Hosted my son's 7th birthday here and it was my first time actually seeing the facility. I have to say I was extremely impressed. The manager came up and introduced himself and our party host, Unique. They were beyond accommodating and flexible and could it have been more pleasant. Unique is amazing! She was upbeat and friendly and great with all the kids ages 2 to 7. She called together a dodge ball game for the party and looked like she was having just as much fun. When we went into the party room she had neatly laid out the coats and lined up all the shoes in pairs. I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend Rockin' Jump for birthday parties.

Took my neice and nephew. They had a great time. Not oly r there trampolines but the obstacle course and battle pit r great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rockin Jump provides free lockers for your coats, shoes, etc and I locked myself out twice. Both times staff was pleasant and quick to help.

No rock wal, but it has other challenges. Dodge ball, basket ball, trumpolin, no special area for little kids like trumbull rock n jump. However for my kids range 5-14 this place was ideal to play.

Great for parties. Has obstacle course, dodge ball, gladiator, and basketball areas . Clean place and courteous staff. Has limited food choices. Pay by the half hour best to be there at the top or bottom of hours, although staff will try to be accommodating.

Pros: Clean and organized. Very neat and few good activities for every age. They do emphasize on safety which is good. Cons: Expensive. We had a birthday party and the package includes a party host (stranger) or rather a "time police". Although he was nice and helpful, his job is mainly making sure everything goes by schedule. He did a great job reminding us what time it is. We felt pressured and against the clock. We had lots of kids that felt unaccomplished because of the short time.

Place needs to be bigger. People were friendly but my daughter's encounter some racist kids and they were friends with one of the staff. I didn't address it but gave them the benefit of the doubt by speaking with parents at the end of the night

My grandson and I had a great time today at Rocking Jump. The staff was great! The young lady who check us in, was so cheerful and her smile made me smile. She even asked me if I was going to jump today, which made me laugh as I am 60 years old. I appreciated the thought though... My grandson jumped and jumped and went from venue to venue. It seemed the time we went was just right as it wasn't overly crowded. At one point, one of the staff members joined in the play, in one of the dodgeball areas, with my grandson who is 6 and another little boy and girl around the same age, throwing dodgeballs in their direction, pretending to almost hit them with the ball. It was such a personal touch and something that my grandson enjoyed so much. Another staff member, kept cheering on my grandson as he was having some difficulty getting out of the jousting pit, and encouraged him to keep trying. She was there to help him, but allowed him the opportunity to do it on his own, which he ultimately did and the look of accomplishment on his face was priceless. I have been to a few of the trampoline parks in the area and have never been treated so well. This was our best experience by far. Even the gentlemen at the snack bar was friendly, and courteous. Service with a smile. Something you do not see very often anymore. It was a pleasure to see. Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back and will spread the word!!!! Thank you for making my grandsons day......

Great place they open a couple of years ago I recently visited with the kids and they very entertaining by all the things they able to do the have fun for all sizes and the also keep it very clean. Clean bathroom and they had pizza and snack at the store. They had deals often in Groupon so make sure you take a look Groupon before you go.

Flat out racist, unless your child is white they don’t care , my son fell off the beam and I told a worker and he said he’ll inform the manager, never moved but once a white kid came and asked he immediately went with him. I personally don’t want to take my Child there no more, I even had to change my name because if I do go I’m scared they’ll “talk to me”. White management, white workers, no diversity, no proper workers, nasty food. I’ll convince my child to go to urban air or sky zone.

The first time I came to this place it was for another child's birthday party with my kids and my kids absolutely fell in love with it. There is a Ninja Warrior like course down the middle and that is surrounded by various trampolines and foam pits. Layout is well thought out and the place is very clean, which keeps us coming back. because of that Ninja Warrior course in the middle, I recommend this more for older kids, because younger kids might be frustrated that they're not able to reach some of those elements.

