The water park was completely UNDERSTOCKED . The consession stand may have had 6 of the 15 items listed. The bar however only had 3 of the 15 items listed. Why open on off days if you are not going to be fully stocked. DISAPPOINTING!!!

This a flat out horrible hotel, FASLE ADVERTISMENT , The night I stood they had a false fire alarm that lasted nearly 30 minutes and it was in the middle of the night ! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI!! On top of paying 250$ for the hotel , The showers barely work , The pools are not even that deep , the food is very overpriced ! And the the wrist bands they give you to get in there pools are only good for a day , but have the nerve to kick you out as soon as your stay is up !! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NEVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN !!

When I checked in the ladies at the desk was great. When I checked out a different lady gave me attitude and by time I got home I see they overcharged me by $200. When I called I got no explanation on why and they said it’s no way they can cancel a pending transaction. They even told me i had to call my bank even though it was they fault I was over charged. I will stick to greatwolfe next time.

I've always loved this place, very family oriented. Cozy enough to see my kids water was very warm summer like, except for my last visit in Feb 2019 the water was so cold in lazy river n children's slides that after 2 hrs we had to leave. We were not the only ones, multiple children were arms crossed n shivering. We truly would have stayed n enjoyed it longer had the water been warmer as it used to be.

We visited with two kids (2.5 and 8 years) in February 2019. The kids had a lot of fun and we would definitely come again. As many other people have pointed out, this place is mainly for smaller kids, up to say 8-9 years old. It is smaller than the big water parks, say, in the Poconos, and does not have as many large slides, so older kids may get bored. But for young kids, it is great, and a lot cheaper than those other parks. The place can get very crowded, so if you arrive late it can be difficult to get a table. It is also quite loud, mainly due to screaming kids. And there are other minor things that could be improved, such as making sure people do not go through the pool area in their street boots before changing, or cleanliness on the floor around the food areas. But overall, I would recommend the place.

Literally right after we arrived and paid a lot of money the park was shut down and we got no refund and it ruined my son's special day, cost a lot of money to do absolutely nothing, highway robbery, it was an absolute nightmare and it was filthy, bathroom filthy, the slides didn't work half of the arcade didn't work and everything was a scam. In fact all of your reviews that are real are terrible. And even after the park was shut down you continued to accept customers payments without telling them. Unbelievable!!

Dated and run down, but great staff and personalities. We stayed a night with four people. All though we had double beds to share, they are definitely wore out, my wife and I both felt like we were sleeping on a slope towards the middle of the bed. The pillows are small and inconsistent in size and plush (very uncomfortable). The room itself had falling paint off the ceiling and many patch jobs. An outlet next to the bed had no cover, exposed for little fingers to find an easy way to get electrocuted. The door was very hard to open and shut. On a positive note the bathroom seemed to be updated and nice. Unfotunately he showerhead was horrible, you had to be right next to the head to get any water coverage. The water park was a little disappointing. Very warm and stuffy if you weren't in the water and very strong chlorine in the air. Many arcade machines were broken and/or would take your money. After 8:30 there is nothing for the kids to do other than the outside pool which was overrun by teenagers and young adults. I think with some much needed upgrades and more activities you can stay on par with the bigger indoor water resorts.

The park is dirty water was not clear I dont know if the water was dirty or just the floor underneath. Park small and disappointing to my kids. Hotel room sub level tv didnt work no phone in room no information about evening activities in the room. Very very dissatisfied. I wont even mention the billing issues, just say check your credit card charges

I would pay to NOT have to ever go to that water resort again. Way too crowded and somehow they attract the rudest people I've met in my life. They dont allow water shoes and wont let parents go down any slides with kids...makes it impossible for little kids to have any fun. Will never come here again.

Fun for all ages! 3 large slides, 2 smaller slides and even 1 baby slide. There is a small lazy river, a decent sized water play jungle gym and a small ropes/obstacle course. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs for adults only 18+. We were there on a Friday night in July and it was very crowded. We still had a good time, a lot of fun but I feel it would be more even more fun with less people around. There is a Cafe and a bar. The bar doesn't list prices but the Cafe is ridiculously expensive. $3 for the small 8oz bottles of water!

