice parade.

Diane Boland

First time visiting on a Sunday and my last. Restrooms at 6pm were unusable. Clearly no one was keeping up with it. Fast food not fast and there was more food on the floor than was being served. Not enough help or poorly trained. Tried to over look & enjoy my day.

Niharika Thakur

Simply awesome place

Robert Greene

Kids had a blast! The park staff were helpful and kind. Height restrictions were challenging due to my kids' ages and heights (42" or taller would allow kids to ride alone). Souvenirs were a bit too expensive (like the bubble maker costing 30 dollars).

Arturo Barbosa

A lot of nice shows for kids to see. But if they're 5 and under, they won't be able to get on rides and there are many that they can't get on. Get the unlimited drink cup. Worth the $16. One water cost $6.

Rachel Ramsarran

My 2 year old had a blast here. No long lines coming during the week in the spring. Shows were fantastic and took pictures with all the characters. Everything was very clean and people were helpful.

Nathan Frazee

Awesome place to bring a 3 year old. We arrived just in the time for the parade which is definitely worth sitting and waiting for. The shows and plays are great and the characters interact well with the kids. We found wayfinding a little difficult but the staff were all super friendly and happy to point us in the right direction.

FLOW C

Not bad for a small theme park. If your kids love Sesame street, look no further. Wait for the promos, to save you some cash.

Alice Smith

We had a wonderful day! There was rain in the forecast so it was not crowded at all. Everyone was very nice. My 3 year old grandson had a blast.

Jeanette Beaudry

Jimmy Martin

Went for my kid's birthday. Had a blast. Clean and friendly

Lauren Klein

Sesame place was really fun for the kids, but the place is super disorganized. They turned away people with tickets to VIP character greetings and like so many reviews I read the staff at the park often look overworked and uninterested. I’m glad to have done it once but I can’t imagine ever going back.

Andre Wyche

My little ones liked it. But it is overpriced. The adults that were there with the children were dressed like they were performers at a strip club. Sesame Place needs to enforce a dress code and serve better food.

Michelle

Spent 2 days here with our Autistic 7 year old daughter .WOW awesome job and the ease in being here was amazing . The ticket for 6 dry rides was a life saver for us. Traveled 9 hours to bring her here and totally worth it. Thanks so much for making this a nice place. Staff was amazing and very well trained. Not making our daughter wear a wrist band was nice as this is hard for her. Love that the rides are all rides parents can ride with the kids. The characters were great and out often. Only thing I would recommend is a specific starting place for character meetings. We waited a while and then people just walked up and were able to see character first because there was no real line before characters came out.

Ryan Shary

What a fun amusement park! We took a road trip this summer and hit Sesame Place as one of our stops. Our kids (5, 5, and 2) LOVED Sesame place. The rides were fun and fit pretty well for their ages. It would have been nice to have some smaller rides that they could go on by themselves - most of them require an adult (at least for how tall our kids are). The park does allow one parent to 'swap' kids after a ride though. My wife is pregnant and couldn't ride, so I rode with one of the kids, then swapped them out without having to wait in line again. Don't forget your bathing suits when you go. There are several water attractions that are critical on a hot day!

tiffany donohue

Great time here with family. I recommend getting the skip the line pass. Having toddlers wait on line was not a good time. They only had one slide going in morning till more customers came so had to wait 45 minutes for ride

Lizz

Always a great time. Wasn't too crowded. It rained so they closed early and gave us passes to come back that are good for a year. Done with Elmo was fun and the kids loved it.

Sisie R

Loved it. My kids had a blast. Wonderful park. Looking forward to going back in the spring.

