It was so fun and absolutely incredible. The rides are amazing and would definitely recommend for teens and adults. The only issue with the park is that there isn't a ton of stuff to do for the little ones and it is crowded most of the time. I would recommend getting passes and the flash pass, it saves a ton of wait time.

Jason Armstrong

The park is extremely clean and kept up. Lines are relatively short even on busy days. So many things to do. Shops, games, rides, restaurants, etc. Memberships are the way to go, but even a one off summer trip will be well worth it. Lots of cheap parking around the park too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love bringing the kids here. When you get a seasons pass in the fall it ends up being affordable.

Amanda Brooks

My son is 5 and just under most of the height requirements for the bigger roller coasters. I love that there are options for his size that the whole family can go on without being stuck in the kids section the whole time we're there. He loved Catwoman's Whip and Pandemonium.

Rhonda Andreani

I've been going to this park for years and have always loved it. Their new additions of Harley Quinn and The Joker are amazing! Harley Quinn is a bit disappointing, but still a fun ride. The park is a little bit dirty and can be hard to navigate without a map or without experience, however, there is always something of interest. Queues are always really long especially for the rides like Superman or Batman (Batman tends to move faster though).

From Riverside to Six Flags, this has been a great past time for my family. There's so much to do that it's impossible to get through everything in one day. From the rides, to the games, to the water park; there's never a dull moment here. Fun for all ages, bring family and friends, you won't regret it!

Corey Rodrigues

Food prices are crazy! More expensive than disney for a basic lunch! Other than that out kids had a blast so we had fun.

Markus Schumacher

It's a hit or miss, unfortunately. I like the park and the attractions for the most part, good selection and park layout. However, the park can get very crowded due to its size, and too many people make it an unpleasant experience quickly. I noticed, that the ride operations are awful slow at times (something that American parks are known for...) which makes waiting times so much higher than necessary. Example: Wicked Cyclone had two trains running, but it took more than 3 minutes on average to get a new train ready for departure! That meant that the train was running for 1:30 min, and then you had to wait another 1:30 min strapped into the seats just because the train ahead of you didn't leave the station yet. This was similar at other attractions, which makes me believe that SixFlags should take some inspiration from European parks and train their teams how to make this a more fluent experience. Other than that the food is good, nothing more. Facilities seemed to be relatively clean, but this also comes back to the amount of people in the park. There were queue lines for rides, food, restrooms, even lockers...

I been visiting this place for so many years now and never gets boring maybe over 13 years every summer before I had kids and now with my kids. Love the rides, games and mostly the water park. New England it's not fun without SixFlags!!

Cyndi Hughes

We were let in to the water park after hours of waiting and sat waiting for the hurricane harbor to be opened it was not announced we weren't notified it wouldn't be until we went and asked the life guards. Nine dollars for two scoops of ice cream is insane. Other than that the workers were nice and respectful (The security guards could have more manners and stop being such rude dictators).

Dan Umbenhaur

My family and I really enjoy our time here. We typically get season passes and go as much as possible. The roller coasters never get boring! Superman is just great. And the scariest is Goliath. They add new rides pretty often, but the coasters are why I go. I'm not a water park guy, but it actually really nice in there if that's your thing. They have park events often and I can recommend checking them out. Overall, going at least once is a must, but plan to visit more for the full experience! Oh and you MUST end your day with a funnel cake sundae!

Horrible. Do not go if you have to rent a wheelchair. They do not accommodate for people who have issues walking. My daughter had to wait on a bench outside the park, while I waited in lines and through security and into the park. Then over to the wheelchair rental place (note they are free to use at Disney) then I had to go with the chair over the very steep ramp to get my daughter. This took about an hour. Then I had to push this big girl up the ramps, uneven pavement, back into the lines, through security, into another line for admission to the park. And when it was time to leave, wheel her back up and over the ramps, way out to the parking lot and then the fun of bringing the chair from the parking lot up and over the ramps through security and admission back to the rental office. The park offers NO assistance. No shuttle, no easy chair return. It was a terrible horrible experience. I will never return.

Adam Haskin

Great rides, clean park. Storage lockers were always sold out, but you're almost always able to just leave your items next to the boarding area of the ride (on your own liability). Attendants didn't seem eager to fill in empty seats with single riders, but not a big deal. Enjoyed my day.

Ting Ting‘s World

So many good rides, we spent so long on them that we sadly never made it to the water park. I especially liked the world's tallest spinning swing, the view over the river was amazing and there was definitely an excitement factor to this usually very pedestrian ride. The superman rollercoaster has won awards and I can see why, after 15 years it's still a very good coaster.

Xirotic Shotgun

It was the best and last memory i had with my mom at this place. She past away months later so now whenever i go to six flags. I think about the greatest fun my mother and I had.

Six Flags New England was one of the best experiences ever. I highly recommend going their with your family. They have games and rides for almost everyone. They also have so many food choices to choose from. and the gift shops are amazing with something for every family member. This park is great for any size group.

I liked it so much I got the diamond elite membership. My son and I are tough because we don’t like the kiddee rides but, we aren’t thrill seeker’s either. This place has so much to keep us entertained. I love watching the thrill seekers. Love the water park. It’s the best!! The staff were really great and keeping everyone safe. I wish they had better food in the park. Heard Johnny Rockets is good (hope it’s part of the meal deal I got) But, overall i really love it here! Water slides, big teacups, bumper cars, planes, scrambler are some of our favorites. Plenty here to keep everyone busy!! Can’t wait to come back this week!

We had a blast! Although the park lacked smaller rides, they were few and far between. The app was a great addition to our trip so we could tell how long rides were for coasters.

Joshua Lwaniko Ssebuwufu

The Six Flags Lost and Found items policy needs change. Radical change. In that when a person loses their items on a ride, and afterwards can see their item in or around the ride grounds, he or she should be assisted to get their belonging right away. This will help with their customer service too. The people in charge of security and closing the park need also to be much more respectful and improve their customer service because if it's not for the people who come there and pay for the tickets, these people would have no jobs. I hope my comments are put into consideration because many people have been affected by this.

Nicholas Collazo

Rides are great, DO NOT not waste your time with food. Literally still standing in line waiting for food after 20 minutes. And am not even halfway through the line. Only one person working???? Wonder where all the parks revenue is going because clearly they are not spending it on labor..... Edit: it's now one hour and I'm still waiting.

Bina

Six Flags New England was a lot of fun. The rides were great, and it was good for both kids and adults. The food options are non-existent if you don't want to or can't pay outrageous prices, or eat vegan or kosher. There are lockers throughout the park for bag storage. They are big enough for a backpack and cost $2 for 2 hours.

Abdul Abdulwaheed

You come here expecting Johnny Rockets, u leave wondering what had happened. This isn't a true JR.. the burgers are of low quality. The prices are high. Simply put, the burgers here are no good. The saving grace here is the milk shake. Have the milk shake, then leave.... quickly.