Compared to the likes of great Wolf Lodge or Kalahari. Customers seem to leave litter all around and it would be nice if staff cleaned out up. Much of the water pipes have mineral build up, bacteria, or fungus growing.

I love this place! I have been taking my kids here for years. It is expensive, however. You can go during the winter or the summer. It is heated for the indoor water park which is great! There are adult beverages so we can have fun too!

Place is nice and clean, lifeguard are on there job, the staff at the (water resort )checking are like whatever, not helpful, for example i have newborn twins and had a double stroller and needed to take the elevator down and all now the elevator hasn't come up and none of them know if it work or can help , then there was a blackout and everything shut down and not one staff can say anything other than get out the water . No one offered to make it right...

For a small getaway, the kids loved it. Got there early and was basically empty. We became annual pass holders (they give visitor passes too, no limitation in the day of the week) We will be back, we did not stay at the hotel. Definitely worth the trip.

Wonderful place to visit with the family! Baby, toddler, children and grown up areas of fun for all. Lifeguards all over the place, which made my wife and I feel very safe about the kids. Tables, chairs, snack bar and frozen drinks as well as beer available all in the same area. Bathrooms and showers as well as lockers are also available. Towels are on a first come, first serve basis, but they are plentiful. Depending on the resort package you pick, hotel rooms and an arcade are included. Being able to sit with my wife in the hot tub area while the kids can play and we can watch them was quite relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

The water park is outstanding. The life guards were on point with keeping the kids safe. The hotel needs a remodel. The beds in the room need updated and a lot of the furniture in the lobby and hallways need to be replaced. I only stayed one night but couldn't see myself coming back to stay at the hotel but will definitely be back to go to the water park

I went on a field trip for camp there and had an awesome time. The food was delicious and cheap at the same time. I paid $11.73 for a pizza some fries and a large cone where at Sahara Sams I would probably spend $30. The park was fun and the slides were awesome. They were really fast and I had a great time. The lazy river was really nice. The pool area with the basketball nets was full of trash though. I had a wonderful experience and want to go again

Lifeguards are so attentive. I was truly impressed by their concern for the well being of all the kids. My kids had a blast. We stayed over night and that was very convenient. The staff is amazing. I really appreciate how hard the lifeguards work to make sure that the kids are safe. We would bring our kids back again. They definitely have a wide variety of fun things for kids of all ages to do.

We spent more than $300 just to find out that there was an event going on and the waterpark & arcade were closed. The room: no microwave, no fridge, ac didnt work. I do not reccomend coming here, and i will never come again.

It is nice place to go especially if you want to have a little fun. Not that big but, good to take the edge off until summer. They have high priced food and not a great selection of things to pick. Which SUCKS because you can't bring any food from outside. The chlorine smell is very strong throughout the whole place. Overall we had fun.

We arrived the the resort happy and ready to have a great time, yet No one mentioned the elevator was not working, after pressing the button, waiting 15 minutes, I asked a staff member if it was working, they said yes, it just is very slow (With a smirk)... We ended up carrying the babies and the stroller down the stairs. Then not even 15 minutes later, the power went out, we was told to get out of the water... That lasted just about a hour... We had to carry the kids and the stroller back up the stairs. We ended up leaving with the kids crying and sad... so sad. They are quick to take your hard earned money yet not one staff member apologized or cared about the issues we had nothing to do with.

When you get a room by groupon, they will offer not renovated room. During the day, no staffs clean eating area. Hotel clerks who helped me check in never been kind. When I called room service for micro wave. The person who answer the call, closed to yelling at me and hung up before I ended my word. The bottom line is I've been there 3times but never go back again

Disappointed that there was a limited of discounted tickets to be sold to military online and when I asked for discount over the counter, they just said they can’t applied it since it was already brought online. The little kid and pool area are very crowded and one life guard does not seem to be adequate for the little kid area. My child got hurt there and one of the lifeguard try to get attention for a supervisor and could not. He has his arm in the air for at least 10 mins and no one saw him so we left. Good thing it was something minor and nothing major.