John Jonczak

Fantastic family friendly park! My boys (5and3) had a blast. Like any business there is room for improvement but overall the price is good, staff is friendly, and experience was wonderful

ranada stewart

my kids enjoyed the splash pads there is no "line" to play on the splash pads the other 6 rides they have have long wait lines even the fast, Express line is very slow moving. Just a suggestion the park should place signs (most other parks do this btw) in the line areas that say how long the expected wait is from different points in the line. park was clean

Amy Berridge

We are platinum pass holders and booked a Dine with Elmo and Friends on Father’s Day weekend. Horrible is an understatement! First, the food line was so long and slow moving that there was a line of adults waiting for food that stretched in front of the stage, blocking the entire opening number for my child and all of the others in attendance. When we got up to get food, the salad and several other dishes were empty and never got refilled. We were told that all characters except for Oscar would come to our table.... we’ll that didn’t happen. The only character to come to our table was Elmo. They were clearly understaffed and didn’t care about the children. It was a complete waste of money. This really soured the Sesame experience for us. I really don’t think we will be renewing our passes. We definitely will never spend the money on another dine! So disappointing.

Zeph the best

I liked this place because it is good for a nice family time the younger kids and for older children. Sesame place something for everyone. The waterpark was the part. My opinion

Piers Platt

Ideal for kids up to about age 10, especially if they are fans of Elmo. Interest may wane after that... Rides are mostly geared towards younger kids but they do have a couple small coasters. Parade at 3 and 7 daily. If you want to be able to skip lines to meet and take photos with characters, spring for the character meal. Lockers available by the entrance but they're not cheap.

Identity Nonwithstanding

This place was fun, the lines were relatively reasonable, and everyone in my party had a good time. One thing it seems to be missing is a full sized pool. The only real pool in the park seemed to be a foot deep baby/kids wave pool. The biggest flaw of the park was that there are no shoes (fully secured sandals or water shoes included) on any of the slides. This wouldn't be so bad if all the pathways were smooth, but in reality they're all course pavement with rocks mixed in. In other words, your feet are going to hurt just from standing there, especially if it's hot.

Carm Ross

Season pass save money... Been taking my kids here... Every chance we get... Best to visit on weekdays... Less lines... The best part is the water and parade

Sylvia Velez

I love the fact that sesame place is special needs friendly. You guys have no idea how amazing our experience was that they were able to cater to my daughter’s autism.

Dayme Nunez

It is an amazing experience specially if you have kids. And if you been in Disney you know what I mean when I said it feel like a Disney experience but less crowded. I definitely recommend people to bring their kids for a fun summer day !

Cynthia Edwards

Too many people and to much money for a family of three. You pay 75 dollars a peace and the lines are to long. It takes to long to get on rides.

Steve Moskowitz

Brought our 3 year old to sesame place. She loved it. There was so much for her to do and it was extremely age appropriate. the shows were great and the linrs were not terrible. We definitely did not need to stay for more than one day. We were able to do everything in the one day that we went

Andrea Sorial

Love Sesame Place! Get there early and you won't be disappointed. It's so nice that they finally threw some money into re-doing sesame Street and the new show is awesome!!!

Joe Martin

The park is super clean and well maintained. The graphics and esthetics are full of bright colors and are high quality. Walking down Sesame Street is a true pleasure. The performers at Sesame Place are amazing. Those in costume are unbeliveably talented, I can't even fathom how they can move and dance around like they do. They interact so well with the kids. Dine With Elmo is highly recommended. You essentially get personal access to the characters which our kids absolutely loved. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful. One negative is that most rides are geared towards pairs or singles. So if you have 2 kids that aren't tall enough to ride by themselves, you can't ride with 3 at a time. This was our second time and we will definitely be back.

J B

Had a wonderful time. We ended up purchasing the Magic express bands. The park was super packed. My only complaint is the park is paperless so they expect you to use the app or the map in the park which is difficult because I put my phone in the locker so I can go on the water rides with my children.

patrick lordi

My family has season passes here and it's defiantly a fun time for the kids but Sesame Place really could step up their came when it comes to taking care of the park. I can totally understand how difficult this can be with it being filled with little kids all day but that should obviously be expected. The changing rooms could use a face-lift and should be frequently cleaned. The places to eat could be a little better with friendlier staff. There is a lot of potential for Sesame Place to be so much better, i just hope that one day they see that and take advantage of it.

johanna deleon

It was amazing. My kids enjoy there time in sesame place. The parade was amazing, they had fun on the water and dry rides, and the diferent activities that the sesame street has around the park. The only down fall of sesame street is there bathrooms very disgusted. They need to be maintain and smell better. But overall my kids enjoy it.

