The concept is great. The staff is by far the worst staff I’ve ever seen working at any company, period. They were completely unhelpful and shrugged me off when I asked simple questions....like why is my food taking 30 minutes when it’s poorly microwaved French fries that taste like they have freezer burn...? Or even a simple, “where is the restroom?” I got shrugged off. Or the fact that you spend $45 for platinum access and get told you can’t do half of the activities due to a 52” height maximum. Which honestly should have been told to us BEFORE PURCHASE. The attitude of the staff was appalling and unnecessary. I wouldn’t take a child here, you’re essentially paying money to watch a bunch of teenagers have an attitude problem as they put on and off VR helmets and unhook harnesses from the rope course. Disappointment and WASTE of money. —and the height maximum is posted on multiple other play places within the facility....starting with the one by the front desk (rope course), which shouldn’t be there if there is no maximum.

My 10 year old nephew celebrated his birthday here on Saturday. Briana who was the explained everything about laser tag and bumper cars to my sister and brother. Definitely recommend bringing children and adults here it was a good time.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. There are a large amount of activities for kids of all age groups and parents can enjoy too. They accomadate large groups and small groups without any issue.

Staff lied about membership. Actually told me to ignore what the Platinum membership had in print. She said it was full free play. Plus you get a pizza sliced and soda with your visit. I picked up my son after 3 hours. First thing he said was”they lied” no one was even in the place and they did NOT let me go-kart more then 1time. No soda with pizza. When I bought this to the staffs attention. “Mind you , same people “. They pointed to the print of membership. I can’t keep writing the ridiculous way the company handled it.... RUDE!!!!! As if you were a child. I have much more to say but I will not. Bottom line my son still goes there because he enjoys himself. Otherwise I would never let him go back. I would even think of picketing outside

Overall the facility is a lot of fun for all age groups. Birthday pricing is pricey and arrival greeting is disorganized. Get ready to have your parents and grandparents have to deal with the famous “insurance waiver” on the computer even though they have no intention of “jumping”. It will delay your party that you spent hard earned $$$$ for. The manager would not even let our 75+ year old parents in the facility on a chilly Saturday morning at 9:50am(they open at 10). Her reply “insurance wise we cannot let anyone in without a certain # of staff on site” .NONE of these other similar facilities require 75 and 80 year old non jumpers to deal with the “insurance waiver”. We were not offered any organized jumping activities like a dodge ball game like other similar facilities. Stick with Rockin Jump. Better value and more organized for the money. We would NOT recommend the Orange facility for a Birthday party. Many other more cost savings options are available elsewhere.

Has great activities, but it's run terribly. We waited over an hour and a half in line for a 5 minute go cart race. Then waited another 30 minutes in line for laser tag. There are no sign in sheets you have to stand and wait if you want to do anything other than jump on a trampoline.

So I’ll start by saying I had high hopes. Overall it’s a pretty cool place, great for kids, fun for adults but there are a few things that weren’t so great. The employees for the most part seemed to not care about anything or be picking up the slack for the fellow teen employees lack of care or really just effort towards there already simple job. Furthermore, the food is awful. Awful almost seems to nice of a word. Seriously as the owner if you read this DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! I was accompanied by a two former felons who agreed prison food was better. 9.25 for 3 slightly bigger McDonald’s nuggets and fries that looked so gross I didn’t want to eat them. I tried them anyways by the way and they were terrible.

30 minutes for fries and onion rings all while 10 people were running around looking at each other. 30 minutes wait to not even get on go karts. 5 people working it but they weren’t doing anything. They shut the race down every 5 seconds. Oh and it costs $17 for one ride!

I was amazed at the patience, respect and attention to safety these youth worker displayed. It's not easy dealing with people and children running around not always following rules but the handled it well. I only saw one employee that had a bit of a funky attitude. I hope they can continue to hire respectful mature youth.

I would love to give this place 5 stars HOWEVER, I spent $700 on my son’s birthday party here last night, he had a ball BUT as a parent this place is VERY unorganized. The staff are all young and angry, they continuously argued with one another in front of the children. They allow way too many Platinum Parties on one night it was so chaotic. Nobody knew what party was supposed to be where at what times. My children went to Laser Tag with my party host and we were kicked out by a very rude party host name Leondra. She argued with my party host even though my host asked her to calm down and tried coming up with solutions. It was very unprofessional, this was my first time here and I will not be booking another party here. They should tell us to arrive at least a half hour early to print every single waiver and go over the layout of the party. It was very time consuming to print waivers, gather children for each activity, take your shoes off, go get shoes on. Overall of course my children enjoyed themselves but as a parent it’s so much that needs to be worked on. I really wish I could teach them a thing or two on customer service and organization. Also to pay $15 for toddlers under 5, that were only able to jump on trampolines, to have my 2 year old daughter knocked down by a male employee who I’m sure was NOT suppose to be jumping. He DID NOT apologize and acted like nothing even happened. I don’t mind paying what I paid I just wish it was a lot more organized.