Jason W

So this is a truthful review for larger guests wondering what rides they can partake in. I'm big and tall 6'3 300lbs. Twisted cyclone:No, Superman:Yes, Joker:Yes, Batman:Yes in special seats with 2 belts, Cyborg:Yes, Blizzard River:Barely but yes with a squeeze, Pandemonium:Yes. The water park is tricky some rides are rated 250lbs,300lbs, unless you are riding doubles which if your riding with a light person can pass the 400lbs limit. This is a sample of the rides I rode and depending on where you carry your weight it may change your experience.

CNC Wizard

Fun day at the park. Coasters are a blast & getting season passes is the way to go. Got gold passes for about the cost of admission. Save a bunch of money if you plan to go more than once.

Michelle Critch

I have a great time here. However had not so great experience at one of their food locations within the park. Food was fine. Customer service was not. Which is too bad I was having a great day up until then.

François Boivin

By far the best East coast park. The rides are amazing, everybody can have a good time. Water park is included with the regular admission fee. The park offer a good variety of restaurants so anybody can have something to eat !

Stephen Kerner

Great park but expensive. Paid parking, no outside food allowed, and park food is very expensive ($5.49 for a bottle of water) and mediocre at best. The rides are among the best and staff are also. The cost is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Andrea West

Very nice staff. Excellent food at the BBQ place and reasonable prices. Gift shop was fun on our rainy day trip. Carousel was biggest hit with all.

Elise Lee

EXPENSIVE! The least expensive part of the trip was the entrance fee. $12 for a single slice of pizza or a wrap. And, both of them were really poor quality. We brought our own water, which probably saved us $50 We had hoped their would be plenty of water fountains for the kids, but that wasn’t the case. On the plus side, the rides were great! We went on the Thursday before the kids had to go back to school and they had a great time. The longest line was less than 30 minutes. Great mix of kiddy rides and adult rides.

SUJITH SRIVARDHAN

Great place for a day out. Every ride guarantees adrenaline rush. Few water rides were closed when I visited the place, but the land rides were great

Vanessa Fusco

Very fun amusement park. You can easily spend all day here. Start off in the water park as that closes earlier than the rest of the park. Then make your way through all the roller coasters. There is even an area for the wee ones to enjoy! The park is very clean and fast to enter even when they open and there are a lot of people. Recommend!

Just good old fun. Was able to act and enjoy time with the kids. Lots of laughs...

SAI LIKHITH KANUPARTHI

I loved six flags... All in one entertainment... The roller coaster rides are awesome :)

Sharon Dixon-Peay

First visit this season due to illness. Lines moved quickly. I was able to get my cards at the gate. Handicap parking was not an issue since I arrived early. Very clean, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Need more benches or seating places. Also what happened to cold stone ice cream and bbq turkey legs?

Regan S

Excellent palace for thrill. It was a great experience for me with my family and friends in Six Flags New England. The most thrilling rides are Goliath and Joker. Super Man ride is a lengthiest one. The Sky Screamer's height is 2000 feet. World highest swing. Can able to see all over the area in and around the Six Flags. Value for the season pass. Not able to cover all the rides in one day. Shuttle is there to transport the people from parking lot to entrance and back to parking lot. No time to go water park and rides.

James P Gilbert

Mixed experiences at this place. For one, there's always a big crowd do of course that's going to be a factor. Putting aside the crowd factor, the Waterpark is good, and expansive. Lines for drinks and (in some areas) food are very long and it's hotter in the park than whatever the weather says because of asphalt, lack of shade, and big crowds. Don't go here when it's a hot day! Otherwise, when you get a better sense of the park it's easier to enjoy. The rides are incredible, even to watch. Most amazing is the riddler ride. I'm not a fan of the DC comics theme though, and that is heavy handed. Some villain characters look really off-putting instead of the old style of batman which had an air of silliness along with their schemes, which would be better for all ages. The carousel in the beginning of the park is lovely and a great way to start a visit. We have season passes which is worth it. And to be honest, the unlimited drink refill option is worth it (26$) even at 2 visits.

Jairo Suarez

Many options of things to do and eat for all ages. Great rides although some are closed and some have occasional breakdowns. Insufficient transportation to and from the parking lot.

Amy Binette

My home away from ho.e. the excitement. The thrill. Every time we go is a new experience. Never the same thing. It's a great place to let the kid I. You come out and play. They have so.ething for everyone. From rides, to attractions to food and drinks. Great place to go and just relax and let all the stresses of the week go a d just have a great time!!!

Jenny Burns

Its action packed and full of fun the only thing was some of the staff were not friendly I brought my friend for her first time had her get a membership and she was upset with how the people that worked there were.. but if you dont need any help or to ask a question this is a great time. It is also that time of year wear people dress up and we enjoyed a monster show in there theater..

Ivy Ramos

Its lots of fun for the whole family they have great foods and drinks not to badly priced. I definitely will go again. They have most of the same rides but called something different like Great Adventure in NJ. All in all me and my family had blast we are season pass holder's it's worth it, parking is alway free and you can bring a friend or family member for free on each season pass but it's not on a everyday visit it's only on particular days.

I came here earlier this summer and it was a blast. All the rides are exciting and it was an amazing experience overall. They have a wonderful water park as well. As anybody who's been to a theme park knows, it can get a bit pricey and add up over time but I had a great time and hope to come back soon!

bingo bango

Love Six Flags!! I love the membership never had a problem with overcharge like some others. Can barely do this whole place in one day. Plan to have fun to the point of exhaustion.

serhat arıcan

It is awesome place for both adults and children. I gave 3 stars because of their return policy. Be careful before purchasing membership. Cancellation is hard and they do not cancel it before 1 year. Also website says that customer can use any six flags but when you come to end of the purchase on website, they give you permission just for local one (really tiny explanations) and refund is not possible!

patrick dumont

Great visit as always. Highly reccomend getting a season pass. Affordable monthly payment options are great!

Brenda Torres

Overall my time at six flags is great except when it comes to the food part . Johnny Rockets for instance you spend more then a half hour in line because there’s only 1 person taking orders and also having to deal with people trying to cut the line . There should always be 2 lines one for members with dining pass and another line for those who are paying with cash. I have gotten to the front and due to the time in line my lunch pass expired and had to use my dinner . & also had to deal with people cutting the line to get closer and it’s just not fair we all trying to get food there which that almost led to an altercation They should come up with a better way to serve customer . After all we are HANGRY ! After a day at six flags please make this an option for members !!

Momchil Milev

Awesome place for adults and kids, but mostly younger adults as the are many other options for smaller kids in Massachusetts, yet only this one for teens and adults! Annual passes are a must, they cost as low as one "regular" ticket when bought during Fall sale event. There are a couple good places to eat compared to "park food" elsewhere. Rides are a thrill every time, check their app and videos online! The *only* reason I'm not giving 5-star review is to make the park add the "wait times" feature to their location in the smartphone app. I hear other locations have it!