The kids are to insane my 2 year old nephew was kicked I the face and some kid juped on top of me when was getting out of the air bag thing some kids where running into me and pushing there friends into other people and kids who where like 13 to 16 where in the 6 and younger but over all it's an awesome place to go in the day time. Don't go on neon Nights thats when the kids go absolutely insane that's when all of this happened

I went there with my 14 year old daughter and her friends, not only did she tell me a worker there was flirting with her and asking for her number, but when she said no he started to make disgusting remarks at her. Also it is very undiverse , purely Caucasian. I speak little English but I couldn’t get anyone that speaks Spanish please more diversity.

Took my daughter here today she is 1 and a half. Of course like any toddler she's very curious. She continuously tried getting into the other sections for the older kids and we kept bringing her back to the 6 and under section. A female employee that was there whispered to another employee "this little f******g girl keeps going where she doesn't belong". As if we weren't watching her or bringing her back to where she belonged. Mind you there were adults jumping in the 6 and under section in whom she didn't say a word to. We've been to many trampoline parks and this is one we will never return to.

I brought my three children in to jump a few days ago. The employees were extremely friendly and there was a redhead and a dark skin boy that were so helpful. They interacted with my children and encouraged them to get up and move. The redhead even went in the green foam to help my child since I couldn’t get her myself lol! Thanks to them, I had a blast and will be back again.

The kids had a blast! One suggestion make parties more private. For toddlers, they may assume it's for them and that can cause chaos. My daughter picked up a party hat and the other kids nearly had a fit. Welp it's out in the open, very hard to differentiate private from common area.

First off let me say my son LOVES this place. We tend to go at least 2-3 times a month. Sometimes more. We were super excited to learn about the summer rates, making this an easy item on the short list of things to do. Knowing this, we decided to pay a visit recently only to learn that the rates have been retracted. It was explained to me that it had something about the franchise owner not wanting to honor the corporate rates or something along those lines. At least the employee was able to offer a discount on a 2 hour jump witch which came to less then that of the 1 hour. We will be spending less time here than we anticipated this summer.

If you have teenage boys like I do... recommend skipping Rockin’ Jump as it is best suited for toddlers and kids ages 5-10. The experience is akin to going somewhere and seeing ownership take a space and try to cram as much into it as possible, with little to no thought as to how this will affect your overall experience. This place is too small, especially the main trampoline area which is the part that needs to be large. I took a group of 8 teenagers here, boys and girls, 15-16 years old... and never going back. Been to all the parks in Connecticut and you get the same stuff pretty much at all of them. Here is no different, couple of basketball hoops, dodge ball courts, obstacle course, kiddie area and trampoline area. But everything is on top of each other. The layout is among the worst you will come across. The basketball hoops are at the end, crammed into a small space with a squared off kiddie area in front of it. Not a lot of space to do much of anything and not a lot of space to run and let loose. The main trampoline area is too small, no decks to jump off of. Lame is what comes to mind. The worst of all the parks is Launch and this place is just a little better than that. Definitely not coming back.

I give this place 4 stars based on the quality of the employees. They are incredible w my temperamental 6 yro. Patience, kindness, respect, encouragement... They pulled out all the stops for an emotional child. I am very grateful. My only criticism is of the price, $15 for 1 hour. And if you are not there checked in and ready to jump exactly at the time the jump window opens( example :6pm window opens but I arrived at 6:15)I still pay $15.00 but only get to jump for 45mins. So be aware of when the clock starts ticking. ...1 hour is not enough time for the cost. Bounce U ( now out of business) was $ 6 perchild for 2 hours. This mother could afford to bring her 2 kids there twice a week in cold dark February. At rocking jump the staff make it an exceptional experience and I will be back w both my kids ... After I save up some $$.

My son was there last night with some friends, and was being followed by a few older kids who kept wanting to fight him, when he told the staff they did nothing and told him not to worry about it. The harassment continued to the girl that started all of this giving out his number to the boys who are continuing to harass him, placed a call for a manager and no response. This is what happens when you let children run your business.

Great and what phenomenal place to jump! I brought my 13 yr old brother and my 7 yr old goddaughter and they had a great time! The staff was great and responsive to all of their needs. The park itself was clean and smelled clean, really impressed. They also have a great deal on Wednesday 2 for 1.
