I took my daughter here for a birthday party. It had something for everyone! I personally don't like Chuck E. Cheese. This place is the answer. Lots of games and fun for kids of all ages!

Bette's was great place to take my 3 and 5 year old on their day off school. We didn't want to spend a ton and needed something different in our play routine.They had a blast going through the tunnels. It was a great way for them to release some energy. They keep asking to go back! We even are thinking about having a birthday party there!

Conveniently close, a life saver on cold or rainy days. Food is about 30% more than average price, but it's because they dobt have their own kitchen - they bring it in likely from a nearby restaurant. I would give them 5 stars if the staff was easily accessible. Staff are busy multitasking, and they are not always available immediately. Best feature...the place is very clean considering the type of venue and entertainment offered.

My kids give it 5 stars. Pretty much fun for anyone under 10 or so. Update: they got rid of the big slide and most bounce stuff and now is more sad arcade and climbing things so aiming for smaller children under 6. It looks like they are more of a generic young kid bday party place now than it used to be. Oh well it was fun while it lasted

I just had a Birthday party there must say best place to have a children's party. Want to give a BiG thank you to my host ciara she set up everything from table cover to cups . Made sure everything was right on time. And a thank you to maranda at the front desk on set up the date/time for the party so friendly and made me and all my guest feel comfortable . All the new upgrades and changes are so unbelievably awesome.

I have had my daughters birthday parties here for the last 5 years. She absolutely loves it! Miranda and staff do a fantastic job! The kids never want to leave, so it is nice that they let you stay and play and don't kick you out as soon as your party time is over. It's also a great and affordable alternative to letting the kids burn off some steam on not so nice or to hot days since they are now open 5 days a week!!!!

Bette's is usually great for kids say 10 and under- went today and the girl working the fire truck slide was terrible. Everything else was perfect. A few parents mentioned the same thing. She should not be working in a place like this- so on the slide they usually let a handful of kids go while the other one wait in a line (when its busy like today) the ones that slide come out and get in line. She stood there while kids would go up,down, up, down meanwhile there's a line of little kids patiently waiting, staring at her- shes staring in space. After 5 minutes I went over, she finally let our kids get in. Happened over and over finally I just told our kids to go, not to wait for her. She didn't stop kids climbing up while others were sliding down the slide, crashing into each other. She didn't stop other kids from jumping right in, disregarding the line, nothing. Just stood at the entrance like a statue lol How does someone like her work there? Her family own it?

We had a very nice time. The service was great and the people where friendly. The only problem we had was that the arcade game most of them was broke but when we asked for help they made sure we where satisfied. All and all my baby girl had a ball for her 2nd beat party... Thanks guys....

This place is awesome, my daughter's ages 5 and 7 love it! Very clean, Very nice employee's if you get hungry they have a little stand selling your typical arcade food, it's $10.00 for each child to play which is very reasonable concitered to other family fun center's. They have lots of video/arcade games, including skeeball, etc., you can get quarter's for your bills at the coin machine in the lobby. They have rocking chairs and tables set up for the parents to sit back and relax while keeping an eye on your child as well, I can't say really anything bad about this place, I've had several birthday parties here for my daughter's throughout the years, we visit often and usually spend about 3 hour's each visit.

The employees working the floor need to pay more attention to what is going on. The kids get wild and there was actually a fight in the one where they shoot the balls . The bounce house for younger children had much older children in it again she was standing right next to it doing nothing.

This is a terrific place to bring your kids. Inexpensive and they can run off all that energy they have! There's a nice area for Parents/Grandparents to sit and still gives you the ability to see your "older" children playing safely. My son (6 y/o) loves to go here whenever we have free time. Im just leaving from my daughters first birthday party!!!! It was awesome!!! Kids really enjoyed themselves, clean, organized and my hostess was so sweet, caring, and delightful!! I'd definitely have another party there or even just take the kids to burn off some energy. My 3 year old loved it and my 1 year old walked the place like she owned it lol.

I never write reviews! However, this place has come along way. I don’t think this would’ve been able to happen without Ashley and Candi who typically run the snack bar. These two woman are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure ALL of the guests are satisfied. Unlike the the girl at the front desk she is not friendly at all. I think her name is Miranda . Such poor customer service skills. Thank you Ashley and Candi we will be back because of you two!! So again thank you for your hospitality

Its a cool place but dangerous. My cousin went on a activity and nearly choked and died. I needed to go and save her before she did, and the person who was supposed to be watching the kids didn't even know until the parents confronted him. So keep an eye in your kids when you go.

We were up for a friend's kid's birthday party. Great spot for kids under 10, especially toddlers. Great layout with a ton of fun, bouncy things in a small area. The decor inside makes you forget you're in an industrial park.

My three and five year old had so much fun here. We went on a weekday morning and it was pretty empty so they enjoyed having the run of the place. The giant play structure was a really pleasant surprise. I was just expecting standard bounce houses and arcade games. We'll definitely be back when we need to burn energy on cold winter days.

This place is not the best place in the world. It probably would be if I were 5 years old, but I'm not. Anyway, what I didn't like about this place is that there's not a whole lot of games to play, and some of which don't seem to be working properly. And the games I do like such as the Ms.Pacman game they have, you can't even play unless you are having a VIP party or something like that. Even though I didn't show it during my visit, I absolutely DID NOT have even the least bit of fun! So yeah, I highly doubt I'll be returning any time soon.

It's an inexpensive, clean place to have some fun. The best part is that it's large enough that you have some personal space (not overrun by kiddos as they run and play). Be aware that video games cost tokens. Admission comes with 6 token though.