Mary Grayson

Me and my grason Ollie went , I use to take my daughter there 1992 yes it has changed a lot Glade they have rides cause Oliver doesn't really like the water so his first roller coaster ride was there we had a great time I have season passes so me and my daughter better go before they close the park up only went once because of work, I will make time to go again very soon

Fatma Bekheet

My kids.loved this place. Definitely look for coupons because it is very pricey! Plus also parking fee.

Joe Doris

Such a wonderful place to bring your kids. It's definitely worth getting the memberships too. There's a ton to do and see here and it can be appreciated by children of all ages. They are also a certified autism center so it's completely autism-friendly.

Thomas Mattenson

Took my granddaughter Celia here for her birthday, I had an excellent experience! There staff was friendly, in particular a girl worker in blue, I believe her name was Emily! My granddaughter had plenty of fun on the rides, and there were plenty of spots for me to relax while she enjoyed the park with her friends. The beverage prices could be a bit more reasonable, but they are better than other parks around (looking at you six flags). Great experience overall, thank you Elmo!

Lauren Viozzi

Sesame Place was great as always I was very disappointed with the character of Cookie Monster during the parade he got out of the float went to the one side with a few kids want me to come over to the side where there's tons of kids sitting right in front of his float my son was there trying to high-five him and he just walked on by and didn't touch or high-five any of the kids on our side very disappointing especially for the kids that were looking forward to seeing him

Mike Yosi

Great place to bring kids. Best to come early before the lines become too long and parking is difficult. If buying a regular ticket wait was a sale, usually 50% off. Also pay the extra for the fast pass, which helps skip the line. Bring your own snacks and water, as prices are typically high for an amusement park.

Sesame Place is great for kids of all ages. There is plenty to do even for my 22 month old. The main pool is great and there are some kiddy rides that my daughter was able to go on. The park however is very expensive so I suggest purchasing your tickets online where you often get some sort of a discount. Also if you are not local and can stay in the area overnight you can enjoy a second day at the park for free. Also try to avoid the weekends if you can (even though it is easier said than done) as the park is always packed and get there early to get the most bang for your buck.

John Berescik

Had a great time and loved the experience with my daughter. Place seemed clean and the rides look in very good shape. The parade and the show with Big Bird was wonderful. Would of given 5 stars but the food was okay and when I asked where Elmo would be for pictures, I had a very hard time finding an employee who knew where he would be. However, I would recommend people going at least once.

Jenna Specht

I love this local gem. It's not the best park, but it is very convenient, most workers are super nice/friendly. I loved this place as a kid and now my kids love this place as well. It is perfectly sized for little kids and their families. If you like super big roller coasters, this isn't your place. But it is a perfect family park designed for younger kids.

Rain Stone

If zero stars were an option I would choose that. I had to bring my kid kicking and screaming back to the car because Sesame Place wants to charge $80 for all people 2 and over. Also, great job on the security for not bothering to search me or my family and instead searching the group of 30 kids behind me.

Krystal Balcacer

Best place ever!!! Brought my six year old daughter for the first time and she had a blast. Furthermore, this was my first time as well and I will definitely be visiting Sesame place more often. Food is great and not pricey at all. Can't beat the prices and the amount of fun you'll have!!

Wallace Henry Hartley

This park was very good. Everyone there is positive. The Children are very happy, the food is great! The park gives me great memories and good vibes.

Danica Dancy

Visited there for the Halloween theme. It was super cute!!! Cold but cute! It was me and daughters first time there. I definitely have visit in the summer to explore the entire park. Only thing was I was not able to redeem my in park discount and theyone time ride again voucher. Other wise we had fun.

