Had a great time with the Family, including 2 kids, 10 and 8 years old. We had access to 2 waterparks on the piers. We arrived at opening at 9:30am on a Thursday and got to do a lot of slides before it got busy.

Mike (The Manager) at the admissions or check in desk is the sole reason I will come back to The water park. Saving a detailed story I made a big mistake on my purchase and with everything being non refundable he took over an hour to get everything right and make sure I left completely satisfied. The customer experience is everything and he is the reason why people will keep coming.

The bar only serves light beer at a craft beer price, the lazy river you now have to remain in the float at all times, so basically you can't swim or get your whole body wet, remember this is a water park.

Very crowded! Some kids were unruly and rude, and the lifeguard payed no mind. Other than that, it was a great time!

Very clean and organized, life guards always pay attention to what's going on, food is very good and the service at the cabanas is very good.

Not what I remember as a kid and the service at the food station was horrible ! I paid 30 dollars for a blueberry pina colada and chicken tenders that I watched sit in the window and have flies land over it over and over again while the server just passed them until she felt like giving us our food only to throw it up on the counter to us and when I said oh this is her food ?? She shrugged before I could even say another word and walked away.... NEVER AGAIN !

It's worth the price and if you have 4 people you can get the discount price. I just love coming here it's so clean and the water is so refreshing. Plenty of life guards so i feel safe having my kids there.

Value for money. Not very expensive option. If you have already spent half of the day (untill 3:30 pm) not entered the water park then go for a deal that allows you the entry for only 25 bucks. The park is not big though but worth spending 2-3 hours.

The beach was nice and clean. It had that fresh sand smell. My towel still smells like the ocean. :) Found a couple of onix and pearl colored shells too.

This looks like an awesome place to be if you are an adult without young children. But, if you have little kids, their play area leaves much to be desired and is really difficult to get to. Ratings would be higher otherwise. For those that want to relax, kickback and enjoy life with a friend or love, this is a great waterpark. Bar area is a nice touch and gives an island feel. All the cabana rentals are a bit unaffordable for families, but decent for a group of friends splitting the bill. For families with little ones, skip this park and hit up raging waters instead. In lieu of the cabana, we got a hotel right off the boardwalk for the same price (or less) than the cabana rentals. Much more bang for our buck!

Wonderful place to spend a day. Spend hours floating on the "Lazy river" or zip down the slides on tubes, rafts or laid back down "Shotgun slides" bring food because prices are a bit rich. Definitely a go to during vacation.

Fun place to visit. Good amount of water slides. You can be there and out in about 2-3 hours. Lines weren't too bad. There's also a great area for young kiddos and babies. Admission was a little slow but we got there at open. It was our second time visiting. Definitely something fun to do.

Our family of five, me & my husband and our three kids, 15/13/10, spent the day at Ocean Oasis. This place is fantastic for older kids and adults. My husband & I took advantage of the 21 & up "hot tub" attached to the bar. We all enjoyed a good lunch at Stubborn Brothers. The vibe here is chill and relaxed. There are plenty of chairs, and my kids really liked the hammock-type swings. Locker rentals were cheaply priced, a small size was plenty big for what we needed to store. Ocean Oasis had two spots of acoustic music throughout the afternoon and there are many spots to take in great views of the ocean. Most importantly, the water rides, bathrooms, food areas are clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a relaxed and fun day off the beach, Ocean Oasis is worth the time and money.

Need to make it easier for season pass holders to enter. The wait is too longer while people cut in front of you and ignore signs for lines. Wednesday we waited 20 minutes. Also not happy about fact you can't use cups from last year to refill your drinks.

Ocean oasis is a good time. Enough stuff for the little guys to not get bored and enough big stuff to keep the bigger kids entertained! The food is pricey but good. We always bring food and save that cost. The bar up above the park is really good. Get a season pass if you plan on going more than twice a summer and benefit from all the perks. Tram car rides, discounted food and drink and apparel at select locations.

This is definitely the best Waterpark on the boardwalk !!! You can bring your own food/drinks. It is a lil pricey just looked any other waterpark but VERY much worth it !! And it's absolutely baby friendly ! They have a nice area for the baby's we loved it there
