I really had high hopes for this place since there's not much to do in this area for kids. Your better off making the drive to Xbos which is WAY better with way better prices IMO, AND the staff doesn't just stare at you and chat with/friends. I don't mind supporting teens who have jobs but the kind manager was doing all the work with this one family, in which I watched SIX employees standing around, finding ways to keep shifting to avoid my simple question since I JUST WALKED IN. Pathetic and cowardly. Burger flippers for life if they stay like that. This was after coming the previous Wednesday to be told rudely by the bowling side they weren't open on Wednesdays despite it not saying that anywhere online. When I went, I was asking about these things for my 3 year old since I *thought* she could at least do the frog jump and number cars. All we could do was games which were way over priced, and the very broken bowling 66 area. My kid was too short to do any overpriced activities that the carnival let her do last year even shorter. And she's no where near the height line. Don't come here with small kids. Matter fact, just don't come. They don't even know how to advertise to make up for the odd location they picked that make it hard to find. Way over priced like everyone said. Paid 20$ for games when at Chuck e cheese we could've all played games for that. I could go on, but just don't waste your time unless you have money to waste for fancy looking games mixed in with broken old ones.

Lots of different things to do! Laser tag I highly recommend! But, quite a few of the arcade games were out of order.

The place is always packed and understaffed compared to the amount of kids that are there. Every time I've been, at least half of the games are out of order and the other half is either out of tickets or has long lines. Unless you want a party of disappointed kids, I'd highly recommended going somewhere else.

Best place to have a kids birthday party. You can't beat the price anywhere else and have the same amount of fun as you would here! Even the adults (who are kids at heart) have a great time playing laser tags, riding bumper cars, playing air hockey & an assortment of arcade games!!! Plus the party attendant is a great help as well!!

They refused to honour our game cards we had previously purchased, a lot of the games we down or broken. the Pizza had so much cheese on it the center was ice cold... Tasted like spaghetti sauce was used on the pizza...

Took my son and his friend and had a great time. I was disappointed that they had removed quite a few of there games. Some if those were replaced with newer games, but it was still noticable that they don't have nearly as many games. Still a great place for kids, parents can join in too

Last weekend I came in with my two kids to give them a day of enjoyment and fun. I had never been here before and I wasn't sure how everything works, so a very nice young employee named Mackenzie helped me out, and I am very appreciative of that. The helpful young man in laser tag also was very well with children, and his name tag read "Brady". They made the experience very fun, and my children enjoyed the games and prizes. I did think that laser tag was a little overpriced, but my kids enjoyed it. However, there was one employee who was heavy set with light brown. He wasnt wearing a name tag, and he was very unprofessional and shouldn't be around children in my opinion. He was rude, vulgar in front of kids, and made a portion of the experience rather difficult. If I were to make 2 suggestions for this place it would be to change the pricing, and remove certain staff members who should never be around children. Other than that the experience was enjoyable and I may be back in the future.

First time here last time here. More than half the games didn't work and cost a lot and don't pay out anything for tickets for the kids. The employees where young kids and that's not by any means a bad thing except when you have a kid trying to pick out his few things he won from the prize counter and said kid employee is singing about his dick size. This place is a joke as far as the kids side. Can't speak for the bowling.

Half the games don't work and everything is overpriced. They charge $5 for a wristband so your kids can play in a McDonald's style play area.

All new games as of mid June 2018. For those that do birthday packages make sure you understand how these changes impact your play cards and attractions time. As long time patrons things changed quite a lot during our last party.

Bowling, pool, Lazer tag, and a bar... need I say more? Well fine then, the staff is also pretty cool and relaxed. It's definitely an enjoyable atmosphere.