Nadia DaSilva-Rodrigues

My son loved it! The rides for his size are all close together and it was easy to navigate. The food wasn't great (or good even) but being able to bring a small cooler for snacks makes that easier to work with. Have a water park option close is great, too. Definitely a great park for 1yr olds and up.

Rosanne Roller

A great and unique place for a family day out. Kids love it. Not just the younger kids but even older teens find fun things to do. The whole family loves the water park on hot summer days. There is a wonderful variety of places to eat so even the pickiest eater will be thrilled. Fun & educational. You can go for a day or take advantage of the money saving season pass.

Ahram Kwon-Foo

My kids loved this place. Lots of things to do and ride for the little ones. Lines can get long but it moved pretty fast. Not very good options for food though... so pack your food if you prefer. We had burgers and fries at the food court and it was mediocre, as expected.

Ruth Wagner

Fun place for children. Price is too high and you have to buy everything in the park. Only good thing is rides and shows are included.

Mare Calotta

We love sesame! It's great for our 2 year old! The rides and shows are great and meeting the characters is great too! If you live nearby, it's definitely worth the season pass! They have stuff to do from springtime through Christmas.

Logan Lyons

took my niece to enjoy her third birthday! we had a blast! i wish lines weren’t as long, but we were at the park all day and opted for the admission + meal ticket. it was definitely worth it. i haven’t been since i was young and it was just as memorable this time around!

Cheryl Hill-Herder

If your child loves Sesame Street, nonstop fun and/or water parks, this place is for you!!! It's not too big, the staff is helpful and kind, the shows are great and the whole family will find plenty to enjoy!! I highly recommend.

waqas khalid

Great park for kids. Plenty of rides for all ages though on a hot or warm day most of the people line up for the water rides. You can roam the entire park within 4-5 hours. Plenty of parking available. If you can spend an extra $5, park in the preferred parking lot.

Bobbie Priscilla

The rides are cute and the kids have fun but sometimes the lines for the rides are extremely long. The earlier you get there, the better.

Matthew Griffin

Very packed and not a huge selection of non-water rides. However, kids will love and enjoy it. Pricey food and drink options, but not bad over all.

Lynette Thompson

Great place for families. I'd say wait til your child is at least 3 so they can enjoy more rides.

Sasha Rezk

Loved the place when me and my husband took our daughter the 1st time but when we went on a Saturday it was like walking through a zoo with animals out of the cages. One of the characters was rushing to get to the musical show, shoved and scared my daughter. SHES 2 BTW. The worker with the character apologized.

Andrew Worthington

Went Labor Day weekend. Half the water attractions were shut down due to staff loss to college. The rides we were on took forever because they still haven't figured out how to smoothly integrate speed pass users. Food was pricey, locker rental was $35!! #%!&@% Fun was had though, the shows are great and my son loves the characters.

Rejon Littlepage

Hate the lines but it's a great place for kids. Fun roller coasters and water rides! Teachers can get a free season pass provided that they register with the park before April/May.

Brandon Linden

Small but delightful park for young children. Good value if you can make it on a hot day and utilize the many water attractions, but without you may run out off stuff earlier than you expected. Food prices are decent, even if the quality lacks a bit. The pricing for the and such is high and generally in listed. Don't like paying over $20 for parking, that should be included in the ticket prices.

DaynaKhady

Rides were fun. Although the lines were long they moved very quickly. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely visit again.

Tim Smith

Kids (3 & 5) had a lot of fun. Tickets go on sale regularly and are reasonable priced when on sale. My biggest complaints were the cost of parking and lockers. As a frequent Disney World visitor, I was stunned that these two items were noticeably more expensive at Sesame Place. Specifically, $35 for the smallest locker was extremely surprising especially since a locker is almost required if your entire party plans to do both the water rides and amusement park rides.

Tom M.

Overcrowded, understaffed, and expensive. The lines actually appear reasonable at first in terms of how many people are waiting, but they move SO SLOW because they only have one employee working the ride. It took 45 minutes to wait for a ride that was a Sesame-branded version of anything you'd find in a street carnival in a parking lot. They don't distribute paper maps for you to carry with you because they either don't want you to realize how small it is, or they're just being cheap. There were some rides inexplicably closed, there is no natural shade, and $25 parking is a bit over the top. There are better/cheaper options in the region.