Took my 3 year old son and nephew. They had a blast, but we remained in the small child section the entire time. Only because they never wanted to leave. I definitely think they should limit the size and age of kids that play in that area when it is extremely busy. I did walk down to the bottom floor, and it did look like a lot of fun. Maybe when they are older we will try it out again. The food was fairly priced. It is hot, so prepare to sweat. They did not lie about the 84 degree temperature. We did not stay at the resort, we opted for another hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied and will be back again.

On August 30, 2019 we checked in @ 7:45pm for our hotel stay at the resort for Coco keys with our 2 children. We went to the play area for an hour before they close and it was disgusting the bathrooms were completely full of urine and tissue every single where the garbage was filled up it was completely dirty all over the seams on the floor everywhere ! The room we had the Tv Service did not work. Also our daughters had asthma all night after there shower! there was mold buildup in the bathroom mold buildup all over the curtains. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay and left at check out!

coco key is fun. but food wise it is horrible. it was very crowded i did not like it . i was expecting the lazy river to be open but it was only open for a few min at least 10 . the employees are mean and had a very disgusting attitude.It is smaller than the big water parks, say, in the Poconos, and does not have as many large slides, so older kids may get bored.

Love this place. The hot tub/pool is amazing, but they should let in kids supervised with their parents into the hot tubs. How can a parent really enjoy the hot tub experience and watch their kids playing at the same time, because kids under 18 aren't allowed in the hot tub area

There are many things that could be improved. General admission is way over priced for the little that they have to offer at the waterpark. (Sahara Sams is much better) Food, overpriced just as any other place you would go to. Waited over 20 minutes for a cheesesteak and fries, which came to $30 with 2 drinks. The lazy river was shut down because somebody pooped in it. I understand that it is not the company’s fault, but being as though our twins are under a year old that was about the only thing we could do with them. Yes, they have a kiddie pool and it was great. But it became overcrowded, and there were bigger children jumping and splashing all around the babies. Lastly, Roaches!!

Look for Mrs. Priscilla if you stay at Coco keys.. Booked 2 rooms for the family to stay overnight, check in was ok.. rooms not so great non working tvs 2 engineer's couldn't fix nor replac them.. no phone to contact front desk. And a very disrespectful housekeeper on check out day becaus of her lack of communication from in house staff.. However Blessings came in the form of the supervisor Mrs. Priscilla she was very polite, and showed genuine concern in regards to all the issues.. She was able to address and rectify everything that happend in a good respectful courteous way.... If it wasn't for Mrs. Priscilla and her understanding I would've given this place 1 star and calling, or writing corporate..

The water park was just ok. The slides were fun, but there is no pool inside. So, if you go in the winter there is no place to just swim. The height restrictions for the the slides are 48 and 40 inches and they are serious about them. The main reason for the three stars is that there is no pool inside and it got extremely crowded by 1 PM to the point where we just packed up and left after only being there for three hours.

We visited coco keys yesterday. I was disappointed in the size of the park itself. My son enjoyed himself but the whole time it felt gross. Shut down 2 attractions for hours. Arcade had most of the games broken. Seems like it is pretty dysfunctional

We were there for a few hours on a long weekend Monday with 6 young kids. I would recommend coming as early as possible. The pool definitely got crowded late morning. The water park itself isn't that large, say compared to a Wolf Lodge, but CoCo is also less expensive - its a decent value. For someone who doesn't want to spend $400+ on a resort plus a required stay, this feels like a more flexible option. I wish the water could look cleaner compared to the other water parks. Lifeguards were attentive and friendly. Food is definitely a BIG issue. With just one food stand the lines are enormous during lunch time. With the resort imposing a "no outside food" rule, kids suffer when they are hungry.

Coco keys was a wonderful experience. However I have to be honest. We ended up taking the kids out early from school as it was the last day before vacation. The kids were able to go on the slides multiple times and really enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The bathroom was dirty. Today was not crowded at all and so I was a bit upset that the bathroom was not maintained.

