We had my son's 5th birthday party at Jumpers this weekend - per his request. He's been to several parties there and has loved every one! The staff was wonderful - they came out to our car to help us carry the cake, fruit tray, etc. They also carried everything out to our car at the end - extra pizza, gifts, etc. I could not be more pleased with our entire experience. I have 2 younger sons and I have no doubt we will be having many more parties there!

This is the 2nd birthday party I've hosted with Jumpers. It's always been hassle-free and great. The staff were a delight, and followed up as necessary. My children had fun and so did their guests. The room set up was simple. We brought cake, a fruit tray, vegetable tray, and balloons. I would recommend hosting a birthday party at Jumpers.

We just had my three year old's birthday party here and it was a fantastic experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. they met me at my car and took everything in and set everything up for me. I like that they or a clean facility and encourage using hand sanitizer before entering the birthday room. They are extremely well organized and I would definitely recommend this place to someone else

We have been going to Jumpers for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Sure, it can get busy, but the staff and facility have always been top notch. I held my daughter’s birthday party here and it was the easiest experience. The Jumpers' crew met me at my car and unloaded everything and then they set up the party room. At the end, they packed everything up and helped us load the car. It was so great, that I’m planning another party for my son. They rotate out the bouncy houses and keep the whole place clean. The customer service is excellent. One time, the staff stopped play and helped look for my friend’s wedding ring that was lost on the slide. It’s a family-owned business that I’m happy to support.

Outstanding - clean, friendly, loads of fun! We just had a birthday party there for our 6 year old - it was awesome. Very friendly, very well organized, very clean - completely on top of everything. They took care of everything from signing people in, room set up, serving, clean up - even handed out favors at the end! Paul and Shane were extremely nice and easy to work with - they made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. The kids had a great time - and thankfully I did too because everything was so well taken care of! Well worth every penny!

Paul and his staff are hands down the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating group I have ever encountered. The facility is impeccably clean and well cared for. Way too crowded! We were invited to a party. 3 parties were using the equipment at once and in addition people could walk in for open jump. It was mayhem! No one was monitoring the equipment or how many children were in there are once. It felt unsafe. The party room was tiny. My daughter actually asked to never go here again! I give 2 stars only because it seems very clean.

Very happy and impressed with Jumpers! We had our 4 year old’s birthday party and everything ran smoothly and perfectly. The kids jumped for 1.5 hours, then we had pizza and cake before we said our goodbyes. The staff was professional, patient, and excellent hosts! They order and set up your pizza, drinks and cake (you provide this), and you have your own staff to help serve and clean up! Our guests were very happy and commented “great party” frequently. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Jumpers to anyone!

We recently had our daughters 3rd birthday party at Jumpers and we can not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had. The staff is so kind and professional. They set everything up and broke it all down, I didn't have to lift a finger. They make you feel right at home and ensure that all the kids are safe and having fun. It was run so smoothly it really allowed us to enjoy our guests and watch our daughter have a wonderful time. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a birthday party spot.

Clean, family owned business. It was our first visit and the woman at the front desk (daughter of the owners) couldn't have been more welcoming. The climbing structures and jumping houses are like new, well maintained and super clean. Jungle theme decor is cute, not cheesy fake cheetah stuff ;) Decorations for winter holidays were amazing! And included a nice poem/plaque about Hanukkah which is too rarely seen. Vending machines included healthy food choices. We were so impressed we bought a family pass to go back.

Lots of climbing and jumping. About 5 giant inflatable bounce houses with slides, obstacles, etc. Kept the kids busy for over an hour, but you can only bounce so much. It got VERY busy an hour after open on a rainy day. Overall well worth the price.

My granddaughter likes this place better than any other place. Affordable and not so crowded. The biggest downside for parents is the noise. There isn't anywhere to go other than the parking lot to avoid the noise. I like the employees, they are very conscientious, think about safety, and are constantly cleaning. I just wish for an adult quiet area.

Brings back memories of discovery zone. We spent 2 hours researching active play activities within a 1 hour radius of home. We made the right decision. Pros Low cost Huge slides Tons of tunnels and climbing Friendly atmosphere Well mannered clientele Warm staff. Cons Ages 10 and under Kids refuse to come home.(would be a pro, but my wife would kill me.)