Kimberly Smith

Horrible membership booth. On Sunday, October 6th, the membership “manager??”, Robert, flat out lied to me regarding the double charge on my credit card. He claims the charge was supposed to automatically reverse (due to their system shutting down during the first transaction ). Instead, I was charged over $1100. I really didn’t want to renew season passes. I did. And I had to pay double ??? Call the customer service # and I can’t even speak to a live rep. What an expensive joke

Paul Nicholson

Six Flags has some good rides, and two actually great roller coasters. Unfortunately, it is so desperate to nickel and dime you and the staff is so disinterested that it completely undoes any goodwill from the rides. I know theme parks are expensive, I'm okay with paying the premium if there's value there, but at every turn this place just feels like it's not putting in the effort for the money. As an example, you can pay extra for preferred parking, only to discover that you need to park in a small gravel lot pretty far from the entrance, and that you need to be a "diamond member" to actually park close. Meanwhile, the restaurants are run poorly (I know theme park food is bad, I just ask that it's at least fast), the place is dirty, and I saw a kid almost fall out of a ride because the ride operator wasn't paying attention at all. Honestly, I'll end up back here because the kids like the rides, but I'll be annoyed the entire time, and I love theme parks. This place makes you realize why Disney is so ridiculously expensive.

Wesner Jean Philippe

I give them 5 stars , they deserve it, I spend time observing the behavior of every single team member I interact with, they know what they are doing, they explain to you every single aspect to make you feel comfortable getting in those rides. They keep the place clean, safety team on point kudos, but they still got room for improvement, parking was suppose to be free, but I ended paying $10 cause nobody calls me while I was in the waiting list , there was available place. They can put more game and nicer prize other than that great job, my girl and my friends had a blast

Jose Mena

Really enjoyed it. Water park was amazing and had a blast in the rollercoasters. Food sucks and it's horribly expensive.

Sangeetha Chandrashekar

A wonderful place for a rush of adrenaline. Summer is mostly busy and need to wait in line for hours. If you don't mind spending extra, do buy flash pass to avoid waiting in line for your turn. Don't forget to hydrate!

PastelGaming 77

Honestly, they could do a bit better. I paid, 10$ for a small cone of single scoop ice cream that was listed at 6$ and our membership didn't work when paying for the ice cream. A person in my group had stated they wanted "Just Coke" not Diet Coke as a normal person would say. They gave them Diet Coke of which they cannot have, due to an allergy. I paid 13$ for 3 small chicken tenders and some french fries. With my membership discount. The rides were fine, but honestly at the water rides you shouldn't put gravel in front of the sand seat section, it hurts peoples feet more than helps after getting off of the hot concrete.

Josie Ramos

Love all the rides! The food is good and I love all the different varieties of foods but super expensive tho. The park is always clean and well kept.

Tc Pendarvis

Always A Blast... Well Not for me. I use to take the Kids 2x a yr. and Be alone the whole 10 hrs With their Belongings. They didn't want a Parent hanging around. I always make them meet me every 3 hrs somewhere in the Park to check and make sure everyone is fine. I go to my Car and Listen to my Jazz Eat My Food Have A Glass of Wine then check up on them. Other Parents didn't know how I did 2x a year all day alone. Lol.

Megan Sault

Fun for everyone! Parking is a separate price if you're not a member, the parking lot is a good distance from the actual park. We paid $10 to park closer in a local neighbors driveway. The park and rides were fun, bathrooms were normally clean and well kept. Food is expensive. Unless I missed them, water bottle filling stations are unheard of, and water is costly. Overall a great time!

Noah Jager

This is an okay value. The rides are great, although the wait times (most are over an hour for larger rides) can be annoying at times. I wish I bought the fast pass so I could cut the line. This establishment does NOT have water stations or fountains in the park. On a hot day, they strong arm you into paying $15+ for a refillable mug to get water. Otherwise, you'll be paying $6-$10 for a small Dasani water bottle. Food is also expensive. Expect to pay $20 for 4 chicken tenders and a drink. The entry fee is steep as well, I'd recommend checking AAA or another online ticket vendor to get a cheaper price (I paid $37 on AAA vs $70 directly). The rides are fun and the park is clean, but the overwhelming costs makes it hard to justify going to Six Flags frequently.

Sam Figueroa

When it's packed, it can be pretty lousy. Lines for food and drink can be excessive and employees seem rightfully annoyed based on the customer to employee ratio. I understand the wait for the rides but given the price of the food and the quality (which ranged from mediocre to adequate), you shouldn't have to wait nearly an hour to sit down and eat. When it's off peak hours and they're staffed accordingly, it's a great time for the family.

Scott Bazin

Where do I begin? Six Flags New England is a great place to spend the day with your family and friends. At the gate, the staff are friendly and quick to point you in the right direction to park. The tram operators are safety conscious as well as courteous. In the park, all the staff members are friendly, quick with a hello and a genuine smile on their face when they do it. The ride operators are all top notch. Conscientious about safety and enthusiastic about fun. Oh, the FOOD! Everything I've had has been excellent. The drink selection is outstanding and if you look you can find just about anything you'd like. If you're still on the fence about going, GO! You won't be disappointed!

Jhony Guardado

It was just fun felt like it wasn't packed and claustrophobic at least for me. And i enjoyed the various rides there

Chad Vasquez

Nice park to spend the day with the family. I probably lucked out, but the park was relatively empty on a gorgeous day for either dry or wet rides. If this is the norm definitely recommend this park

Eddie Wellington

I went to Six Flags with my family over the weekend. We had an amazing fun time going on the different rides there. The beauty of the park is how it brings everyone together and put a smile on your face, very cool stuff!! I would recommend this place to all!!

K T

Good park. I wouldn’t get a season pass if I didn’t live 20 minutes or less away.

Thomas Stein

Awesome park. Smaller than the other parks they own but it still rocks. Go on Harley Quinn. Worth it

Shaunell Renda

My family loves going to Six Flags New England. There is a variety of things to do including the water park!! We love all the rides, and one of our favorite rollercoasters is Superman!! If you get a chance to go, I highly recommend it....it's definitely fun for the whole family!!

Nate Cerrigione

3 hours of lines and I'm not talking about lines for rides. members entrance for members services is not open so it's going to take me approximately another hour to get my cup. Kicker is every booth has cups but I need to get the special members cup so I paid extra to wait in extra lines. Members entrance for security check also wasn't open. Employees seem to know they basic jobs but cant provide any real feedback about certain services. They seem confused, an obvious lack of any real leadership is obvious. Go to a smaller park that cares more about your experience than the money. Will not be renewing my memberships next season

Chilly Freezy

Freight fest was awesome! Wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, I came here year's ago and was blown away of how scary it is, I love Six Flags! Phenomenal theme park very fun and the kids love it. Rate 9/10

Laura Tanner

Water park is great with a wide variety of rides and attractions. Waits weren't bad. Lifeguards are very attentive. Food service could be better. Tried the new Chop Six food (tofu and veggies) and it was terrible. Will stick with chicken tenders next time. Security and other staff visible and constantly walking around. Definitely wear water shoes as walking between areas gets very very hot. Definitely with the season pass!