Summary: Been there once, will not be back. The positive: easy parking, staffs are generally friendly and helpful The negative: water is dirty. Small and crowded. Let me elaborate, very limited water activities, lazy river is a joke, one slide for kids under 40 inch. 2 slides for those over 40 inches. All of these are OK if the prices are reasonable but they are not - they are about $40 for each. Obscene prices for little to nothing to do except to get waddle around in ankle height brownish water with little else to do. We were there with our 3 years old and he was bored out of his mind after a short while. Did I say the water is filthy - we can smell the chlorine from the lobby and I am not sure all of that chlorine can help to sanitize the place. Never again. It's not worth the money. At all. There are tons of other water park that will make it worth the money AND guanratee the fun and joy that your child (or your group) truly wants and truly need. Edit: appreciate seeing cocokey reply but don't make excuses for the dirty water. We were there. The water that is collected at the end of each slide is brown (slide endings are not open and there is a pool of water at the end for kids to slide into). I'm some part of the park where there are less splashing, you can see the brownish hue to the color. I say it as how I see it - I don't care if it hurts your business because you are raking in enough revenues to fix the problem - it would hurt the kids more if they are playing in dirty water without knowing it.

Nasty! Took my 3 kids to cocokeys for one night during our spring break. This was a horrible experience. We got there at noon and was surprised they said our room was ready and we were able to check in early. Got to the room and it was beyond filthy. Food crumbs all over the floor, dirty walls and I was pretty sure they made the bed with out changing the sheets. I called the front desk and they had cleaners come vacuum the room for us but it was just so gross and furniture was very old and beat up. We ended up switching rooms but it wasn't much better. I found myself calling the front desk, again, for help with our thermostat. The room was getting hotter and hotter no matter how much I tried to cool it down. My kids are little so we planned to do a movie night in our room before bed, we couldn't even do that because the TV channels took turns having no service or no sound. We checked out early at 9am and couldn't wait to go home. Overall the kids had some fun in the water park and the arcade but I won't be back. Also, the complimentary towels at the water park are the size of hand towels so bring your own beach towel. I'm kind of sick over the money I spent to stay there for ONE night.

Great time!! Kids loved it big (12)and small. Hotel stay was nice also. Food was good at the water park and the restaurant. No real eggs at breakfast be warned. Liquid eggs on deck. If your looking for a good breakfast there is a place across the street that is fantastic. Also beds are a little soft. I sleep on a tempurpedic, and have found similar quality at Marriotts. The ML needs to make the adjustment considering how much traffic they have coming through there. My back has been in pain since, but still cant take it away from the overall fun the kids and I had.

The perfect family Park! The only thing that I did not like was and you guys could not help us they were young kids sneaking into the hot tubs! yes you guys have lifeguards down there but the parents need to be more attentive about their children. Cuz these three young boys which had to be like 910 years old we're sneaking in a tub with his adults there! All in all I'd go back a thousand times if I could!

After going to several of the indoor water parks, we decided to go here. It was very underwhelming. We arrived on a Friday and was unaware the waterpark is only open from 4pm to 9pm. And it is the smallest of the water parks we have gone to. For 280 dollars, I think we will go back to a different place. Our kids did not even really enjoy themselves. Shame

I don't even know where to begin!! this place has got to be the worst hotel and resort I have ever been to. I will never return. Spent over 350 dollars to be miserable the entire time. I was no expecting it to be this bad. Although the room was clean and the beds were comfortable I will save my money and go to Great Wolf Lodge next time. The worst facilities. Food on the elevator floor, parking lot full of trash, Dirty hotel because guests have no manners. The water at the pool had an underwear in it along with hair, lots of hair! The water at the water park was murky and the temperature inside the water park was extremely uncomfortable for those who did not want to get in the water (should i call it water?), bring your own towel they don't have enough for the guest for pool and water park. ML hotel and water park, raise the price if you can't keep up with the maintenance. Ghetto. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

The only good thing is the kids have fun Water cool and dirty And the most important the food you need to wait for order like 20 minutes and then wait 30 minutes more for it So you wait like one hour for anf then you find out horrible food pizza taste old burgers cold with brown lettuce. I think this is a very cute fun place if you have children under the age of 10. It is an indoor water park however it is extremely small and not a lot to do for children that are over the age of 10. It reeks of an excessive amount of chlorine that burns your eyes when you walk in. The humidity level has to be at least at a hundred it is so hot it's actually worse than being outside. I would not visit this place again however I would recommend it to someone that has smaller children.