Krys C

Take the babies at least once, but be prepared for outrageous prices. I brought my own food n drink cuz honey child their stuff is expensive n the toys are pricey but they will replace it in the park should anything happen to it. But they are pricey.

Barbara Hesse

Lunch with the characters is worth the money. Each character visits each table. Buffet food was actually very good and server was excellent.

Dana Levy

Great for younger kids (mine almost 6&8) girls had a blast. Went back and forth between water and rides all day 6year old could ride everything (but many only with adult)... Loved wacky taxi . Really nice wooden coaster

Khadijatu Lindsay

We had an amazing time yesterday with the family! It was a beautiful day and the wait for rides wasn't bad at all. The kids loved the parade and the funnel cake was delicious

Maryann N.

Fun Fun. Variety of rides and parades. I don’t think there are healthy food options very available. Overall good good place.

Chevon Hodges

It was a great kid friendly experience. However I would suggest giving a map on how to maneuver through the park upon entry. Otherwise we had a blast and its autism friendly as well.

Savanna Hodges

Our kids (4 and 5) had a wonderful time here. The lines for the water rides were long but that was to be expected since it was so hot. We went to count's castle where there were no lines and had fun for hours (adults included). The plus of everyone being on the water rides, there were no or minimal lines for the other rides. If you can swing the pass in line wristband do it for the water rides. I recommend bringing in a packed lunch. The price on food is extremely high. However, if you forget to pack a lunch, no problem. You can leave the park and re-enter on the same day. There are a few fast food restaurants nearby. 4 Stars because of the food prices. I expect high at an amusement park but not as high as they were.

Fun place, lots to do for kids of all ages. Biggest complaint is that no one seems to be on the same page. Trying to get pictures with characters, and everyone I asked gave me a different location, in some cases even when said character was not even coming out for pictures that day.

Elizabeth Barrett Sullivan

Enough stuff for kids 3-7 years old. Water rides are mostly for those over 42" unfortunately. Parade was fun and happens once per day. Other shows and character offerings are well managed and spread out.

Linda Cummings

Great fun for the grandkids! They loved the water slides and the characters at the lunch show. Even brings back happy childhood memories for the adults. Everything was clean and well maintained. Definitely plan to return.

Dana Ross

We just took our 2 and a half year old today and had a blast! The lines started out longish in the morning, which we expected. The character lunch was fun and sitting in the air conditioning was a good way to break up a very hot day. The food is a standard buffet, but the wait staff was great and the characters mingled for pictures. We did the water park after lunch during the hottest part of the day, and it was crowded but not more than expected. The only annoying part was people not putting the life vests back and their kids wearing them to other rides, so we basically had to yell/flag a person down about to give a person not even in line a vest after waiting awhile for one. The parade was fun and there was plenty of room to see all the floats. They let you bring in snacks and water, which totally helped keep our daughter happy. By the late afternoon, the rides had practically no line. Of course the souvenirs are pricey, but again that is standard at any amusement place and we were willing to spend $30 for an Elmo bubble wand to get our daughter out of the park without a fight. All in all, it exceeded our expectations and we all had a great time!

Margie Boitel

Absolutely love it! Had a great time coming asa kid and now to enjoy it with my kids is amazing. Great staff, great shows, & lots of fun.

Myriam Frederick

The kids always have a great time here, it costs $ 25 bucks for parking. The rides and attractions are great, its nice and clean. Staff were helpful. My youngest is 15 minths so we did swimming and Elmo musicial wish he enjoyed.