There needs to be a way to indicate which ride don't work from the app. This would make it a lot easier so people don't need to walk all over the walk. I really do enjoy coming here and want to continue coming back but there also needs to be better staff training. Simple questions often take 2-3 people to answer.

Bts Brownie

Rides were nice, although it was really expensive to try and spend money there. The water side of the park was absolutely disgusting. I know staff can't control everything that people do but the should at least try cleaning up some of the trash laying around.

Angelina Gomes

The day begins with a shuttle to the stairs leading to the front gate (a ramp if you need it though). Security processing was quick, and scan of our season's passes was quick as well. We bought our passes and meal plans at Six Flags La Ronde in Montreal, Quebec, and we get to use them in all Six Flags parks in the USA. Very nice perk. Season passes also include parking too.... Which will be $20 US per day if you don't have the season membership. The park has good shows (about 15 min in length each), rides, shops, photo ops, and a fantastic water park. There is something for everyone. I recommend going to the restaurants at the extremities of the park as they will be less busy. The meal plan pass will get you lunch, dinner, 1 snack, and unlimited drinks. Everyone in my group had a great time.

Victoria Kosowski

Closes thing we got. Thrill rides are pretty good. Coasters are okay. Need bigger ones

Majdoline Baker

I went to six flags New England last week For the first time and I wasn’t so into it at first but as the day went on and I progressed further into the park it was much better than I’d initially thought. It has some really great rides for trill seekers and even for some older kids too. The most intense ride I’d say is Superman: The Ride but rides like the Riddler and Batman are a bit unoriginal and kind of bland. The Wicked Cyclone is thrilling while fun and enjoyable at the same time too. Even the Harley Quinn ride was fun (despite the same ride being at many other Six Flags parks) and is one of the best I’ve ridden in the park so far. As far as the environment of the park goes it was good in some areas but needed improvement in others. The bathrooms were pretty clean and well maintained, which I was happy about. When I was walking around certain areas of the park and even waiting in some lines I noticed so much trash around the lines and the sides of walkways. Even as I looked on the ground I could see gum and wrapper pieces every once in a while. The park walk areas and lines need a bit more cleaning and maintenance but if that problem were to be addressed later in the season I’d have close to nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The food was expensive (like everyone else in the reviews says) and there isn’t a whole variety of options at every restaurant so look at the menus before you decide to eat somewhere. Overall it is a decent six flags park and it’s not hard to enjoy yourself and have a good time with friends and family at all.

Matthew Wright

Its thrilling... for the first 10 minutes. Then you realize your in Massachusetts

George Pillar

While the park and water park are fine, everything in the park takes an hour including food and rides. Way too crowded and way to slow. Thinking of canceling my subscription and find a new place

Jackie Rudzik

It's a fun place to take your kids and go with your family.. foods pricey unless u have a food pass which is well worth buying during their flash sale they do once a year.their flash sale is 75% off their season passes, meal plans, and other plans. That's the time to get your pass. The meal plan that gives you a lunch, dinner, snack and q cup that u can get free drinks everytime you go is normally like 200$ and it's only around 80$ which you can spend that easily by only going 2 times. Lines are usually long for rides but I guess that's how it is at any amusement park. My daughter loves going we get passes every year. Plus they are always improving and adding new rides

Nicholas Romano

Went on Friday, July 26th which was a "bring a guest" day. Weather was good so attendance was high. Our family has season passes so we like to enjoy the water park and just hit a few rides at the end of the day. Six Flags does a good job of streamlining things as well as can be expected, but it's a good idea to scout out smaller, out-of-the-way restrooms to save time, and also less frequented places to refill drinks. Here are a couple of time and money saving tips: Leave the water park when they announce 30 minutes until closing. You spend less time fighting crowds that way and can pick a ride line to hop into before all of the water park patrons land. It's like a double whammy. If you have to park in the secondary parking lot, know that there is an exit to the street at the back of that lot so you can skip the hour plus wait to go out the front lot. Lastly, we always pack a cooler with lunch and drinks and eat right before entering. This saves us from having to purchase too much food at exorbitant park prices and we still have fairly cool drinks for the ride home. Keeping your cool when other patrons are rude and selfish can be hard, but just remember, they probably didn't take the time to read these tips and will be stewing in lines while you zip on your way. That should make you feel a bit better. ;-)

Great amusement park. Staff is good. So sad there isn't more shady areas and they paved and re blacktopped the first hill coming on which adds to the heat. We love to go and like that there is a variety of food even for allergies.

Ken Oliver

Not sure if the rides or people watching were better. The park itself is nice and has a good selection of rides for an array of age groups - but the expense of going here (especially for what you get) is truly outrageous. From the parking, admission, to the food, everything is overpriced. I realize that is kinda the gig when going to these place but do yourself a favor and look on-line for discounts before going. In addition to the high costs, when thinking of the crowd, think carnival instead of amusement park. Be prepared for ill behaved kids and more so entire families including adults.

Peter Bianco

Worst Park Experience Ever! 45 Min just to enter park. 45 Min just to order soft serve Ice cream. This park needs to take a trip down to Disney to see how to handle lines. The park was not even that crowded. It was just poor management and practices that caused all these issues.

cj sani

Here the grilled chicken wrap is different than Six Flags NJ. It is made before you and you have the choice to add different things like they do at Subway. Served with packets of chips. Fried dough as snack is available with choice of powdered sugar or tomato paste with powdered cheese. Fish with fries is good with tarter sauce.

Veronica Monczka

To long of lines in the food areas. They can afford to hire another person at each restaurant. I bought the dining pass which is great but when I'm spending an hour in line its completely un Acceptable

Angelica Martincic

I love this park. I wish it ran after dark such as parks like Cedar Pointe do, but the hours regardless are very reasonable. There is a wide variety of activities to do including a large array of rides and games. The workers are focused on safety and all the facilities are very clean. This is a perfect place to bring a family or even for a friend get together or date. I recommend buying the season pass for the mother's day memorial day sale and then repurchasing for the members discount at the end the season! I love love love this park and think it's worth a long drive. Everyone should visit here at least once!

Joseph Penn

I liked visiting Six Flags and they had some great coasters where my friends and I did them all in a day during a student trip. While it was a bit pricey I enjoyed it a lot. However I do not visit very often just once every few years because of the sheer cost.

Roland Newmark

Great place to go on rides. Typical theme park concession prices. However with a policy of not allowing more than one water bottle brought in make it less kids/wallet friendly. Ice cream sundaes are definitely worth the price however. You'll want to use the app to see wait times as they change dramatically thought-out the day we were there.