We visited the water park for the day and did not stay in the hotel. Our 7 year old kids enjoyed a few hours there. It's a nice size, large enough for the kids to have plenty to do, but not too big they can't find you when needed. The bathrooms were fine (although I did see a couple dead roaches). They have lockers available for rent. We didn't try the food. The arcade was a hit. Not sure we would need to go back again, but it was a good day visit on our way to visit family in another state.

Place is crowded and fairly out of control. I wouldn't say its terrible for the price, but I lost a backpack there and after a month of constantly leaving messages, and never getting a response from the staff I've just written it off. A few hours there cost me over $200, and no one can be bothered to even check if my things are there. Definitely would not go back after that experience. Just call me back, it isn't that hard.

Me and my best friend took our kids here for the weekend. When we arrived we assumed the room was paid for due to the receipt and confirmation email we received. Apparently the discount for paying upfront didn’t apply or something crazy with the system didn’t work. So we paid when we checked in. This is where it gets bad. We got to the room and it smelled and felt very moist inside the room. The carpet was dirty so we made the kids wear flip flops or socks at all times. The chair in the room was dirty and stained as well as the curtain. The beds were not comfortable. Woke up with back pain both days. Bring your own pillow. The ones they have are very small and not comfortable. On top of that, the room never got below 75 degrees. It was so hot outside and inside the room. Now for food: this was a big disappointment. They were out of menu items, out of the alcohol they advertise on special, breakfast buffet was not appetizing. For the price you pay for your stay you would expect a decent breakfast. I would rate it at the same level as a motel6 breakfast. The water in the pool was very murky. At the water park we picked a table down below the bar area. 10minutes in and we see like 5 ROACHES crawling from behind posts. YES WE DO HAVE A VIDEO OF IT! We told a worker and it took them another 15 minutes to send someone over. We moved our table and the bartender offered us a drink. NO MANAGER EVER CAME OVER TO TALK TO US. BRING YOUR OWN TOWLES. The ones they provide are very subpar and won’t fit around you. They run out of them fast and don’t replace them timely. We got tired of making complaints to different staff because they either didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or they just dismissed us. DONT USE THE VENDING MACHINES. It will take your money every time. My kids lost a good 4 dollars trying to get water. We will not be staying here again. We would rather stay somewhere for a little more and have a comfortable and clean stay.

Great place for the kids, especially little ones like 2-5yrs old. My 11yr old had a great time. Need a little more rides for big ones like 9-13yrs. Overall, awesome and relaxing place when its cold outside and you want a nice little weekend away. Hotel rooms can be more modern and up to date.

It was a horrible experience.Stay far far away. Another problem was pricing, they dupe u into a acceptable rate then hit u up with an EXTRA 32 PER DAY (no reason for this other than to recuperate the lower rates orginally offered) at the hotel. We got punked. The rooms (we moved twice)smell really bad. All our clothes in the room were smelly and moist from the lousy air quality. We could not get wifi in our rooms as well as cell service. The staff could care less, the night person at the front was condescending and outright rude. My wife and I were sitting in the lobby watching a playoff game that we couldn't get in the room when he rudely shut off some lights and mentioned the lobby closes at 11. As adults we could understand but since we complained about the tv and 3 days later no one care enough to follow up, we didn't c a problem to have watched the final quarter in the lobby. We tried to use the pool early in the morning but it was dirty with bugs every day and towels were not stocked in a timely manner. They do have a shuttle service to the parks which was the BEST part of our stay. We were locked in to our reservation and we Not going to receive credit which is why we slept with masks and grabbed the first shuttle out and the last one back. This was the only was to cope with a nasty situation. Don't stay here, do your homework and look for other far superior properties.

