Horrible service! They dropped my sons birthday cake and no one owned up to it! I had to pass out the glow sticks to the kids after reminding staff three times that the children never got their glow sticks. The kids were never given their ice cream or balloons. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!

I attended a birthday party here and being it was summer my girls were in sandals and I intended to purchase the socks there when realizing halfway through the 20 min drive there that they had none. When I got there the woman at the desk informed me they needed socks, I agreed and said I’d purchase them. She informed me they were sold out, suggested I go home and get some. I told her it’s a 20 min commute and she said oh there’s a CVS around the corner. The CVS was 10 mins in the opposite direction and when I finally returned with socks and my girls were finally allowed to jump, I see that she allowed another little girl with no socks to jump barefoot. This was extremely frustrating after the debacle I was forced to go through to get socks. Stocking socks should be a necessity at a bounce house place, if you are sold out then it shouldn’t be my responsibility to go find some but not other individuals. My girls sat out for 20 mins while the other little girl was allowed to play barefoot.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Just had an awesome time for my 4 year old sons birthday party!! All his friends had a blast. The staff took care of everything from start to finish, and being a busy mom of 2, I couldn't have asked for anything better!! The staff was friendly and fun, they made sure all the kids had a great time and even included the parents in the fun!! Can't wait to go back!!

We hosted our daughters 8th birthday party at the recently reopened jumphouse “Pump it up” . The party pro , the equipment and facility were to the mark however the food they served “ Pizza “ was disappointing. The pie was cold , uncooked and was not fresh. When the facility doesn’t allow outside food and insists on serving themselves they must serve good quality food. The overpriced pie definitely dampened the entire mood.

Needed something indoors to do last week so I stumbed upon Bounce U online...I checked their calendar to make sure they had open bounce times and they did so we went from 12:00-200 and it was $13.00 which wasn't bad...there were 7 bounce things for my son to go on split between 2 rooms..it was very quiet there besides one other couple and their kids and later the camp kids came..he had a great time and really wants to go back..I recommend this place especially if you are on a budget and want to make sure your child has a good time

The Bounce U staff did an amazing job hosting our sons 5th birthday party! They were very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We didn't have to do ANYTHING except show up and enjoy ourselves! Adults are free, and are able to join in the fun if they wish!!

This establishment was overall fair for the price. I take my kids to Bounce Town in South Windsor which is a little less square feet but the cleanliness and newer products far outweigh the lack of square footage. The staff at bounce u is ran by high school aged kids as opposes to just one or two supervisors at bounce town who take a littl more ownership. Bounce U reccomend tryng it but you can literally eat off the floors at the bounce town locations.

Had my daughter's party here yesterday. The kids enjoyed themselves, and so did myself and some other parents. The hosts were really nice and helpful. However, my only problem came in with the kitchen. First, I had 12 kids (which is included in the package), however, only 11 slices came out. Then, I ordered 4 pizzas for the adults (3 came in an add on package and I added an extra), however, only 3 pizzas came out. Then to top it all off.... the pizzas were very doughy and undercooked. You would think for $17+ per pizza they would be cooked thoroughly and some what tastey. But hey, guess that's a risk when you have a party at a place that doesn't allow outside food or beverages. Besides the food, it was a great experience.

My 4 year old and 24 of her friends/cousins had a blast for her 4th birthday party! I booked a party for the ultimate package and it was worth it! I, as the party/parent host, didn’t have to coordinate or do anything, but mingle and chat with the other parents. The party pros did it all! However, I wasn’t satisfied with the photo package that came with it. The photos I received didn’t have any pics of the birthday girl and it was her special day. I would suggest that the party pros should focus on the birthday boy/girl and ask to take a family pic. I didn’t get any of those moments. I spent way too much for the party and not receive individual photos of my daughter. The environment was great. I’d recommend my friends to book their party here.

This location HAD been my least favorite but was close to my home so we went anyways. In the past year they have completely fixed up the place (due to a fire I believe). Now it is very nice. Typically it is staffed with young adults/Teenagers so the service is not stellar but nor does it need to be for a trip to a bounce house place I guess. Bathrooms used to be gross and without supplies...this is much better since the re-do. If you had a bad experience in the past, I would give it 1 more go to see if your opinion changes.