Samantha Wohlfarth

This park is always one of my favorites to come to. There is literally something for everyone! Plus I get to channel my inner child.

Kailey Snow

Clean, lots of rides, lots of food options that are pretty decent, great for young kids as well as thrill seeking adults and teens, not many options for the adult who likes moderate rides but still fun. My biggest complaint is that there are a lot of things closed for much of the season, both food and rides. Even so, this park is HUGELY better than great escape.

Goaliebro 7513

The food is good but the soda machines at take six is ridiculous there’s always nothing to drink and like half of the restaurants are closed most of the time. The rides are really fun but everything is overpriced. Need more security because I’ve seen a lot of people break some of the rules in the park this year and then get away with it. And my stepmom swears once and she gets kicked out for the day. Once again overall six flags is a good place but some stuff they need to fix

Heidi Wilkinson

It's a great place to go. I went to the fright fest this year. It was ok. But last year was better. It could of been better!! Hopefully next year be better.

Mark Bratter

Great rides and an assortment of games and entertainment. Still get past how expensive everything is. For us who live so close, it's ok if you have a season pass. If not, you need a second mortgage for a family of four!

Abdullah Alduaij

Rides are great but there are very limited numbers of cafe & restaurants most of them with no shelter, ceiling, or AC. Foods were poorly prepared like if you are ordering from school cafateria. My mom was nearly exposed to sunstroke as there was not a single decent cafe or restaurant near the roller coasters to wait for us inside. If you are looking for an intergrated theme park that includes popular, decent cafes & restaurant like in Universal Studios then I would definitely not recommend six flags MA.

A W

Haven't been here in years. Had an awesome time and going back soon. Great place for family and kids especially.

Wayne Johnson

The rides are awesome. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Even the security guards were exceptionally friendly. We had an excellent time. I wish that Six Flags would add better areas with more seating for people who smoke cigarettes. Also, more water fountains. We also found that $39.00 was a bit too "pricey" for two cheeseburgers, fries, and two sodas. Other than those things mentioned, we had a BLAST! I have a season ticket and I will probably buy another. There is a 100% chance we will return. I've been going since 1969 when it was Riverside Amusement Park. The first time we went, there was a fire on the Thunderbolt (around 1969-70) so we didn't get a chance to ride it. We did ride it last night though. We miss the auto races and the demolition derbies too. All in all though, we were very happy that we went. We felt like children again. We chuckled all the way home. LOLOL We'll be back. P.S. Bring back the talking trash cans. They added a lot to the park.

Jana Ziolkowski

Be sure to order your passes in advance, there is a significant discount to be had. The meal pass is definitely worth it and comes with a refillable bottle, there are plenty of places to get drinks all day. When you park there are ample shuttles to take you from the lot to the park. The park itself is very clean and well operated.

Suzie Scheffler

My boys and I have plenty of fun here. The coasters are the best around. It is definitely the thrill capital of New England. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the staff here is terrible. There are a handful of great employees, but for the most part they are very rude and unhelpful. We have joked that th handbook says the two answers to give customers is "I don't know" and "I don't care". They act as if it is an inconvenience having people here, and that we really are not welcome. We've actually stood in line and watch cars go off with empty seats, because the single rider worker was hugging and kissing her boyfriend. Also the park will close down restaurants at random points at night, There have been many times, especially during the week that for the last few hours (this means they closed an hour or so earlier than the posted time) chicken fingers is the only food option. This is very frustrating to those of us on the meal plan, who are also planning our rides around eating. It seems like it is poorly managed, and they are often under staffed.

Mike Hennessy

Great place, generally very clean, with little to no litter. Employees are great and courteous. Many different rides for all ages. Quite affordable with great options for season passes.

Gwen Evans

It's a well run amusement park. The ice cream place that has the bubble cone here is worth the high price as well, maybe a tiny bit inflated for amusement park purposes but I believe that the ice cream is worth every penny. Very high quality.

Vicki Rodriguez

This has been our family's go to place for years. My children can't get enough, we visit 2-4x a week. Staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Would be nice if the water park had more changing room separate from restroom, as I have seen children " go " on themselves because of the long wait.

kirsten lynn

good time here at Six Flags New England, we only got to ride 5 big rides (Batman, Superman twice, Goliath, and wicked cyclone) going to six flags really isn’t worth it unless you have a lot of money for the fast pass we got there at 12 pm and left at 10 pm most of the time we were waiting for rides. The rides were amazing no complaints about the rides just some employees were kind of rude. Also food is expensive as heck here.

Sonicman 128

They wouldn’t except my preferred parking I half to make reservations in 24hr advance and they didn’t tell us that we need to make reservations also because my mom has knee surgery and she wanted to parked in preferred because it’s a short walk. But they were rude and theirs mother they can do about it. Oh also I was a platinum member to so I think it is not worth it and I want my mom money back from six flags. Take my Advice spread this message and talk bad about six flags membership program. So now we had to park on the normal side of the parking lot and had to clone those m&m Stairs. So that’s my story. Don’t buy membership stick to the season pass instead I would gladly take cedar fair over six flags.

jyton hunter

Overall good day. It wasn't that busy so wait lines were not long, and we had fun! Only complaint would be that the majority of the people running the rides barely said two words to any of us as we got on the rides, or went on with the little one we had with us.

Zachary Stewart

Six Flags New England is a fun place. There is a good amount of high quality thrill rides and two world class coasters in Superman and Wicked Cyclone which are worth plane tickets to ride. The other coasters range from good (the Dark Knight) to horrid (Goliath)... Outside of that however the park doesn't offer much else in terms of activities or quality experiences... You know you need better food when the best option is a Johnny Rockets that ran out of napkins and ketchup 90 minutes after opening. On top of that the park also severely lacks shade or air conditioning especially in the queue lines. In terms of atmosphere and shows there isn't much there as well. You will have tons of fun here on the rides but for anyone who is looking for more out of a park this place may not be for you.

Benjamin Hastings

One of the best parks I've been to so far. Batman, Superman, Harley Quinn, Riddlers Revenge, and Wicked Cyclone, are some of the best rides I've ridden all time. The park is very clean, staff are nice, and it wasn't busy at all(because it's a school weekend) and I got to ride superman 4 times, because it wasn't that busy.

