I would just like to say that Nelson is amazing!!! I took my goddaughter and niece for the first time on Saturday afternoon, to my surprise my niece was afraid of heights and became very upset when she was unable to enjoy the obstacles like the other children. Nelson came and began talking to her and gave her tips and tricks on how to over come her fear of heights. He really took his time to try and make her feel comfortable. It was amazing to see that there are still people who care in such way. Although she wasn't able to enjoy herself at Thrillz it was very nice to have the option of having Bounce right next door, where she had a blast! Thank you so much Nelson, people like you truly make all the difference in the world.

It is very fun and the activities are super fun I love the activities but we wanted to use the orange virtual reality machine. We asked the guy working with the VR machine if we could go on it. He said that it was not working and that they were trouble shooting and that it would be fixed in a few minutes. I had wanted to go on it for weeks, and I was full of hope! We waited 20 minutes and then we asked again and again he said it was not working and it would be fixed in couple of minutes. I was losing hope. We asked ten minutes later and he kept on saying a couple minutes. We ended up leaving because it wasn’t working. I was disappointed. He could have just said it wasn’t working. He was just walking around the park while he said he was fixing it. But other than that, I really enjoy thrills and I would give it 5 stars if the VR thing did not happen.

Very new,fun, and different,very reasonably priced.gets 4 instead of 5 because they are either short or lacking appropriate staff at each obstacke causing some unruly behaviors like jumpimg in front of others,ect.more staff could solve that problem easily.especially on a busy friday

My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves this place, she’s been twice and keeps asking to go back. They need to clarify the height restrictions though. My other child is about 45” tall and was told they aren’t tall enough, but I saw 2 kids shorter and one exactly the same height, all three with Thrillz bracelets using all the obstacles freely. The kid notices of course and wonders why they can’t go, so I ask at the desk and they say it’s a mistake and they’ll tell the guys upstairs. Nothing ever got done but whatever, the kid had fun in the arcade. Aside from that it’s totally clean and overall great place for a kid to go nuts for an hour or two.

One of the most unique experiences I have ever had. Wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in, but there are unlimited activities from an American Ninja Warrior type obstacle course to an extremely out of the box lazer tag. Everything is very safe, I brought my younger brothers who are 10 and 14; they are already begging me to take them back and I just wanted to say thank you to the Thrillz team.

My kids are ages 9 & 11. They both had a great time. The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. They had a good selection at the snack bar. The arcade area had up to date games and the prizes were better than what you would get at Dave & Busters. I highly recommend that you get the grip gloves for the kids as it makes it much easier for the kids to maneuver around the obstacle courses. I advise you to have the children watch the video before having them run and jump. There is also an entrance to go into Bounce through Thrillz. My kids can't wait to come back. For us it was WORTH the hour drive. We definitely will be back.

Really cool place, and alot of fun, from the rock climbing to spinning platforms, to just being able to jump 10 feet into a big inflatable bag lol. And the staff was very nice and helpful, it was also a very clean establishment.

Very fun place to visit! Laser tag is often booked out for parties so it’s hard to get in the laser tag. But there is many fun things to enjoy here and I always love coming here!

Awesome laser tag arena! The manager Joel made our games a ton of fun, and the guns are newer than I’ve ever played with before! It was great to have headsets only and no vests...can’t wait to play again!

Place is terrible took my kids there stayed only 10 minutes and ask for a refund very dangerous place kids that are supervising the pits you jump and don't pay attention somebody is going to get seriously hurt

Took the family here and the kids loved it! The place is very clean and the kids had a blast! Also I was surprised to see they had food there, we were starving so we decided to grab a bite to eat and to my surprise the sandwich was out of this world best Italian combo I’ve had in a while and was fresh great entertainment and great food you can’t beat this place! Highly recommend it...

They should give more information on the experience you will have as far as the safety and injury. I highly recommend to have gloves, full finger gloves because you will tear your hands up unless you're fully prepared and have calloused hands. Otherwise the equipment and facility are not bad at all .

This is a nice facility, spacious and fun but unfortunately the staff here ruined the experience for me. They’re very young, not friendly, awkward, and have the tendency to lurk and follow. The girl at the front desk wasn’t friendly upon entry, she seemed annoyed to be working. The same staff member followed my friend and I to every obstacle we went to (not in a helpful manner) making us feel uncomfortable. Since it was my first time and I was a nervous I asked the staff member working the zip line for some tips, he just stared at me like I had 10 heads, shook his head yes, and pointed, no words at aIl. The experiences with the staff here made me feel belittled and uncomfortable, don’t think I’ll be attending again.

I was followed around the building even in the bathroom by rude staff. I was the only person in the bathroom why is this happening now. I won't return. This treatment isn't ok.

Well worth the trip!!!! My family and I travelled from the Bronx to check out Thrillz. At first we were a little hesitant because it's almost an hour away and if it didn't live up to the reviews we would be disappointed however it FAR SURPASSED what I expected. Not only was it easy to get to the check in process was really quick. Not sure how to explain what it looks like in here but try to imagine American Ninja warrior meets Wipeout with music and black lights. The kids had an absolutely amazing time as did I until I missed a step and sprained my ankle 5 mins into being in the place. Now normally this would have been a bad review about how the staff was unhelpful or refused to give me a refund seeing as how I had only been there 5 mins before I hurt myself HOWEVER not only did the owner, Lisa, check in on me but the manager, Victor, who took care of me was AMAZING!!! He wrapped and iced my ankle as well as checked in on me every 15 mins, offered to take me to urgent care, refunded my ticket without me asking and then even allowed the kids an extra hour of play time. Nowadays that NEVER happens...your lucky if you can get a refund without arguing first but Lisa and her amazing staff were so nice, attentive and warm I can't wait to come back again. Thank you for everything you guys did and I HIGHLY recommend coming ... tell them I sent you!!!