The hotel rooms definitely need upgrades but besides that, I enjoyed my stay. The water park area is small but it's easier for me to keep an eye on my kids since they all want to do different things. The food area in the water park is very affordable. I just wish they had a 2 liter bottle of soda for purchase when u are buying a large pie. All of the staff that I encountered at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would visit again.

The works and security at the water park at very friendly. However the hotel is very unorganized and nothing near professional! Worst hotel experience I ever had!!! Unfortunately this was my last trip there ever and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone traveling with kids. Before even arriving I got a email stating my reservation was cancelled. There was no crib in my room after multiple calls to the lobby they brought up a cot 3 hours later. And at check out I was denied a receipt and called out of my name! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to ANYONE! Just pay the extra money and go to another place.

Its a great place for a couple hours. Well maintained but the "lifeguards" are different issue. I spoke to 2 of them and they were perfectly polite. The others however need alot of work. I was with my daughter and 2 grandsons, i had the youngest with me in the lazy river and i was trying to get out and one lifeguard saw that i was having problems, she said nothing, i said help and she gave me attitude and said you need help of course i said well yes, you see me struggling. She rolled her eyes at me and got another lifeguard which this young lady was perfectly polite and helped me. This place either needs to train them to have customer service skills or they need to hire new people. The only reason i would consider going back is because my oldest grandson had a blast. Otherwise, i would never go again.

I didnt stay, it was just a 1 day thing, didnt like it, just giving everybody a heads up “YOU CANNOT WEAR WATERSHOES” so many foot fungus and diseases and you cant have them on or else the workers will tell you to take them off, the water tunnels dont allow 5 year olds, have to be tall enouph, place is so small, sahara sams is the place to go !!!!

Fun place for kids and the hot tub can be relaxing but as of late a lot of things have been broken. I think if Renovations were done and not a huge amount of Renovations but just to make sure that every area is working properly and that they don't run out of certain beverages at the bar as people are in high demand for then it would get a better rating.

A great place for kids. There wasn't much for adults besides the 3 big slides. I will say it's great if you want to do a water park in the summer but don't want to deal with the heat. The arcade was pretty meh tho.

The room was pretty nice especially the bathroom and the gym room was okay too except for two pieces of equipment that didn’t work but everything else was okay. Another thing I noticed was there was no roll away beds for one of my kids to sleep in cause I have 4 kids with me. I guess out of 100 I would say I give them a 77

We took our children to the water park resort and boy oh boy was it filthy I was disgusted walking bare foot, the water wasn’t too clean, there are roaches in the place! As my husband and I were sitting having lunch a roach nearly crawled into our food from the table. Of course I didn’t freak out because my kids were having fun but no way in hell will we be coming back here.

I took my daughter for the day & we had a great time. It's mostly catered for young kids but my mini had an awesome time. They also serve food & have plenty of parking. I like that in each area they have an abundance of life guards. Anyway for $27 online cant beat it.

Just to watch your kid in the park they charge a full admission fee. If parents want to just watch and not ware a wrist band then what is the problem? That means, for me and my wife to sit we would have to pay $60 more. If wrist bands are being checked then there shouldn’t be a problem to just watch. It was fun but after going on the water slides a few times you sorta run out of things to do if your not a child. There is a hot tub section for adults but that section is halfway inside and halfway outside so bugs get in from the outside. Which is gross. They also have a arcad section upstairs but not many fun games

We got a 2 day package for the hotel and water park. 1 day would have been fine, the kids were bored in 2 hours on the first day. The water park is very small, and gets very crowded. It also didn't help that the lazy river and another section were closed (seems they didn't have enough lifeguards). Day 2 we told the kids they had to play in there longer and they got more into it and did. Overall no one was overly impressed. It was fine for what it was. We wanted a cheap last minute family getaway and this fit the bill. It wasn't amazing but the kids had fun...ish.

We had my sons 2nd birthday party there today! It was awful!!!! Awful... I hoped for a smooth 3 hours but i found myself running around looking for managers asking for the food and cake. Finally the cake came out with NO CAKE SLICER. I STOOD THERE WITH A FORK HACKING AWAY AT THE CAKE SERVING MY GUEST. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!