Steven Cunha

Six Flags is NOT the same anymore. It used to be family oriented. The goal is no longer about making us happy, it's about how much money they can make from us. SO much inconsistency between the employees too. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or lack of heart. It's gotten to the point that we NEVER go to Six Flags anymore without having multiple issues at each visit. We voice our issues & NOTHING is done about it, just a meaningless apology with NO action. I can type for a very long time, but I'll just type our last visit. We visited Take Six Cafe with our cups for FREE drinks & tried to use the self serve machines. We were kicked out because they were not open yet, even though the doors were unlocked. We went to Blizzard River Ride on a very hot day, to find it doesn't open until 12:00. We went to the Bumper Cars & there was such a confusion on the entrance line with numerous families, but the operator rudely claimed it was the correct way, even though I myself haven't seen it that way in the last 9 years. The snack cups for the slush got smaller. The water park was scheduled to close at 5:30, but yet we were asked to get off the adventure River at 4:57. We wasted time looking for open rides because they were closing other rides early too. They do an employee safety drill EVERY hour at Commotion Ocean, REALLY. I think every hour is too much. How about right before the water park opens and right after it closes & maybe once in between. They ring the bell for the waves to start, get everyone excited for the waves, then ask everyone to leave the pool. That's crazy. We pay to enjoy Commotion Ocean, not get kicked out every hour to watch an employee drill & have other people walking towards Commotion Ocean, panicking, because they think it's real. We go to Riverboat Cafe & the pizza slices are small. I questioned them about not cutting the pies to 6 slices. I was told they're allowed to cut the pies into 8 slices when it's busy, REALLY, give us less than what we paid for, because you don't want to work a little harder. Workers all over the place, but no rules enforced when we're trying to eat with our kids & other people are throwing F bombs from their filthy mouths. Even with multiple security at the trolleys, boarding families with kids, some guy threw a loud F bomb & no security said anything. The park closes at 8:30 & they automatically close every bathroom. I asked the guy what bathroom can we use, he said only the exit bathroom. I shockingly said 1 bathroom for ALL these people, & he responded yes with an attitude. That's ridiculous. I find they rush you out now. It seems the new motto is to do the minimal possible for the guests. Again no rules enforced. People cut us in line. People walking around with no shirts or with bathing suits. No respect anymore. People just want to do whatever they want to do. We brought friends for the $36 special this day & told them about Season passes that we've had for 9 years. By the time we left, & ALL our negative experiences, he wanted nothing to do with buying Season Passes. He was disgusted. I just remembered a couple more. A group of guys standing & blocking the waterfalls in adventure river, while we went around a 3rd time. Multiple lifeguards around, but again no rules enforced. Tornado ride entrance had no sign directing people down the pathway, away from the entrance, to get the tubes first. SO many people confused & directed by ME, while I waited for my wife & kids to go down all 4 slides next to the Tornado. I should've gotten paid for that. This day totally topped the chart of bad days, & I'm sure I forgot some things. ALL these things happened on this 1 day. I could say SO much more , but I think you've read enough. Six Flags has become overpopulated & the quality & family friendly atmosphere is NOT there anymore. After 9 years, I'm NOT buying season passes anymore. If you want inconsistency, chaos, unpleasant experiences, to be cheated, to be disrespected, to feel a lack of value, GO to Six Flags. If not, go somewhere else like I'll be doing next year.

Ahsan Kazmi

Fun place. Very nice for kids and adults. The parking costs $30 and you have to walk a little bit, go upstairs or use ramp for strollers. It started raining when they stopped the rides for safety purposes and the parking was jammed for 20 minutes but I would say it won't happen during normal days.

Brian Leonard

I and the kids have fun Evey time we go. This time we had one day to go and didn't make it to the water park. Next time we will do a two day trip.

George Norton

I would give 5 stars if the Season Pass prices ever got less expensive. Expect to pay at LEAST $35+ for a season cup with free refills.

Kit Kat

We had a great time. We took one 4 and one 3 year old, along with some older kids and they did surprisingly well with the walking. There were rides for them every so often. The only issue we had was the wait for the bathroom and for 30 minute wait for food and an additional 15 min wait for one beer.

Jessenia Figueroa

Loved loved it... I enjoyed having family time with my children ages 5, 7, 9, and 15. There is something for every age group, while still being able to experience the park together. I think it was pricey for the food and all the little things that come with being at a theme park. My children already want to go back before it closes for the season. Maybe if I can squeeze it in. Go have fun I know we all did......

Lucas Lavallee

Lots of fun. Food/drinks super over priced. But rides are fun!

Yael Zagala

If I were to give it no stars I would. I went with my family and friends and had to wait forever to get a raft for one of the water park rides and as soon as I was in the front of the line, the park closed. They told me that the park was going to open in a couple minutes but it never did. We went to go on the big rides but they kept shutting off and on. There was a lot of good rides but the scheduling is awful.

Kristina Kershaw

Rides are wonderful! I'd say the best around. Food prices are outrageous so we highly recommend getting membership passes if you can with the meal plan. Our only complaint is about park maintenance. They really don't care if you lost something. They make ZERO effort to help. They promise they will but they don't. Also by mid day the park is usually trashed, smells rancid and the bathroom's are a horror show. Water park is poorly planned and smells like sewage. So if you are into rides and the environment doesn't really matter... go!

Amanda Jansen

Our favorite park to visit! The water park (Hurricane Harbor) is huge and so very entertaining. I love that it's in the same park as the amusement park. I can't say enough about the membership and how very affordable it is. They have great shows for all ages in the amusement park.

David Barry

Fun, lots to do, rides are top notch. Food is insanely expensive which isn't a surprise. Multiple tiers of pricing for entry. The more you pay the more perks you receive. Buying a Flash Pass will get you through wait lines like Disney World does with Fast Pass, but this place is no Disney, not by a long shot.

Peter Drown

Great park but the staff is NOT helpful at all. Went to guest relations with questions but they didn't have answer so they just said no. Lost the kids asked for.them to be paged but they cannot do that. As I said great park good rides, just staff needs more training.

Stephen Traiforos

Joined my friends at 9:30, free parking was appreciated. My friends had a takis bag that had a coupon. Sadly it had expired. My friends claimed they purchased it today. The price was 72.99 for roughly an hour and a half. And then I paid $30 for haunted houses. Over $100 just walking in. For anyone reading get a promotion they offer.... Freaking outrageous Will never go late again.

Stuart Arthur

Great park! Lots of rides and activities for people of all ages. It's best to come during the week as its very easy to take in almost all of the rides.

Pamela Crossett

So much fun. Went on a Thurs/Fri so didn't have to deal with too much crowd issues. Didn't have a problem finding shady places to sit and meet up with family. You just have to look. Great rides and a nice water park.

kathleen parakilas

My 15 year old son and his friend visited 6 Flags, arriving around 5 and staying until 9:30 pm. His friend's backpack was stolen. She put it in the cubby, got in Goliath and the backpack was gone when the ride ended. They spent over an hour in the office, filling out reports. They were told that, even though there are video cameras, they can't review tape unless there is a police report. My son said there were at least 5 people filling out reports regarding stolen bags. Six Flags should have better security. If video is available - it should be routinely reviewed and used to catch the thieves. I'm going to think twice about renewing our passes next year.

