This is a wonderful trampoline park. Very clean and well taken care of. They are adding more fun to the park as well. Everyone was very helpful and knew the answers to any questions asked. I can not wait to see the finished park! The kids had a wonderful time! They loved the dodge ball pit!

Went twice this week but on Tuesday on a day off of school they needed to have other kiddie section open.I had 6 kids with me with no coupons so I wanted my boys not standing in lines waiting . They were there to get exercise. Not fair for me to tell them the whole time to be easy on the little guys which they do no better but split them up.

Awesome place for a decent price. Great for all ages. Huge room with lots to do. You can just jump on the big trampolines if you want, but there's also a huge foam pit, play trampoline dodgeball, and there are batting cages. The registering and the release form stuff doesn't take long. I'm giving it a 4 star review because last time I was there, there was a bolt sticking out of the floor and I landed on it knee first, leaving me with a huge scar that will never go away. Besides that, it's great.

We all really enjoyed our visit to Stratosphere Trampoline Park. I felt it was a clean and safe environment for my children. The facilities were clean and well managed considering the amount of people there. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be visiting again, soon! I will be recommending Stratosphere to all of my friends. It is great fun for all ages.

My son and daughter loves this place. A perfect place to take them and get rid of some energy on a cold day or evening. I grab a spot at the table and read or occasionally watch them play dodge ball or hit some baseballs. There is something to do for everyone.

Just left our son’s birthday party and we’re so disappointed. First, we showed up exactly at 3:30, our scheduled party time and the room was not ready for us. We immediately noticed that it was so busy and way too crowded. When we got in our party room we were informed that we couldn’t add on chick fil a, like I had been told only two days prior to. After speaking with the manager, they did agree to allow us to place an order. The bounce area was absolutely, ridiculously packed. It was then that I was told Altitude has recently added on several party rooms. They look something like pop up tents. Clearly, there is not enough space for this. When it was my son’s private dodgeball party the referee didn’t show up so my husband starting “refereeing”. About 5 mins into the game an employee came to help out. Maybe 2 mins later, our party host came and said the kids had 1 more minute. We explained the game had just started. We were given a few extra mins and then proceeded to the party room. When we arrived our party host told us our pizza order had been messed up and she could place a new order. Due to time, we told her not to worry about it. We felt very rushed. Then as we were handing out cake, an employee came to the door and started tapping on her watch to let our party host know we had to wrap it up. We try not to complain and understand that other parties are coming in however, we paid for 2 full hours. I really think Altitude needs to reconsider having the new party rooms...it’s obvious they have bitten off more than they can chew. Too many people, too hectic, not enough help, poor scheduling.

Batting cages are the most inconsistent I've ever seen. The air hockey is plain weak. I've never seen a puck not make it across a table before. Go there to jump but there ain't much else.

Horrible customer service from store manager, cheri. I had noticed that I was over charged for jumpers at my son's birthday. Which these were parents that checked in and left. They never jumped. She was unwilling to give me a refund. These parents never jumped they checked in and left their kids at the party and came back later. I am so disappointed in the service. She made no exception for something that was out of our control. Shame on her.

Huge trampoline area, two dodge-ball areas, mechanic bull, laser tag, baseball pitching, aeroball, etc. = plenty of entertainment. Definitely a great place to spend a couple of hours. Just avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoon rush hours.

Disappointed in the whole experience. I walked into the place to wait in line for 10 Minutes only to be told I had to get out of line to sign a waiver, if that needs to be done first that should be where you are directed to go, also if you want to bat and then Jump you can not pay at the same time you have to return and wait online a second time, which is frustrating when the whole place is packed with kids buying drinks. It's utter chaos no organization what so ever. Very disappointed in the batting cages. If you pay by the 1/2 hour your standing waiting more than hitting. If the balls are not being returned to the hitting machine. Staff not very friendly when asked to remove balls from cage cover so balls can continue to be sent to the kids.

Went there on a Cold Saturday evening with my little guys 2 and 5. Music was unedited with curse words. Said something about it and the feedback showed poor priorities in my view. They said it was teen night so the atmosphere is set for them but they were continually trying to find unedited song playlists and it was a work in progress. I understand and I appreciate that its teen night but there was a LOT of little kids there and regardless it concerns me that the music has to push the limits so much to cater to the teens. Its great to have a safe place for teens to have fun but its already fun with good music - why push the limits of fueling bad things with sexually explicit content with a lot cursing? Other than this I've honestly always enjoyed the park and will go during the quiet morning hours.

What a fun place to go! A great place to tire your children. Every time we've gone my kids have been exhausted afterwards. They love dodge ball and I love that the staff makes sure to include my 5 year old when she's playing with the older kids. You can't predict this but it does get crowded when there are multiple birthday parties going on at the same time.

This is the most boring place I have ever been too. It Is a lame excuse for a "fun time". The crew seem un-interested and vapid, and they are mostly lazy very uneducated teenagers. The place is very dusty and unclean, and the smell of sweaty children's feet clouds the whole warehouse, you heard me right warehouse. Seems like the owner could not afford a real building and just said "whatever this glorified storage unit will do". With that being said I will never visit this "establishment" again and I suggest you take your family elsewhere if you are looking for a good time.

We have been to the park several times with youth groups and it is an absolute BLAST! The van is super loud on our way down with the kids excitement but everyone is sound asleep on the way back because they are worn out. Great for all ages...

My 10 year old daughter absolutely LOVES going to Stratosphere for the jumping part. We had her 9th birthday party there and it was a huge hit with the kids, and nice for me because I got to relax and enjoy the party while the staff took care of serving food etc. My 17 year old daughter has a great time there with her friends too, and she also goes for practice in the batting cage.

I took my son and two of his friends to Stratosphere and they absolutely loved it! We were there for an hour and a half and they had the best time-they want to stay even longer but we only could be there for so long. I like the organization of the bands and how they keep you posted of the time frames for the jumps. Looking forward to going back and jumping myself next time :-)

I have gone to your establishment in Murrieta, CA with my children on multiple occasions. I would like to do a list of pros and cons as I am considering a different trampoline park based on my experiences. PROS Very clean Large facility Plenty to do for all ages Free WiFi Nice concessions area Nice parent area with a good view of the facilities Liability form can be done online CONS Unless you are with a "party" you are forced to wait in line for an average of 20 minutes thus far Employees standing around at the check in counter stated on multiple occasions that they could not help me they were there specifically for larger parties Once children have engaged in play some employees are very concerned about safety while others seem to turn a blind eye No booties or other footwear available for rent or purchase Several patrons being vulgar, employees seemed to let it slide

It was very fun. My children loved it. I thought the inside could be updated, but it was still nice. I will definitely bring my children back to Stratosphere. The only thing I did not like was that the foam pit was not open until we asked the associates a couple of times. They eventually opened it. I think every part should be up and running if at all possible unless there is maintenance. If that section is to be closed...please put a sign up so your customers know why.

It's been a while since I've been, but this park had lots of room and was definitely large enough for adults to jump, too. It was also reasonably priced. Definitely a nice addition to the area.
