What an amazing place to bring the kids to exspend that extra energy! It is a place with all kinds of different trampolines and pits for the kids to jump into. Hour to four and five year old granddaughters love it! Fantastic Four a rainy day or any day for that matter. You can also do your child's birthday here if you wish!

A great place for kids and parents. The facility is always clean and there are so many happy staff members that help kids of all ages have a blast. Of course the kids love it there, they can burn off some of their energy but they also have two things that make it great for parents, coffee and couches. You can grab a cup of coffee and chill while the kids have a great time.

There was ONLY one cashier working during a school event. Whoever is in charge of scheduling should be fired. So, I asked the manager if we could receive some assistance in moving this line along. She told me this wasn’t possible because there wasn’t anyone available at the moment. After it was my turn (which was a minute later) she decided to help behind the counter. It amazes me that upper management can pick and choose who and when to help (JOKE). There was no sense of urgency and I will NOT be returning.

I have been to rockin jump a few times since it opened and recently did a birthday party for my son there. Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner was very rude in the way she spoke to her staff about timing of an activity in which she was wrong about. OK for a quick visit, but would think twice about spending substantial money on a bday party..

Kids love this jumping joint. Always seem to be having a birthday party whenever I go there.there are male and female bathrooms and enough space inside for the parents to sit and watch the screens they have in the waiting area. There are plenty of parking outside, including handicap spaces. There are no outdoor seating and the building is set back on the road so it could be a little difficult to find at first for the directionally challenged drivers.

my experience was pretty great for the most part .It was a very happy and pleasant for my brothers birthday .And a good way to celebrate it although a staff member was very Rude to my brother,the springs on the trampolines are tight and really give you the jumping experience. I would rate this a solid 3 stars.and i really had a fun time i would still come back for party's

Great place for a birthday party. A little disappointed that the free hour of jump time given to the kids after a party is only good for weekdays! After spending hundreds of dollars for a weekend party, you would think your extra hour of jump time could be used on a weekend!

I have been to this location a handful of time with my children- Unfortunately I will never visit again due to my children safety in the parking lot that is closed off and Rockin Jump does not have cameras outside the facility. During my last visit in April 2018 celebrating my daughters birthday my car was broken into and valuable items were taken- I have called multiple times to speak with someone other than the managers who were no help regarding the cameras they have inside. No one has acknowledged my messages. I have also done a police report and they have also tried to get in contact with them and other facility next door regarding photage and nothing- I have also been informed that there has been multiple vehicle break ins in the same parking lot!!

It's a good place. But just be careful when your are playing dodgeball and don't get caught with a ball behind your back or else some kid will tattle on you and get you kicked out of the game. But at that point I thought I was gonna give Rockin Jump 3 stars but the fighting with the two giant sticks( I don't know what it's called) is really fun and that's how I met a good new friend. Also there are good things to do or try. Though the place is asking for someone to rob the place and take it for themselves is ok because who wouldn't want a full place with trampolines. It's a great place but if you buy a smooth or a drink don't even think about getting a refill. Ok and that's the end of my review. Overall - 4/5

My personal experience was quite unenjoyable ! The employees are treated badly , they also do not care for the wellbeing of the children , no speedy first aid help . It's quite sad to see , I dont reccomend going here, I would recommend jump off... thank you next. An employee looked like she was about to pass out and they demanded her to the next station . RIDICULOUS! the manager is very unprofessional, he blew off my issue, and when an employee tried to follow up he brushed her off and told her "get back to work" . Once again I do not recommend

We have been regulars since they established themselves. Before the additions and renovations I don't feel the place was well managed and was just another trampoline park. The workers at certain stations , particularly the then close to 30 year old character with the dreadlocks , would turn his back on the kids and during the intense action and kids would get hurt. One night he had his back turned on the Dodgeball game because he was more interested in talking to the teenage girls and as a consequence my daughter was drilled in the face by a 45 MPH fastball from a 16 year old punk from five feet away. I will never forget how she ran up to me with tears in her eyes because she couldn't understand why someone would be so mean and unfair. But after confronting the worker I blamed myself for being down on the floor with the other parents. That's in the past. They've made such tremendous improvements since. Although David the new manager might look as if he just walked off of the set of a Broadway musical, he's a highly effective manager and great leader. I feel much more comfortable and safe now with that heartthrob in charge because he's in complete control of his team. They always greet you with a smile at the door , and process your order in swift fashion no matter how long the lines are on Fridays and Saturday nights for the two hour jump specials. Again it's better organized now under the new regime and the cameras give you that added security I am not in love with the addition of the video game section or the new seating area for the parents. They pulled out those comfortable leather couches from a few years back perhaps to make room for gaming and vending machines . But they still have the big screen televisions and you can get great service on your phone inside the establishment Bottom line is we are all there for our kids enjoyment so if they gave me a milk crate to sit on for two hours while my child had fun it would be well worth the 22 $ I do miss the pizza they'd serve at the concession stand the they'd have delivered from Vazzy's I believe and would sell for a 1 $ per slice at 9:30 . The pizza the hard working kids make isn't the same but you can't have it all. I also miss how they'd give out free ice cream to the kids at 9:15. Overall a much more pleasant experience than the competitors like Jump Off. They play the same soundtrack but it's much more appropriate for the setting than a DJ playing rap music Overall an A + run establishment. One last item on my docket. They no longer turn you away after you've driven 20 minutes because the place is closed for a party. They have that under wraps now it seems with the multiple party rooms