This is a very nice fun center. They have a good areas for children to run, climb and bounce. They wven have a section for the yunger kids that offer a more age appropriate bounce house and climbing structure .A few of the rides and games didn't work but the staff was helpful in getting the tokens back for those games. It would have been great if they had a ticket and prize system to make getting the tokens worth it. My kids were disappointed when they did well at a game and nothing came out of the ticket slot.

Good place to spend a day, great during bad weather. Plenty to keep my six year old occupied for hours. A bit lacking in supervision (and not all parents monitor their children) so keep an eye on things, but otherwise great! Free wifi, free charging stations,free breakfast goodies on Wednesday mornings! Will go again!

Had a party in the private room. Lots of games for the kids, bounce houses, skeeball, half court basketball court, arcade games, plenty of chairs and tables, small kitchen with a fridge. It's a good time. I prefer this to the chaos in the other room. You can keep a eye on your kids.

Place was not crowded during the week which I and my children liked. Staff seemed to constantly be cleaning which was also good. However, there was a family full of unruly kids which I feel staff should've talked to. One child, about 2, ran around the place in only a diaper. I heard other adults talking about how gross that was.

Having a 5 year old can be exhausting, hosting a 5 year old's birthday party, even more so! Luckily Bette's and its staff are a huge help in taking much of that burden off your shoulders. We have been going to Bette's since our daughter could walk. So it only made sense to host her birthday party here. (Fun Fact: My wife and I only recently realized the name of the location we've been coming to for over 4 year is pronounced like "Betty" and not "Bet") The staff was attentive and great! Clear communication from the moment we signed up for the party, to confirming before the party, to the actual event itself. We were fortunate enough to have the help of Piper. She lived up to the name "Bounce House" by bouncing back and forth between multiple parties. Though her duties were divided, we never felt her attention was. Thanks Piper! The kids had a blast! It was a perfect way to celebrate a 5th birthday! And now we know how to correctly pronounce the name of the place when we recommend it to others.

Book a party for any occasion. There's video games, arcade game, bouncy houses, kid tubes (for climbing), snacks etc. Plenty to occupy a child's time. You can also book private rooms. They have obstacle courses adults can do too. So fun!!!

I took my son here to the 4 and under corner they dont have a variety of things to play and I was so disappointed because it's not even catered to disable kids. So if your child is older than 5 than maybe hell find the big kid section okay but nothing under that. And the bathrooms are disgusting!! Urine,poop and papel toilet everywhere I wouldn't reccomend at all!

Perfect place for a party! Lots of fun games to play. We were in the back room for an adult party. You bring food and drinks, even alcohol is allowed. There is a basketball court, pool table, shuffleboard, pingpong table, as well as many other games to play.

Posted any where else. But yet the name of the facility is bettes family fun. Um no it's not family fun to anyone other than small children I would not recommend them to anyone what a complete waste of time. I can pay for my kids to walk in the door then I can pay more money for their joke of an arcade. No thank you. Arnold's is so much better

Enjoyed a very fun and entertaining private party. They have a seperate part that can be rented for an hour or so at a time and it included a ton of games, bouncy houses, a small basketball court and an area specific for eating. Definitely would reccomend for a young child's birthday party.

Great birthday party experience for my child! Everything was easy for us...we just had to show up! There was no set-up or clean-up that we had to worry about, and our party hostess even cut the birthday cake and bagged up all our presents! The pizza was good, too. All of the kids seemed to have fun! Facility includes a large soft playground area, ball arena, moon bounce, inflatable slide, climbing mountain, arcade games, & a designated toddler area. Note that during the weekends, there is very limited table seating for general walk-ins due to the numerous parties at many of the tables.

Took my Daycare kids today for Spring Break. Not only is the place clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing. Nothing is a problem for Ashley and Candi. They are very cheerful and happy to help.. Nice to see staff who seem to really enjoy what they do. Made our experience really awesome. We will definately be back. They are awesome!!! My youngest daughter recently had a Birthday party there and she had the best time they was professional and helpful and my assistant was great and on point with everything!!! And very clean!!!! The down side was I wish they stayed open later because they closed at 6pm they had a private party coming which they shut the place for the party. But other than that greatly recommended!!!!!

This place was awsome for my 2year old and 5year old. The tunnels are awsome for the younger kids and they even have a 2years or younger area with a toddler bouncy house perfect for the smaller kids. The only reason I took a star away is because for a place that has kids running everywhere, it is very easy to lose track of your own child and they could walk right out the door, there is no one at the door to stop them. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was super busy but my kids still had a great time. They also have snacks and food and for the parent they have coffee which I definitely needed while I was there

My son loved it here. There are plenty of stuff for the kids. There is a toddler section and then a separate section for the bigger kids. There are arcades, air hockey and other games. They sell candy, ice cream and other items, which you buy separately. My friend had a birthday party and had the whole place booked. It was a great time.

Had my son’s 1st birthday party at Bette’s today. I would have given them 5 stars except I was a little disappointed that after booking the party online & paying a deposit, I did not receive a confirmation call/even email with details, which I thought was odd. Fortunately I knew people who had parties there previously so I was able to reach out to them for details & with questions...I guess I feel like there should be some type of communication on their behalf between booking, leaving a deposit & just showing up the day of; maybe they could have an event coordinator reach out to you & email a confirmation of your booking. Aside for that we had a great experience! Carly was our party hostess & she was AWESOME! She stayed on top of everything and was very accommodating. We had guests of all ages & everyone seemed to have fun. The facility appeared very clean; my only suggestion would be to add more trash cans. It can become a bit confined in the party area, squeezing back & forth by everyone to access the one trash can was a little annoying. Would def recommend Bette’s & suggest requesting Carly if possible!

Was just there in the back party room for a sweet 16 party. There was something there for kids of all ages in the party room! All the video games were unlocked gor free play from racing games to ski ball and basketball arcade game. They even have a fenced in half basketball court inside.