I had my 4 year old son’s birthday party at Jumpers and I highly recommend it for a reasonably priced, well organized party. I brought dessert, veggies, and fruit, gave it to them when I arrived, and the rest was done for me. It couldn’t have been easier and they thought of everything - down to taping the plastic veggie platter so the top didn’t come off when we brought it home. I will definitely have another party there for my younger children!

Free coffee for the adults, and cotton candy and games for the young ones are a few of the added benefits! We travel here regularly to play from Wilmington, Delaware because nothing even comes close in our area. We have attended 2 birthday parties and hosted another here. We will be back again, and again!

Went to this place for the first time, what a secret gem, it has about six blow up jumpers and 2 tunnels that are connected. The place smelled super clean and my kid loved it. For 8 dollars! You cant beat that!! Only downfall is this place closes at 5 on the week days. But its definitely a must visit. I would say for kids ages 2-7 years old

My kids love jumpers! And it's so inexpensive for them to jump for the day. They would jump and play in the jungle gyms all day if they could. Bathrooms and facilities are clean and they have an area to sit and eat lunch and/or snacks as well.

I was getting ready to write my review of Jumpers and noticed the review that precedes mine. I can't imagine that we could be writing about the same place! Today, my son was at Jumpers with his school, The Timothy School, which is for autistic children. He has been here quite often, not only with school, but with other friends who also have special needs. We have never had anything but wonderful experiences at Jumpers. The owners and staff have always been extremely welcoming and helpful, and they have never charged our children an admission fee when they are there with school. I noticed some thank you notes on their bulletin board from a school for blind children and The Melmark School, so we are not the only special needs group that goes here. I will say that I usually let someone on the staff know that my son is autistic when we are there by ourselves or with friends. I know they have to be concerned with the children's safety, and sometimes it's not always obvious that a child has autism or special needs. I can't say enough about this place. I'm so thankful that we have a safe place to go where my son can play and we both really enjoy ourselves. Thank you!!!

My son wanted his 5th birthday party at Jumpers after attending another classmate’s party and I was very pleased! Danielle did a great job communicating the details of the party up to and throughout the party, making sure to check in and make sure everything was ok. Our party host did an excellent job to make sure all of our needs were met. It was crowded with another party, but as to be expected for a Sunday morning. Thank you, Jumpers!

Has only 2 video games so you dont have to worry about the kids wanting to play them and spend more. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the place was very clean.

There are three different bounce houses to choose from along with a giant inflated slide. One of the bounce houses is also reserved for smaller , younger kids too. In the back, there is a very large multilevel climbing playground too. In the front there is a small arcade with some round tables to have a snack at from the vending machines. Most importantly, where I have not seen at other facilities, there is a huge sign toward the back of the bounce house area that states they disinfect the play areas daily.

Our family enjoyed our time here for the most part. My older son (5) had the best time, while our youngest (almost 2) did not enjoy very much. It's more suited to bigger kids, although there is a bounce house designated for 3 an under. If they don't like the bounce house, there is not much else for the young one to do. The manager was very attentive though and without me even asking offered a complimentary pass for future use once he noticed how the little one was not enjoying himself.

This is a great place to take kids on a random day off. They have enough bounce houses and jungle gym space to go around for a quite a few people. Still though, it is rather small in size, so when it gets busy, it can get a bit cumbersome and extremely warm. Their snack options are very limited, so it's advised to take your food/drink with you. The staff is courteous and helpful.

We’ve been here for a few birthday parties and although the place could get crowded (mostly because more than one adult accompanies one child) it is clean and the kids love it. The staff is usually ok until you run into that superstar person. I don’t know how else to describe Brian (hope I have his name correct). Not only was he super helpful with everything birthday party but he is so understanding and went above helpful with an autistic boy. Brian was patient and guided him through the games and even got his name correct while helping clean hands. This guy needs some kind of recognition because as I mentioned Brian wasn’t helpful in just one scenario with one person, during our entire stay there he was non stop. We will be back for another party next weekend.

One of my favorite places for my little ones. The equipment is cleaned daily. I have watched them do it. The staff often creates games for kids just hanging around. I have had two birthdays here, and they were incredibly efficient. They have also been very accommodating of my special needs son never making him feel out of place or anything other than welcome. This is a very clean very nice jump house place for kids. The price is awesome at $10 a child for as many hours as you want to let your kids play. It is for younger kids as they don't allow kids above age of 10. However it is perfect for the younger kids!