My son had his 6th birthday party here. He is autistic and can be a handful in overly stimulating places. The employees were very accommodating. Specifically, manager Valerie. She went above and beyond my expectations. I will surely recommend family and friends to this establishment.

The "Manager" of this facility is horrible! I just walked in here after spending $300 for my children to play here and she immediately starting harassing me about having shoes not on the proper racks. I was waiting for my kids to come back to the table to put them on the racks themselves and less than 5 minutes later she came back yelling at me again to put the shoes on the racks. I am offended she has the nerve to start with me immediately upon entering. I have been here many times and have never felt so unwelcome. This is the last time I will bring my children here! This lady is simply awful and a bad move on the higher up's to hire her in the first place.

I have seen a couple reviews that were negative about the staff and I have to say that my experience was the complete opposite. My husband and I brought our 5 year old on MLK day (when it was packed) and we were beyond impressed. We go to a lot of places like this and found the facility to be great and the staff was top notch. They were able to keep the kids playing safety without taking away the fun. For anyone concerned about the price - once you see everything you get you will realize the cost is inline with other places. There was so much to do that we never even went near the arcade games which we usually spend a lot of time at. We live almost an hour away but will definitely come back. It is well worth the trip.

I give 3 stars only because the kids had fun for 3 hours( they got bored after that). The place is way expensive for what it has to offer. There were 4 kids X $48.99=195.96!!! We took the Ultimate Pack so that they could go ONCE on go karts, VR, Spin Zone and Lazer tag. It’s good we came earlier and the kids didn’t have to wait in line for these for 30 min each. The employees are all teens or young adults who really don’t care to be there(I get it). Will we be back? If it was for me- never and the kids have fun in any park, so, probably I would combine couple different places for that same price.

My sons Apple Watch fell off in the foam pit. I called up four separate days, and every time I spoke to an employee they said, if I come we can look for it in the pit and they’re planning on emptying out the pit in a day or two since a lot of people lost things, an iPhone etc.. I go there, traveled two hours each way, and then the manager wouldn’t let us look in the pit. He said he can’t let us in because they cant close the pit during hours, even for five minutes! This is after asking four separate times and traveling hours. The manager said again he’s going to empty out the pit in a day or two. I called up to follow up, but a different manager was on a conference call and was supposed to call me back. He never did. It’s a fun place, but never lose anything there! They will not help you and they will give you the run around. All the employees are young kids, not very responsible or capable. I’m wondering if they just keep everything for themselves...

Just had my sons 6th birthday party here... 49 kids.. and 30 adults...We had both of the bowling suites.. Which gave us a little privacy... I ordered food platters for the adults as well and the food was VERY GOOD... The entire party cost me a lil bit but VALERIE, LEANDRA ,ANTHONY, ALYSSA and DYLAN made everything flow very well and I thank you for making my sons day special... and making our day a lot easier... IT WAS WELL WORTH IT !!! Thank you so much

This is a great place for children just as much as for adults. There is definitely something for everyone. Who knew laser tag could be so much fun!! And, I cannot forget go karts. The squeals of my child confirmed how much fun she had. The staff is friendly, polite and greatly accommodating. We went on a weekday. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

way way to over priced and the worker who put my wrist band on me put it on so tight that I was losing circulation and in the virtual reality I waited in a line for 30 minutes when 7 of the machines were empty and the employees were just talking. I went over to the trampolines when I took one bounce a worker came up to my and told me to get off and let this girl who just sat on the trampoline have a “turn” the employees are so lazy and the wipeout game is so boring and organized. And when I went on the zip line thing an employee literally yanked my hair while talking to the other employees about what’s she’s doing Saturday. It was an awful experience the place is dirty, the employees are extremely rude and lazy, and it is so so so overpriced!!!!!!!

Not only are they super over priced there are some nasty things that really botherd me. First off the staff only half I'd say are polite the rest are jurks. Then I saw that they don't clean the padded helmets in between kids and adults. I actually stood there and watched for a while. Only did they clean them when they over heard me telling my boyfriend that there gonna give people head lice and I'd know I'm a professional cosmetologist and have been one 15 years. Aslo I did not see them once clean the virtual reality goggles either. Then over at the Go-Karts the guy told my dauther to put her up for safety (wich I completely get and understand no problem) but then he tried to get my daughter to uses their hair tie. Thank God my daughter did not take it and used her own! This placce is gross over priced and unprofessional! We're definitely not going back.