Steven Kapsalis

EXCELLENT RIDES! Visted the park last Friday. Because of the extreme heat everyone was in the water park and there was no line for the rides! I tried going in the water park but there was a queue set up so I didn’t bother. But I was more interested in the rides anyway so I wasn’t disappointed about not being able to enter the water park. I live about 2 hours away and it was my first time going here. And I have to say great first visit and Johnny Rockets had great food. I wish you could bring drinks in on such a hot day. I understand they have to make thier money but they don’t have to charge $6 for a bottle of water that I can get at Market Basket for $1.50! $3 would make a little more sense. But still deserves 5 stars for giving me an excellent experience on my first visit. I DEFINITELY will be coming back again!

Chris Gregoire

If you are planning on going more than once a year, get the Platinum membership. The amount I saved in drinks alone almost paid for itself. Lines weren't bad at all. The biggest ride in the place, the Superman, had a 5 minute wait all day!! We went on it several times! Definitely worth a day or two. Looking forward to seeing some of the different events tied to the different seasons.

morteza hakimi siboni

This Six Flags is great and it has some of the best rides. Unlike most other six flags that I have been to, this one is located in the middle of a town. So account for a little bit of traffic when you get there. But the good point is that some local residents let you park your car on their property for a fee that is a lot less than six flags' parking fee. If you want to use those cheaper parking options make sure you get there early, though.

Lissette Febles

Great place to go but the employees seemed bothered when asked anything. Also most staff didn’t know how to explain a lot of information regarding season passes and other things in that category. Had a very hard time when trying to figure anything through staff....

RAT DROPPINGS

One of the best SIX FLAGS parks. Always ha e fun here with very few of any concerns. Food was excellent and if you're always buying it here, get meal plan.

Sarah Taylor

Only giving four stars because some of the venders were rude. I stood there for about ten minutes waiting to order food and was completely ignored then was told they were closed after the fact I was standing there for nothing and the girl saw me. Besides that the lines weren’t long to get on rides. The people operating the rides were awesome and enthusiastic.

Lila Nazef

Cool park for a fun day with friends and family. It’s crowded and line everywhere but still a lot of fun. Get your own sandwich if want to be healthy, only food you can find is fried chicken and 10$ slice pizza

Luk Christman

Not one of the greatest amusement parks I've been to... a little congested... parking is offset across the street... have to shuttle to the park or you could walk, but why would you... typical park eateries... lots of fun rides though... coasters are why we went, and weren't disappointed... it was Tuesday, late, not busy... got through what we wanted out of the park in 3 hours... record time for us at any park so far... all in all, good time....

Dennis McKeney

Haven't been in years and it has changed for the good. Best deal would be to get the single day dining package. $35/person upon writing this review. You get lunch dinner and snack and a refillable cup for the season

Susan LaForest

Six Flags is fun, but they need to make extenders for the seatbelts for people who are a little chubbier that want to ride the rides. Cuz we pay a lot of money and sometimes we can't fit on the rides. I think more people would ride them if they could fit better in the seats. Other than that it's a fun place to be just a little food for thought.

Gabriel Raymond

Don't waste no money on the most expensive fast pass. Go on a ride first and see what the lions are like. I spent $100 and something dollars when I could have spent 40 something dollars and had the same wait time which was 2 minutes literally. Parking was $25 because I bought it online normally it cost 30 or $35 for parking and all around the park people are letting cars park in their driveways or parking lots for 8 2 $10 so if you don't mind walking a little extra I definitely recommend saving your money in parking in a local person's driveway I like to buy local instead of giving a ridiculous amount of money to a huge corporation. But that's your choice. The water park was very fun I even had my mom enjoy the lazy river

Erica Hanley

I normally don’t write reviews but I had after my experience. Not worth your time or money. Super unorganized, we waited in line longer to get a slice of pizza than to go on the rides. They enforce some people to pay for lockers and others they don’t say a thing. If you are going to enforce people to put their items in lockers don’t charge them. At Universal Studios in FL you were required to put items in lockers before going on any roller coasters. There was NO extra charge. If you want to charge the same price for a real theme park then get your act together Six Flags

Catherine Deitelbaum

A great family destination! We spent time at both the water park and park, and both have something for everyone. Even with the crowds in the water park, there was plenty of space for kids to swim and a wide variety of water slides. The park has some serious attractions for thrill seekers (giant swing anyone?)and a kids area my daughter really enjoyed. Food pricing in park is expensive, but food was good.

Donald Rodgers

Really good time. Wicked Cyclone is the best ride in the park and one of the best roller coasters in the country. Park is clean and pleasant. The parking situation is kind of a pain in the back side as the parking lot of is basically across the road. Ride operations could use Improvement.

Amanda Whitener

We went on a Sunday during the first weekend of Fright Fest and there were no lines for any rides! This was awesome. I thought it was because of Fright Fest that we had the "back up squad", since we encountered several employees that seemed like it might be their first day...but after reading several reviews, it seems like it might be the norm. Service was really slow for food and drinks, so thankfully the park wasn't busy. It is slightly concerning that there seemed to be no "adults" supervising the expensive pieces of machinery and for the young people that were there, they did not seem that they would be prepared to handle an emergency or difficult situation. Great that we got to ride every ride, but waited too long for everything else. Experiences at amusement parks are made great by the non-ride experiences. People will wait in line for hours for a 30 second ride if they feel appreciated and taken care of. I did not feel the love from six flags New England.

Michael Madore

Park is fun to go to has a wide arrangement of rides the food is pricey but is expected at places like this just don't go to JB barbecue unless you want to rot waiting for for waited 45 min for a burger while watching other people get food ten minutes later after their order. Place just seems really unorganized. The rest of the park is great rides are well maintained.

tammy Chambers

My best friend has a membership pass so she got my day pass for only $21.99. Totally awesome. Plus with her membership pass we got lunch, and a snack and dinner for free. Great savings. Can't wait to go back

Catherine Salierno

6 Flags NE has a lot of hidden nooks and crannies to take advantage of... Be smart and Do your homework to scope out the best incentives to save boku bucks

Joey Vegas

Six flags is the greatest. I don't have money to take my kids on vacation. But with a season passI can take them to six flags every Wednesday Thursday or Friday when I have them through the summer. the season pass and dining passes are a little bit up front but if you go as often as I do it is an amazing deal!

Jimmy DElia

The rides are good, but everything thing else is terrible. This place thinks a good deal is 2 water bottles for $10 is a good deal! Also the food is not that good for the price they charge for it. Crowd control is horrid , the park is terrible and the water fountains are too low. Also to think by paying for parking , ticket. amd food that would be it ! Nope ! In order to ride superman and wicked cyclone there is a fee to ride , to use a locker . There are better places for entertainment worth the money !

