Parents be aware of this place. I took my kids there today and we left with a crying baby. They had lost his pacifier!! When we drop the off I took the time to request for baby to sleep at tome of drop off instead they put him to sleep at 6:30 PM and we picked them like 20 minutes later and of course half as sleep and no pacifier. Also last time we dropped the baby off I told them he needed to be fed and they didnt feed him until 5 hours later!...they told me it was a typo on the paper. They are careless people. We had dinner reservations that we had to cancel because of their stupidity. Our 2 year old was on distressed. My oldest child told us that his little brother had fallen and no one was around to help him. I called a manager on dutie who assured me she was going to call me right back and 3 hours went by I never heard back from her. I decided to call and was told the director and manager had gone home. So no phone call. I should call child protective services on them to have them check the place. I would suggest to find someone you trust to watch your kids...specially your babies.

We visit the Mohegan Sun as a family every year from the UK, my 8yo has been visiting several kids quests since an early age, it’s safe secure and fun for him, he loves the independence he has, ordering food and drinks, the staff here remember him and his unique accent and I have to say, personally some of the reviews I have read are not justified. Will had a wonderful time, we love that we can also do fun things knowing he is having a great time.. Every time we go to pick him up he begs us for more time! The staff are really helpful and we look forward to returning again soon!!

This place is not good for kids over 1 years old?!!! My kids hated it!? Some worker cane and stoped the kids playing basketball!!! DONT GO THERE EVER AGAIN

I wouldn’t suggest anyone human beings going to Kids Quest, or as I say it boring quest. The bathrooms had absolutely NO doors and that’s strange. Especially for older kids. They won’t let us bring our phones in to get in touch with our parents. The staff were also very rude. They wouldn’t let us play basketball on the basketball court, so what’s the point of the court if the kids can’t play? Don’t beleive anything the pictures show you bc my kids experience was AWFUL and they couldn’t wait to get out. It was like jail brake.

Jasmine was great, this is the best place for your children, my son and my daughters have been going here since 1992. My oldest is 20. and my son is 7yrs old, so I just dont leave my son with just anyone. It is so clean and they even give lunch and dinner there, my son never wants to leave. When telling him that he was going there I was able to get him to clean his room for the week prior, lol. He just can not wait to go and play, with other children and the staff too

Great place, great staff. My son begs me to take him there. Pretty clean too.

My 12 year old son had a great time! It was our first time and I was nervous that he may be bored or lonely but another kid asked him to play a game and he wasn't ready to leave when I came to pick him. Absolutely worth every penny! Make sure to bring socks for your child or you will be buying a pair for $3.50. It was worth buying them and not walking back to the car. My son's only complaint was the gaming system he wanted to play wasn't working (Xbox or Wii, I can't remember). Staff was very pleasant at drop off and pick up. My son would love to go back! Absolute best bang for your buck at the casino!

Kids had a great time. They played and mom and dad got to play roulette. Pricy after 3 hrs but worth it for casino time. Would most definitely use Kid Quest again in the near future.

when I first brought my 2 children to ‘kids quest’ at Mohegan Sun I was very nervous about leaving them there as I don’t normally leave my children with just anyone. So Even though I was very hesitant at first I decided to give it a try for about an hour. When I came to pick my children up, they came out extremely upset. I’m not sure what happened in there, but they were not happy to say the least. Not only that, but the employees who brought my children out to me brought them out with no shoes, And son was missing his shirt (which I don’t even know why they took off in the first place) etc. I asked if they were able to grab my children’s belongings, they told me everything was in their bag, nothing was in the bag.. It took them 2 trips back forth to grab both of my children’s belongings so that we would be able to be on our way. Also, when I asked 3 different employees why my children were so upset, they responded saying “I don’t know, I wasn’t in the room with them.” UM OK... The only interactions that were pleasant were with 2 employees, the rest came off as very rude and sketchy. Needless to say, I would never use this service again. I should have listened to my gut on this one as I feel extremely guilty about leaving my children for less than an hour at ‘kids quest.” The way they came out puffy eyed and practically hyperventilating broke my heart. Again, I’m not sure what went on in there, but based on their reactions I’m sure it wasn’t good..

My child went to have a good time, which that's what it should have been, a good, relaxing, fun time. When I picked my daughter up, she was in tears! She told me she was swore at by one of the staff members and also they were very argumentative and verbal with her! She told me one staff member called her a "dumb *ss" and she was so sad about it, she started crying and went to sit at a table alone and wrote. When I picked her up she had a three page letter in her hand with tears in her eyes. I immediately called for the manager, (who seemed to care less). I asked her if she could get the employee that swore at my daughter so we can figure out what was going on she told me she was assisting with a birthday party. Instead of this manager taking this seriously and calling this staff member out and getting another staff member to cover, she told me no. I then asked for corporates info. On our way home, my daughter told me there was another little girl at kids quest, around 3 or 4 years old, that hit her head on a motor cycle ride and was crying. A staff member went over to comfort the little girl and as she was comforting her the same staff member who swore at my daughter said "don't baby that demon child, that's karma, that's what she gets for being a brat". I couldn't believe my ears! Are these owners, directors, etc. aware that their staff are abusing these children?? I also see their nasty attitudes when checking the kids in. They seem frustrated and as if its a bother to deal with our kids. This is your job you chose, no one forced you. I should have know just by their facial expressions and body language and tone in voice that they were not going to be fit or care for children the way they should. I called corporate the next day and explained what happened to the "director of kids quest." She told me they'd review the tapes, but there's no sound, so they wouldn't be able to hear what was said. A couple days later "I" called her back to follow up and she advised me that she could see where the body language of her staff was a little aggressive and she also seen where my daughter was all alone, crying, and not one single person from her staff went over to comfort her or even attempt to ask what was wrong. Just left her to sit there upset. So after seeing all this, she said she'd have the director at kids quest follow up with me. Well, she called me the next day and she wasn't too pleasant either, just as her manager wasn't the day this all occurred. She really didn't seem to care too much. She just said "we looked into it." No apology, she didnt even bother to ask me the details of what occurred that day, she didn't show any sympathy or sensitivity towards this very upsetting situtation for both myself (the parent) and most importantly, the child. I asked if this was all she called me for, to tell me "we looked into it", with no other answers or explanation? "Yes", she said. I advised her I was already aware they looked into it per the corporate director, (so her telling me this was irrivelant). I asked if she understood my daughter was in tears? Was swore at by one of her staff members? Also witnessed another child being verbally abused? If she was aware that my daughter's feelings were crushed and all she has to say is we looked into it? I spoke with the corporate director once again and explained to her how the woman she had called me was very uncaring. It's totally unacceptable and such a sad experience for a child to go through this, especially at a company that promotes children will have a great time and is suppose to have a great time. This was suppose to be a fun and exciting time, where children have fun and feel safe. Not get abused! I am appalled! I feel bad for the little children who can't speak yet and can't tell their parents how they were treated!
