Great for toddlers

We had my son’s birthday party here today. I will have another party here. They were amazing. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a party. You can’t beat the price for what you get and they do literally everything for you. I was widowed less than a year ago so the thought of a birthday party was a big anxiety for me. They took all of the anxiety out. Adults relax and take pictures while the staff takes care of everything. The kids all had a blast with every activity. I definitely think this is the best place in the area.

Clever idea to advertise products by turning a store into kids playarea. The space itself should be refurbished or at least professionally cleaned and given new lick of paint. The toilet should definitely be entirely upgraded. Plenty of parking space and friendly and very helpful staff.

Brought my 3 year old as we were considering having a birthday party here this winter. I'm really glad we visited before booking. I don't think anything has been cleaned in years. Piles of dust and dirt on the equipment, floor, dried up spilled drinks on play kitchen. I would not feel comfortable serving food here. Missing hand rails on equipment. Staff busy watching YouTube videos entire time we were there. Bounce house has zero lighting, very dark. Reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because my toddler enjoyed it, but the slides were too big for her and scared her. I definitely don't think this is "all ages" friendly, more like 5-10 year olds.

My 3yo loves this place. Unlimited play in an indoor playground. Great staff, good price. Lots of fun in a safe, indoor environment.

Great place to take kids on a rainy day to work off some energy and it'll give you ideas for your own backyard.

Lack of customer service is the reason for this 1 star rating. Have been trying to get our set "tuned up" for the last 3 years and the response is "you're on the list and we're in your area, should be soon" No follow ups, no organization. Last time we called we were told the manager would call us back in a few minutes...nothing. When you buy a product and part of that purchase is the maintenance they promise to perform for you, there is an expectation that that service will actually be performed and in a timely manner.

Love TimberGyms! Birthday parties and free play here are great for the kids. The staff is very helpful and understanding, they really do a good job of keeping things safe and moving along.

Excellent price point, unlimited open play. Only possible issue would be no division between age groups. Safe environment and plenty of things to keep kids entertained.

Timber Gyms cane to my house yesterday Fred being given very short notice on their end. Clint, the owner, was extremely professional, experienced, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to review the best location to built the swing set and had it done very quickly. I hear people complain about prices of swing sets, but you do get what you pay for. I would strongly recommend Timber Gyms! Thank you for going out of your way for my install!! Tim G