At first I went in and ask if they had a toddler area they told me no but we put two bracelets so the staff is aware that he is under 4. So I go in on a trampoline with my son and the staff said that was not allowed even though I was not bouncing just making sure my son did not hurt himself since he was a toddler. Than the other staff member came over and smirk and said that's not allowed. I requested a refund. If only I read reviews before heading there I would of saved a trip. Never again! Wish I can give zero stars!

Love this gem of a place. Great, friendly service and lots of constant watchful eyes to keep the kids safe while playing. Plenty of activities for the kids and lots of seating thoughout the place for the adults. Especially enjoyed the massage chairs while the kiddos played. A really sweet place. Different bounce areas, and one where some staff direct a ball game on. Really great idea. There's a small rock climbing wall, a small concession stand and eating area. They also have couches for adults not playing in the trampolines. Staff is friendly and corteous. I gave it four stars because it was a bit annoying to stand on line for a while, only to get to the front to be told we first have to sign a waiver and then stand in line all over again. Not to mention that there was only one person doing check ins. I also think $15 is a bit much for an hour.

Interesting concept and a great way to wear out the kids. We were there for a birthday party so I'm not sure how the rates are but I can tell you that about an hour of jumping wore the kid out fairly well. The birthday party rooms were alright but not spectacular and the food was delivered by a place down the street. I do believe that there could be a bit more monitoring on the floor. most areas had enough people covering them but the big trampoline floor should probably have more than one monitor.

Rocking jump is awesome!! It really is the right sized kids trampoline park. There are bigger place like jump off in Stratford but the prices are a little better and the place is sized more appropriately. We had our daughters 4th birthday party there and the staff was amazing. They made the whole experience a breeze and we got to have fun while having our daughters party. Great place for kids on a indoor day or just to tire them out for bed

I was definitely the oldest person there at the time, but that didn't stop me from bouncing around in every possible area. My wife and I used a groupon so it was a really cheap one hour of entertaining physical activity. I'm sure I burned more calories bouncing around and climbing the rock wall than I do during my usual cardio workouts at the gym, and it was actually REALLY fun so the time just flew! The staff there is super chill and always available to answer questions or to offer assistance when needed. We went on a random weekday so there was no line for anything. I'll definitely be using this place pretty often in the future for random date nights with the wife.

We just had a birthday party for our 5 year old (boy/girl) twins at Rockin Jump. We couldn't be happier with how the day turned out. The facility is so clean. Jack organized everything for us down to every detail. Check in of the guests (25) was seamless. Our party hosts, Marissa and Eugene, were so professional and helped out so much. The pizza was very tasty. We couldn't have asked for a better day. We would definitely have another party here. Thanks again Jack, Marissa and Eugene.

Wrost trampoline place we ever been I'm right now here with my two girls, the place extremely crowed, and very few the staff who pays attention. Kids donot respect turns my kids who has manners have been cut in the line all the time... just 30 minutes here they are not having fun at all... I'm the one telling the kids to wait, respect ....

1 Hour Everything

I really like just jumping around everywhere and having lots of fun. But, one thing about it is that you cannot sit on the trampolines. Jumping around on the trampolines gives you lots and lots of cramps and gets you very tired. Your immediate reaction is to sit down and try not to pass out like you should. But, if they see you sitting, they'll yell from across the room if they have to, to stand up.

What a great time! We had guests in from out of town and we stopped in to show what Rockin Jump was all about. They were so impressed by the awesome staff, how clean it was and how everyone was so happy and having a great time! David the Manager greeted us and had such incredible customer service. Pricey snacks and drinks!- Outside food not allowed. Would give this Rockin Jump better rating if it was easier to find and had better parking areas. Place is located within an industrial complex. Was here for fundraiser and had a ton of fun. Would recommend this place to a friend.