This has been posted on Yelp, but I would like to post this here as I know many go to Google to see the reviews. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would jump at the chance. To begin, the water park was decent- and that's being generous. It's pretty small and VERY loud, but that was expected. The park is mainly aimed to children, with limited rides for above the age of 10. With staying in the resort itself, the guests were loud and aggressive to the point of fights and screaming in the hallways. Doesn't feel like the safest location. The rooms themselves were to be expected, sort of clean but not anything extraordinary. The vending machines were mostly cash-only which, in this day and age, step up the technology. everyone carries a card nowadays. The restaurants food was not worth the price or the wait. And, after a long day of nonsense with dealing with this place, the arcade also closes at 9:30, which I'm not sure who made that decision, but they are not aware of how kids work. This place as a whole was so bad it was laughable. So, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money if you're looking for a good time. If not, come here. Side note: there was also a cockroach found in one of our party's rooms.

I am a pass holder to CoCo Key! I will be honest and say that our last visit was not the greatest! I wrote to the hotel manager Andrew and all issues I discussed with him were immediately attended to. I am happy to say we will be returning because of the staffs quick responses customer service throughout the ordeal was fantastic. Lifeguards here are my favorite! I have a non swimming boy who loves the lazy river twice I jumped in fully clothed and both times those lifeguards where on the job fast. Kudos to the lifeguards!

Imagine it's your 6 year old brothers birthday,hes so happy to go to the lazy river .Then when we get there they tell us right then that its closed they had the entire month to tell us but they tell us right then.That was the only reason why we booked the hotel.The rooms and hallways are filthy.The front wanna be managers are never willing to help you. The beds also have bed bugs.I highly suggest you to not even think about going to this hotel.please take my advice.

I wish I didn't even have to leave 1 star for this place. It was a terrible experience for my family. We had to switch rooms the first night due to damage in room 124, then we switched rooms to 148 and still had damage to deal with. I didn't want it coming out of my deposit so I reported it to the front desk. The water park is filthy! I had seen 3 cockroaches while waiting for food, one which I killed and showed the supervisor who refunded my money(thank you). They said they get extermination done on a weekly basis but the size of the roaches doesn't seem like the problem is being handled. We will not return!

My family and I have been here twice and we enjoy it. Each time we were celebrating our daughters birthday. I always request two rooms so that I may conjoin them because unfortunately they do not have suites. Drinks are a tad watered down. Arcade a little dated but we had so many complimentary arcade cards the kids had a blast. I love the water park but I don't like that others can come in fully dressed in boots or jeans around so much water while we are in swimwear. Fridge available in room so you may bring your own groceries. A little store downstairs but it's a bit pricey. Definitely an AFFORDABLE fun place to take your family for a celebration or just some fun time. Its been a year since I've been again so I'm not sure if any changes have been made but we will be back.

The place it's ok, mainly for kids. Other than the jacuzzi, the very small bar and 1 slide, there's nothing else for grown ups to do. Food is pricey and they don't let you bring your own, we had the bucket of tenders w/ fries and it was good and enough for 2 people to share. They do have ample parking and enough lifeguards watching the pools.