Ben Baker

My happy place. Having a membership is the best. We go quite frequently and never leave disappointed. Staff is usually somewhat pleasant. Ride selection is great. Avoid Goliath if its even operating. Its just painful and bad. A great way to spend the day

Caitlin Fruzzetti

We had an amazing time! Went with a group of six. I definitely recommend getting a diamond elite membership we received 35% on everything in the park!!! Parking is also at least $5 cheaper if you buy a parking pass online at least 24 hours prior. Out of all of the attractions I suggest the Goliath Towers!

George Boras

Place is epic! But also your typical trap for things like food and shops. The rides are world class and the water park is huge! It is more money, but if you really want to hit all the rides, the "Flash" pass is a must.

Vanessa Mosher

Aside from a couple rides needing some updating. And the place needing to train employees to be friendly and speak clesarly instead of mumbling the rides are thrilling. I definitely recommend the fast pass, made it so we could go on every ride.

Chrysmuu Cosplay

VERY wheelchair friendly, minus a couple of hills at the beginning/middle of the park. Six Flags New England is very accesible, and has a wonderful "Accessibility pass" policy/program. The food offered in a wide selection is great, and the staff members are very friendly. The park itself is very clean and welcoming.

Jill Bowen

I love going on rides and I went with my friend company day. Lots of fun. Wasn't crowded (it can be) Great rides!

Heidi Laurette

Rides are good. Food is terrible, dirty, one person working. Lines for food were ridiculous and way overpriced. And no options for someone with Celiac disease. There no place to sit most of the time. Parking is way too far and stupidly expensive. I mean, this isn't Disney but they charge like it is. Actually food and drinks in a Disney park are cheaper, cleaner, and have healthier options.

Jill Bump in the Night Paranormal Investigations

So much fun for all ages. Good selection of rides and water slides. Choose from day passes, season passes or memberships. Great selection of food and drinks. Lots of games to play. I go at least once a week

Tony Lopes

The park is great overall, we had fun. Best roller coasters in all New England. The waterpark is a good way to beat the weekend heat; but after paying $71 per ticket and $30 for parking... I dont think they should be charging $5.50 for a bottle of water and $20 per person for lunch. Looked into the flash pass but couldn't get myself to pay $115 per person. I don't mind spending and No need to nickel and dime guests.

Laura Porterfield

The day we went to Six Flags it was cloudy and a bit rainy. It was great as there were no line ups. We paid for the flash pass which we really didn’t need. Quite frankly, they are a pain to use. Give me a wristband, it would be much easier. The park seems a little run down. Could use some sprucing up. The worst part of our visit was the employees. None of them seem to be happy to have a job and they treat you like you are bothering them. The only employee with a good attitude was the senior driving the tram back to the parking lot. Over all, we had fun on the rides but we won’t be back.

marc benavides

A very fun amusement park don't get me wrong but feels like wait times are forever and a half. Food is not great but the water park is fun as long as you don't have to wait for it. If you have a choice six flags new Jersey is definitely the pick over this one. Six flags new England does make the season pass worth it if you live close enough to go often and want to bring friends.

My experience at Six Flags New England was one of the worst in a long time. I bought the dining pass, took me over an hour to get my food, because of them not being able to scan my card through, had to go to guest relations several times throughout my visit. And the people working the counter at the sweet confections place were so slow and had no sense of urgency it took me 45 minutes in line with only 3 people ahead of me just for an italian ice and some fried dough. This place is really going down hill.. Like absolutely a disgrace. I shouldn't be aggravated when I'm trying to enjoy my day in the park.

Awesome park! Smaller than Great Adventure but definitely has plenty of amazing rides. "Wicked Cyclone" & "The Riddler" were by far my favorite coasters in and a huge reason I'll be returning here again next season. The only real issue here was exiting the PARKING LOT, we left just before closing and it took us almost an HOUR to get out of the lot!

Amazing rides. Great atmosphere. Lines weren't too long. Went with my students from my summer camp. All urban kids who wouldnt probably go on their own so it was great for everyone.

Very long lines and you had to pay $35 to get into the haunted house! Flash pass also runs everything because me and my friends were waiting in line for an hour and a half just to go on one ride. Meanwhile flash pass people just keep on skipping the line and making the wait even longer. I don't want to but the flash pass because it's fairly expensive. Plus, I got an okay burger for $12. Pretty expensive

Wonderful getaway for weekend fun.. one day is not enough to cover all rides.. RI folks have to travel early to reach for maximum fun..

We had a blast. It stunk w tornado like storm in area ripping down trees but we had so much fun. This place creates memories for families and isnt that what it's all about. This place has it all. I love it here and cant wait til Fall for Fright Night at Six Flags! We had so much fun. Thanks so much for the great experience Six Flags. Keep up the great work!! Love it!

Its location just beside the river makes every roller coster wonderful. It has great mix of rides, Toddler section, DC themed rides, and various thriller rides. A variety of cuisines available, and fairly priced like Mexican and asian. They have full season pass running in offer now. You should visit if you are near. Overall a great experience for me

Well set up for young and old. Parking is the beginning of your open wallet. If you go 3 times a year or more a season pass is necessary. Food is good but a meal pass is also a must. No drinks or food allowed. All kinds of attractions good security.

Much fun! Love it! Friendly staff. Decent games. Great park security and police presence which makes me feel safe and secure. Plenty of food venues. Parking is easy. Shuttles to take us back n forth from parking area to park and vice versa or...u can walk, which is not a bad option if the shuttle lines r long.

A pretty good park, with duplicate rides which seems to help with the lines. They offer a plethora of deals to help easy your cost by having you buy season pass, meal pass, and speed pass for lines. If you intend to hit the park multiple times in a year, the passes start to make your visits economical. If you can put up with staff that is not the friendliest, and do not mind the "I really don't care about your issues, I am here for a paycheck" mentality, this is a very good experience.

Got the membership with a flash pass for an amazing deal, went and had an absolute blast! Customer service was great and everything was open. Can't wait for my next visit already!

It's always a thrill being here, but grab a season pass in late summer to save some money. Also, don't forget to pack a lunch in the cooler. It's quite expensive to eat in the park and the food is sub-par at best.

This park is a lot of fun. My schools chorus & band took a field trip here recently. When it was time to go, everyone was so happy. Would recommend to those adrenaline junkies & families of all kinds.

Good rides. Some staff quite nice, but many are ignorant about the park and can not give proper direction or tell you where to find a restaurant

Have not been at this park for over 10 years. There are some new coasters which we great fun and was super excited that the Batman coaster was still up and running. The layout has not changed much. Old rides that I remember like the Houdini brought back great memories. I have to be really honest about the price point.. I spent the day on a friends Golden ticket so I was free, but gate parking has reached ridiculous pricing. Also, It would be awesome if they had the reserve time ticket system for rides as they have in Disney. 6 dollars for a bottle of Dissani that was not even cold. Wow. If you only go once a year and do not have a nice discount to get in or a friend with a season pass, for me anyway, justifying the cost is just not there. I should note that I did not visit the water park. Aside from that, we had a great time.