Jasmin Hollywood

Really nice experience with my family (husband and 2 small kids). We loved the live Sesame street show, meet&greet characters, rides and etc. Looking forward to returning back next year.

willie De la cruz

I was very excited to take my almost two year old daughter there and with plans on returning to celebrate her birthday there. The water part of the park was very fun and intense and it’s probably the only thing I got to enjoy from there. The ticket were way too expensive and only less than half the park was open and when you asked the employees all they really said, “summer is almost over so some of the rides are close for the season.” Like really

Amy Agosto

Fun family place. I didn't try it but they even have a sensory room for kids with disabilities which was awesome. To eat took a while, was a pretty long wait so you're better off at the little stands they have outside here and there. Renting a locker was a bit much so since I rented a stroller we basically used it as a traveling locker which was financially a smart move. They are pretty pricey within the park but what big park isn't really?! But either way everyone from adults, teens and the baby had a great time. Great place, it just can be pretty pricey depending on what you rent and buy. Oh and life vest practically everywhere for the kids which was definitely cool.

Travis Garcia

My family and I love going here. We have season passes and my personal experiences have been very pleasant and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Good amount of rides available and the water park portion is fun and the water is refreshing.

Julia B

Great place for family visit. My 2-years-old loved it very much. Unfortunately we didn't go to water part of the park (water was too cold) . But we'll go back later in summer. And don't skip on Dine with Characters. It was amazing

Angela Williams

My daycare has visited sesame Place for 14 outof the last 16 years. We love this place the children have so much fun and so do the parents. This last visit (yesterday) the lines were extra long everywhere. I’ve never seen it like this. It looked like they didn’t have enough staff on schedule. Overall everyone had fun. Oh i don’t like the soda machines in the eatery some people can’t figure them out which makes the lines grow longer. Maybe they should add more or have someone there periodically to help the customers. Still a great visit. Looking forward to going back of course next year.

Tom Lydecker

Attitude of the workers a closed down popcorn stands and shoulder stands and food stands when it rains a twinkle have problems with two bathrooms in the morning and should not be any problems with bathrooms in the morning when you get there at 10 and there's no toilet paper and paper towels no show one sink works at a time in the men's room. A good thing Sesame Place need to wake up tourist Place sometimes

Narima Deen

Fun for everyone. The food is also decently priced. The funnel cake topped with warm apples and ice cream for $12 is delicious and can feed 3.

Krissy Kallemyn

Our children love this place. They can ride just about everything in the park and love seeing the characters. It can get very busy and the lines can get long, so try to go on a cloudy, overcast day!

Bianca Bell

My daughters and I visited twice since this year for the first time. I don't know who was more excited me or them. I love them every second and I know they enjoyed themselves and would go back anytime. They're basically 10 and 7

Worker Ant

A++ My family & I just loved it! A lot of people but we're all here for the same reason... Fun with the Family!

S Harrity

It was way more enjoyable than I thought a kids theme park would be. Maybe because it was a school trip on a Wednesday morning while everyone elses kids were in school. Barely any lines, staff was friendly, park was clean, the roller coasters and water park was fun, AND my 4 year old was able to get on everything. I have no complaints.

Bilal Alsaify

My kids loved the place “They watch Sesame Street everyday!” The shows are awesome The rides are fun! Will definitely come back again.

Kaleb Gordon

Expensive for what you get. Unless your kid is a die hard Sesame Street fan or your desperate for an amusement park you could probably skip this one. A lot of the employees seemed almost exhausted and not many really attempted to act anything other than robotic and apathetic. Please touch mueseum or a zoo or aquarium visit will give you more bang for your buck.

David Naizir

My son loves it here and we always have a great time . Not too far from NYC yet it feels like small getaway. Great town great fun great times

Moses Vargas

Nice family plane good for young ages, but there some good activities for the older kids. Things can get a bit pricey but that's the same work all parks, pay for the privilege parking and get there earlier you can picnic by the tables instead of eating in park.

Surya Priya

Loved it. My kids enjoyed all the water games and fun rides. Totally loved the experience. But the entry fee and parking fee are way too expensive.

Angel Santiago

Kids love it. One item i would improve in big toddlers attractions that you walk mazes woth water falling on you they should heat up the water a bit so that on days that is 70 degrees its enjoyable...