I was looking forward to enjoying this place with my three year old son. It was excellent at the start, for about 45 mins. Then a young woman comes over (not a life guard) singles me out and tell me my son can't use any of the water features, he can only go in the wadding pools. She informed me that he can't have have his shoes on. I tried to explain to this young woman my son wears a brace to keep his leg safe and the brace requires the shoes. She said there was no exception no shoes, I told her can't take the brace of and using the brace without the shoes is very dangerous to him. I asked her to call the manager over, I was greeted with an even ruder young woman, not much older than the first. This was a clear case of discrimination of a person with a disability. None of them knew or know actual New Jersey law concerning disabled people being allowed to use and receive the same services an non disabled person can use. It was shocking and mortifying the way it was handled. I have taken my son to almost every water park in New Jersey, PA, and Baltimire.... I have never had my three year old denied and get spoken down to like this. I am guessing they are used to dealing with very "ratchet" customers who dont know their rights and resort to cursing or something along those lines. There was zero... zero reason to deny my son service. If you have a child with a disability... go else where this place staff is to young and irrational to understand the specifics of a disability. Nor do they respect state or federal law concerning disabilities. The state requires you to make accommodations that do not cause a hardship in the establishment.... leaving me alone to enjoy the place would have caused zero hardship to the business. I will be filing a report with the southern regional office of the attorney general on Monday, I hope no other child ever gets treated like this and stops at mine. The young woman named Ellen knew she and her coworker were wrong I insisted on a refund so we could be on our way, they gave us a refund and we left quietly and quickly. Sucks that a place would treat a local with young children like this. I will just stick to the more mainstream parks from now in where they actually know how to handle this. Sesame me street water works, Dorney Park, Sahara sams... none of those places have ever treated my son like this. If they do have questions they pull me to the side I inform them of the necessity of the device to protect his leg and the device requires shoes ( not begin to lay the law down like bullies looking for a show in front of a crowd). Other than that he as normal as any other kid bouncing all over the place, what a shame.

Not a very good atmosphere for children with all of the screaming, fighting, and cursing. My 2yr child was trampled on going into the lazy river. The lifeguards certainly can't do their job with exiting the area. The pool water was ice cold. Food was extremely overpriced with little variety and expired. Trash cans were overflowing. Tables were sticky and dirty. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels. All of the changing room curtains were broken. This led to a longer wait time to use a secure bathroom stall to change 2 young children. Definitely need to invest in doors with locks, not flimsy hanging material. There were large amounts of feces floating around in the only pool for toddlers. We spent $200 and literally left after an hour. If our family had to endure all of this at the waterpark, I can only imagine the atrocities the hotel stay would have been. Sarah's Sam's isn't much better since both places have a ghetto atmosphere, but it does have it where it counts. More space, water activities, slides, tubes and various pools for the kids. Save you hard earned money and go anywhere else but CoCo Keys NJ.

Customer service at this hotel SUCKS! They tried to charge me and my friend a lot more than what we already had paid for! The rooms are very outdated and disgusting! Nail clippings on one of the beds! Walls and ceilings were dusty! Carpet looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed.. Definitely won’t be returning here! The water park wasn’t so bad but I know next time to get there early.. It gets wayyy too packed!

Good fun. Too e pensive. They check bags for outside food and drink which is not allowed except water so smuggle in on your body because the food is HORRENDOUS and expensive. Bar and hot tub for adults is a plus. The place is too expensive but good for long winter's since indoors

Horrible experience. Had a birthday party for my son. He had a horrible time. Me and my wife are so upset. We took him in the toddler pool and there was 8 year old kids in there acting like animals. The lifeguard did nothing and let them run around. My son and others did not even want to swim. I'm surprised no one got hurt. The conditions outside were disgusting. Garbage was all over. I was embarrassed for my party guests to see that. Even when we went there to pay for the party the week before there was garbage all over parking lot. I'm surprised no one called the health department yet. My wife went into the locker room to change her clothes and women were bringing in their 10 year old boys. There was a trail of juice rite in front of our table by the door leading all the way down walkway and me and my guests were supposed to walk in that? We had to ask a worker if someone could come clean it up. Our server was great she did her job well but that was the only positive thing about it. Won't be going back.

It was well worth what we paid for the 3 hr day pass at 10$ each but I would recommend taking the drive to other waterparks if you are looking to stay we had enough after the 3 hrs as there isnt alot there in comparison to other stay and play waterparks.

My children and I went today. It wasn't too bad. The lazy river was fun and so were the slides. Not a whole lot of options, but I only paid $17.99 for each of us, so I was content. I was there for about 2 hours. My kids are 9 and 13 and they had fun. I will say...some of the lifeguards look like they hate their job and others have a much friendlier attitude. It didnt bother me, but if my children were smaller I would appreciate friendlier faces. I will add that the young lady at the register, the young lady at the door when we walked in and the young man at the top of the slides were all very nice and friendly! Everyone else looked miserable lol.