I am stuck halfway in my review. BounceU is a very organized party-facility when it comes to birthdays--they run the whole party and provide all the entertainment and food, which is great to take the stress off parents of coordinating and running a kids' parties. And what's not to like about a birthday at a bounce house? Kids and adults can have a good time bouncing, jumping, and sliding. I think I had as much fun as my four year old. On the bad side, the facility is very dirty, especially on Saturday when they have birthday parties running back to back all day long. The inflatables are not in the best condition, and the facility in general doesn't look or feel clean. Some of the bounce houses still look like tape is barely holding them together, or the stairs have started to disappear making it difficult to climb. Generally several of their inflatables just need to be replaced. If you go on a weekday morning, the facility doesn't look as old and dirty. That being said, your kids will have a ton of fun coming here and it's a great way for them to burn off their energy so they can take a good nap afterward. I just wish as a parent, the managers and employees could do a better job keeping the place just CLEAN from a health-perspective. There are always two or three bored looking teenagers behind the cashiers counter on their phones when we come in and it would be great if someone could just put a vacuum or spray in their hands and get them moving to clean up and kill germs.

This place is way more than I expected. The experience my child and his friend and family had was amazing l, the customer service was great and the people assigned to our party were wonderful. We're even considering doing our twins 2nd birthday party there!

Love this place! They have the birthday party thing really figured out. You come into the entrance area and sign waivers then watch a safety video. The entire group goes into the first room full of bounce houses all to yourselves. You have assigned employees to your group. Then when time is up you move onto the next room that's all to your group. Finally you love into a party room where the people assigned to your group serve up pizza if you have it or cake. They have premade party favor bags for each kid at the party. The birthday kid gets to put their hand in paint and put their hand print on a wall and write their first name and age under their handprint. Then you leave and they clean up. Great fun for the whole group. Parents can bounce too.

I have been more and more disappointed with Bounce U in the last few months. We visited again today. A couple of the inflatables are in bad shape: torn mats and worn out footings. The largest slide is nearly impossible for my youngest child to climb because the steps have no structure/support. Today there was a group of "camp" kids running around with very little supervision making it hard for my younger children to play safely. When they were supervised, I felt that their behavior still did not create a safe playing environment. (Climbing on top of and behind inflatables. Hiding behind doors and in corners. Playing dodgeball, tag and hide and seek in the general playing area with other kids around.) Maybe I'm just a fuddy-duddy because my children are young. I feel like I get a much better experience at Bounce Town in Canton, but it is so much further from my house. If Bounce U would invest in keeping the facility and equipment clean and in working order, and enforce their own posted rules, we'd be happy to pay to play. My kids love it, but I think I'll be making the drive to Bounce Town until things change.

The chicken tenders were raw, not even half cooked - the meat was clear identified raw to core. The manager removed charging when should, but by the time some kids would have consumed this displays poor kitchen cooking staff. They should be cautious on kids health.

I had my daughters birthday party here this past weekend. It was great. Things ran a little behind due to the party ahead of us dragging their feet but it was ok. The only reason I gave it for stars was because one of my staff members mentioned we were waiting on pizza to the kids and they got all excited and I choose a party package without pizza so that was a little bit awkward to explain that there wasn’t pizza. Other than that everyone was happy.

Dirty dirty place! There was gum stuck to some of the attractions, rug filthy. Was stunned how dirty it was. I have been going to Bounce Town for over a year so that is what I expected and this wasn't close to being clean like that place. The 2 girls running the party were VERY unfriendly and were putting themselves out to be there. When they thought people were not looking they would roll their eyes. Maybe a bad day there? So many good reviews? Even the inflatables were old and ripping. Bounce town donates them before they are half this worn and replaced. Sadly I'm sure this won't be the last bday party there..

This place is great. I had my daughters birthday party here and they let the adults play on the bounce house too. I felt like a kid again. I wish we had a hour instead of a half hour to calm down sing happy birthday and eat some cake. But it didn't change the experience. Went back a few months ago after a few years and I don’t know it’s really in need of an upgrade the balloons are really worn down and beat up. The experience wasn’t the same. Kids still had fun though but don’t think I’ll be going back.

Mi kids love this place! We had a party on January 2019 and I have to say, it was great, the place is remodeled. It was clean and well organized. The host guy's played games and kept all my guests entertained. I had never gone to a birthday in this kind of place that made additional games for children( thumbs up) . The party room was beautiful. All the time they were waiting for us and for any need or request we wanted. The pizza was tasty. I recommend it to anyone. Excellent, for me it was a wonderful experience. Thank you

Its not that great like I thought it would be. For birthdays if ur a guest, kids dont enjoy it as much since is only an hour to play on the bouncy houses and once they move you to the tables area, they give you the pizza and literally stare at you like "hurry up and eat". My daughter was dissapointed and even told me she didnt like it because of that and didnt want to come back. That was a 7 year old!
