My 2 1/2 year old loved it here! All of the teachers were very sweet, and helpful. My little on was super shy, and not very talkative. And after a couple months, of attending the Pre-School prep class she opened up.

Amazing place! All of the instructors are amazing and seem to truly love working with the kids. All three of my kiddos have enjoyed each class we've tried here. They are very friendly and helpful to parents as well. Highly recommend! We love My Gym!!

My wife and I have been bringing our son here for a few months. He's currently a year and two months old. He loves it! He really has a great time every time. The instructors do a very good job and we haven't met a bad one yet. They always seem to genuinely enjoy their job playing with the kids. It's a great way to get out of the house and let your kid burn some energy, especially in the colder months. Update: I remove two stars because we've run into multiple occasions where we have showed up to the gym only to find out it's closed because the person who is supposed to open didn't show up. Very annoying!

Incredibly welcoming experience. I wish they had more of an open hour for the kids to burn some energy. But the class was fun and the amenities my son really loved. Will go back for sure

This is horrible! The instructors can not control even 8 children. They break into groups of 4 and even then the instructor cannot have them pay attention or follow instructions. Apparently parents can just drop the kids in a class & leave. These are 6-8 year olds who just run amuck.

What a cute place for kids to play! We went for a birthday party and you cant beat the laughs and good time the kids had. Structured fun time as I call it. Kids get free play, story time, and all sotts of other games and things to keep them entertained and having fun. Staff is wonderful and you can tell they love what they do and how great they interact with the children.

I went to MY GYM in Florida with my older child and I though rules will be the same. According to the instructors of this place, this is a good place for kids that already KNOW how to behave in a school environment or maybe if your little one is a little shy. BUT If your 2 YEAR OLD is not shy at all and comes from staying at home, you would expect to be hard to adjust to sit while there is so much to explore around and of course, it will take time and practice. WELL, this seems to annoy the teachers (including the person on charge) and in our third class they brought my little one "forcefully" to the red circle couple times (he just wanted to play there), making him cry and scared of the situation. Kind of rude, HUGE disappointment. Never go to that place again.

My Daughter is a runner and a climber so this place is right up her alley. They do a great job interacting with the children and the tumbling apparatuses are fantastic That said...too many times they have insisted that my daughter participate in circle time (which is usually stretching and and/or puppets). Try keeping an active 2 year old child away from play equipment...it's like showing her an ice scream sundae and saying she can't eat it.

Overall this place is wonderful!! The staff are great with kids and my daughter loves going to My Gym. I did want to give an example. One day my daughter Olivia bumped her face and she started crying. One of the staff, Ashan came over to see if Olivia was okay then went and got one of their hand puppets and completely distracted her from the fact she bumped her face. Olivia started smiling immediately and forgot all about bumping her face. My wife and thought that was very nice of Ashan to do!!

Went to this facility recently for a friend's son's bday. Facility was fantastic and the staff was even better. Extremely clean. Staff was amazing with the kiddos and looked to be very communicative with the party family, particularly making their big guy feel special on his day! Don't have children, but this experience deserves a fantastic rating. Will recommend to friends with children.

Wonderful place for youngsters, with superb staff. They are very gentle in coaching the kids through age-appropriate activities. We've taken our kids there for years. (Our youngest started going there when he first learned to walk.) The West Hartford MyGym is also a great place to avoid the Winter cabin fever. I'd highly recommend it to any parents/ grandparents with young children. Remember to call in advance, though. They get very busy.