Awesome experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. All the equipment was operational and in good shape. The place is really clean! We've been to pretty much all of these gyms/fun zones or whatever you call them. Some were chains some were privately owned. As you know all kids must wear socks when playing here. One way to tell how clean a place is was to simply look at kids' socks! At the end of our toddler's party we noticed her socks were as clean as when she first stepped into Jumpers! Can't say the same about other places we went to (in Broomall). If you can't keep your floors/carpets clean how are you keeping rest of your establishment tidy, right? Anywho... One minor complaint; lack of water. Kids are running around and get thirsty pretty quickly. The only water available here is from a vending machine. I think it would be nice to have free water, either from a big jug or fountain.

We just had our daughters 2nd birthday party there yesterday. I will start by saying that as a former restaurant manager, I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I was so pleased with Paul and his friendly staff that I had to write a review right away. I needed a space that would be good for 20 kids ranging from 18 months to 9 years old. I checked out a couple other bounce house funzones but really liked the jungle theme Jumpers has since my daughter LOVES Curious George. Not to mention, other places were not as friendly and much more expensive. My daughter absolutely loved her party and all of her friends seemed to have a great time too. Many of the parents who had not been thete before were inmpressed with the place as well. The staff here is incredibly warm, friendly, and efficient. They greeted my husband and I in the parking lot to unload everything, took care of all logistics with gifts and our private room setup, and everything else in between. Amber was our personal party assistant during our time in the private room and she rocked!! Jumpers is like a happy well oiled machine! I will definitely be having another party here at some point and will recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much for making our daughters party amazing!

Fun for an afternoon out with kids. They have a toddler bounce area, 2 other bounces, 2 giant slides, medium slides, and a huge climbing area with 2 more slides. I like that we can bring our lunch or snack, and they have a few tables to sit and eat. Free coffee for the adults. A few arcade games as well. I wish they had a more benches in the play areas, as it can get quite crowded on weekends and we get tired of standing for 2-3 hours. We appreciate how clean the facility is, and the staff is super friendly.

We love this place. We've been bringing our son here since I he was 16 mo old and he always has so much fun! It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, plus there's COFFEE for parents!!!! They have vending machines with some better snack options then most places, but you can always bring in your own snacks as well. It can get a little crowded on the weekends because so many people host birthday parties there, but it's never taken away from the good time. Most of the older kids are really considerate and careful around the little kids and are even willing to help them climb some of the bigger stuff. It's a great way to burn off some energy and the price is very reasonable, especially if you take advantage of the multi visit punch card, which discounts the per price visit a little.

One of the best party facilities we have ever worked with as parents of two small kids! Jumpers took excellent care of us from start-to-finish - the party was easy to plan, they adjusted our date when we had a conflict pop up without any issue, and from the moment we arrived for our party, we were well taken care of. People at our event loved the pizza, commented on how helpful the staff were, especially our party host (she was WONDERFUL!) and I would return to Jumpers, as a party host or guest, in a heartbeat. Incredibly clean and well run facility, thank you for making my son's 5th birthday a great success!!

My twins had a birthday party here. The staff is amazing. I did not need to lift a finger. They were great with the kids and easy to work with. There were three birthday parties going and it seemed like walk-ins were still allowed so it was really crowded and hard to walk around, and or find your child/children. This was in January, so I am sure the winter months are a bit more crowded when parents are scrounging to find ways for kids to burn energy. I've been to a birthday party here on the weekend in April and it wasn't nearly as chaotic, so it's definitely a winter thing. I wish they would close the walk-ins on Saturdays and Sundays when they have birthday parties (from a parent's point of view) but otherwise, the kids had a blast and that's all that really matters.

a child of my wife's friend was having her birthday party at jumpers, we were not with the "party" so we paid admission to enter. We've been to boomers (now closed, was great) and oasis, so this wasn't our first family fun center. Our son is autistic and the 2 places I mentioned are very special needs friendly. One of the attendants (wearing glasses, young girl) was EXTREMEMLY insensitive and rude to us and our little guy. Sorry to inconvenience you, but alot of these family fun centers are used by special needs childRen as play therapy, you may want to make sure that your staff is better trained and more sensative to little ones that are on the spectrum. He didn't do anything to another child or anything that warranted the reaction that was repeatedly given by the young woman. I am ashamed of the human race at this moment.