Had my daughters 8th birthday party their today! Our host was a great guy he kept the kids together and escorted them from each activity ( we had the platinum package with private room) the kids had a blast. A bit pricey/ my 2 year old had nothing to do there so I don’t believe there should be a charge for 5 and under it was 13$ for him and all he had to do was go down 1 slide and way too many older kids in the area too so he was pushed down accidentally quite a lot. My daughter and her friends had a blast I don’t regret the package definitely cool for older children. But like I said- maybe not charge for toddlers.... oh and the pizza wasn’t good either. That’s my only complaint about the actual party. Abates is right up the road maybe they should do delivery pizza for parties. Otherwise kids had a blast and can’t stop talking about it! Cool place and she received a platinum pass to go back which is 47$ worth. So she’s happy

Slightly disappointed. Brought a couple kids here to wrap up summer. They’re closing early for a private event which was known to us before we arrived. No problem. But Sky Rider is also closed ... which is fine, but would’ve been nice for them to post that as well. They’re also short staffed - granted, towards the end of summer and not too busy ... but more annoying than anything to have to keep flagging down staff to ‘open’ stations. The same employee was manning the ropes course, virtual reality, and the spin zone ... so close the ropes course to open spin zone for those kids waiting. Then close spin zone cause there are kids waiting for virtual reality. Just poorly executed. Arcade cards can only be purchased on credit cards and a handful of games are down. The kids had a blast, but for the cost ... as a parent, I am a bit disappointed.

Not worth the money. If you decide to have your kids parties there, make sure there are enough adults paying attention or they could get lost in the crowd. Too loud to enjoy. The staff is very unprofessional. Unable to assist quickly with anything and the food selection is limited and inevitable. You're better off traveling further for a better go kart track Because unless you like to continuously stop, this short ride isn't so fun and pretty slow. Because they allow young children to ride on their own and sometimes they allow children who do not meet the height requirement on the ride, it takes away from the whole riding experience.

Not fun when crowded there are lots of lines and people running you over. I was disappointed with the rule that you can’t go on the really bouncy trampoline unless you can do a double back flip. Also I wish they were more organized on mountain with the slide because kids can get hurt. But it was fun on the other activities. I would recommend going earlier because it gets very crowded toward 3-4

My family and I had so much fun here!! Urban Air is well staffed, clean, safe and friendly. It seems like staff actually want to work with kids and that is refreshing to a mom like me =).

Very fun but very busy with kids running around. The one thing that is unfortunate is they don't let u go on a trampoline unless u can do a double backflip. They should b more orgnized with the mountain with a slide bc I saw a number of kids get hurt. Maybe a line or something? I recommend not going on a weekend maybe a day where there is school so there won't be as many little kids. Overall very fun, just needs some work

Me, my cousins , my sister and my friends went here it was pretty fun until one of the lady’s told us we needed to put on a helmet to fight on the balance beam. They hardly ever clean that helmet and we we’re not going to have to go through lice treatments because who knows who’s head it went on?

Lack of staff to offer assistance. Staff manning activities did not control overly rampuntcios children cutting the long lines. If it's your 1st time you have to figure things out yourself..$47 package not worth it.

given the reviews I was nervous to attend the party and last night but it had exceeded my expectations. a big thank you to LEANDAR, ADNRE, BRIANNA, and the other gentleman manger who's name I do not remember. There were a few small issues and the way the staff handled was amazing! The go kart line was a little long but they kept us entertained and checked up periodically, and the wait for them wa worth it! My kid who is autistic had a smile the whole time. Thank you Urban Air!

This place is horrible. My son got hurt on the trampoline because of overcrowding and the staff did absolutely nothing. This place is the worst. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to end up time the hospital.

Pros: lots of fun activities, staff was friendly and helpful, despite being busy the waits for activities weren't that bad, the activities were challenging and safe for young kids. Cons: 15 minute ticket times for nuggets and fries? You can take a little kid on the bumper cars, but they put the kid in this tiny metal add-on seat that sticks out the front and is far more dangerous than putting the kid in your lap. If you get rear ended, the kid will smash their head on the seat. Don't bother with it.

Overall a good experience due to the variety of activities at the adventure park. However, the staff is not friendly at all and they don’t know anything about their roles and positions. It’s so odd. Even at the front desk, the workers didn’t seem too knowledgeable and even the young girl at the food court didn’t know much. It was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the park closed at 9pm today and at 8:30 my fiancé and requested to do the virtual reality acitivity they offer and one of the workers said “I’ll guess I’ll take you over there” with an unpleasant look on her face. I should’ve said something when I had the chance - but that was one of the rudest things I’ve witnessed from a customer service standpoint. I know the business save money in hiring teenage workers but it’s not worth it. The younger employees are absolutely horrible.

We had an awesome time at the Urban air. It’s a friendly family fun filled environment. We took a group of students to complete a project. The staff were very accommodating. Excellent customer service. The facility is clean. The food was good. I really enjoyed myself. Definitely returning.
